神农香菊干花净油成分的研究

神农香菊全草提取的香浸膏香气浓郁独特,可用于调配多种高档化妆用香精,也可直接用于饮料中,在香精香料工业中具有较大的实用价值。本文首次报告了我们用毛细管气相色谱仪和色谱/质谱/计算机联用分析仪,对神农香菊干花净油成分进行分析的初步结果。鉴定出的已知成分包括脂肪族类,含氧或非含氧的单萜及倍半萜类化合物32个。     

甜菜坏死黄脉病毒的分离提纯及其生物化学特性的研究

本研究工作中,建立了一个有效的甜菜坏死黄脉病毒的分离提纯程序,解决了该病毒粒体易于聚集难以提纯的问题,其操作要点是,(1)通过Sepharose 2B柱层析代替超离心,有效地除去一些小分子量核酸杂质;(2)经PEG再次沉淀浓缩后,调整pH至酸牲(pH3.0),使病毒充分悬浮以减少凝聚;(3)在病毒等电点(pH4.8～4.9)条件下,进一步沉淀以纯化病毒。根据病毒提取物的OD260/OD280比值,算出核酸含量约4.5％。核酸电泳出现4条带,分子量分别为:2.25×10~(?),1.8×10~(?),1.05×10~(?),0.75×10~(?)道尔顿。病毒提取物经超速离心出现4个界面,沉淀系数分别为,200.8S,165S,125.8S,100S。说明甜菜坏死黄脉病毒可能是4组分病毒粒体。病毒粒体含一蛋白亚基,分子量约为2.05±0.05×10~4道尔顿,由16种共199个氨基酸组成。     

Influence of Environmental Factors on Interstrain Competition in Rhizobium japonicum

The effect of several biotic and abiotic factors on the pattern of competition between two strains of Rhizobium japonicum was examined. In two Minnesota soils, Waseca and Waukegan, strain USDA 123 occupied 69% (Waseca) and 24% (Waukegan) of the root nodules on Glycine max L. Merrill cv. Chippewa. USDA 110 occupied 2% of the root nodules in the Waseca soil and 12% of the nodules in the Waukegan soil. Under a variety of other growth conditions—vermiculite, vermiculite amended with Waseca soil, and two Hawaiian soils devoid of naturalized Rhizobium japonicum strains—USDA 110 was more competitive than USDA 123. The addition of nitrate to or the presence of antibiotic-producing actinomycetes in the rhizosphere of soybeans did not affect the pattern of competition between the two strains. However, preexposure of young seedings to USDA 110 or USDA 123 before transplantation into soil altered the pattern of competition between the two strains significantly. In the Waseca soil, preexposure of cv. Chippewa to USDA 110 for 72 h increased the percentage of nodules occupied by USDA 110 from 2 to 55%. Similarly, in the Hawaiian soil Waimea, nodule occupancy by USDA 123 increased from 7 to 33% after a 72-h preexposure.     

Inhibitory effect of molecular hydrogen on C2H2-reducing activity in Anabaena 7120 preilluminated in red or blue light

Molecular hydrogen inhibits nitrogenase activity in Anabaena pre-illuminated with red or blue light. The inhibitory effect of molecular hydrogen decreased in the presence of oxygen and several electron acceptors. When NH₄Cl and urea were added simultaneously with molecular hydrogen, marked synergistic inhibitory effects took place. The inhibitory effect of molecular hydrogen disappeared or was weakened after the suppression of hydrogenase activity. The addition of O₂ and electron acceptors to systems showed no enhancing effect on the C₂H₂-reducing activity.     

蝮蛇毒抗凝血活酶组份及几种蛇毒粗毒对人红细胞和血小板的作用

蝮蛇毒抗凝血活酶组分及蝗蛇毒、圆斑蝰蛇毒和眼镜蛇毒粗毒,不仅能够水解血浆中的磷脂,而且还能水解完整人红细胞膜和完整人血小板膜上的磷脂。但是五步蛇毒和金环蛇毒粗毒却不能水解完整人血小板膜上的磷脂。 扫描电镜观察表明,由于抗凝血活酶组份和几种蛇毒粗毒的作用,人红细胞和人血小板的形态发生了巨大的变化;人红细胞由正常的双圆盘形变成带刺的小球,人血小板的外形变成蜂窝状。     

Analysis of the shape of P vs I curves of a natural phytoplankton assemblage during the year in the mesotrophic Lake Maarsseveen (I), The Netherlands

Production versus light response curves were made of natural phytoplankton assemblages during the year in an incubator at 8 different light intensities ranging from 60 to 1500 Einstein.m^–2.sec^–1. The shape of these curves is analyzed in relation to the sensitivity for photo-inhibition. At the end of the month of April, there is a sudden shift in this sensitivity at higher light intensities. The algal assemblage becomes less sensitive for photo-inhibition. The influence of light-adaptation, temperature, nutrient limitation and species composition is discussed.     

用PFU法研究微型生物群集过程中数据的处理

根据MacArthur-Wilson的岛屿区系平衡模型S_t=S_(eq)(1-e~(GT)),可以从野外生态效应试验和室内毒性试验中,提出3个功能参数(S_(eq)、G、t_(90％))进行比较。本文提出两种计算方法:复合梯形法和最小二乘法,后者已在计算机上实现了BASIC计算程序。从数学理论上论证,最小二乘法误差较小,但如果实验布局合理,两种计算方法能得到十分一致的结果。实验模型是否符合理论模型,可以用统计学上的拟合差异度检验法来检验。     

抗人肺癌细胞单克隆抗体的制备及其特性的研究

用人肺鳞癌细胞LTEP-78细胞系免疫Blab/c小鼠获得3株抗人肺癌细胞的单克隆抗体杂交瘤系。其中BLTI-01株经六次克隆化培养,体外传代8个月以上。BLTI-01与白细胞抗原及血型抗原基本上无交叉反应;与骨髓细胞无交叉反应;与癌胚抗原和胎甲球蛋白不相关;与肺鳞癌、肺腺癌细胞系及部分其它肿瘤细胞呈阳性反应。
