At early stages after partial hepatectomy (17 hours after the operation) binuclear cells become involved in proliferation in much lesser numbers, and 37 and 53 hours after the operation--in much greater numbers relative to their part in the population. New formation of binuclear cells (the presence of labeled binuclear cells 20 hours after the thymidine H3 administration) was the most intensive at the early regeneration stages (16--36 hours after the operation), when about 20% of mitoses are acytokinetic and lead to the formation of binuclear cells. At later periods only 8% of mitoses result in formation of binuclear cells.  相似文献

The number of cells with fragmented nuclei (FN) (mainly, multilobate) increased with aging of ascites hepatoma 22A (AH22A) as follows: 15 +/- 9.3% in the 6-day AH22A, 196 +/- 53% in the 14-day tumor and 453 +/- 51% in the delayed (18-day) AH22A. The basic way of FN formation was amitotic. About 150 and 170% of cells with FN in the 14- and 18-day AH22A were at the reversible resting R1 stage (or at the very long G1 period, more than 4 days). The rest of the cells, 50 and 230%, respectively, quit the mitotic cycle irreversibly and apparently undergo the involution that is faster during passage-stimulated division.  相似文献

Surface phenotype and cellular cycle of nonstimulated peripheric blood mononuclear cells of 35 cleaner-worker with dose commitment 0.05-0.25 Gy and 12 control persons were studied by means of flow cytometry. Differences in cellular cycle were found, they needed further investigations. The details of the method promoting its reproducibility are described.  相似文献

Ultrastructural and ultracytochemical characteristics of glandular epithelium of endometrium in 10 women with two-phase cycle were studied. Secretory transformation of glandular epithelium at ultrastructural level is manifested by deposits of glycogen in cytoplasm, giant mitochondria, hypertrophic Golgi complex and nuclear channel system. In organ endometrial cultures formation of the nuclear channel system at the stage of proliferation is induced by progesterone. Localization of ribonucleoproteins and activity of nucleoside phosphatases (ATPase and 5'-nucleotidase) in the nuclei and the channel system is described. Ultrastructural and ultracytochemical data permit to exclude nucleolar origin of the nucleolar channel system.  相似文献

It was found that a decrease in the activating cation (Mg2+) concentration below [A]0.5 causes the disappearance of cooperativity of the fructose 1.6-bisphosphatase substrate binding sites induced by high fructose 2.6-bisphosphate concentrations without any significant alteration in the extent of the enzyme inhibition. Under these conditions, a competitive type of inhibition (with respect to the substrate) is transformed into a non-competitive type with an increase in the fructose 2.6-bisphosphate concentration. The data obtained confirm the viewpoint that fructose 2.6-bisphosphate binds to the enzyme at two distinct sites, a catalytic and an allosteric ones, differing in their affinity for the inhibitor. It is supposed that the interaction between the allosteric fructose 2.6-bisphosphate binding site and the activator site occupied by Mg2+ is necessary for the cooperative response of the enzyme to the substrate.  相似文献

The formation of a complex of vegetative-somatic components of constructive activity (assembling figures out of mosaic chips) was analysed in children in the ontogenetic aspect during elaboration of a dynamic stereotype to direct stimuli (with presentation of samples) and during instantaneous formation of voluntary reactions to stimuli of a mainly second signal nature (without presentation of samples). The complex of effector vegetative-somatic components became more complicate and elaborate in the course of the child's growth, beginning with areflexia and disintegration in children of the younger groups (aged from two to three years) and up to correlated synchronous reflex changes of these components in children of the older group (six to seven years old).  相似文献

A simple and sensitive method is developed to determine the glutaminase activity. Conditions are selected for detecting enzymatically formed ammonia in the presence of such a high-labile substrate as glutamine. The method is simple in performance, readily reproducible and high-sensitive.  相似文献
