The level of circulating immune complexes has been determined in 53 patients in the dynamics of the disease. For the first time circulating immune complexes have been found to contain Shigella sonnei K-antigen and Shigella flexneri O-antigen, as well as IgA, IgG and IgM to Shigella. Shigella antigens can be detected from the first week of the disease, and their occurrence does not depend on the level of circulating complexes in patients blood serum.  相似文献

土典霉金色变种AT8951菊粉酶粗酶液经硫酸铵分段沉淀、DEAE Cellulose DE32离子交换、超滤、Sephadex G-150凝胶过滤和FPLC,获得两个菊粉酶组分EⅠ和EⅡ,经分析型FPLG和PAGE鉴定为单一纯和分析纯。EⅠ分子量为66KD,最适作用温度和pH分别55℃和5.8;EⅡ分子量为56KD,最适作用温度为57℃,最适pH为6.0。EⅠ和EⅡ皆为糖蛋白,多糖含量分别为24.7%和22%,都属于内切酶。本文还对EⅠ和EⅡ的Km值和I/s值,温度、pH、离子对酶活作用的影响等进行了研究。  相似文献

The authors studied the properties of 115 strains of E. coli of serological group 03 isolated from 49 children and adults with acute intestinal disturbances. The majority of the children (82.9%) were aged under one year. Results of the study of the antigenic structure and biochemical properties permitted to differentiate the strains isolated into 3 serological types, with the prevalence of strains of type O3 : K2 (L) : H2 (78.3%), and 8 biochemical variants. The majority of the strains possessed hemolytic properties. Strains of serological group O3 were isolated repeatedly from the patients during the sickness, whereas none were revealed in examination of 132 healthy children and adults. The data obtained permitted to consider these microbes to be possible causative agents of intestinal coliinfection, and to refer them to the enteropathogenic category.  相似文献

The in vitro interaction of live bacteria belonging to virulent and avirulent Shigella and Salmonella strains with peritoneal macrophages obtained from mice immunized by the intragastric administration of these bacteria has been studied. In contrast to Salmonella-activated macrophages capable of resisting the intracellular proliferation and the cytopathic action of homologous bacteria, Shigella-activated macrophages become more sensitive to the cytopathic action of virulent shigellae. The ability of shigellae to render an aggravating cytopathic effect on the activated macrophages correlates with the virulence of dysentery bacilli and is practically absent in avirulent strains, including S. flexneri 2a No. 516 M vaccine strain.  相似文献

Controlled experiment was conducted on 428 adult persons. A study was made of the reaktogenic properties and the immunological activity of live enteral dysentery vaccine Flexner 2a and Sonne from the spontaneous mutants developed at the N.F. Gamaleya Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology. The vaccine is prepared in the form of sugar-coated pills covered with an acid-fast substance protecting from the gastric juice action. A single administration of the vaccine in a dose of up to 4 pills (6 to 8 X 10(9) live microbial cells) induced no general or local reactions. At the same time enteral administration of such low vaccine doses of the vaccine caused a significant accretion of specific hemagglutinins, including IgA, IgG, IgM antibodies in the serum, this pointing to the marked general and local immunological activity of the vaccine. Vaccine strains Flexner 2a and Sonne were isolated from 16 to 40% of the persons vaccinated, for the maximum period of 5 to 8 days. The isolated strains were avirulent when checked by the keratoconjuctival test.  相似文献

It was shown on experimental models (mice and in kerato-conjunctival reaction) in comparative study of spontaneous stable salmonella mutants that disturbances in the process of synthesis of K- or O-antigens led to the weakening or the loss of the bacterial virulence. In the study of the behavior of the salmonella mutants it was revealed in the culture of phagocytizing macrophages that a reduction of the cytotoxic action of bacteria was connected with the changes of the somatic O-antigen, whereas the capacity of salmonella to reproduction inside the macrophages correlated with the presence of surface K-antigen.  相似文献

1970年初,我们发现从蜜蜂幼虫中分离的芽孢杆菌“010”在生产性能和对昆虫的致病方面,均显示了良好的特性。该年我组曾与南苑公社化工厂共同对此菌的生产及毒效进行了初步摸索。继之,考察了它的营养要求及某些生产工艺条件,并对不同害虫进行了室内及大田的毒力测定。1971—1972年,通过培养基试验和上罐考察,选出两组综合利用较为理想的培养基。其中一组配比是:豆饼粉2.4%、玉米浆2%、麦芽粉4%、碳酸钙0.1%。菌数曾达48亿/毫升。“010”杀虫范  相似文献
