生态环境是人类赖以生存和发展的基础,城市生态大数据智慧管理和服务平台建设是生态城市和美丽城市建设的需要。以深圳市为例,借助物联网、移动互联网、计算机、数据库和网络地理信息系统技术,以及时空地理大数据整合和共享、大数据挖掘分析和云端一体化业务协同等关键技术,结合城市生态系统评估分析决策模型/方法/对策库,在实现深圳市“空-地-网-统计-众源”等多源异构生态大数据有效集成的基础上,搭建了 “数据采集-信息提取-知识发现-决策生成-快速服务”全流程、一体化的深圳市生态大数据智慧管理和服务平台,构建了面向业务部门和科研人员等专业用户的生态野外数据调查采集系统和城市生态监测与评估管理决策分析系统,以及面向社会大众的深圳生态大调查APP。平台首次揭示了深圳市1979年以来不同生态系统的格局、构成、过程、服务和健康状况的变化,提升了深圳市生态环境综合决策科学化、生态环境监管精准化、生态环境公共服务便民化水平。平台有效降低了用户数据收集与处理和操作专业模型的难度,突破了原始数据应用的瓶颈和难点,提高了专业模型在业务部门中的使用率。未来,依靠“生态大数据+生态专业模型”的技术方案实现从数据到知识的挖掘,是实现城市生态大数据智慧化和专业化管理的关键,也是全面提高城市生态环境保护信息化服务水平的重要途径。  相似文献

在生态位空间分割基础上,应用两种不同类型的生态位宽度公式和生态位重叠公式测定了杉阔混交林不同资源空间中主要种群的多维生态位特征。结果表明:考虑资源利用率与否对生态位宽度的测度有较大影响。杉阔混交林主要种群在不同资源空间中的生态适应性不同。在同一资源空间中,种对间生态位宽度与生态位重叠并非成正相关关系。在不同资源空间中,杉木与同一其它树种之间的生态位重叠发生变化。生态位重叠与竞争之间关系在很大程度上受种对间的生物学特性的左右。研究杉阔混交林多维生态位特征对混交林营造具有指导作用。  相似文献

Hydrophobins are a large group of low-molecular weight proteins. These proteins are highly surface-active and can form amphipathic membranes by self-assembling at hydrophobic–hydrophilic interfaces. Based on physical properties and hydropathy profiles, hydrophobins are divided into two classes. Upon the analysis of amino acid sequences and higher structures, some models suggest that the Cys3–Cys4 loop regions in class I and II hydrophobins can exhibit remarkable difference in their alignment and conformation, and have a critical role in the rodlets structure formation. To examine the requirement for the Cys3–Cys4 loop in class I hydrophobins, we used protein fusion technology to obtain a mutant protein HGFI-AR by replacing the amino acids between Cys3 and Cys4 of the class I hydrophobin HGFI from Grifola frondosa with those ones between Cys3 and Cys4 of the class II hydrophobin HFBI from Trichoderma reesei. The gene of the mutant protein HGFI-AR was successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris. Water contact angle (WCA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) measurements demonstrated that the purified HGFI-AR could form amphipathic membranes by self-assembling at mica and hydrophobic polystyrene surfaces. This property enabled them to alter the surface wettabilities of polystyrene and mica and change the elemental composition of siliconized glass. In comparison to recombinant class I hydrophobin HGFI (rHGFI), the membranes formed on hydrophobic surfaces by HGFI-AR were not robust enough to resist 1 % hot SDS washing. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements indicated that unlike rHGFI, no rodlet structure was observed on the mutant protein HGFI-AR coated mica surface. In addition, when compared to rHGFI, no secondary structural change was detected by Circular Dichroism (CD) spectroscopy after HGFI-AR self-assembled at the water–air interface. HGFI-AR could not either be deemed responsible for the fluorescence intensity increase of Thioflavin T (THT) and the Congo Red (CR) absorption spectra shift (after the THT(CR)/HGFI-AR mixed aqueous solution was drastically vortexed). Remarkably, replacement of the Cys3–Cys4 loop could impair the rodlet formation of the class I hydrophobin HGFI. So, it could be speculated that the Cys3–Cys4 loop plays an important role in conformation and functionality, when the class I hydrophobin HGFI self-assembles at hydrophobic–hydrophilic interfaces.  相似文献

The left/right asymmetry of adult flatfishes (Pleuronectiformes) is remarkable given the external body symmetry of the larval fish. The best-known change is the migration of their eyes: one eye migrates from one side to the other. Two extinct primitive pleuronectiformes with incomplete orbital migration have again attracted public attention to the mechanism of eye migration, a subject of speculation and research for over a century. Cranial asymmetry is currently believed to be responsible for eye migration. Contrary to that hypothesis, we show here that the initial migration of the eye is caused by cell proliferation in the suborbital tissue of the blind side and that the twist of frontal bone is dependent on eye migration. The inhibition of cell proliferation in the suborbital area of the blind side by microinjected colchicine was able to prevent eye migration and, thereafter, cranial asymmetry in juvenile Solea senegalensis (right sideness, Soleidae), Cynoglossus semilaevis (left sideness, Cynoglossidae), and Paralichthys olivaceus (left sideness, Paralichthyidae) with a bottom-dwelling lifestyle. Our results correct the current misunderstanding that eye migration is driven by the cranial asymmetry and simplify the explanation for broken left/right eye-symmetry. Our findings should help to focus the search on eye migration-related genes associated with cell proliferation. Finally, a novel model is proposed in this research which provides a reasonable explanation for differences in the migrating eye between, and sometimes within, different species of flatfish and which should aid in our overall understanding of eye migration in the ontogenesis and evolution of Pleuronectiformes.  相似文献

The insertion/deletion (I/D) polymorphism of the gene encoding angiotensin converting enzyme is a controversial risk factor for restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasties (PTCA) in patients. Genetic association studies can be problematic to reproduce due to insufficient power, phenotypic heterogeneity, population stratification, small effect of the variant and even publication biases. To derive a more precise estimation of the relationship as well as to quantify the between-study heterogeneity and potential bias, a meta-analysis including 11,193 patients from 33 published cohort studies was performed. In a combined analysis, the summary per-allele odds ratio for restenosis was 1.31 (95% CI: 1.08-1.58, P = 0.006), and 1.22 (95% CI: 0.95-1.56, P = 0.12), for PTCA-stent and PTCA-balloon, respectively. In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, significantly increased restenosis risks after PTCA-stent were found in Asians for the polymorphism; whereas no significant associations were found among Caucasians. As for restenosis risks after PTCA-balloon, no evidence of any gene-disease association was obtained in the stratified analyses according to ethnicity and study size. In conclusion, this meta-analysis demonstrated that the DD homozygous of ACE I/D polymorphism was significantly associated with elevated restenosis susceptibility after PTCA-stent among Asian populations.  相似文献

麻竹是中国重要的大型经济竹种,其栽培已从过去河滩、四旁零散种植发展到规模化培育,通过山地麻竹发笋期内不同年龄植株阴阳叶养分和代谢动态的比较研究,结果表明麻竹阳叶氮素、磷素浓度比阴叶高,但钾素浓度阳叶低于阴叶;从发笋初期至末期阴阳叶氮、磷、钾素浓度都呈逐渐减少的变化趋势,阴阳叶氮、磷、钾素浓度差异逐渐减小;阳叶在净光合速率、暗呼吸速率、CO2补偿点、光补偿点、光饱和点等方面较阴叶高,光呼吸较低,但不同年龄麻竹之间各指标变化有所不同.  相似文献

采用单株平衡法 ,通过定位监测与对比分析 ,对黄土高原半湿润落叶阔叶林区 ,持续干旱期末人工林地土壤水分亏缺度、雨季末降雨补偿深度及土壤贮水亏缺补偿度的时空分布进行了研究。结果表明 ,在水分条件较为优越的半湿润落叶阔叶林带 ,丰水年雨季过后的土壤贮水亏缺补偿深度不超过 2 80 cm,平水年 2 4 0 cm,枯水年仅 4 0 cm,而耗水深度超过 32 0 cm。丰水年0~ 32 0 cm土层 ,土壤贮水亏缺补偿度仅 14 .5 3%。自然状况下 ,单纯依赖天然降水 ,人工林地土壤水分亏缺状况将难以恢复。人工林地土壤贮水亏缺补偿度具有极为明显的空间分布规律。其中 ,水平方向土壤贮水亏缺补偿度与距主干距离成反相关 ,垂直方向因林分类型不同而异。林木根系的存在 ,削弱了天然降雨对土壤水分亏缺的补偿作用。在黄土高原南部半湿润落叶阔叶林带 ,仅采用传统的一维垂向土壤水分观测结果 ,或以 3m以上土层的土壤水分动态监测资料为基础 ,进行有关土壤水量平衡及蒸散量的计算 ,其计算结果的准确性和科学性将难以保证  相似文献

Glucuronoarabinoxylan is the major hemicellulose in grass cell walls, yet the mechanism of xylan synthesis in monocot plants is still unclear. Unraveling the genes involved in the biosynthesis of xylan in rice will be very important for the utilization of rice straw as a source of bioenergy in the future. In this report, we investigated the functional role of a rice gene homologous to Arabidopsis IRREGULAR XYLEM10 (IRX10), belonging to the glycosyl transferase (GT) gene family 47 (GT47), in the biosynthesis of xylan. The protein sequence of OsGT47A from rice exhibits a 93.49 % similarity to IRX10, which is involved in the biosynthesis of glucuronoxylan in Arabidopsis. Phylogenetic analysis of the GT47 glycosyl transferase family in the rice genome revealed that OsGT47A is a closely related homolog of IRX10 and IRX10L. Expression pattern analysis showed that the OsGT47A gene is highly expressed in the rice stem. Overexpression of OsGT47A in the irx10 irx10L double mutant rescued the plant growth phenotype and restored secondary wall thickness. Analysis of monosaccharides indicated that the rescued plants had levels of xylose identical to those of the wild type plants, and the fluorescence signals were restored in the complementation plants by xylan immunolocalization. The OsGT47A complementation under the native promoter of Arabidopsis IRX10L (ProIRX10L) partially rescued the double mutant, indicating that OsGT47A is functionally equivalent to IRX10L. Together, these results suggest that the IRX10 homolog OsGT47A exhibits functional conservation and is most likely involved in xylan synthesis in rice.  相似文献
