中国小菇属十个新记录种

报道了小菇科小菇属真菌10个中国新记录种,香菌组：橙盖小菇Mycena aurantiidisca、黄白小菇Mycena flavoalba、粉黄小菇Mycena floridula;棘刺组：异刺小菇Mycena heteracantha;纤柄组：碱味小菇Mycena amygdalina;脆足组：粉被小菇Mycena zephirus;冬生组：绣线菊小菇Mycena speirea、冬生小菇Mycena hiemalis;小菇组：绒柄小菇Mycena flos-nivium,分别来自吉林等11个省份、自治区。提供了每个物种的形态描述和线条图,以及与相近种的讨论。共计90条自测及下载ITS序列,在采用贝叶斯法和最大似然法构建的小菇属系统发育树中,新记录种均得到分子数据支持。凭证标本存放于吉林农业大学菌物标本馆（HMJAU）。

Correction of impairments in functions of anticoagulation and insular systems of an organism by the regulatory peptide Leu-Pro-Gly-Pro

It has been established that fivefold intranasal administration of the peptide Leu-Pro-Gly-Pro (1 mg/kg) to rats with developing refractory hyperglycemia leads to restoration and normalization of the functions of anticoagulation and insular systems. In the blood of experimental animals, there was a decrease in the sugar level and platelet aggregation and an increase in anticoagulant and all kinds of fibrinolytic (total, enzymatic, non-enzymatic, Hageman-dependent) activity.     

Methemoglobin and the Activities of Catalase and Superoxide Dismutase in Nucleated Erythrocytes of Scorpaena porcus (Linnaeus, 1758) under Experimental Hypoxia (in vitro)

The effect of hypoxia on nucleated red blood cells of the black scorpionfish (Scorpaena porcus) was studied in vitro. Deep hypoxia (the oxygen concentration was less than 1 mg O₂ L^–1; the norm was 7–8 mg O₂ L^–1) led to the transition of a part of the hemoglobin molecules to the ferric state (methemoglobin). The maximum increase in the concentration of methemoglobin was 32%. The accumulation of methemoglobin in red blood cells was accompanied by an increase in the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase and a decrease in the content of reactive oxygen species in the cytoplasm of cells. It was shown that the formation of methemoglobin did not cause damage to the cytoplasmic membranes of red blood cells. The percentage of red blood cell lysis in deoxygenated (less than 1.0 mg O₂ L^–1) suspensions quantitatively coincided with the control values.

     

Auditory motion aftereffects of low- and high-frequency sound stimuli

Adaptation of listeners to approaching or receding sound stimuli continued for 5 s under free-field conditions. Motion of the adaptive and test sound stimuli was simulated by means of oppositely directed linear changes in the amplitude of the low- and high-frequency noises (0.05–1 and 3–20 kHz, respectively) from two stationary loudspeakers. In a group of eight subjects with normal hearing, the auditory motion after-effect of the approaching and receding sound stimuli was evaluated by integrated indices that characterized the shift of the psychometric curves in response to the test stimuli under various conditions of listening. The aftereffect occurs in the case when the spectral composition of the adaptive and test stimuli coincides. In response to the high-frequency stimuli, the effect of adaptation to both the approaching and receding sound stimuli was observed, while in response to the low-frequency stimuli, only the approach of stimuli caused an aftereffect. There was no radial motion aftereffect in the case of mismatching the spectral bands of the adaptive and test stimuli. Thus, the frequency selectivity was characteristic of the auditory aftereffect of adaptation to the approaching and receding sound stimuli.
