Initial stages of corrosion of mild steel induced by Klebsiela rhinoscleromatis BO2 were studied in various media. The effect of the microorganism was detected 8-10 h after inoculation. The number of viable cells were virtually unchanged within one month in all media, but the corrosive activity of the strain decreased. The corrosive activity of microorganisms can be determined by spectrophotometry even only after incubation for 24 h. At a low level of organic substrate, even strong colonization with microorganisms does not inevitably result in a significant damage to metals.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to map areas within the rat insular cortex from which respiratory responses originate and compare those sites with gastrointestinal control regions. The insular cortex was systematically microstimulated and histological location of responsive sites determined. Increased inspiratory airflow and decreased respiratory cycle duration were considered to be respiratory excitatory responses. The responses were localized in dysgranular and agranular insular cortex at levels caudal to the joining of the anterior commissure. More rostrally, respiratory inhibitory responses were elicited: these were manifested as a decrease in inspiratory airflow without a significant alteration in respiratory cycle duration. Respiratory inhibitory responses were usually accompanied by changes in gastric motility. These results suggest that the respiratory area in the rat insular cortex consist of two distinct zones which overlap a region modulating the gastrointestinal activity.  相似文献

A new reagent for photoaffinity modification of biopolymers, 5-[E-N-(2-nitro-5-azidobenzoyl)-3-amino-1-propen-1-yl]-2',3'-dideoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate (NAB-ddUTP), was synthesized. Like a similar derivative of 2'-deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate (NAB-dUTP), it was shown to be able to effectively substitute for dTTP in the synthesis of DNA catalyzed by eukaryotic DNA polymerase beta and to terminate DNA synthesis. A 5'-32P-labeled primer with a photoreactive group at the 3'-terminus was derived from NAB-ddUTP and used for photoaffinity labeling of the human replication protein A (RPA). The covalent attachment of RPA p32 and p70 subunits to the labeled primers was demonstrated. NAB-ddUTP is a promising tool for studying the interaction of proteins of the replicative complex with NA in cellular extracts and living cells during the termination of DNA synthesis.  相似文献

Ceftriaxone concentrations in sera of females at various terms of pregnancy and in certain organs and tissues of the fetus were assayed. The antibiotic was administered intramuscularly in doses of 1.0 and 0.5 g once a day. The concentrations were estimated by HPLC. The ceftriaxone levels in the specimens were tens times higher than the minimal treponemocidal concentration (0.01 mcg/ml). The doses were sufficient for the prophylaxis of hereditary syphilis. Meanwhile, the clinical practice indicated that duration of the ceftriaxone prophylaxis of the pregnant females should be increased.  相似文献

Chromatin fragmentation of bovine peripheral blood lymphocytes from normal animals and the ones suffering from chronic lympholeucosis (CLL) by DNase I, micrococcal nuclease and purified Ca/Mg-dependent endonuclease from nuclei of human splenocytes was studied. The lymphocytes chromatin from CLL animals was shown to be more resistant to nucleases, than the one from normal animals. It was found that difference between fragmentation of chromatin samples from normal and CLL bovines was more dramatic when Ca/Mg- dependent endonuclease was used versus traditionally exploited DNase I and micrococcal nuclease. The data suggest that purified Ca/Mg-dependent endonuclease can be a useful enzymatic probe for detection of lymphocytes chromatin changes during CLL.  相似文献

The role of lung receptors in respiratory control during acute head-down tilt (AHDT, -30 degrees) was investigated in anesthetized, tracheostomized rats. The results show that AHDT increased the mechanical respiratory load, slowed inspiratory flow, reduced the end expiratory lung volume, tidal volume and minute ventilation. On the other hand, during AHDT a significant rise in inspiratory swings of oesophageal pressure was recorded indicated a compensatory increase in inspiratory muscle contraction force. These effects were reduced after transaction of the vagus nerve. It was also shown that respiratory response on added mechanical load was reduced during AHDT as compared with the value in horizontal position. This deference disappeared after vagotomy. The data obtained suggested that afferent information from lung receptors take part in compensation of respiratory effects of AHDT. The cause of reduction in respiratory response to loading during AHDT involves weakness of lung reflexes evoked by volume changes.  相似文献

Research on studying influence of the rate of muscular training in conditions of additional resistive resistance to breath on a level of physical working capacity, aerobic productivity and a functional condition of system of breath was performed. It is shown, that regular muscular loadings in a combination to resistive resistance to breath in a mode of an interval exposition provide an increase of profitability and efficiency of functioning of breathing system as expressed in increase of expiratory force respiratory muscles, rationalization of parity of volumetric-time parameters of breath pattern that promotes more effective gas exchange and decrease in power cost of respiratory movements and as a result leads to increase in aerobic productivity and growth of the general and special working capacity. At continuous exposition of resistive resistance against a background of muscular training, the increase of inspiratory force of respiratory muscles, increase of functional capacity of system of breath were revealed at physical activity as well as a significant gain of the general physical working capacity.  相似文献

Electron-dense germinal granules, which are usually regarded as markers and key organelles of germline cells, were revealed in the interstitial (stem) cells of the colonial hydroids Obelia longissima and Ectopleura crocea. The interstitial cells of O. longissima displayed intense alkaline phosphatase activity, a histochemical marker for vertebrate embryonic stem and primary germ cells, as well as positive reaction to proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), which is an immunochemical marker for cell reproduction. Our findings and the literature data suggest the evolutionary conservation and similarity of the morphological and functional organization of potentially gametogenic stem cells in asexually reproducing invertebrates and germ cells in all studied Metazoa. The self-renewing pool of such stem cells provides the cellular source for blastogenesis and gametogenesis and the cellular basis for life functions, including both asexual and sexual reproduction.  相似文献

The preparation conditions for dichlorophosphinylphosphorimidic trichloride were optimized. It was used in the synthesis of esters of imidodiphosphoric acid. The interaction of the trichloride with amines resulted in the corresponding amidodiphosphates rather than in the expected amides of imidodiphosphoric acid.  相似文献
