杉木人工林凋落物生态化学计量与土壤有效养分对长期模拟氮沉降的响应 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
凋落物分解的快慢和养分释放的速度决定了生态系统中土壤有效养分的供应。探讨全球变化条件下森林生态系统凋落物与土壤养分的变化规律,有利于深入认识凋落物-土壤相互作用的养分调控因素,从而揭示生态系统C、N、P循环。通过模拟氮沉降增加试验,分4个水平处理,分别为0、60、120、240 kg N hm~(-2)a~(-1)。模拟氮沉降13年后,分析了杉木人工林凋落物中不同组分(落叶、落枝、落果)生态化学计量与土壤有效养分(有效氮、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾)的关系。结果表明:氮沉降(N1、N2和N3)显著提高了落叶和落枝的N含量,平均增幅分别为35.27%和32.21%;高水平氮沉降(N3)处理显著降低了落叶和落枝的C/N,平均降幅分别为25.95%和22.32%,但N3增加了落枝和落果N/P,平均增幅分别为38.4%和31.7%;氮沉降对凋落物各组分的C、P和C/P均影响不显著。氮沉降处理显著增加了土壤NO_3~--N和NH_4~+-N含量,均表现为N3N2N1N0,其中NO_3~--N含量更容易受氮沉降处理的影响,表现为更大的增幅。N2显著增加0—20 cm土层的碱解氮含量,N1显著降低0—20 cm土层的速效钾,但氮沉降对速效磷含量没有影响。凋落物生态化学计量与土壤有效养分之间的Pearson相关和冗余分析(RDA)表明,凋落物生态化学计量与土壤有效养分之间关系紧密,凋落物P含量(蒙特卡罗检验,P=0.018)和C/P比值(P=0.037)对土壤有效养分影响显著。凋落物中C/N比值、C/P比值与土壤有效养分呈显著负相关,其比值越高越不利于土壤有效养分的累积。 相似文献

从山东省济南市植物油厂、肉联厂、乳品厂、菜市场等处的含油土壤中分离筛选到80余株脂肪酶活性较高的产生菌,包括细菌、霉菌、酵母等各种类型,我们对其中的部分菌株进行了形态学及酶学性质的初步研究。一株酶活较高的菌株Y-11经鉴定为丝孢酵母属(Trichosporon),用紫外线及亚硝酸对其进行了双重诱变、然后用制霉菌素及琥珀酸钠筛选耐药性突变株,使酶活提高155%,并将筛选到的菌株建立一个能够产生各具特色的脂肪酶的菌种库,为今后进一步开展脂肪酶应用研究打下基础。 相似文献

The expanding molecular database provides unparalleled opportunities for
characterizing genes and for studying groups of related genes. We use
sequences drawn from the database to construct an evolutionary framework
for examining the important glycolytic enzyme phosphoglucomutase (PGM).
Phosphoglucomutase plays a pivotal role in the synthesis and utilization of
glycogen and is present in all organisms. In humans, there are three
well-described isozymes, PGMI, PGM2, and PGM3. PGM1 was cloned 5 years ago;
however, repeated attempts using both immunological approaches and
molecular probes designed from PGM1 have failed to isolate either PGM2 or
PGM3. Using a phylogenetic strategy, we first identified 47 highly
divergent prokaryotic and eukaryotic PGM-like sequences from the database.
Although overall amino acid identity often fell below 20%, the relative
order, position, and sequence of three structural motifs, the active site
and the magnesium-- and sugar-binding sites, were conserved in all 47
sequences. The phylogenetic history of these sequences was complex and
marked by duplications and translocations; two instances of transkingdom
horizontal gene transfer were identified. Nonetheless, the sequences fell
within six well-defined evolutionary lineages, three of which contained
only prokaryotes. Of the two prokaryotic/eukaryotic lineages, one contained
bacterial, yeast, slimemold, invertebrate, and vertebrate homologs to human
PGM1 and the second contained likely homologs to human PGM2. Indeed, an
amino acid sequence, derived from a partial human cDNA, that fell within
the second cross-kingdom lineage bears several characteristics expected for
PGM2. A third lineage may contain homologs to human PGM3. On a general
level, our phylogenetic-based approach shows promise for the further
utilization of the extensive molecular database.

The yabby, Cherax destructor Clark, is the most widespread species in the most widespread genus of Australian freshwater crayfish. It has a distribution that spans several distinct drainage basins and biogeographical regions within semiarid and arid inland Australia. Here we report a study designed to investigate patterns of genetic variation within the species and hypotheses put forward to account for its extensive distribution using DNA sequences from the mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene region. Results of phylogenetic analyses contradicted previous allozyme data and revealed relatively deep phylogenetic structure in the form of three geographically correlated clades. The degree of genetic divergences between clades (8–15 bp) contrasted with the relatively limited haplotype diversity within clades (1–3 bp). Network-based analyses confirmed these results and revealed genetic structure on both larger and more restricted geographical scales. Nevertheless some haplotypes and 1-step clades had large distributions, some of which crossed boundaries between river basins and aquatic biogeographical regions. Thus both older and more recent historical processes, including fragmentation on a larger geographical scale and more recent range expansion on a local scale, appear to be responsible for the observed pattern of genetic variation within C. destructor . Some Effects of 'Hardening' Carrot Seed 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
Carrot seed and water were mixed in the ratio of 100 : 70 byweight, kept in a covered petri-dish for 24 h at 20 °C andthen dried by exposure to the atmosphere at 20 °C. Threecycles of this hardening treatment gave seed havingembryos 51 per cent longer than those in untreated seed. Thisincrease in embryo length was due mainly to cell division duringhardening rather than to cell expansion. Hardened seed imbibedwater more quickly to start with and germinated and producedseedlings which emerged in the field 34 days earlierthan untreated seed. Relative growth-rates during early growthwere similar from both types of seed. At harvests 14 to 21 weeksafter sowing the mean yields of roots from the hardened seedwas 64.0 compared to 59.2 tons per hectare from the untreatedseed. Variations of the hardening treatment were tried but it appearedthat the above treatment was the most effective for enhancingthe rate of germination, although embryo length and numbersof cells per embryo increased progressively with cycles of hardeningup to six cycles. The moisture content of seed ripening in a field at Wellesbournefluctuated diurnally over the same range as that used in theexperiments to produce a hardening effect, but the embryos didnot increase in length during field ripening. 相似文献

The above ground dry matter yields of two wild diploid Triticumspecies averaged 76 per cent of that of two hexaploid breadwheat varieties in field trials carried out over five years.A cultivated diploid species, T. monococcum, gave similar drymatter yields to the bread wheat varieties but had a longergrowth cycle. The flag leaves of wild diploid species had higher rates ofphotosynthesis than those of the bread wheat varieties bothwhen expressed per unit area of leaf or per unit weight of chlorophyll.Photosynthetic rates of other organs, expressed per unit weightof chlorophyll were also greater for the wild diploids thanfor hexaploids. For snoots at the stage when their flag leaveswere fully expanded, the investment in photosynthetic machinery,as measured by chlorophyll concentration, was less in the twowild diploids than in the hexaploids. This compensated for thehigh photosynthetic rate of the former, such that the specificgrowth rates, assessed by carbon-14 fixation per unit shootdry matter, were similar.
