研究从患溃疡症斑点叉尾鲙中分离到一株致病性菌株ry01, 生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA基因序列分析表明ry01株为鲑气单胞菌无色亚种(Aeromonas salmonicida subsp. achromogenes)。人工感染该菌后发病鱼表现为与自然发病类似症状, 且从组织中再分离的细菌特性与原感染菌相同。腹腔注射后该菌株对斑点叉尾鲙的半数致死量为4.17×106 CFU/mL。菌株ry01对强力霉素及左氧氟沙星等高度敏感, 为斑点叉尾鲙该病防控提供了理论依据。  相似文献

运用自动生化分析仪测定了21只野生成年灰胸竹鸡的血液生化参数,结果表明:雌性在总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白水平,以及谷丙转氨酶活性均高于雄性(P>0.05),雌性白蛋白/球蛋白却较雄性低;同样,雌性个体的总胆红素、总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量分别较雄性高8.33%、23.08%和15.38%(P>0.05).提示雌性个体的代谢较雄性个体要强,可为深入探讨竹鸡的机体代谢规律提供资料.  相似文献

本文报道了皮肤成纤维细胞基因治疗血友病B的新西兰大白兔试验及安全性检测。转有人凝血因子IXcDNA的兔皮肤成纤维细胞包埋于胶原基质中,然后进行不同方式的自体或同种异体移植,移植兔血浆中人IX因子蛋白有高水平的表达且持续稳定,腹腔移植有RSF-pCMVIX转化细胞的兔血浆中人IX因子表达水平达100ng/ml.持续5个月以上,腹腔移植有RSF-pCMVIXl转化细胞的兔血中人IX因子表达水平达295  相似文献

It has been proposed that various opiate receptor subtypes mediate different cardiovascular responses to centrally administered opioids. We evaluated this hypothesis in chloralose-urethane anesthetized cats by monitoring the cardiovascular and respiratory responses to relative mu [morphine, morphiceptin, D-Ala2, MePhe4, Gly-ol5 enkephalin (DAGO)] and delta [D-Ala2, D-Leu5enkephalin (DADL)] agonists microinjected (0.5 ul/kg) into the caudal region of the Nucleus of Tractus Solitarius (NTS). Dynorphin (1-13), an endogenous opioid which exhibits selective affinity towards the kappa receptor, was also tested. Dynorphin at a dose of 50 nMol/kg did not alter cardiovascular or respiratory variables. Morphine (10-54 nMol/kg) and DAGO (50 nMol/kg) had no effect on blood pressure, heart rate or respiratory rate; morphiceptin (100-320 nMol/kg) caused tachycardia only at the highest dose. DADL (10-100 nMol/kg) elicited a dose-dependent depression of blood pressure. High doses of DADL depressed heart rate and respiratory rate. The depressor effects of DADL were reversed by low doses of naloxone (0.1 mg/kg). This dose of naloxone also elicited pressor responses in cats treated with the other opioids and reversed the morphiceptin-induced tachycardia. These data indicate that opioid agonists differ with regard to their cardiovascular and respiratory effects following microinjection into the NTS of anesthetized cats, with the delta agonist DADL showing greatest activity.  相似文献

Neuronal necrosis and apoptosis occur after traumatic brain injury (TBI) in animals and contribute to subsequent neurological deficits. In contrast, relatively little apoptosis is found after mechanical injury in vitro. Because in vivo trauma models and clinical head injury have associated cerebral ischemia and/or metabolic impairment, we transiently impaired cellular metabolism after mechanical trauma of neuronal-glial cultures by combining 3-nitropropionic acid treatment with concurrent glucose deprivation. This produced greater neuronal cell death than mechanical trauma alone. Such injury was attenuated by the NMDA receptor antagonist dizocilpine (MK801). In addition, this injury significantly increased the number of apoptotic cells over that accruing from mechanical injury alone. This apoptotic cell death was accompanied by DNA fragmentation, attenuated by cycloheximide, and associated with an increase in caspase-3-like but not caspase-1-like activity. Cell death was reduced by the pan-caspase inhibitor BAF or the caspase-3 selective inhibitor z-DEVD-fmk, whereas the caspase-1 selective inhibitor z-YVAD-fmk had no effect; z-DEVD-fmk also reduced the number of apoptotic cells after combined injury. Moreover, cotreatment with MK801 and BAF resulted in greater neuroprotection than either drug alone. Thus, in vitro trauma with concurrent metabolic inhibition parallels in vivo TBI, showing both NMDA-sensitive necrosis and caspase-3-dependent apoptosis.  相似文献

N-Methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) administration exacerbates neurological dysfunction after traumatic spinal cord injury in rats, whereas NMDA antagonists improve outcome in this model. These observations suggest that release of excitatory amino acids contributes to secondary tissue damage after traumatic spinal cord injury. To further examine this hypothesis, concentrations of free amino acids were measured in spinal cord samples from anesthetized rats subjected to various degrees of impact trauma to the T9 spinal segment. Levels of excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitter amino acids [gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), glutamate, aspartate, glycine, taurine] and levels of nonneurotransmitter amino acids (asparagine, glutamine, alanine, threonine, serine) were determined at 5 min, 4 h, and 24 h posttrauma. Uninjured surgical (laminectomy) control animals showed modest but significant declines in aspartate and glutamate levels, but not in other amino acids, at all time points. In injured animals, the excitatory amino acids glutamate and aspartate were significantly decreased by 5 min posttrauma, and remained depressed at 4 h and 24 h as compared with corresponding laminectomy controls. In contrast, the inhibitory amino acids, glycine, GABA, and taurine, were decreased at 5 min postinjury, had partially recovered at 4 h, and were almost fully recovered at 24 h. The nonneurotransmitter amino acids were unchanged at 5 min posttrauma and significantly increased at 4 h, with partial recovery at 24 h. At 4 h postinjury, severe trauma caused significantly greater decreases in aspartate and glutamate than did either mild or moderate injury. These findings are consistent with the postulated role of excitatory amino acids in CNS trauma.  相似文献

陕北黄土区雨季后山地枣林土壤水分动态变化研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选取陕北延川县齐家山红枣试验基地枣林地、苹果林地和撂荒草地为研究对象进行土壤水分动态变化研究,结果表明:①不同坡位、不同坡向和不同整地方式的枣林地土壤水分存在显著差异;其中,研究区下坡位土壤水分最高,为14.19%;阴坡土壤水分最高,为14.19%;水平阶整地枣林土壤水分显著高于原状坡。②研究区不同植被类型间土壤水分垂直变化趋势基本一致。枣林地土壤水分最高,为11.49%;不同植被类型0~100 cm土壤贮水量依次表现为枣林地(144.76 mm) > 苹果林地(124.19 mm) > 撂荒草地(72.20 mm)。③不同植被类型土壤贮水亏缺度存在差异。雨季前,0~20 cm土层亏缺度最小,平均亏缺度表现为撂荒草地 > 枣林 > 苹果林;雨季后,土壤水分亏缺度表现为撂荒草地 > 苹果 > 枣林,除枣林地外均高于雨季前土壤水分亏缺度。④雨季后,研究区3种植被类型0~20 cm土层土壤水分亏缺加剧;20~100 cm土层中,枣林土壤贮水补偿度为正值,土壤水分得到补偿,但最高仅为22.95%,枣林土壤水分仍处于亏缺状态并未完全恢复;苹果林地土壤贮水补偿度则为负值,表明土壤水分亏缺进一步加剧;撂荒草地土壤水分补偿度基本维持在0左右,土壤水分亏缺没有持续恶化。  相似文献

Abstract The new planthopper taxon, Garumnella bella gen.n. , sp.n. , from Xizang, China, is described and illustrated, including external morphology of adult and eggs and structures of the male and female genitalia. The new genus is compared with Garumna Melichar and Paragarumna Muir, resulting in Paragarumna ( syn.n. ) being placed as a junior synonym of Garumna, with two new combinations, i.e. Garumna pseudolepida (Muir) comb.n. and Garumna melichari Baker comb.rev. New locality records for Garumna species are given. The morphology of the genitalia and egg of a copulating pair of the new genus is investigated. The female has a ventrally sclerotized posterior vagina forming a torsion groove, an unusual long membranous anterior vagina and an enlarged common oviduct. During copulation both the aedeagus and the torsion groove appear tightly interlocked, which may help to maintain the copulatory position. The aedeagus is observed in the bursa copulatrix.  相似文献

为明确药用植物委陵菜与其同属植物星毛委陵菜在不同基原之间的代谢差异,更有效的利用药用植物资源。基于气相色谱与质谱联用技术对两药用植物间的小分子初生代谢物进行非靶向代谢组学分析,利用主成分分析和偏最小二乘法分析,寻找可区分两物种的差异代谢物以及在初生代谢途径上的差异。结果:利用GC-MS在两植物中共检测到134个色谱峰,通过与数据库比对,共鉴定出43种初生代谢产物。PCA分析结果显示代谢物在委陵菜和星毛委陵菜间的分布有较大的差异;采用OPLS-DA筛选获得导致2物种区分的差异代谢物共33种,两物种在半乳糖代谢、淀粉和蔗糖代谢、氨酰生物合成、氨基糖和核苷酸糖代谢和果糖和甘露糖代谢途径有显著的差异。委陵菜和星毛委陵菜的初生代谢方面存在较大差异,虽然两植物来源于同科同属植物,但是星毛委陵菜不适合代替委陵菜作为药材使用。  相似文献
