云南景颇族的体质特征

本文调查了云南景颇族261人（男105人,女156人）。年龄为成年人（男24－60岁,女23－55岁）。主要测量均值与现代中国汉族和云南省各少数民族比较和聚类分析的结果表明,景颇族属黄种人的东亚类型,但也有南亚类型特征表现。体质特征与傣族、哈尼族和彝族接近,与基诺族和布郎族较远。     

武汉东湖磷含量的变动及其分布

本文总结了武汉东湖水体中磷含量（均以PO4计算）的周年逐月季节和年际变动及其分布上的差异（1973－1985年）。按面积加权法计算总磷的平均含量为0．244毫克／升（1983－1985年）,总溶解磷和溶解活性磷的平均含量分别为0．121毫克／升和0．051毫克／升（1981－1984年）,总磷和总溶解磷周年中出现两次高峰含量,即春季（3－5月）和夏末秋初（8－9月）。低含量出现在水温最低的冬季（12－2月）,周年中溶解活性磷高峰含量出现在冬末春初（1－3月）,低含量多数出现在春天夏初（5－7月）。东湖水体中磷含量平面分布有明显的差异,而垂直分布表层和底层差异小,各种形态磷的组成中颗粒磷所占比较最大（1983－1984年平均值）,平均占总磷63．4％,溶解非活性磷所占比较最小,平均占总磷12．0％。     

新诱变剂甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯作用的酶谱分析

我们前已报告,甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(Glycidyl Methacrylate,GMA)系一强化学诱变剂,能产生很强的遗传毒作用。为了研究其诱变机理,我们在体外系统使GMA与质粒PBR322进行反应,由吸收光谱移动法及其他方法证明了两者发生了以共价键为主要键型的     

清香桂碱A的结构

清香桂碱A (sarcorucininc A)是黄杨科清香桂属植物(Sarcococca ruscifoliaStapf.)中含量最高的一个新甾体生物碱(约达地上部分干重的0.1％),量较微的清香桂碱D (sarcorucinine D) 结构已报道。由于碱A性质奇异,虽经多种簿层方法检测为单一斑点,但~(13)C NMR谱的碳数目使我们十分困惑,怀疑它是否为不饱和同系物混晶。而氢化、溴化、碱解均表现出特异的化学行为,因此只好用X—晶体衍射分析方法测定其结构。现将其一般性质及X—晶体衍射分析结果报道,测定细节将和清香桂碱B另文报告。     

FIBONACCI级数与菊花结构规律的研究

本文论证了菲波纳斯（Fibonacci）级数与菊花花冠结构的关系,发现了花冠的通用数学模式：花冠（数目）＝（5×倍数）十F_n（F_(n－1)＋F_(n-2)）     

Physical mapping of three fruit ripening genes：Endopolygalacturonase,ACC oxidase and ACC synthase from apple（Malus x domestica） in an apple rootstock A106（Malus sieboldii

The apple rootstock,A106(Malus sieboldii),had 17 bivalents in pollen mother cells at meiotic metaphase 1,and 17 chromosomes in a haploid pollen cell.Karyotypes were prepared from root-tip cells with 2n=34 chromosomes,Seven out of 82 karyotypes(8.5%) showed one pari of satellites at the end of the short arm of chromosome 3.C-bands were shown on 6 pairs of chromosomes 2,4,6,8,14,and 16 near the telomeric regions of short arms.Probes for three ripening-related genes from Malus x domestica:endopolygalacturonase(EPG,0.6kb),ACC oxidase(1.2kb),and ACC synthase(2kb)were hybridized in situ to metaphase chromosomes of A106.Hybridization sites for the EPG gene were observed on the long arm of chromosome 14 in 15 out of 16 replicate spreads and proximal to the centromere of chromosomes 6 and 11.For the ACC oxidase gene,hylridization sites were observed in the telomeric region of the short arm of chromosomes 5 and 11 in 87% and 81% of 16 spreads respectively,proxiaml to the centromere of chromosome 1 in 81% of the spreads,and on the long arm of chromosome 13 in 50% of the spreads. Physical mapping of three fruit ripening genes in an apple rootstock A106.Twenty five spreads were studied for the ACC synthase gene and hybridization sites were observed in the telomeric region of the short arm of chromosome 12 in 96% of the spreads.chromosomes 9 and 10 in 76% of the spreads,and chromosome 17 in 56% of the spreads.     

Short Communication—The detection of nuclear matrix in most primitive presentexisting eukaryote,Giardia lamblia

The nuclear matrix of diplomonad Giardia lamblia was detected for the first time with DGD embedmentsectioning-embedment free electron microscopy after a series of specific extractions.The result showed that archaezoa Giardia Lamblia already possessed nuclear matrix within its two nuclei.The finest fibrils of the nuclear matrix of Giardia lamblia were measured to be about 11 to 13 nm in thickness.However,the nuclear lamina and nucleolus have never been observed.These results seem to suggest that nuclear matrix is an indispensable intranuclear structural component even in the primitive nucleus.     

丹心Ⅲ号和丹心V号对血小板聚集功能的影响

本文观察了丹心Ⅲ号和丹心Ｖ号对血小板聚集功能的影响,实验结果：丹心Ⅲ号和丹心Ｖ号在体外均可显著抑制ＡＤＰ和花生四烯酸诱导的人血小板聚集,其ＩＣ５０分别为１．６０５ｍｇ／ｍｌ,２．５８９ｍｇ／ｍｌ,８．４ｌ６ｍｇ／ｍｌ和６．６０６ｎｇ／ｍｌ;在体内可抑制连续给药（３５０一７００ｍｇ／ｌｋｇ．ｄ）１０ｄ大鼠血小板对ＡＤＰ和花生烯酸诱导的血小板聚集,但对凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集无明显抑制作用。上述结果提示丹心Ⅲ号和丹心Ⅴ号对血小板聚集功能具有明显的抑制作用。     

人肾液泡型H~＋_－ATPase 58kD亚基基因的表达

在大肠杆菌中表达了人肾液泡型Ｈ￣＋－ＡＴＰａｓｅ５８ｋＤ亚基的基因,利用聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）得到了５８ｋＤ亚基的编码片段．直接将ＰＣＲ产物连接到ＰＥＴ载体上表达．ＳＤＳ聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和蛋白质印迹分析表明５８ｋＤ亚基的基因得到高效表达．表达产物可达细菌细胞质蛋白的５０％．
