The extra small virus (XSV) is a satellite virus associated with Macrobrachium rosenbergii nodavirus (MrNV) and its genome consists of two overlapping ORFs, CP17 and CP16. Here we demonstrate that CP16 is expressed from the second AUG of the CP17 gene and is not a proteinase cleavage result of CP17. We further expressed CP17 and several truncated CP17s (in which the N-or C-terminus or both was deleted), respectively, in Escherichia coli. Except for the recombinant plasmid CP17^AC10, all recombinant plasmids expressed soluble protein which assembled into virus-like particles (VLPs), suggesting that the C-terminus is important for VLP formation. 相似文献

目的调查湖州市中心医院嗜水气单胞菌感染现状和耐药情况。方法采用常规方法分离,用VITEK-32全自动微生物分析仪进行菌种鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌或豚鼠气单胞菌,依据葡萄糖产气反应鉴定为嗜水气单胞菌。并根据配套药敏卡进行药敏试验。结果共分离到34株嗜水气单胞菌,主要来自痰液、胆汁、腹腔引流液或腹水。嗜水气单胞菌对哌拉西林、替卡西林、阿莫西彬克拉维酸、妥布霉素、头孢呋辛、头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、复方新诺明耐药率为52.9%~73.5%。结论目前嗜水气单胞菌也呈现多重耐药现象,临床上应予以重视。 相似文献

2006年4~7月和2007年4~8月,在贵州贵定县境内采用定点观察法对领雀嘴鹎的繁殖行为进行了初步观察.结果 表明,领雀嘴鹎主要栖息于林缘次生林、河岸及斜坡灌丛林.繁殖期为4~8月,巢的结构为3层,营巢期6~8 d,窝卵数2~4枚,孵化期10~12 d,雏鸟留巢13 d.并测量了雏鸟的嘴蜂、跗跖、第5初级飞羽、尾长等的生长数据. 相似文献

本文采用EBV(Epstein?Barr Virus)上清液转化B淋巴细胞,并加入环胞霉素A(Cyclosporine A)抑制T淋巴细胞,成功地对中国东北地区鄂温克族、鄂伦春族及达斡尔族的部分个体建立了永生细胞系,其中鄂温克族49株,鄂伦春族40株,达斡尔族51株,总计140株。永久保存我国特有民族的基因组,为分析其遗传学差异奠定了基础。

本研究用12种识别六碱基的限制性内切酶对来自云南省3个地方绵羊品种11个样本的线粒体DNA(mtDNA)进行了限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP),结果表明,云南绵羊群体平均核苷歧异度为0.086%,平均遗传距离为0.00 4,说明mtDNA变异度很低,遗传多样性贫乏,提示云南绵羊可能起源于同一个共同祖先;昭通绵羊与德钦绵羊距离较远,大约分歧于30万年前,德钦绵羊与腾冲绵羊大约分歧于11万年前,而腾冲绵羊与昭通绵羊也于18万年前发生分歧。
Abstract:mtDNA from 11 sheeps samples of Deqin,Zhaotong and Tengchong in Yunnan province was analyzed with 12 restriction endonucleases.14 restriction types were observed which could sorted into 3 haplotypes.The estimated number of nucleotide substitutions per site(π)in Yunnan sheep was 0.086% and the mean genetic distance(P) was 0.004.This results might show a pattern of single origin of Yunnan sheep.Divergencetime of the native sheep flocks from three districts of Yunnan were estimated on the mean rate of sequence divergence of 0.01 per million years in mtDNA. 相似文献

以微铺展法制备豚鼠精母细胞联会复合体标本,经硝酸银染色后作电镜观察,建立了SC组型。与有丝分裂染色体组型比较,发现二者有良好的一致性。在粗线期,X,Y轴的配对区很短,配对区的X轴和Y轴没有明显变细。未发现银染SC具有着丝粒,并对可能的原因做了分析讨论。Synaptonemal complexes (SC) in Guinea pig (Cavia porcellus) spermatocytes prepared with micro-spreading technique and silver staningwere analyzed by electron microscopy.The meiotic SC karyotype was constructed from 7 cells and compared with the mitotic chromosome karyotype. There is a good agreement between them. At pachytene, there is only a very a very short pairing region in which X-and Y-axis are not stinctly thin.The kinetochore thin. The characteristics of the interactions co-cultures of ultrafine mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs) and the Liriodendron hybrid suspension cells were systematically investigated using laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Using fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) labeling, the LSCM observations demonstrated that MSNs (size, 5-15nm) with attached FITC molecules efficiently penetrated walled plant cells through endocytic pathways, but free FITC could not enter the intact plant cells. The SEM measurements indicated that MSNs readily aggregated on the surface of intact plant cells, and also directly confirmed that MSNs could enter intact plant cells; this was achieved by determining the amount of silicon present. After 24 h of incubation with 1.0mg mL-1 of MSNs, the viability of the plant cells was analyzed using fluorescein diacetate staining; the results showed that these cells retained high viability, and no cell death was observed. Interestingly, after the incubation with MSNs, the Liriodendron hybrid suspension cells retained the capability for plant regeneration via somatic embryogenesis. Our results indicate that ultrafine MSNs hold considerable potential as nano-carriers of extracellular molecules, and can be used to investigate in vitro gene-delivery in plant cells. 相似文献
