中国人苯丙氨酸羟化酶基因的一个新的切接位点突变的鉴定

本文鉴定了苯丙氨酸羟化酶基因355位密码子上的一个新的错义突变Q355 H, 此突变异致谷氨酰胺变成了组氨酸。此突变位点恰位于外显子10和内含子11的交界处, 因此将引起mRNA形成过程中的剪接错误而产生异常的mR NA。Q355H的鉴定为一例苯丙酮尿症胎儿的产前诊断提供了理论依据。 Abstract:A novel missense mutation at code 355 of phenylalanine hydroxlase gene was identified,this mutation caused the substitution of Gln 355 for His 355.The mutant site was at the boundary of exon 10 and intro 11 and might cause splicing errors during RNA processing,Which could result in abnormal mRNA.Identification of Q355H provided a theortic evidence for prenatal diagnosis of a fetus with PKU.     

香港坚木中的达玛烷型三萜

从楝科植物香港坚木的树吉中分得了４个新的达玛烷型三萜,基于详细的光谱分析及与同类化合物的光谱数据比较鉴定了其结构,分别命名为：２０Ｒ,２４Ｒ－表－２５－达玛烷烯－３－酮,１６β－羟基达玛烷－２０,２５－二烯－３－酮,２６－羟基达玛烷－２０,２４－二烯－３－酮和３β－乙酰基－７α,２１Ｓ,２５－三羟基－２１Ｓ,２３Ｒ－表－１（１１）－达玛烷烯。

多种捕食性天敌控制麦蚜当量系统研究

通过饲养,明确了麦蚜主要天敌食蚜蝇类、瓢虫娄、草蛉类、蜘蛛类之中8种幼虫和6种成虫(蛛)的取食量。经校正当量系数模式等统计．建立了上述天敌控制麦蚜的当量系统。实例表明,该系统能准确测定复合天敌的控蚜效果,为促进麦蚜综合治理进展提供了一条依据。

Kinetics of low threshold calcium channels of relay cells in cat lateral geniculate nucleus

Kinetics of the low threshold T-type Ca2+ channel is studied with single electrode voltage damp technique on brain slices of the cat lateral geniculate nucleus (LGN). Space damp is dramatically improved by blocking various K+ and Na+ channels, decreasing Ca2+ current and selecting proper holding potentials. Results from this study are similar to those obtained from acutely dissociated LGN neurons of the rat, indicating that the kinetics of T-Ca2+ channels of the cat LGN neurons is the same as that of the rat LGN. The result reported previously on the cat LGN may result from a defect in space damp.     

索线虫寄生前期幼虫的分类研究

本文对六索属、罗索属和两索属3属6种索线虫的寄生前期幼虫进行了观察比较,对索线虫寄生前期幼虫作为索科线虫属、种鉴别的可能性、分类鉴别方法和主要鉴别特征值等问题作了初步研究。     

大白杜鹃染色质组成成分的研究

采用略加改进的Huang及Bonner法和Sindair法制备四川荥经大白杜鹃(Rhododendron decorum Franch.)的染色质,分析其组成成分,其结果为蛋白质:DNA=1.50;组蛋白:DNA=1.05;非组蛋白:DNA=0.45;RNA:DNA=0.13。
