猴头菌单核菌丝厚垣孢子的观察

多次培养发现猴头菌单、双核菌丝均可形成厚垣孢子。厚垣孢子纺锤形,多端生、中生,大小6~88~10祄,其中单核厚垣孢子略小。试验表明,2~4℃猴头菌厚垣孢子的保藏期达7年以上;缺氧保藏效果好,30~52h萌发,萌发率32%~54%。     

Research on Hepatitis B virus Genotypes and Subgenotypes among Bai Nationality in Dali, Yunnan Province

To investigate the distribution of hepatitis B virus （HBV） genotypes and subgenotypes among the Bai nationality in Dali, a total of 100 serum samples from patients with chronic HBV-infection were collected for the detection of HBV genotypes and subgenotypes by genotype-specific primers and restriction fragment length polymorphism （RLFP）, respectively. Among the 100 samples, the proportions of genotype B, C and mixed genotype （B＋C） were 41%, 25% and 34%, respectively. All the genotype B strains belonged to subgenotype Ba In genotype C, 84% were Subgenotype Cs and 12% were subgenotype Ce. The distribution of genotypes B, C and B＋C showed no significant difference between male and female patients （P=0.182） and among the age groups of patients （P=0.812）. The rates of HBeAg/HBeAg positivity were no significantly different among genotypes B, genotype C and mixed genotype （B＋C） （P=0.077/P=0.663）. In Dali, genotypes B, B＋C and C existed among Bai nationality with chronic HBV-infection, and genotype B was the major genotype. Subgenotypes Ba and Cs were the predominant strains in patients with HBV genotype B/C infection. The most prominent characteristic was the higher prevalent rate of mixed genotype （B＋C） in patients.     

一种简便、快速的大肠杆菌质粒转化方法

将受体菌与质粒DNA混匀直接在Ca2+离子选择平板上进行转化和筛选,其转化过程仅需2 min左右,并能得到105以上的转化效率, 可满足一般克隆工作的需要。 Abstract：After mixing the recipient cells and plasmids DNA, directly spread the mixture on selective media containing Ca2+. The whole process of transformation just needs 2 min or so, and could acquire the transformation efficiency of more than 105, which is enough to common gene cloning.     

Timing of transplantation of autologous bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells for treating myocardial infarction

It is still unclear whether the timing of intracoronary stem cell therapy affects the therapeutic response in patients with myocardial infarction.The natural course of healing the infarction and the presence of putative homing signals within the damaged myocardium appear to favor cell engraftment during the transendothelial passage in the early days after reperfusion.However,the adverse inflammatory environment,with its high oxidative stress,might be deleterious if cells are administered too early after reperfusion.Here we highlight several aspects of the timing of intracoronary stem cell therapy.Our results showed that transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells at 2 4 weeks after myocardial infarction is more favorable for reduction of the scar area,inhibition of left ventricular remodeling,and recovery of heart function.Coronary injection of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells at 2 4 weeks after acute myocardial infarction is safe and does not increase the incidence of complications.
