冠心病介入术前患者睡眠质量及相关因素研究

目的:探讨冠心病介入治疗患者术前睡眠质量及其影响因素。方法:采用一般状况调查表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对2013年7月至2014年1月在某院心内科接受介入治疗的392例冠心病患者进行问卷调查。结果:发放问卷410份,回收有效问卷392份,有效率为95.6%。392例患者中287例存在睡眠质量问题,总发生率为73.2%,PSQI总分为9.88±3.63。相关因素分析显示年龄、性别、婚姻状况、焦虑、抑郁和社会支持6项是冠心病介入治疗术前患者睡眠质量的预测因素。结论:冠心病介入治疗患者术前睡眠质量较差,并受多种因素影响。     

Anatomy and ontogeny of unisexual flowers in dioecious Woonyoungia septentrionalis （Dandy） Law （Magnoliaceae）

Woonyoungia septentrionalis （Dandy） Law is aceae. The floral morphology and structure of the species a dioecious species with unisexual flowers in Magnoliare conspicuously different from other species and are important to the study of floral phylogeny in this family. The floral anatomy and ontogeny were investigated to evaluate the systematic position of W. septentrionalis, using scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy. All of the floral organs are initiated acropetally and spirally. The carpels are of conduplicated type without the differentiation of stigma and style. The degenerated stamens in the female flowers have the same structures as the normal stamens at the earlier developmental stages, but they do not undergo successive development and eventually degenerate. The male floral apex was observed to have the remnants of carpels in a few investigated samples. As the bisexual flower features could be traced both in the male and female flowers in W. septentrionalis, it suggests that the flower sex in Magnoliaceae tends toward unisexual. As well as the unisexual flowers, the reduced tepals and carpels and concrescence of carpels conform to the specialized tendency in Magnoliaceae, which confirms the derived position of W. septentrionalis in this family. As the initiation pattern of floral parts of W. septentrionalis is very similar to other species in this family, it needs further investigation and especially comparison with species in Kmeria to evaluate the separation of Woonyoungia.     

Phylogenetic origin of Beckmannia （Poaceae） inferred from molecular evidence

The phylogenetic origin of Beckmannia remains unknown. The genus has been placed within the Chlorideae, Aveneae （Agrostideae）, Poeae, or treated as an isolate lineage, Beckmanniinae. In the present study, we used nuclear internal transcribed spacer （ITS） and chloroplast trnL-F sequences to examine the phylogenetic relationship between Beckmannia and those genera that have assumed to be related. On the basis of the results of our studies, the following conclusions could be drawn： （i） Beckmannia and Alopecurus are sister groups with high support; and （ii） Beckmannia and Alopecurus are nested in the Poeae clade with high support. The results of our analysis suggest that Beckmannia should be placed in Poeae.     

C7, a novel nucleolar protein, is the mouse homologue of the Drosophila late puff product L82 and an isoform of human OXR1

The C7 gene was identified in a project aimed to characterize differential gene expression upon attachment of cells to extracellular matrix proteins in vitro. C7 is the homologue of Drosophila L82, a late puff gene (Stowers et al. (1999) Dev. Biol. 213, 116-130) and human OXR1, a gene, which protects cells against oxidation (Volkert et al. (2000) Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 97, 14530-14535). All are transcribed into multiple splice forms with a common 3' domain. Additional members of this novel gene family are found in a number of eukaryotic species. In the mouse, the C7 gene is highly and broadly expressed during development in at least 4 splice forms, 3 of which were sequenced. In the adult, the C7 gene is most highly expressed in brain and testis. Antibodies to recombinant C7 protein localized to nucleoli in a variety of cell types, suggesting that C7 may be involved in the formation or function of this important organelle.     

α１抗胰蛋白酶Pi表型的分布及其与肝癌相关性的分析Distribution ofα１-antitrypsin Phenotypes and Its Relation to Human Primary Liver Cancer

本文以凝胶等电聚焦电泳方法测定150例原发性肝癌患者、100例良性肝病患者和112例正常人血清α1AT(Pi)表型的分布。统计学检验说明：（1）我们的烽样结果符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;（2）M2等位基因的相对危险度在2.18-21.96,平均为7.502±3.836。因此,M2的出现在肝癌的检测中有重要意义。     

中国仓鼠卵细胞二氢叶酸还原酶基因在大肠杆菌中的高效表达

本工作采用PCR法将哺乳动物表达载体pSVA75上的中国仓鼠卵细胞(CHO)二氢叶酸还原酶基因扩增后插入到原核生物高效表达质料pBV221中,构建成胞内表达载体pDHFR-1,经转化大肠杆菌(E.coli DH5α)后获高效表达,表达量占总蛋白量的12.2%。利用这种方法不仅为深入研究该酶的结构和功能的关系及其新生肽链的折叠提供丰富的实验材料,而且也有希望成为较好的外源DNA原核扩增表达系统。 Abstract:The technique of PCR was used to amplify the Chinese Hamster Ovary DHFR gene in the mammal expression vector pSVA75,and the amplified fragments were inserted into the vector pBV221,to construct the vector pDHFR-1.The CHO dhfr was fransformaed into E.coli DH5α and high-level expressed.The scanning results(scanned by LKB Enhanced Laser Densitometer)showed that the expression level had reached 12.2% of the total cellular proteins.Therefore,this provides an abundant experimental material for studying the relationship between the protein construct and function,and for studying the biology of the nascent peptide chain during biosynthesis.This pathway may be a good expression system of prokaryocyte for amphifing eukaryotic gene.     

噬菌体对国内谷氨酸生产菌的鉴别

利用噬菌体的宿主专一性,对收集的国内用于生产的谷氨酸生产菌进行鉴别,发现一株7338菌株对T6—13噬菌体敏感,而对7338的噬菌体不敏感。根据上述事实,工厂中为防止噬菌体侵袭,轮换使用不同菌株时,提出要了解菌株对不同噬菌体的敏感性,以免感染造成巨大经济损失。
