中国黄海中海洋真菌的报道

本文首次报道了来自中国黄海海域的两种海洋真菌,其中树球壳属Dryosphaera为中国的新记录属,海浮树球壳菌D.navigans为中国的新记录种;另一种放射鱼雷孢菌Torpedosporaradiata仅在我国南海海域(香港)报道,在黄海海域为首次报道。文中提供了两种海洋真菌的形态描述和附图,研究的标本保存于莱阳农学院真菌标本室(MHLYAC)。     

大兴安岭地区土壤中的暗色丝孢菌Ⅰ

A total of 50 isolates of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 39 species in 18 genera were found from the area of Dahingganling Mountain Range. Among them, Monodictys arxanensis is a new species. Chrysosporium fastidium, Exserohilum pedicellatum, Monodictys asperospora, Papulaspora brachiata, Scolecobasidium anelli, Scolecobasidium verruculosum and Ulocladium tuberculatum are new to China. The other 31 taxa which have been previously reported from China are also listed. Specimens (dried cultures) and living cultures of all fungi studied have been deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).     

河北鸭梨病果上链格孢分离系的形态及分子特性研究

A total of 123 Alternaria isolates were obtained from roting fruits of Pyrus bretschneideri “Ya Li” collected in Hebei Province, China. The isolates, according to morphological characteristics of conidia and sporulation patterns, were segregated into four groups: A. alternata group, A. tenuissima group, A. yaliinficiens group and Alternaria sp. group. Molecular characteristics of part of the isolates were determined using random amplified polymorphism DNA (RAPD) analysis. Based on cluster analysis of RAPD data, large- and small-spored Alternaria spp. were evidently distinguished, and the small-spored species can form five clusters that fundamentally paralleled the morphological groupings.     

细基格孢属一新种和两个中国新记录种

A new species and two new Chinese records in the genus Ulocladium from soil are reported. New species is Ulocladium leve, and the new records are U. alternariae and U. consortiale. Latin diagnosis of the new species is presented. Holotype specimen (dried culture) of the new species and dried cultures of two new records are deposited in the Herbarium of Shandong Agricultural University: Plant Pathology (HSAUP).     

中国一新记录属--斯氏格孢属

斯氏格孢属 中国新记录属Spegazzinia Saccardo, Michelia 2：37 , 1880. 菌落松散,正圆形或平展,暗褐色至黑色;菌丝体表生;子座无,刚毛和附属丝缺;菌丝多分枝,常相互融合集结成网状;分生孢子梗常从近球形、安瓶形、盘形或瓮形的孢梗母细胞上生出,不分枝,直立或弯曲,窄细,近无色至褐色,光滑或具有瘤突。分生孢子梗常分为长、短两型,分别产生a,b两种类型的分生孢子：a分生孢子生在长的分生孢子梗上,b分生孢子生在短的分生孢子梗上;产孢细胞于顶端全壁芽生式产孢,单芽生,有限生长,窄细,圆柱状;分生孢子单生;a分生孢…     

植物病原菌产生的降解酶及其作用

综述了植物病原微生物产生的降解酶的种类、作用方式、在致病中的地位及研究进展,阐明了细胞壁降解酶的双重作用：即作为病原物侵染的致病因子及作为植物防卫反应的激发子,为寄主一病原物分子互作提供一定的参考。     

中国砖格丝孢菌研究I.砖格孢属

在进行中国砖格丝孢菌分类研究中,发现砖格孢属一个新种和两个中国新记录种。新种是泰山砖格孢Dictyosporiumtaishanensis,新记录种是索兰砖格孢Dictyosporiumsolani和七臂砖格孢Dictyosporiumheptasporum。分别对三个种进行了中文描述,并附图,新种有拉丁文描述。研究标本保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP)。     

暗色丝孢菌研究 I.两个中国新记录属和三个中国新记录种

报道了暗色丝孢菌的三个中国新记录种Beltraniella portoricensis、Spadicoides xylogena和Periconia circinata,其中Beltraniella和Spadicoides两属在中国首次发现.研究的标本保藏于山东农业大学植物病理标本室(HSAUP).     

中国砖格孢子丝孢菌研究Ⅲ.囊梗孢属

本文报道囊梗孢属一新种和一中国新记录种.新种为直立囊梗孢Oncopodiumerectum G.Z.Zhao&T.Y.Zhang,其典型特征是分生孢子宽倒棒状或梨形,砖格状,几乎总是三个横膈膜.中国新记录种为李囊梗孢Oncopodiumpruni M.B.Ellis.对这两个种进行英文描述,并附图,新种具拉丁文描述.研究标本保存在山东农业大学植物病理学标本室(HSAUP).

Septonema Corda, Icon. Fung., 1: 9, 1837. 菌落铺展型,绒毛状,淡青褐色至黑褐色。菌丝体埋生或部分表生。无子座、刚毛和附着枝。分生孢子梗分化明显,通常单生,直或稍微弯曲,不分枝或具短侧枝,褐色,外壁光滑,有隔膜。产孢细胞单芽生或有时多芽生,顶生或居间生于柄或分枝上,与梗合生,有限生长,柱状。分生孢子大多顶生,形成长且常分枝的向顶序列孢子链,易分离,柱状或长方形,椭圆形或纺锤形,至端部突然变细,最末端平截,淡褐色至深青褐色,褐色或红褐色,表面光滑,厚壁,具1至若干个横膈膜。 模式种：Septonema se…
