本文研究了从黑曲霉中获得原生质体的各种条件（例如渗透压稳定剂、温度、菌龄、培养基的成分、 酶索统等）。结果表明，采用0.5lo蜗牛酶和1％ 纤维素酶的混合溶液酶解菌丝体，可获得大最的原生 质体。该原生质体用。．8mol/L N“ 作为渗透压稳定剂在再生培养基上再生率为50 %.     

人毛乳头细胞组织化学研究

毛乳头细胞是一种高度特殊化的成纤维细胞。本文通过对体外培养的毛乳头细胞进行组织化学染色研究发现,它对阿新蓝、甲苯胺蓝和PAS染色均呈阳性,并对甲苯胺蓝显异染性．与原位时的细胞染色结果相同,表明在体外培养下．毛乳头细胞合成和分泌酸性、中性粘多糖的能力仍能维持较长时间;在细胞聚集区和多层化细胞团中有丰富的细胞外基质,阿新蓝和PAS染色呈强阳性,说明细胞外基质的存在与毛乳头细胞的聚集有很大关系;另外毛囊真皮鞘细胞对阿新蓝、甲苯胺蓝染色呈阳性反应．无甲苯胺蓝的异染性,PAS染色阴性,而真皮成纤维细胞这些染色均阴性,说明它与毛乳头细胞关系密切。     

微核直径测试作为非整倍体诱发剂的分析手段

以小鼠骨髓红细胞微核直径测试,比较了秋水仙素（COL）与昆明山海棠（THH）、对苯二酚（HQ）在哺乳动物体细胞中的非整倍体诱发效应。丝裂霉素C（MMC）作为多功能染色体断裂剂引入实验,为诱发非整倍体的阴性对照。结果发现,COL组,71%的微核直径（d）大于或等于所在细胞直径（D）的五分之一（d≥D/5）;THH诱发微核中,54%的微核d≥D/5;HQ及MMC组,分别有47%及14%的微核相对直径达此阈值。暗示THH及HQ具有类似COL的某种非整倍体诱发效应。微核直径测试可作为非整倍体诱发剂检测的辅助手段。 The relative diameters of micronucleus induced by colchicines(COL),Triptergium hypoglaucum(Level)Hutch(THH)and hydroquinone(HQ)were compared to evaluate their aneugenic activities in mouse bone marrow erythrocytes.MitomycinC(MMC)was taken as the negative control in the experiment because it is a multifunctional clastogen without aneugenic potential.Diameters of the cytoplasm(D)and the micronucleus(d)of each micronucleated erythrocytes were measured with a micrometer in a microscope.The frequency of relatively large micronuclei(d≥D/5)was found(71%) in COL treated group.In the THH and HQ treated groups,the relatively large micronuclei were 54% and 47%,respectively.Such micronuclei were infrequent(14%)in the MMC treated group.The results implied that THH and HQ may possess some aneugenic potential like COL.     

利用早孕绒毛组织和PCR技术检测先天性人巨细胞病毒感染

人的巨细胞病毒(Human cytomegalovirus,HCMV)已成为引起宫内感染的重要原因。在新生儿中先天性HCMV的感染率为0.2-2.2％。为了建立一种可行的先天性HCMV感染产前诊断技术,我们利用早孕绒毛组织和聚合酶链反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术对孕早期的先天性HCMV感染进行了研究。现简报如下:

Nonlinear Phenomena Conveying Body Size Information and Improving Attractiveness of the Courtship Calls in the Males of Odorrana tormota

Nonlinear phenomena are commonly shown in the vocalization of animals and exerts different adaptive functions.Although some studies have pointed out that nonlinear phenomena can enhance the individual identification of male Odorrana tormota,whether the nonlinear phenomena play a specific role in the sexual selection of O.tormota remain unclear.Here we presented evidence that there was a significant negative correlation(Pearson:n=30,r=0.65,P<0.001)between the nonlinear phenomena content and snout-vent length in the male O.tormota,and two-choice amplexus experiments showed that female O.tormota preferred male with smaller body size containing higher nonlinear phenomena content in its calls.Phonotaxis experiments also revealed that females preferred calls with higher nonlinear phenomena content.Additionally,compared to the calls with lower nonlinear phenomena content and higher fundamental frequency,there was shorter response time in phonotactic behaviour of female induced by the calls with higher nonlinear phenomena content and lower fundamental frequency.We argue that the nonlinear phenomena content in the calls of male O.tormota can convey its body size information and may provide important clues for female frogs in darkened surroundings to identify males’body size during mate choice,meanwhile,higher nonlinear phenomena content in males’calls may increase the attractiveness of males to females.The results of this study provide confirmation that,for O.tormota,nonlinear phenomena have specific function in mate choice.
