In order to precisely recognize and karyotype Brassica napus L. chromosomes, C0t-1 DNA was extracted from its genomic DNA, labeled with biotin-1 1-dUTP and in situ hybridized. The hybridized locations were detected by Cy3-conjugated streptavidin. Specific fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) signal bands were detected on all individual chromosome pairs. Each chromosome pair showed specific banding patterns. The B. napus karyotype has been constructed, for the first time, on the basis of both Cot-1 DNA FISH banding patterns and chromosome morphology. 相似文献

以MS为基本培养基,通过添加不同激素和附加物等措施对桃儿七种子成熟胚进行了无菌苗和愈伤组织诱导初步研究。研究结果表明:0.5mg/L IAA+0.2mg/L KT+0.3mg/L GA3处理可获得生长良好的无菌苗,诱导率达41.67%。1.0mg/L 2,4-D+0.4mg/L KT+0.3mg/L GA3处理愈伤组织诱导率可达36.67%,添加500mg/L水解酪蛋白(CH)或10mg/L D-生物素有益于愈伤组织的诱导。光照和变温培养有利于提高无菌苗和愈伤组织的诱导率,有效降低褐化率。 相似文献

报告坏疽性脓皮病伴念珠菌性肉芽肿1例。患者男性,59岁。双下肢反复发作溃疡增生性皮疹19个月。组织病理示坏疽性脓皮病,糖皮质激素治疗后皮损好转。病程中右侧小腿皮损再次溃疡增生,取组织进行真菌培养,鉴定为白念珠菌。口服氟康唑抗真菌,同时服用泼尼松片控制坏疽性脓皮病。治疗2个月,患者右小腿溃疡愈合,增生物消退。 相似文献

本实验选取大鼠7条染色体上的微卫星位点合成了10对引物,利用聚合酶链反应(PCR)扩增技术对国内北京和哈尔滨等4家单位提供的6个品系(SHR、SHRSP、LEW、RCS、WKY和F344)的8个近交系大鼠群体进行了DNA多态性分析的研究.结果表明:9个微卫星位点具有显著多态性;不同品系个体之间具有多态性;同一群体不同个体之间除SHR(哈)的SMST位点和WKY(哈)的AGT位点出现一定的差异外,其他均没有差异;不同地区同一品系的不同个体之间也存在一定的差异.该方法能有效地对近交系与杂交系、品系与品系、品系与亚系加以区分.因此,本实验为开展近交系大鼠遗传作图、基因定位和为实验动物的遗传背景监测提供可靠的信息,为大鼠遗传基因的研究提供了一个快捷简便、特异准确的方法。
Abstract:In the experiment,It were selected that 20 primers were assigned on 7 chromosomes of inbred rat.DNA polymorphism of 8 colonies from 6 inbred rat strains(SHR、SHRSP、WKY、LEW、RCS、F344)were studied in national Beijing and Harbin using PCR-analyzed microsatellites.The results indicated that there were remarkable polymorphism in 9 microsatellite loci;There is a polymorphism among the various rat strains;and no polymorphism in the same rat strains except SMST locus of SHR(Harbin)and AGT locus of WKY(Harbin)and there is a little difference among the same inbred rat strains in different areas.The method of PCR-analyzed microsatellites can be used for distinguishing between inbred and outbred、different strains、strain and substrain.and it provides a lot of information for genetic mapping,gene location and heredity probe of the inbred rat strains,and a speedy、convenient method for genetic research of the inbred rat. 相似文献

用7个母本、5个父本品种,按NCII杂交设计,进行桑树对花叶病抗性的遗传分析。首次证明:桑树对花叶病的抗性具有数量遗传特点,符合加性-显性模型,主要受加性基因控制,广义遗传力和狭义遗传力中等,一般配合力显示绝对优势,具有超显性现象。母本品种含有比父本品种更多的显性基因。
Abstract Seven maternal and five paternal varieties of mulberry were used in inheritance experiment by NCII mating design. Genetic study of mulberry resistance to the mosaic disease was carried out. The results showed for the first time that mulberry resistance to the mosaic disease showed charateristics of quantitative inheritance, it tallied with the model of additive-dominance, it was mainly controlled by additive genes. Broad heritability and narrow heritality were moderate. The general combining ability showed absolute superiority. The resistance showed overdominant phenomenon. The maternal variety had more the dominance gene than paternal. 相似文献
