东方蝗卵蜂Scelio oriemalis Dodd是越北腹露蝗Fruhstorferiola tonkinensis Will.卵的寄生性天敌.2004-2006年对广东省北部越北腹露蝗卵粒和卵块寄生率分别为43.18%和89.34%.东方蝗卵蜂产卵在越北腹露蝗卵中,幼虫期为2龄,每粒被寄生的蝗卵只出l头蜂.东方蝗卵蜂的产卵系统发达,不仅骨化程度高,而且具有伸缩性.雌雄件比约为1:0.6,羽化后即可交配.以5%的葡萄糖溶液喂养成蜂,最多可存活31 d.东方蝗卵蜂可能是某些年份越北腹露蝗种群下降的重要因子.  相似文献

The telescopic ovipositor system possessed by the genus Scelio Latreille (Hymentoptera : Scelionidae) and related genera is described in detail for the first time, and found to be anatomically and mechanically unique amongst the parasitic Hymenoptera. Its basic plan is similar to the Ceratobaeus-type ovipositor system described previously for other scelionids, in that the ovipositor is invaginated entirely into the body cavity when at rest and attached to the terminal metasomal segment only by a lightly sclerotized collapsible membranous tube. There are, however, significant anatomical and mechanical modifications that permit the Scelio-type system greater extendability. Telescopic extension of multiple sections of greatly elongated intersegmental membrane, operated by changes in hydrostatic pressure, allows the entire ovipositor system, including the terminal metasomal tergite (T7 + T8), to be exserted from the body cavity during oviposition, thus extending the range of the ovipositor by as much as 3.5 times its length. These changes are accompanied by the incoporation of the lateral apodemes into the wall of the most distal segment of telescopic tube, and the loss of their associated musculature. Similar to other scelionids, orientation of the ovipositor in Scelio is controlled by contraction of muscles connecting the proximal head of the ovipositor with the fused terminal metasomal tergite (T7 + T8). A model for the mechanics of extension and retraction of the Scelio-type ovipositor system is proposed, and is supported by anatomical evidence, behavioural observations and direct manipulation of the system. The evolution of this system in relation to the exploitation of a particular host group, the eggs of Orthoptera, and its significance in resolving phylogenetic problems within the Scelionidae, are also discussed.  相似文献

Trissolcus species (Hymenoptera: Scelionidae) are the most promising biological control agents against sunn pest. The accurate identification of natural enemies is crucial in order to develop successful biological control programs. This paper presents phylogenetic analyses of Trissolcus species based on data sets consisting of 18S, 28S, ITS1, ITS2 and cytochrome oxidase subunit I (COI) genes. The most commonly used genetic loci in Trissolcus species identification is the cytochrome oxidase I gene (COI). Also restriction fragment length polymorphism analyses of PCR amplified COI gene have been developed to discriminate closely related species. We suggest that Trissolcus grandis Thompson and Trissolcus semistriatus Nees split significantly into two different genetic groups while there is another species diverging from T. semistriatus which is decsribed as ‘Trissolcus flavotibialis Kocak & Guz, n. sp.’  相似文献

Four new species of Telenominae of the genera Telenomus and Platytelenomus, collected in the territory of the Ukraine, Hungary, and Japan, were described: Telenomus (T.) bicolorus Kononova, T. (T.) ardens Kononova, (T.) michaylovi Kononova, and Platytelenomus mirabilis Kononova. Brief morphological characteristics of the genera Telenomus and Platytelenomus are given, and some notes concerning biology and geographical distribution of the species are presented. Telenomus (T.) bicolorus differs from all the known species of the genus Telenomus in the two-colored body: head and thorax yellow with brownish tint ventrally, mesothorax and abdomen black. The main distinguishing feature of T. (T.) ardens is its smooth shining body, T. (T.) michaylovi is similar to T. (T.) rudis Kozlov. These species can be distinguished by the structure of their antenna. The second to fourth segments of the antennal clava are transverse in T. (T.) michaylovi and are as long as wide in T. (T.) rudis. In addition, the abdominal stem and abdominal tergite II are smooth and shining, while the abdominal stem in T. (T.) rudis is striate along the entire length, and tergite II is finely striate along half of its length. Platytelenomus mirabilis is closely related to P. danubialis Szelényi, but differs in the strongly flattened body, sculpture of the abdominal stem and tergite II, and coloration of the legs. The thorax of P. mirabilis is 4–5 times as wide as high, the abdominal stem is striate along the entire length, tergite II is striate at the base, and the legs, including coxae, are yellow. The thorax of P. danubialis is 4 times as wide as high, the abdominal stem and tergite II are smooth and shining, and the legs are brown.  相似文献
