选择新鲜的牛粪、猪粪和鸡粪为堆肥原料,通过室内模拟直接堆肥试验,研究堆肥过程理化参数变化、种子发芽指数以及腐熟物红外光谱特征.结果表明: 堆肥过程温度变化明显,牛粪出现一次堆肥高温阶段,鸡粪和猪粪各两次,堆肥温度超过50 ℃以上时间均大于10 d,温度可以最直观地表征堆肥的腐熟程度.堆肥过程中pH值变化幅度较大,其中猪粪的pH值从6.63上升至7.74,鸡粪从7.73上升至8.66,牛粪则先从7.86上升至8.36再下降至7.52;有机碳含量逐渐降低,牛粪、猪粪和鸡粪分别下降23.3%、28.2%和31.7%;堆肥过程中,牛粪、猪粪和鸡粪的铵态氮含量分别下降87.8%、73.6%和79.7%,硝态氮含量分别增加至堆肥前的56.81、6.49和4.85倍,铵态氮/硝态氮均下降至2以下.温度、pH值、有机碳含量和铵态氮/硝态氮能较好地反映3种粪便高温堆肥的腐熟程度,且与种子发芽率相关性较高(P≤0.05).红外光谱分析表明,在堆肥过程中,牛粪和猪粪的脂肪族、多糖类物质减少,芳香结构化增强,腐殖化程度增加;鸡粪则相反.在建立理化指标体系的同时,应兼顾物质结构的稳定性. 相似文献

实验选取鸡粪和猪粪进行好氧堆肥发酵,研究畜禽粪便腐熟过程中酶活性和微生物的变化趋势以及相互联系。结果表明:过氧化氢酶活性和纤维素酶活性在堆肥初期较高,随后迅速降低,最终过氧化氢酶维持在9~12ml/g之间,纤维素酶维持在12.37~15.07mg/(kg·h)之间,而脲酶活性变化趋势为"升高-降低-升高"。细菌数量变化趋势为"低-高-低";放线菌为"高-低";真菌为"高-低-高"。通过相关分析发现,放线菌可能是影响堆肥中过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶的关键因素。鸡粪中放线菌与过氧化氢酶呈极显著正相关;猪粪中放线菌与过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶呈显著正相关;鸡粪+猪粪中放线菌与过氧化氢酶和纤维素酶呈极显著正相关。 相似文献

堆肥是实现畜禽粪便处理及资源化利用的有效途径,然而畜禽粪便堆肥过程中氮素损失较严重,对氮素损失与控制的研究可为有效控制氮素损失提供理论基础和实践参考.本文简述了畜禽粪便堆肥过程中氮素转化及主要损失途径,总结了影响堆肥氮素损失的主要因素(包括堆肥物料初始特性、堆肥环境参数和堆肥工艺条件),并综述了氮素损失控制措施(调节C、N代谢,改变氮素形态,添加NH3吸附剂和调节通风与控温措施)的研究进展,此外,对未来的研究方向进行了展望. 相似文献

猪粪堆肥化处理过程中的氮素转变及腐熟度研究 总被引:50,自引:3,他引:50
经过63d堆肥化处理后,猪粪与木屑混合堆肥及猪粪,木屑与树叶混合堆肥的T-N分别从开始的1.57%和1.78%增加到2.0%和2.11%;水溶性NO3-N/水溶性T-N均从接近于0的水平增加到3%左右;水溶性有机N/水溶性T-N分别增加到70%和76%;水溶性NH4-N/水溶性T-N则分别从开始52%和61%下降至堆肥结束时的30%和24%。种子发芽系数的测定结果表明,加入树叶有利于猪粪的腐熟化,可使猪粪堆肥化处理所城的时间从42d缩短至35d。化学指标与种子发芽系数的相关分析结果表明,水溶性NH4-N/水溶性T-N,水溶性NO3-N/水溶性T-N和水溶性有机N/水溶性T-N均与种子发芽系数呈显著相关,可作为堆肥的腐熟度评价指标。 相似文献

堆肥是实现畜禽粪便处理及资源化利用的有效途径,但传统堆肥过程存在升温脱水效果不佳及氮素损失的问题.本文利用猪粪进行堆肥试验,探讨了堆肥过程中添加不同比例竹炭对堆肥升温脱水及氮素损失的影响.结果表明: 与不添加竹炭的对照相比,添加竹炭处理可以使堆体升温时间缩短24~48 h,脱水率提高13.6%~21.4%,堆肥高温期持续时间延长216~264 h;添加竹炭处理可以增加堆肥铵态氮、硝态氮及总氮含量,使氮素固定率提高28.3%~65.4%.

测定八角下脚料与甘蔗滤泥、桐麸联合堆肥过程中温度、C/N比、种子发芽指数(GI)等腐熟度指标,研究各项指标在堆肥进程中的变化情况。结果表明:GI可作为八角下脚料与甘蔗滤泥、桐麸联合堆肥评价堆肥腐熟度的主要评价指标。在起始C/N比为31.45条件下进行八角提油下脚料、甘蔗滤泥、桐麸的联合高温好氧堆肥,堆制21 d和26 d时,三种腐熟度指标未全部显示堆肥腐熟;堆制31 d时,C/N比为18.55,T值为0.59(小于0.6),发芽指数GI为93.7%(大于80%)。从温度、发芽指数和C/N比三个指标均可认为堆肥已达到腐熟。 相似文献

随着集约化畜禽养殖业的不断发展,兽用抗生素的长期使用导致畜禽粪便抗生素抗性基因污染日益严重,对生态环境和人类健康造成严重危害。如何有效消减畜禽粪便中的抗生素抗性基因成为当前研究热点。本文系统总结了畜禽粪便中抗生素抗性基因的产生途径、分布和影响因素,并阐述了好氧堆肥、厌氧消化及其强化工艺消减畜禽粪便抗生素抗性基因的研究进展,根据现有工艺研究存在的问题展望了今后的重点研究方向,为畜禽粪便中抗生素抗性基因的消减提供理论基础和技术支撑。 相似文献

以猪粪与秸秆(鲜质量10.5∶1)为基础,在自制的强制通风静态堆肥反应箱中进行堆肥化试验,研究添加8%葡萄籽对猪粪秸秆高温堆肥中微生物群落演替和碳氮转化的影响.在堆肥化的30 d里,分7次采集不同时期的堆肥样品,测定堆肥中微生物区系、微生物生理群的数量及堆肥碳氮含量.结果表明:添加葡萄籽使堆肥中细菌数量略高、放线菌数量显著增加、真菌数量明显降低,细菌/放线菌下降;氨化细菌和反硝化细菌数量降低;而硝化细菌、固氮菌和纤维素分解菌数量增多;铵态氮和有机碳含量下降,而硝态氮含量明显提高.堆肥中硝态氮含量与放线菌数量呈极显著正相关关系.添加葡萄籽使堆体升温快且高温期稳定,堆肥含水率波动较小,从而使堆肥高温期放线菌和亚硝化细菌的波动较小,数量较高,有利于堆肥中硝态氮含量的增加. 相似文献

The effects of different straw types and organic and inorganic nitrogen (N) sources on the chemical composition and odor concentration
(OC) of mushroom composting emissions, compost parameters, and mushroom yield were examined using bench-scale and large-scale
(windrows and aerated tunnels) composting systems. There were close correlations between the butanol or combined H2S+dimethyl sulfide (DMS) concentration and OC of air samples taken from different composting ingredients (r=0.83 and 0.76–0.87, P<0.01, for loge-transformed data). Differences in N availability, in terms of NH3 and N losses during composting, were found between different N sources. Materials in which the N was less available (chipboard
and digester wastes, cocoa shells, ammonium sulfate) produced lower mushroom yields than materials in which the N was more
readily available (poultry manure, urea, brewers' grains, hop and molasses wastes, cocoa meal). Replacement of poultry manure
with the other N sources at 50–100% or wheat straw with rape, bean, or linseed straw in aerated tunnel or windrow composts
reduced the OC and emissions of odorous sulfur-containing compounds, but also reduced yield. Urea and cocoa meal may be suitable
for “low odor” prewetting of straw, with addition of poultry manure immediately before aerated tunnel composting. Rape straw
in compost reduces the formation of anaerobic zones and resulting odorous emissions, since it maintains its structure and

AIMS: To evaluate the ammonia-assimilating abilities of micro-organisms isolated from cattle manure composting processes and to determine the distribution of cultivable species of ammonia-assimilating micro-organisms in microbial communities during the composting processes. METHODS AND RESULTS: Compost samples were collected from four stages of treatment. Trypto soya agar was used for the isolation of ammonia-assimilating aerobes. Many of the isolates showed high ammonia-assimilating ability in a medium containing basal components and a compost extract. Partial 16S ribosomal DNA sequencing showed that the cultivable species of highly efficient ammonia-assimilating isolates changed during the composting process. The community structure of micro-organisms and actinomycetes was analysed by polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). Two species of actinomycetes identified by PCR-DGGE coincided with those found among the cultured isolates. CONCLUSIONS: Ammonia-assimilating micro-organisms obtained by the cultivation method were not predominant in the microbial community during the composting process: however certain cultured actinomycetes were members of predominant species in the actinomycetes community. SIGNIFICANCE AND IMPACT OF THE STUDY: Ammonia assimilation by micro-organisms is one of the important mechanisms for ammonia retention in the composting process. Cultivable actinomycetes are a means for preventing ammonia emission from the composting process. 相似文献
