蓝藻水华已经成为人类所关注的重要环境问题之一。在最近的几十年里,我国的湖泊生态系统受到损害,水体质量有所下降,我国的经济和发展受到一定的制约。藻类毒素的产生是蓝藻水华带来的主要危害之一,有研究表明世界上25%~75%的蓝藻水华会产生藻毒素。本文对蓝藻水华及其所产生的藻类毒素的种类、毒性作用等方面进行综合阐述,旨在为生态环境保护和人类健康提供理论依据。  相似文献

论文就有机磷农药对藻类生长的影响、毒性机理以及对浮游植物群落结构的影响进行综述。相对于水生甲壳类和鱼类,有机磷农药对藻类毒性较低,EC50一般高于1mg/L,对藻类生长的影响大致呈现低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的趋势,有机磷农药之间及其与其它化合物之间具有联合毒性作用。有机磷农药对藻细胞酶活性具有一定影响,而对光合作用的影响也是有机磷农药对藻类毒性效应的重要致毒机制。浮游植物对有机磷农药敏感性差异以及施药引起的浮游动物对藻类的选择性摄食,可能会导致水生态系统中浮游植物群落结构的变化。  相似文献

本文评价了六种选矿药剂对藻类的毒性效应,它们对斜生栅藻的毒性大小排列顺序是:二号油>Fu>0145>Yx>MPA>S-808,96h-EC_(50)值分别为41.2,50.1,82.0,177.8,198.2和900ppm。六种选矿药剂对藻类毒性最大的是二号油,毒性最小的是S-808。对藻类细胞形态的观察结果表明,0145对藻类的细胞形态有轻度的致畸效应,在其它五种药剂的培养物中,均未发现畸变细胞。在室温下存放10d后MPA,0145和二号油,毒性明显下降,其下降速率的顺序是:MPA>0145>二号油。藻类对S-808具有净化脱色作用,100ppm浓度的S-808溶液经藻类作用32d后,其色度可减少48%,作用62d和93d,色度分别降低54%和58%。0145抑制藻类的光合放氧,经50,100和200ppm浓度的0145处理4h后,与对照相比,藻类的光合放氧速率分别下降15、34和36%。  相似文献

综述了汞污染对藻类的毒性效应及影响因素。水环境中汞主要以元素汞、无机汞和有机汞3种形式存在。藻类吸附汞主要分为胞外的快速吸附和胞内的缓慢富集,在安全浓度内,金属汞对藻生长有一定的促进作用,随着浓度增大,抑制藻生长或致死。汞进入藻体细胞后,藻类为了存活会产生一系列保护机制。藻类对汞的排斥和排出作用可能就是对汞耐性的一种重要机制。藻类也可以通过多种方式减少汞进入藻类细胞,以及通过与其他物质结合汞使其排出胞外。温度、pH、生物学因素等影响重金属对藻类的毒性作用。并就藻类对汞耐性和适应机理、利用藻类修复和监测重金属污染、藻类响应汞胁迫的信号转导途径及其保护机制等未来研究领域进行了展望。  相似文献

三聚氰胺对藻类的毒性效应研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以近头状伪蹄形藻(Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata)和斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)为材料,利用藻类生长抑制试验测定了三聚氰胺对藻类的毒性效应。结果表明,三聚氰胺对两种藻的生长存在不同程度的抑制效应,浓度越高,抑制效应越强;对斜生栅藻的毒性效应还随处理时间的延长而增强。以生物量计,三聚氰胺抑制近头状伪蹄形藻和斜生栅藻生长的72h EbC50值分别是537.67和485.17mg/L,均为较低的毒性效应。两种藻的生长率均随处理浓度的增加而逐渐降低;依据估算的EC20和EC10值推断,斜生栅藻对三聚氰胺较为敏感,而且还具有明显的慢性毒性效应。    相似文献

巢湖蓝藻水华形成原因探索及"优势种光合假说"   总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12  
为探索蓝藻水华的形成原因,从2007以来对巢湖西区浮游藻类种类、优势种季节变化、初级生产力、水质参数及优势种的光合生理生态学特性作了观测。关于蓝藻水华形成过程中迅猛发展的原因,近80a已提出了10种假说,但对解释巢湖形成的蓝藻水华,尚显不足。本文基于我们对蓝藻水华的了解,提出了如下“优势种光合假说”:(1)蓝藻水华包含各种藻类,蓝藻水华发生不仅与藻细胞浓度有关,还与水体初级生产力直接有关。巢湖中这两者在夏季最大,在冬季最小。但无定量关系。(2)水华藻类中生长最快、细胞密度最大的是优势种,含有多个优势种时可能随季节更替。巢湖几乎整年发生蓝藻水华,已检测出4种优势种都是蓝藻,从早春起先是水华鱼腥藻,以后有绿色微囊藻、惠氏微囊藻和铜绿微囊藻。(3)各种环境因子都影响优势种生长,其中少数主导因子影响较大。在巢湖富营养条件下,光强、温度和pH值是主导因子。(4)主导因子对优势种光合活性的影响,可决定其能否处于优势。巢湖的温度和pH值变化可能促进了惠氏微囊藻取代绿色微囊藻,铜绿微囊藻取代惠氏微囊藻,而光强变化可能调节冬季时水华鱼腥藻取代了绿色微囊藻,春季时正好是相反的取代。  相似文献

用SOS显色法对12种金属化合物的遗传毒性进行了检测,发现多种金属化合物具有遗传毒性,在 SOS显色法中呈阳性反应,其中已知具有致癌作用的镍和钻化合物在Ames沙门氏菌/微粒体测试法 检测中呈阴性结果,镍化合物在枯草杆菌的Rec测试法中也呈阴性。uvrA基因的存在对SOS显色法 检测某些金属化合物的遗传毒性有重要的影响。  相似文献

用评价化学品对藻类毒性的标准实验方法,研究了12种镧系元素对小球藻生长的抑制情况。结果表明,12种镧系元素抑制小球藻生长的96h半效应浓度(96h EC50 )均为2 9 0 0±0 5 0 μmol·L-1。对各剂量反应方程进行X2 检验,结果表明,符合精度要求,计算出的96h EC50 真实可靠。镧系元素对海水小球藻的生物毒性是相同的,此结果对探明镧系元素对藻类的生态毒理效应具有重要意义。  相似文献

Blooms of blue-green algae from 51 eutrophic Scandinavian lakes were investigated during the period 1978–1984, to ascertain the occurrence of toxinogenic species. Toxicity assays were performed by intraperitoneal injection of suspensions of freeze-dried algal material in mice. Toxin-producing blue-green algae were found in 30 lakes. They belonged to 11 different species of the six genera Anabaena, Aphanizomenon, Gomphosphaeria, Microcystis, Nodularia and Oscillatoria. The presence of toxinogenic strains of blue-green algae seemed quite constant in several of the localities studied. In some lakes, more than one toxic species were found to develop simultaneously. The level of toxicity showed large variation (MLD100, 6 to > 2500 mg/kg), but clinical and pathological changes were quite uniform. The results indicate that water-blooms of toxin-producing blue-green algae, in the geographical area in question, are regionally widespread. In some localities, blooms of blue-green algae are apparently always toxic. Several aspects of the toxic blue-green algae problem are discussed.  相似文献

During the period 1981–1995 331 phytoplankton samples from 153stations in different parts of Sweden were analysed regardingspecies composition and possible toxicity. Toxins were indicated in156 samples which gives a percentage of 47. The toxicity wasconfirmed by mouse bioassay. All samples were collected fromwater-blooming lakes, mainly containing taxa belonging to thecyanobacterial genera Anabaena, Aphanizomenon, Microcystis and Planktothrix. In addition to informationabout occurrence of neuro- or hepatotoxins, knowledge about thedistribution of water-blooming lakes in the country was obtained aswell as about their predominating taxa. Microcystisaeruginosa, Anabaena flos-aquae and Aphanizomenonflos-aquae were the most frequently occurring taxa in the lakes.Among the taxa observed, nine different cyanobacterial species withcertainty produce toxins. Microcystis spp. most frequentlyproduced toxic blooms (only hepatotoxins). Anabaena spp.,however, caused the majority of waterblooms. The Anabaenaflos-aquae-group produced neurotoxins [incl. anatoxin-a(s)],neurotoxins + hepatotoxins or only hepatotoxins. Aphanizomenon flos-aquae was only recorded as toxin-producing inthree Swedish lakes, which may be compared with the conditions inFinland, where it was toxic in 36 bloom samples. Aspects are givenon toxicity versus lake acidification and trophic conditions, aswell as on health effects on animals and humanbeings.  相似文献

Extracts of the blue-green alga Oscillatoria agardhii were tested for acute toxicity on laboratory mice and rats. Material originating from lake Gjersjøen proved to be toxic to the animals, samples from the nearby lake Årungen did not. Clinical symptoms culminated in the development of a fatal shock due to decrease in circulating blood volume. Pathological examination revealed heavy pooling of blood in the liver and severe damage to the organ. Blood analyses also indicated liver damage. Effects were the same with extracts from a laboratory clone culture as from a natural water bloom, but the toxin content was higher in the bloom material. Toxicity was not affected by heat, acid or alkali treatment.  相似文献

Planktonic blue-green algae are known to be always associated with bacteria. Earlier work has shown that the addition of a bacteria-assimilable carbon source to a normal Zehnder-Gorham culture medium (No. 11) will produce enhanced growth of these algae when atmospheric CO2 has become the limiting factor. In new work, phosphate-rich culture media were diluted so that they simulated nutrient levels found in the Great Lakes, e.g., Lake Erie. At these low concentrations and when atmospheric CO2 was not available in a sufficient supply, the addition of sucrose to either a 1/100 or a 1/1000 diluted Z-G, medium (10 mg or 2 mg of sucrose, respectively) also produced enhanced, growth of the tested blue-green algae. The stimulation of algal growth was apparently due to an increased bacterial production of CO2 and possibly other carbon compounds approaching the composition of the CO2 molecule. The literature suggests that during vigorous algal growth in lakes, atmospheric CO2 will be severely limiting. Productive lakes always contain nonliving organic matter. The presence of bacteria-assimilable matter is probably one of the important factors leading to algal bloom.  相似文献

During the summer and fall of 1984 and 1985, the eutrophic Lake Akersvatn in south-eastern Norway, used as reserve drinking water reservoir, was found to produce heavy water-blooms of the colonial blue-green alga Microcystis aeruginosa. Samples of the water-bloom were found to be toxic using the mouse bioassay. No toxin was found free in the water as detected by HPLC and mouse bioassay. The toxic cells (minimum lethal dose 8–15 mg/kg body weight in mice) and purified toxin (minimum lethal dose 50 μg/kg body weight in mice) showed signs of poisoning in laboratory rats and mice identical to that of other hepatotoxin-producing M. aeruginosa blooms and strains reported from other parts of the world. The toxin has chemical properties similar to the cyclic heptapeptide reported for a South African M. aeruginosa toxin. The toxin from Lake Akersvatn bloom material has a molecular weight of 994. The toxic bloom of M. aeruginosa persisted from August to November in 1984 and reappeared in July of 1985. While water from Lake Akersvatn was not used for municipal water supply during this period, the presence of toxic blue-green algae in a drinking water reservoir indicates the need to develop monitoring and detection methods for toxic cells and toxin(s).  相似文献

文章选择两种特征不同的微囊藻——产毒的铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)和无毒的惠氏微囊藻(Microcystis wesenbergii),分别以不同的接种比例(1﹕2、1﹕1和2﹕1)与产土臭素(Geosmin)的柔细束丝藻(Aphanizomenon gracile)混合培养,以探索种间相互作用对藻类生长和束丝藻土臭素合成与释放的影响。结果表明,在共培养条件下,两种微囊藻均抑制了柔细束丝藻的生长,而柔细束丝藻却促进了两种微囊藻的生长。惠氏微囊藻促进了柔细束丝藻土臭素的释放(接种比例为1﹕1时,束丝藻胞外土臭素的细胞份额达到269.43 fg/cell),仅在生长早期与生长受到抑制阶段促进了土臭素的合成;铜绿微囊藻在共培养早期促进了束丝藻土臭素的合成,但共培养却抑制了土臭素的释放,而且在共培养的中后期已检测不到土臭素。研究结果表明,在自然水体中束丝藻与微囊藻的季节演替过程中,微囊藻在与束丝藻的竞争中处于优势,且微囊藻对束丝藻的竞争压力促使后者合成异味物质,随着束丝藻的消亡可能伴随大量异味物质的释放,增加异味事件发生风险。  相似文献

Lethal toxicity (intraperitoneal, mouse) was examined in relation to Species composition of samples containing bloom-forming Microcystis populations from natural waters and correlated with toxicity of laboratory strains of four Microcystis formas and species. Toxicity was not always associated with the presence of M. aeruginosa f . aeruginosa Elenkin. A sample with almost all cells of M. aeruginosa f . aeruginosa showed no toxicity, However samples comprised of a high percentage of M. viridis Lemmermann often showed lethal toxicity. Toxicity tests were done on culture strains M. aeruginosa f aeruginosa, M. aeruginosa f flos-aquae Elenkin , M. viridis and M. wesenbergii Kamárek. All five cultured strains of M. viridis were found to be toxic, while only one out of nine strains of M. aeruginosa f . aeruginosa was toxic. Six strains of M. wesenbergii showed no toxicity, It is recommended that attention should be paid to the occurrences and possibility of toxic bloom of M. viridis from the standpoint of water management and public health .  相似文献

The ecology of epipelic algae on the marginal sediments of five Welsh lakes was studied over an annual cycle. The lakes, Llydaw, Cwellyn, Padarn, Maelog and Coron ranged from very oligotrophic to nutrient-rich. Attention was focussed on chlamydomonad flagellates, diatoms, blue-green algae and euglenoids and the different proportions of these in algae in the epipelon of lakes of contrasting water quality. A total of 75 algal taxa was found in the five lakes, 25 were species of volvocalean flagellates. Mean annual population density of these flagellates differed by an order of magnitude between the lakes. The greatest population density was recorded for Chlamydomonas anticontata Schiller in nutrient-rich Llyn Maelog. Twenty species of pennate diatoms were recorded frequently in the epipelon. In the nutrient-rich lakes, Maelog and Coron, pennate diatoms were dominant on the sediments, where they exhibited population maxima in spring and autumn. Increase in numbers of epipelic diatoms was recorded when silica concentrations were minimum in the overlying lake waters. Navicula hungarica Grun. achieved the maximum population density, 260 000 cells · cm?2. Euglenoids formed large epipelic populations during late-summer and autumn in these nutrient-rich lakes. Blue-green algae were more important, proportionally, in the nutrient-poor mountain lakes, which had sediments of higher organic content. Chlamydomonads were the major algal component of the epipelon in the mountain lakes, Llydaw and Cwellyn, where the sediments were characterized by larger particle size, and higher organic content. In the nutrient-rich lakes, where the sediments had higher calcium content, chlamydomonads formed significant populations only during spring and summer, when nutrient levels were minimal in the overlying lakewaters.  相似文献

在滇池沿岸的池塘中 ,构建了面积为 10 0m2 ,水深为 85cm ,底质均为淤泥的四个围隔 ,其中在三个围隔内分别放养密度为 10 0g/m3 、75g/m3 、5 0g/m3 的鲢。它们均在一定程度上控制浮游植物的生物量并改善水体透明度 ,其中初始放养鲢 75g/m3 的围隔控制效果最明显。放养三种密度的鲢在有效控制微囊藻水华的同时 ,原先水体的优势种类发生质的变化 ,水体中浮游植物的多样性也明显增加。放鱼 2个月后 ,在生物操纵的围隔中同时种入菹草 ,在75g/m3 的鲢控藻的围隔中 ,菹草长势良好 ,浮游动物大量出现 ,透明度进一步增加  相似文献

Summary A study was made of the factors affecting the toxicity to the blue-green alga, Anacystis nidulans, of two quinones, 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone and 9,10-phenanthraquinone. These two substances, which are known to be far more toxic to blue-green algae than other quinones so far studied, were shown to differ considerably in their properties. For instance, the toxicity of 2,3-dichloro-1,4-naphthoquinone is increased by light, vitamin K3 and H2O2, whilst vitamin K1 has no effect. On the other hand, the toxicity of 9,10-phenanthraquinone is increased by vitamin K3, decreased by vitamin K1, whilst H2O2 and light have no effect. The toxicity of both substances is decreased by the extracellular materials of various blue-green algae.  相似文献
