A novel chemiluminescence (CL) method was developed for the determination of 10‐hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT) based on the CL reaction between [Ag(HIO6)2]5? and luminol in alkaline solution. CL emission of Ag(III) complex–luminol in alkaline medium was very different from that in acidic medium. A possible mechanism of enhanced CL emission was suggested. The enhanced effect of HCPT on CL emission of the [Ag(HIO6)2]5?–luminol system was found. The enhanced degree of CL emission was proportional to HCPT concentration. The effect of the reaction conditions on CL emission was examined. Under optimal conditions, the limit of detection was 6.5 × 10?9 g mL?1. The proposed method was applied for the determination of HCPT in real samples with the recoveries of 93.2–109% with the RSD of 1.7–3.3%. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A rapid and simple capillary electrophoresis method coupled with chemiluminescent (CL) detection was proposed for analysis of isoniazid (ISO) based on the enhancement effect of ISO to CL emission of luminol‐periodate potassium reaction. Under the optimal conditions, ISO can be assayed in the range of 7.0 × 10?7 to 3.0 × 10?5 g mL?1 (R2 = 0.9990) with a limit of detection of 3.0 × 10?7 g mL?1 (signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3). The whole analysis process can be completed within 2.5 min with a theoretical plate number of 6258. The relative standard deviations of the signal intensity and the migration time were 3.1 and 1.4% for a standard sample at 1.0 × 10?5 g mL?1 (n = 5), respectively. The presented novel strategy was successfully applied to the determination of ISO in commercial pharmaceutical preparations and spiked human serum samples. The binding behavior of lysozyme with Al(III) is described using luminol as a luminescence probe by flow injection–chemiluminescence (FI–CL) analysis. It was found that the CL intensity of the luminol–lysozyme reaction could be markedly enhanced by Al(III), and the increase in CL intensity was linear with the Al(III) concentration over the range 0.3–30.0 pg mL?1, with a detection limit of 0.1 pg mL?1 (3σ). Based on the interaction model of lysozyme with Al(III), lg[(I ? I0)/(2I0 ? I)] = lgK + nlg[M], the binding constant K = 6.84 × 106 L mol–1 and the number of binding sites (n) = 0.76. The relative standard deviations were 3.2, 2.4 and 2.0% for 10.0, 20.0 and 30.0 pg mL?1 Al(III) (n = 7), respectively. This new method was successfully applied to continuous, quantitative monitoring of picogram level Al(III) in human saliva following oral intake of compound aluminum hydroxide tablets. It was found that Al(III) in saliva reached a maximum of 101.2 ng mL?1 at 3.0 h. The absorption rate constant ka, elimination rate constant k and half‐life time t1/2 of Al(III) were 1.378 h?1, 0.264 h?1 and 2.624 h, respectively. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A novel flow injection analysis‐direct chemiluminescence (FI‐CL) method has been developed for determination of trace amounts of dopamine (DA) based on the enhancing effect of DA on the CL reaction of luminol with an Ag(III) complex in alkaline solution. Under optimum conditions, CL intensities are proportional to the concentration of DA in the range of 1.0 × 10?10 to 4.0 × 10?8 mol L?1. The detection limit is 3.0 × 10?11 mol L?1 for DA (3s), with a relative standard deviation (n = 13) of 2.3% for 1.0 × 10?8 mol L?1 DA. This method has also been applied for the determination of DA in commercial pharmaceutical injection samples. On the basis of the CL spectra and the results of the free‐radical trapping experiment of this work, a reaction mechanism for this CL reaction is proposed and discussed. This study introduces a novel chemiluminescence (CL) approach utilizing FeS2 nanosheets (NSs) catalyzed luminol–O2 CL reaction for the measurement of three pharmaceuticals, namely venlafaxine hydrochloride (VFX), imipramine hydrochloride (IPM), and cefazolin sodium (CEF). The CL method involved the phenomenon of quenching induced by the pharmaceuticals in the CL reaction. To achieve the most quenching efficacy of the pharmaceuticals in the CL reaction, the concentrations of reactants comprising luminol, NaOH, and FeS2 NSs were optimized accordingly. The calibration curves demonstrated exceptional linearity within the concentration range spanning from 4.00 × 10−7 to 1.00 × 10−3 mol L−1, 1.00 × 10−7 to 1.00 × 10−4 mol L−1, and 4.00 × 10−6 to 2.00 × 10−4 mol L−1 with detection limits (3σ) of 3.54 × 10−7, 1.08 × 10−8, and 2.63 × 10−6 mol L−1 for VFX, IPM, and CEF, respectively. This study synthesized FeS2 NSs using a facile hydrothermal approach, and then the synthesized FeS2 NSs were subjected to a comprehensive characterization using a range of spectroscopic methods. The proposed CL method was effective in measuring the aforementioned pharmaceuticals in pharmaceutical formulations as well as different water samples. The mechanism of the CL system has been elucidated.  相似文献

The main purpose of this study was to develop an inexpensive, simple, rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of glutamine (Gln) using a flow‐injection (FI) system. Gln was found to strongly inhibit the CL signal of the luminol–H2O2–CuSO4 system in Na2B4O7 solution. A new FI‐CL method was developed for the determination of Gln. Parameters affecting the reproducibility and CL detection were optimized systematically. Under the optimized conditions, the corresponding linear regression equation was established over the range of 5.0 × 10?7 to 2.5 × 10?6 mol/L with the detection limit of 1.8 × 10?8 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was found to be 1.8% for 11 replicate determinations of 1.5 × 10?6 mol/L Gln. The proposed method has been satisfactorily applied for the determination of Gln in real samples (Marzulene‐s granules) with recoveries in the range of 98.7–108.6%. The minimum sampling rate was about 100 samples/h. The possible mechanism of this inhibitory CL was studied by fluorescence spectrophotometer and UV–vis spectrophotometer. A new chemiluminescence (CL) reaction between luminol and diperiodatoargentate {K2 [Ag (H2IO6) (OH) 2]} was observed in alkaline medium. The CL intensity could be greatly enhanced by amikacin sulfate. Therefore a new CL method for the determination of amikacin sulfate was built by combining with flow injection technology. A possible mechanism of the CL reaction was proposed via the investigation of the CL kinetic characteristics, the CL spectrum and the UV absorption spectra of some related substance. The concentration range of linear response was 5.1 × 10?8 to 5.1 × 10?6 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 1.9 × 10?8 mol L?1 (3σ). The proposed method had good reproducibility with a relative standard deviation of 2.8% (n = 7) for 5.1 × 10?7 mol L?1 of amikacin sulfate. It was successfully applied to determine amikacin sulfate in serum. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive flow injection chemiluminescence (FI‐CL) method was developed for the determination of naphazoline hydrochloride (NPZ). The method is based on the enhancing effect of NPZ on the weak CL signal from the reaction of KIO4 with H2O2. Experimental parameters that affected the CL signal, including the pH of the KIO4 solution, concentrations of KIO4, H2O2 and disodium‐EDTA and flow rate were optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the increment of CL intensity was linearly proportional to the concentration of NPZ in the range 5.0 × 10?6 to 70 × 10?6 mol/L. The detection limit was 1.0 × 10?6 mol/L and the relative standard deviation for 50 × 10?6 mol/L NPZ solution was 2.8% (n = 11). In addition, a high throughput of 120 samples/h was achieved. The utility of this method was demonstrated by determining NPZ in pharmaceuticals. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Based on the inhibition effect of methimazole (MMI) on the reaction of luminol–H2O2 catalyzed by gold nanoparticles, a novel chemiluminescence (CL) method was developed for the determination of MMI. Under the optimum conditions, the relative CL intensity was linearly related to MMI concentration in the range from 5.0 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?5 mol L?1. The detection limit was 1.6 × 10?8 mol L?1 (S/N = 3), and the RSD for 6.0 × 10?6 mol L?1 MMI was 4.83 (n = 11). This method has high sensitivity, wide linear range, inexpensive instrumentation and has been applied to detect MMI in pharmaceutical tablets and pig serum samples. Furthermore, a possible reaction mechanism is discussed. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A sensitive and simple flow‐injection chemiluminescence (FI‐CL) method, which was based on the CL intensity generated from the redoxreaction of potassium permanganate (KMnO4)–formaldehyde in vitriol (H2SO4) medium, has been developed, validated and applied for the determination of naphazoline hydrochloride and oxymetazoline hydrochloride. Besides oxidants and sensitizers, the effect of the concentration of H2SO4, KMnO4 and formaldehyde was investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the linear range was 1.0 × 10?2–7.0 mg/L for naphazoline hydrochloride and 5.0 × 10?2–10.0 mg/L for oxymetazoline hydrochloride. During seven repeated inter‐day and intra‐day precision tests of 0.1, 1.0 and 10.0 mg/L samples, the relative standard deviations all corresponded to reference values. The detection limit was 8.69 × 10?3 mg/L for naphazoline hydrochloride and 3.47 × 10?2 mg/L for oxymetazoline hydrochloride (signal‐to‐noise ratio ≤3). This method has been successfully implemented for the determination of naphazoline hydrochloride and oxymetazoline hydrochloride in pharmaceuticals. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The chemiluminescence (CL) behaviour of the luminol–potassium periodate system enhanced by CdTe quantum dots capped with thioglycolic acid (TGA–CdTe QDs) was studied using kinetic experiments, CL spectra, UV–vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra. The production of oxygen‐containing reactant intermediates (O2?? and OH?) in the present CL system was verified by CL. The possible CL mechanism was discussed in detail. Furthermore, theophylline (THP) was determined based on its enhancement of the CL intensity of the CdTe QDs–luminol–potassium periodate system coupled with a flow‐injection technique. Under these optimized conditions, the linear range was found to be from 1.0 × 10?8 to 1.0 × 10?5 g/mL with a detection limit of 2.8 × 10?9 g/mL (3σ). The recoveries for the determination of THP in tablets were from 98.2 to 99.6%.  相似文献

Uniform molecular imprinting microspheres were prepared using precipitation polymerization with thifensulfuron‐methyl (TFM) as template, acrylamide as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as cross‐linker. TFM could be selectively adsorbed on the molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) matrix through the hydrogen bonding interaction and the adsorbed TFM could be sensed by its strikingly enhancing effect on the weak chemiluminescence (CL) reaction between luminol and hydrogen peroxide. On this basis, a novel CL sensor for the determination of TFM using MIPs as recognition elements was established. The logarithm of net CL intensity (ΔI) is linearly proportional to the logarithm of TFM concentration (C) in the range from 1.0 × 10?9 to 5.0 × 10?5 mol L?1 with a detection limit of 8.3 × 10?10 mol L?1 (3σ). The results demonstrated that the MIP–CL sensor was reversible and reusable and that it could strikingly improve the selectivity and sensitivity of CL analysis. Furthermore, it is suggested that the CL enhancement of luminol–H2O2 by TFM might be ascribed to the enhancement effect of CO2, which came from TFM hydrolysis in basic medium. A novel, rapid and sensitive method was described for the determination of epinephrine (EP) using flow injection analysis coupled with chemiluminescence (CL) detection, which based on EP enhanced the weak CL emission of luminol–KIO4 system in NaOH solution. Parameters affecting the CL intensity and reproducibility were optimized systematically. Under the optimized experiment conditions, the net CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of EP in the range of 5.0 × 10?8 to 1.5 × 10?6 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.9 × 10?9 mol/L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was found to be 0.7% for 13 replicate determinations of 3.0 × 10?7 mol/L EP. The applicability of the proposed method was illustrated in the determination of EP in pharmaceutical preparation. The recoveries of EP at different levels in EP hydrochloride injection were between 95.4 and 104.7%. One assay procedure takes only 27 s, and the sampling rate was calculated about to be 130 samples/h. The possible mechanism of the enhanced CL intensity was studied by examining CL spectra and UV–vis spectra. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A post‐chemiluminescence (PCL) phenomenon was observed when chloramphenicol was injected into a mixture of luminol and potassium periodate after the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction of luminol–potassium periodate had finished. The possible reaction mechanism was proposed based on studies of the CL kinetic characteristics, the CL spectra, the fluorescence spectra and the UV‐vis absorption spectra of the related substances. Based on the PCL reaction, a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of chloramphenicol was established. The linear response range was 6.0 × 10?7–1.0 × 10?5 mol/L, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9986. The relative standard deviation (RSD) for 5.0 × 10?6 mol/L chloramphenicol was 2.3% (n = 11). The detection limit was 1.6 × 10?7 mol/L. The method has been applied to the determination of chloramphenicol in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results. Based on the inhibition effect of rutin on the luminol–hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence (CL) system catalyzed by tetrasulfonated colbalt phthalocyanine (CoTSPc), a sensitive flow‐injection CL method has been developed for the determination of rutin. The CL reaction mechanism was carefully investigated by examining CL emission spectra, UV–visible spectra and variation of reaction conditions. It was found that there existed a linear relationship between CL intensity and the concentration of rutin in the range of 8.0 × 10?9 to 1.0 × 10?6 mol L?1, and the detection limit is 3.8 × 10?9 mol L?1. This proposed method is sensitive, convenient and simple, and has been applied to the determination of rutin in commercial rutin tablets with satisfactory results. A novel, rapid and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of oxytetracycline hydrochloride (OTCH) is described in this paper. The presented method was based on the fact that OTCH could immensely enhance the CL of the reaction of cerium sulfate and tris(2,2‐bipyridyl) ruthenium (II) in acidic medium. Under optimal experimental conditions, CL intensity was favorably linear for OTCH in the range 5.0 × 10?7 to 5.0 × 10?5 g/ml, with a detection limit of 1.5 × 10?7 g/ml (S/N = 3). The relative standard detection was 4.76% for 5.0 × 10?6 g/ml (n = 11). This method was successfully applied to the analysis of OTCH in milk and egg white samples. According to the results of the kinetic curves for OTCH in the Ru(bipy)32+–Ce(SO4)2 CL system, together with CL and ultraviolet (UV)–visible spectra, the possible mechanism of the CL reaction is discussed briefly.  相似文献

A simple and sensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method combined with flow injection technique was developed for the determination of naproxen. It was based upon the weak CL signal arising from the reaction of KIO4 with H2O2 being significantly increased by naproxen in the presence of europium(III) ion. The experimental conditions that affected the CL signal were carefully optimized and the CL reaction mechanism was briefly discussed. Under the optimum conditions, the increment of CL intensity was proportional to the concentration of naproxen ranging from 5.0 × 10?8 to 5.0 × 10?6 g/mL. The detection limit was 1 × 10?8 g/mL naproxen and the relative standard deviation for 5.0 × 10?7 g/mL naproxen solution was 2.1% (n = 11). The proposed method was applied to the determination of naproxen in tablets and in spiked human urine samples with satisfactory results. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Tanshinol borneol ester (DBZ), a chemical combination of danshensu and borneol, is an experimental drug that exhibits efficacious anti‐ischemic activity in animal models. In this work, an ultrasensitive chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of DBZ was established based on the inhibitory effect of DBZ on the CL signal produced from the reaction between potassium permanganate and luminol in alkaline solution. The CL intensity responded linearly to the concentration of DBZ in the range 2.0 × 10‐10 to 4.0 × 10‐8 g/mL with a detection limit of 7 × 10?11 g/mL. The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 3.8% for 4.0 × 10?9 g DBZ (n = 11). The proposed method showed characteristics of high sensitivity, simple device and quick. In addition, this proposed method had been applied satisfactorily to the analysis of DBZ in blood. The pharmacokinetics of DBZ in rat has also been studied using the CL method. A new chemiluminescence (CL) reaction was observed when cerium(IV) solution was injected into bromhexine hydrochloride–morin solution. Based on this, a flow‐injection CL method for the determination of bromhexine hydrochloride was established. A possible mechanism of the CL reaction was proposed via the investigation of the CL kinetic characteristics, the CL spectrum and the fluorescence spectra of some related substances. Under optimum conditions, the CL signal was correlated linearly with concentration of bromhexine hydrochloride over the range 2.0 × 10–9–2.0 × 10–7 g/mL, with a linear correlation of 0.9995. The detection limit was 9 × 10–10 g/mL bromhexine hydrochloride and the relative standard deviation was 1.0% (c = 2.0 × 10–8 g/mL bromhexine hydrochloride, n = 11). The method was applied to the determination of bromhexine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical preparations and human urine samples with satisfactory results. A remarkable method for the highly sensitive detection of phenylalanine and tryptophan based on a chemiluminescence (CL) assay was reported. It was found that fluorescent copper nanoclusters capped with cysteine (Cys‐CuNCs) strongly enhance the weak CL signal resulting from the reaction between luminol and H2O2. Of the amino acids tested, phenylalanine and tryptophan could enhance the above CL system sensitively. Under optimum conditions, this method was satisfactorily described by a linear calibration curve over a range of 1.0 × 10?6 to 2.7 × 10?5 M for phenylalanine and 1.0 × 10?7 to 3.0 × 10?5 M for tryptophan, respectively. The effect of various parameters such as Cys‐CuNC concentration, H2O2 concentration and pH on the intensity of the CL system were also studied. The main experimental advantage of the proposed method was its selectivity for two amino acids compared with others. To evaluate the applicability of the method to the analysis of a real biological sample it was used to determine tryptophan and phenylalanine in human serum and remarkable results were obtained.  相似文献
