泉州湾洛阳江河口沉积物中磷的形态分布   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
分析了泉州湾洛阳江河口沉积物中总磷及5种形态磷(可交换态磷(DP)、铁铝结合态磷(Fe/Al-P)、钙结合态磷(Ca-P)、有机磷(OP)和闭蓄态磷(Re-P))的含量,探讨了它们的垂向分布特征、相互关系及环境指示意义。结果表明:沉积物中的总磷(TP)以无机磷为主,占TP比例76%~89%;除可交换态磷外,沉积物中形态磷的垂向分布规律具有相似性,大体随深度增加而减小,且在表层有富集现象,反映了沉积物中总磷和各形态磷的分布受人类活动影响较明显;通过相关性分析,钙结合态磷是总磷和无机磷的主要控制因素,而总磷和其他形态磷(除了可交换态磷外)相互间均具有显著相关性,且有机质对各形态磷的分布均有一定影响;TP和各形态磷含量,以及(Fe/Al-P)/TP、Ca-P/TP、OP/TP都在同一层出现了显著变化,反映了水利设施和围垦工程对沉积环境和各形态磷迁移转化有较大影响。  相似文献

对2002年7月至2003年7月间采集的柘林湾表层沉积物样品中的总磷(TP)、有机磷(OP)及各形态无机磷进行分析。结果表明,各形态磷的空间分布与调查海区沉积物粒径有关,并受沿岸污水排放及近岸养殖排污等人为活动的影响。表层沉积物各形态磷的平面分布基本呈现为湾内(除S1、S7站外)高于湾外的总体趋势。无机磷中以自生磷(Au-P)为主要存在形态,占总磷的47.3%,有机磷(OP)含量次之,占总磷的19.5%,铁结合磷(Fe-P)最低。其中,生物可利用磷(包括Ex-P、Fe-P、OP和部分Au-P)占TP的35.7%~83.0%,在国内外海湾中处于较高水平。  相似文献

太湖春季沉积物间隙水中磷的分布特征及界面释放的影响   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
通过对太湖春季不同湖区水体和沉积物间隙水中磷的分布特征研究,探讨了间隙水中磷的释放对上覆水环境的影响。结果表明,颗粒态磷(PP)和溶解态有机磷(DOP)是太湖水体中主要的磷形态,占总磷的58%~95%。不同湖区沉积物间隙水磷的剖面变化可能与生态特征及水动力引起的沉积物-水界面的扰动强度密切相关。湖心和西部沿岸沉积物扰动强烈,致使间隙水中磷含量向上逐渐降底,而梅梁湾和贡湖间隙水磷的垂向变化不大。东太湖和竺山湖沉积物界面间隙水中磷含量偏高,可能是由于表层沉积物的有氧环境使Fe2+被氧化固定下来,并促进了总磷(TP)和溶解态活性磷(DRP)的扩散释放。总体而言,间隙水中各形态磷具有向上覆水体释放的趋势,其中DRP的扩散潜力最大,竺山湖沉积物-水界面DRP扩散通量高达11.42mg.m-2.d-1,表明春季浮游植物的复苏生长对DRP的迫切需求。  相似文献

为了弄清不同营养状态水库水体的汞含量、形态分布、季节变化及甲基化特征,选取乌江流域富营养状态的乌江渡水库和贫-中营养状态的弓l子渡水库为研究对象,分别于2007年的1月(冬季)、5月(春季)、8月(夏季)和11月(秋季)采集水库水体分层水样及界面水(仅乌江渡水库),分析样品中活性汞(RHg)、总汞(THg)、溶解态汞(DHg)、颗粒态汞(PHg)、总甲基汞(TMeHg)、溶解态甲基汞(DMeHg)和颗粒态甲基汞(PMeHg).结果显示:乌江渡水库THg、DHg、PHg、RHg浓度和引子渡水体中的含量相当,而TMeHg、DMeHg、PMeHg的浓度则显著高于引子渡水库;相对于上覆水体,乌江渡水库底层水体/界面水甲基汞含量明显升高,表明乌江渡水库全年均有甲基化现象发生,而引子渡水库没有发现甲基化现象.以上研究表明,初级生产力水平是水库汞甲基化的重要影响因素.  相似文献

通过室内模拟的方式,分别研究了秋季黑藻、苦草和春季菹草的衰亡过程,分析了沉水植物在衰亡期间水、沉积物中磷与环境因子[pH、氧化还原电位(Eh)和溶解氧(DO)]的相互作用.结果表明:沉水植物黑藻和菹草在衰亡期间能显著提高水中总磷(TP)、溶解性总磷(DTP)、颗粒磷(PP)、溶解性活性磷(SRP)和溶解性有机磷(DOP)的含量;苦草在衰亡期对水体各形态磷含量影响不显著,且各形态磷含量的变化相对较小(TP,0.04-0.06 mg/L);环境因子的变化对水中磷含量影响显著,黑藻和菹草水体中TP的含量和环境因子pH、DO和Eh均呈负相关,而苦草组水中各形态磷的含量受环境因子影响不显著.实验期间不同植物组沉积物中总磷(TP)、NaOH提取磷(NaOH-P)、HCl提取磷(HCl-P)、无机磷(IP)和有机磷(OP)的含量均呈上升趋势.沉积物IP的含量主要受NaOH-P的影响,OP对TP的影响要大于IP,沉积物OP与OM(有机质)的含量存在显著正相关.  相似文献

沉积物中磷的形态是影响沉积物-水界面磷交换过程重要的因素。本文采用连续提取法对密云水库白河库区沉积物基本特性和磷形态特征进行了分析。结果表明:密云水库白河库区总磷含量为505.11~829.56 mg·kg~(-1),各形态磷含量从高到低排序为HCl-PBD-PNaOH-PNH_4Cl-P;HCl-P和BD-P是密云水库沉积物磷的主要形态,两者在沉积物磷中所占比例为53%~80%;在空间分布上,总体表现为深水区及白河与潮河之间的过渡区域总磷含量较高,可能与该区域沉积物粒径较小有关;根据上覆水与间隙水之间的总磷浓度梯度,可判断出,入库(套里)及过渡区(库北)沉积物表现为源,释放总磷到水体中,而其他地方则表现为汇,这是由沉积物磷形态组成和上覆水溶解氧和温度共同作用的结果;2013年沉积物各形态磷形态含量比2002年均有所下降,表明密云水库上游综合整治措施初显成效。  相似文献

研究了杭州湾滨海湿地不同植被类型下0-5 cm和10-20 cm沉积物总磷(TP)、无机磷(IP)、有机磷(OP)及其形态变化特征,揭示湿地植被演替对沉积物磷形态的影响.结果表明,沉积物TP,互花米草(MC)显著高于其他植被类型.在IP中,可溶性松散态磷(Soluble and loosely bound P,SL-Pi)含量光滩(CK)最小、MC最大;还原态可溶性磷(Reductant soluble P,RS-Pi)含量芦苇(LW)和MC显著高于CK和海三棱藤草(BC);钙磷(Ca-Pi)含量CK和BC显著大于LW和MC.在OP中,活性有机磷( Labile Po,L-Po)含量最低、中等活性有机磷(Moderately labile Po,ML-Po)含量最高、非活性有机磷(Nonlabile Po,NL-Po)处于中间水平.IP是磷素的主要形态、占TP的74% -89%,而Ca-Pi又是IP的主要形态、于湿地沉积物淤积初期通过吸附沉淀作用存留.杭州湾湿地植被自然演替过程中不同植物生物量积累和营养物质循环过程的变化导致沉积物中磷形态的差异.植被演替初期,BC显著改变0-5 cm沉积物磷形态,对10-20 cm沉积物无显著影响;植物演替后期的LW和MC促使0-5 cm沉积物有机磷快速积累、10-20 cm沉积物有机磷小幅增加,同时促进Ca-Pi向可溶性、活性态磷转变.  相似文献

通过对不同富营养化程度的湖泊(滇池及红枫湖)沉积柱剖面进行不同形态磷以及生物硅含量分析,对比了磷及生物硅的沉积分布特征,并探讨了其与湖泊富营养化演化的关系。结果表明:滇池沉积物中碎屑磷和有机磷在总磷中占50.5%~80.8%,是影响总磷趋势的主要原因;红枫湖中有机磷对总磷的贡献较大,占总磷的53%~60.9%;且两湖各形态磷均随深度的增加而减少;两湖总磷、有机磷、铝磷以及滇池沉积柱中的碎屑磷等的快速增长,表明其主要来源于人为污染;生物硅含量呈现从下层沉积物向上逐渐增加,在上层沉积物中逐渐减少的趋势;总磷、有机磷、铁结合态磷、铝结合态磷、弱结合态磷以及生物硅都能较好地反映富营养化污染的演变和现状。  相似文献

对杭州湾潮滩表层沉积物样品中的磷进行了总量、形态分级提取及生物有效性分析.结果表明:沉积物中总磷的含量为595.5~1268.8μg·g-1,空间分布特征总体表现为杭州湾北岸>钱塘江杭州河段>杭州湾南岸.总磷中有89.3%以无机磷形式存在,钙磷、残留无机态磷、有机磷和铁铝结合态磷是沉积物中磷的主要赋存形态,平均分别占总磷的68.3%、14.6%、10.7%和5.3%.钙磷的分布受到盐度变化影响,自钱塘江河口向外海方向明显增加;铁铝结合态磷则相反,分布朝外海逐步递减.沉积物中的潜在生物有效磷(BAP)含量为43.62~177.84 μg·g-1,平均含量为94.13 μg·g-1.该地区与国内典型的河口和滨岸带潮滩比较,总磷处于相对较高水平.强烈的水动力作用及咸淡水交汇使得环境因子频繁变化,加大了沉积物中磷作为内源向上覆水体释放及造成水体富营养化的可能性.  相似文献

目前世界河流普遍面临大规模筑坝拦截现状,原有河流自然形态逐渐向湖泊化转变,研究河流中氮磷营养盐物质的输送通量与滞留效应成了评价水坝水环境情况的关键问题。本研究详细调查了位于乌江流域中上游的洪家渡、东风和乌江渡3座水库的氮磷营养盐分布特征、输送通量及滞留效应。结果表明,洪家渡、东风和乌江渡3座水库TN年平均实际滞留率分别为20.2%、36.0%和-21.1%,TP年平均实际滞留率分别为5.4%、56.5%和-84.9%。3座水库因受到水文条件的不同、建库时间的长短和人为输入等因素影响,氮磷营养盐表现出不同的滞留现象及时空差异性。乌江渡水库氮磷营养盐的年平均滞留率因网箱养鱼的影响表现为负值。东风水库存在明显的氮磷滞留效应。洪家渡水库因受早期淹没植被再降解过程的影响,氮磷营养盐实际滞留效应弱于东风水库。  相似文献

Benthic fauna size distribution, water and sediment composition, and physiographic features of catchments were used to classify ten reservoirs in the Ebro basin, Spain. Three reservoirs (Alloz, Urrunaga and Barasona) diverged from the rest. Environmental factors (water and sediment characteristics) that accounted for the separation of these three reservoirs were directly linked to minor features of the watersheds (high chloride water concentration in Alloz reservoir, iron loading in Barasona reservoir, and Na-rich silicates in sediments from Urrunaga reservoir).  相似文献

Donax trunculus (Linnaeus, 1758) is one of the most common bivalve molluscs inhabiting the sandy shores of the Mediterranean Sea. This species, which is preferentially distributed on sediments at depths between 0 and about 2 m, is considered to be a substrate-sensitive organism because of its sensitivity to sediment grain size variations during its life cycle, in particular during its early growth stages. This study aims at investigating the relationship between D. trunculus’ density distributions and sediment grain size, in order to evaluate its use as a biological indicator of grain-size variations in beach sediment. For this purpose, a specific environmental study was performed by ISPRA (Italian National Institute for Environmental Protection and Research) along six beaches located in the Central Tyrrhenian Sea between Ladispoli and Anzio (Rome, Italy). On each beach, samples of D. trunculus and superficial sediments were collected in the infra-littoral zone at 3 different depths (0, 0.5, and 1 m) between June 2002 and March 2004. The results pointed out that the distribution of D. trunculus populations is strongly influenced by the sediment's grain size variations. A significant positive correlation was found between species density and the 2.00-phi and 2.50-phi grain size classes; but, in particular, the predominance of the 2.00-phi grain size class in the beach's sediment seems to positively influence the species density and distribution.This study suggests that sediment grain size is the chief factor controlling the distribution of D. trunculus populations; suitable grain sizes allow the settlement and the subsequent growth of well-structured populations. Generally, species density declined in areas subjected to grain-size variations in beach sediments, suggesting a predictable biological response to both natural and human-caused stressors. The present study also highlighted that where nourishment was carried out using suitable sediments, the species reappears on the beach after a few months, as it finds an optimal substrate for settlement. In this case, finding D. trunculus specimens a few months after replenishment indicates that the nourishment operations have been successful from an environmental point of view. As reported by Carignan and Villard (2002), a species that is strongly associated with particular habitat features could be a useful indicator; in particular, a species – like D. trunculus – that is negatively associated with human disturbances could be considered a “positive” indicator of ecological integrity.Long-term monitoring of D. trunculus abundance or density on sandy beaches (adequately carried out during the species’ recruitment period, e.g. between July and September), could help pinpoint the presence of natural or human-made phenomena that are leading to grain-size variations in the sediment. In conclusion, we can assume that D. trunculus can be used as a practical biological indicator to detect grain size variations on sandy beaches in coastal monitoring programmes; it could be a useful tool for researchers, managers and administrators to assess erosion phenomena while minimizing times and costs, also in view of an integrated coastal zone management.  相似文献

The use of X-ray microtomography (micro-CT) to evaluate the contrasts in permeability associated with bioturbation in two- and three-dimensions (2D and 3D) is investigated in this article. Core analysis, spot-permeametry measurements, and petrographic thin-sections of the six different datasets from Western Canada (Debolt Formation, Wabamun Group, and Medicine Hat Member) and offshore Norway (Ula Formation, Lysing Formation, and Nise Formation) show that the trace fossils commonly modify the permeability and porosity of the reservoir through sediment reworking and diagenesis of the sediment. In this study, micro-CT techniques are used to analyze the X-ray attenuation associated with bioturbation in siliciclastics and carbonates. Because X-ray attenuation represents the transmissivity or absorptivity of a sample to the incident X-rays, each of which is related to sediment composition and sediment densities, micro-CT images are integrated with sedimentological data and petrographic data to identify the trace fossils and matrix in 2D and 3D. Due to the difference in sediment grain size and sorting (i.e., porosity) within the burrows and matrix, analysis of the X-ray attenuations allows for their delineation in 2D cross-sectional images. When processed as 3D volumes, the micro-CT images show the complexity in burrow connectivity and burrow orientations within a sample. More importantly, the 3D volumes help show the distribution of porosity that can be linked to measured permeability values within a sample. Quantification of the heterogeneous burrow fabric on reservoir and resource quality is made from these processed micro-CT images.  相似文献

Field surveys and laboratory studies were used to determine the role of substrata in habitat selection by young-of-the year winter flounder. A synoptic field survey of winter flounder and sediments in the Navesink River-Sandy Hook Bay estuarine system in New Jersey demonstrated that winter flounder distribution was related to sediment grain size. Analysis using a generalized additive model indicated that the probability of capturing 10-49 mm SL winter flounder was high on sediments with a mean grain diameter of /=40 mm SL) preferred coarse-grained sediments. Burying ability increased with size and all flounders avoided sediments that prevented burial. Subsequent laboratory experiments revealed that the presence of live prey (Mya arenaria) can over-ride sediment choice by winter flounder (50-68 mm SL) indicating the complexity of interrelated factors in habitat choice.  相似文献

在区域气候变暖的背景下,干旱事件引起的水位频繁波动以及流域开发导致的污染物输入均可以直接威胁水库的生态安全。本研究以云南省太平水库为对象,通过对沉积物的物理(粒度、烧失量)、化学(碳、氮元素)、生物(硅藻群落)等代用指标的分析,并结合监测数据和调查资料,重建了该水库1937—2018年的生态环境变化过程,并识别了硅藻群落的演替特征及其环境影响因子。粒度结果指示,太平水库在筑坝期间(1956—1984年)水动力逐渐增强,而后水动力条件持续减弱,与文献记录的水文调控历史基本一致。总氮、总碳和有机质含量较为一致地记录了水库建设期间水体营养水平的下降、水库建成后初级生产力和内源有机质的上升过程。硅藻群落呈现出“浮游种-底栖种-浮游种”交替占优的演化模式。驱动太平水库硅藻群落演替的主要环境因子为气候变化、水动力条件和营养水平。在气候长期变暖的背景下,严格控制外源营养输入并合理开展水文调控是维持水库水体生态健康和环境安全的重要前提。  相似文献

The distribution and metabolic activity of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in a shallow, suboxic aquifer were studied. A radioimaging technique was used to visualize and quantify the activity of sulfate reducers in sediments at a centimetre-level scale. The distribution of SRB metabolic activity was heterogeneous with areas showing little activity far outnumbering areas with high activity. Variation in sulfate-reducing activity was not statistically correlated with variation in depth, bacterial numbers, or the following sediment properties: sediment type (sand, peat or silt), grain size, permeability and hydraulic conductivity. Sulfate-reducing bacteria activity did vary significantly with sediment porosity (multivariate analysis, r = 0.48). We hypothesized that the small pore sizes associated with sediments with low porosity restricted the ability of SRB to grow to high numbers as well as their access to nutrients. To further explore the relationship between pore size and microbial metabolic activity, columns with varying pore diameters were constructed. Sulfate-reducing bacteria in the columns with the smallest pore diameters had the lowest rates of metabolism and SRB metabolic rates increased as the pore diameter increased. For the aquifer studied, sediment porosities and pore sizes were the main factor controlling SRB activity.  相似文献

Sediment samples from an area seaward of the River Crouch in the Thames estuary have been analysed for their particle size distribution and later picked over for ostracods. The sediments were classified into sediment types and three depositional sub-environments were recognised, viz. Intertidal Flat, Sandbank and Tidal Channel. Study of the ostracods showed that three distinct faunas characterise the same three environments. Log grain size/probability plots have been used to show a relationship between ostracod distribution and sediment grain size.  相似文献

Abstract

The distribution, contamination status, and ecological risks of heavy metals in Tahaddart estuary were investigated. 24 surface sediment samples and two cores were collected and analyzed for major (Al and Fe), heavy metals (As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn), and grain size composition. The heavy metals assessment was carried out using different environmental indices. The results indicated that the spatial distribution patterns of Al, Fe, and Zn were mainly determined by the distribution of the finer grained fraction (<63?μm) in the sediment. In contrast, As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, and Pb concentrations were controlled by anthropogenic activities (vehicular traffic from Highway Bridge and thermal power plant). The distribution of heavy metals in sediment cores showed an upward enrichment in heavy metals with high concentration found in the uppermost may related to the increasing in human activities. The pollution indexes confirmed that the Tahaddart estuary sediment was considerably to high contaminated by heavy metals near to different anthropogenic inputs. Similarly, the potential ecological risk index and the biological risk index present 21% probability of toxicity posing potential risk to the aquatic organisms. These results provide basic information that can be used to protect and improve the quality of this ecosystem.  相似文献

Grain size distribution patterns along the East Frisian coast (German Wadden Sea) were evafuated with the aim of identifying potential effects of man-made structures (e.g. dikes) on the textural composition and sediment budget of the area. It was found that the distribution of various grain size fractions and settling velocities revealed a well-defined cross-shore energy gradient. Adjacent to the mainland dike the sediment is dominated by the 3.0–3.5 phi sand fraction (>70% by weight). In comparison to the sedimentary sequences normally observed in unobstructed backbarrier depositional environments, the sediments along the land-ward margin are in this case conspicuously depleted in grain sizes <3.5 phi, the corresponding size fractions contributing <20% by weight. This suggests that the dike interrupts the normal energy gradient, thereby inhibiting the deposition of sediments with settling velocities <0.5 cm s−1. This interpretation is confirmed when comparing individual cross-shore transects. The shorter the transect between the barrier island shore and the dike, the greater the fine sediment depletion. Since many faunal assemblages are grain-size specific, it is further suggested that the backbarrier ecosystem must have undergone significant modifications as a result of the substantial reduction in mud flats since the onset of dike construction some 1000 years BP. It is predicted that in the wake of the persisting and possibly accelerating sealevel rise this process of fine sediment depletion will continue and also affect progressively coarser sediments.  相似文献
