针对一类系统—非线性环链系统,利用非线性反馈控制的方法,研究了该系统的混沌反控制问题.该方法不需计算Lyapunov函数,从而降低了混沌反控制的计算量.仿真结果表明了该系统可快速有效地跟踪给定的混沌系统,充分的显示了该系统的优势.  相似文献

脑电信号是一种很重要的生物医学信号,它是临床医学诊断和脑科学研究的一种重要手段。本文介绍了基于Cypress PSoC~(TM)可编程片上系统的脑电信号采集系统的整个设计过程,包括硬件组成和软件设计方法。通过PSoC芯片特有的可编程模拟系统和数字系统,可以把大量的外围器件集成到芯片的内部,从而提高了硬件系统的集成度和可靠性;加上功能强大的PSOC Designer集成开发环境,提高了开发效率,而且系统的软硬件升级也更加容易了。  相似文献

In 2007, a constructed wetland system was implemented on the tourist island of Koh Phi Phi in Southern Thailand. This paper presents the process of planning, designing and implementing the system and discusses the performance and operational issues 3 years after implementation. The system is an international lighthouse project showing the potential for aesthetical integration of constructed wetland systems in the built environment. The system comprises a wastewater collection system for the main business and hotel area of the island, a pumping station and a pressure pipe system to the treatment facility, a multi-stage constructed wetland system, and a system for reuse of treated wastewater. The treatment chains consist of vertical-flow, horizontal subsurface flow and free water surface flow units. Because the treatment system is located at the centre of the island, surrounded by resorts, restaurants and shops, the systems are designed with terrains as scenic landscaping. The wastewater is treated to meet the Thai effluent standards for total suspended solids and nitrogen, but because of inadequate pre-treatment and removal of oil and grease prior to the system, the standards for oil and grease and BOD are not met. A number of challenges during construction and operation have caused problems with clogging of the vertical flow constructed wetlands and given rise to odour problems. Safeguards were prepared, but not effectively activated, mainly because no key-person or key-authority took responsibility for managing the system.  相似文献

The formation of anaerobic granular sludge on a sulfate-containing waste-water was studied in up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactors. Three systems were examined: a sulfidogenic system, a methanogenic system and a mixed sulfidogenic/methanogenic system. No significant granulation was observed in the sulfidogenic system. For the methanogenic and the mixed methanogenic/sulfidogenic system granulation proceeded well, and no significant difference in the granule diameter could be detected. In the three systems studied, different types of sludge developed. A (mainly) methanogenic granular sludge was developed in the methanogenic system, a (more) sulfate-reducing granular sludge was developed in the mixed methanogenic/sulfidogenic system, and a flocculant sulfate-reducing sludge was developed in the sulfidogenic system. This review focuses on the signaling system involving the Angiopoietin1/Tie2 receptor, which appears to be involved in the secondary stages of blood vessel formation. Although this system is crucial for blood and lymphatic vessel formation, identifying its precise role in embryonic and adult vascular biology has been a major challenge. The evidence for the key role of the Angiopoietin/Tie system is discussed, and some of the other members of the system (Ang2, Tie1) are mentioned. A comparison is made with the VEGF signaling system, which seems to provide a complementary, and somewhat more tractable, signaling system. Some of the basic unanswered questions concerning Tie/Angiopoietin biology and the secondary stages of blood vessel formation are also highlighted.  相似文献

The uptake of glutamate in rat glioma C-6 cells and cultured astrocytes derived from rat cerebral hemispheres was found to be mediated by a Na(+)-dependent and a Na(+)-independent system. The Na(+)-dependent system was inhibited by aspartate and was consistent with the commonly occurring system designated system X-AG. The Na(+)-independent system was inhibited by cystine and was consistent with system x-c described in various types of cells in the periphery. It was also found that quisqualate selectively and competitively interfered with the Na(+)-independent glutamate uptake. In C-6 cells, the glutamate uptake via systems X-AG and x-c accounted for approximately 35% and 55% of the total uptake, respectively, at 0.05 mM glutamate. In cultured astrocytes, the glutamate uptake via system X-AG was very potent, whereas the uptake via system xc- was relatively weak and its contribution to the total uptake of glutamate seemed almost negligible. However, in both C-6 cells and astrocytes, system xc- was necessary for the uptake of cystine, another substrate of system xc-. Cystine in the culture medium was an essential precursor of glutathione, and the inhibition of the cystine uptake by excess glutamate as a competitor led to a severe deficiency in glutathione, followed by cell degeneration.  相似文献

Studies have indicated that specific heme delivery to apocytochrome c is a critical feature of the cytochrome c biogenesis pathways called system I and II. To determine directly the heme requirements of each system, including whether other metal porphyrins can be incorporated into cytochromes c, we engineered Escherichia coli so that the natural system I (ccmABCDEFGH) was deleted and exogenous porphyrins were the sole source of porphyrins (Delta hemA). The engineered E. coli strains that produced recombinant system I (from E. coli) or system II (from Helicobacter) facilitated studies of the heme concentration dependence of each system. Using this exogenous porphyrin approach, it was shown that in system I the levels of heme used are at least fivefold lower than the levels used in system II, providing an important advantage for system I. Neither system could assemble holocytochromes c with other metal porphyrins, suggesting that the attachment mechanism is specific for Fe protoporphyrin. Surprisingly, Zn and Sn protoporphyrins are potent inhibitors of the pathways, and exogenous heme competes with this inhibition. We propose that the targets are the heme binding proteins in the pathways (CcmC, CcmE, and CcmF for system I and CcsA for system II).  相似文献

An extensive system of neuropeptide Y (NPY) containing neurons has recently been identified in the central and peripheral nervous system. In addition, NPY and a structurally related peptide, peptide YY (PYY), containing endocrine cells have been identified in the periphery. The NPY system is of particular interest as the peptide coexists with catecholamines in the central and sympathetic nervous system and adrenal medulla.
