The single glutathione S-transferase (EC 2.5.1.18) present in rat erythrocytes was purified to apparent homogeneity by affinity chromatography on glutathione-Sepharose and hydroxyapatite chromatography. Approx. 1.86 mg enzyme is found in 100 ml packed erythrocytes and accounts for about 0.01% of total soluble protein. The native enzyme (Mr 48 000) displays a pI of 5.9 and appears to possess a homodimeric structure with a subunit of Mr 23 500. Enzyme activities with ethacrynic acid and cumene hydroperoxide were 24 and 3%, respectively, of that with 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene. The Km values for 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene and glutathione were 1.0 and 0.142 mM, respectively. The concentrations of certain compounds required to produce 50% inhibition (I50) were as follows: 12 μM bromosulphophthalein, 34 μM S-hexylglutathione, 339 μM oxidized glutathione and 1.5 mM cholate. Bromosulphophthalein was a noncompetitive inhibitor with respect to 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (Ki = 8 μM) and glutathione (Kis = 4 μM; Kii = 11.5 μM) while S-hexylglutathione was competitive with glutathione (Ki = 5 μM).  相似文献

We investigated the cloning, catalytic activity and anion inhibition of the β-class carbonic anhydrases (CAs, EC 4.2.1.1) from the bacterial pathogen Legionella pneumophila. Two such enzymes, lpCA1 and lpCA2, were found in the genome of this pathogen. These enzymes were determined to be efficient catalysts for CO2 hydration, with kcat values in the range of (3.4–8.3) × 105 s−1 and kcat/KM values of (4.7–8.5) × 107 M−1 s−1. A set of inorganic anions and small molecules was investigated to identify inhibitors of these enzymes. Perchlorate and tetrafluoroborate were not acting as inhibitors (KI >200 mM), whereas sulfate was a very weak inhibitor for both lpCA1 and lpCA2 (KI values of 77.9–96.5 mM). The most potent lpCA1 inhibitors were cyanide, azide, hydrogen sulfide, diethyldithiocarbamate, sulfamate, sulfamide, phenylboronic acid and phenylarsonic acid, with KI values ranging from 6 to 94 μM. The most potent lpCA2 inhibitors were diethyldithiocarbamate, sulfamide, sulfamate, phenylboronic acid and phenylarsonic acid, with KI values ranging from 2 to 13 μM. As these enzymes seem to be involved in regulation of phagosome pH during Legionella infection, inhibition of these targets may lead to antibacterial agents with a novel mechanism of action.  相似文献

Burkholderia territorii, a Gram-negative bacterium, encodes for the ι-class carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1) BteCAι, which was recently characterised. It acts as a good catalyst for the hydration of CO2 to bicarbonate and protons, with a kcat value of 3.0 × 105 s−1 and kcat/KM value of 3.9 × 107 M−1 s−1. No inhibition data on this new class of enzymes are available to date. We report here an anion and small molecules inhibition study of BteCAι, which we prove to be a zinc(II)- and not manganese(II)-containing enzyme, as reported for diatom ι-CAs. The best inhibitors were sulphamic acid, stannate, phenylarsonic acid, phenylboronic acid and sulfamide (KI values of 6.2–94 µM), whereas diethyldithiocarbamate, tellurate, selenate, bicarbonate and cyanate were submillimolar inhibitors (KI values of 0.71–0.94 mM). The halides (except iodide), thiocyanate, nitrite, nitrate, carbonate, bisulphite, sulphate, hydrogensulfide, peroxydisulfate, selenocyanate, fluorosulfonate and trithiocarbonate showed KI values in the range of 3.1–9.3 mM.  相似文献

We investigated the catalytic activity and inhibition of the β-class carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1) CahB1, from the relict cyanobacterium Coleofasciculus chthonoplastes (previously denominated Microcoleus chthonoplastes). The enzyme showed good activity as a catalyst for the CO2 hydration, with a kcat of 2.4 × 105 s−1 and a kcat/Km of 6.3 × 107 M−1 s−1. A range of inorganic anions and small molecules were investigated as inhibitors of CahB1. Perchlorate and tetrafluoroborate did not inhibit the enzyme (KIs >200 mM) whereas selenate and selenocyanide were ineffective inhibitors too, with KIs of 29.9–48.61 mM. The halides, pseudohalides, carbonate, bicarbonate, trithiocarbonate and a range of heavy metal ions-containing anions were submillimolar–millimolar inhibitors (KIs in the range of 0.15–0.90 mM). The best CahB1 inhibitors were N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate, sulfamate, sulfamide, phenylboronic acid and phenylarsonic acid, with KIs in the range of 8–75 μM, whereas acetazolamide inhibited the enzyme with a KI of 76 nM. This is the first kinetic and inhibition study of a cyanobacterial CA. As these enzymes are widespread in many cyanobacteria, being crucial for the carbon concentrating mechanism which assures substrate to RubisCO for the CO2 fixation by these organisms, a detailed kinetic/inhibition study may be essential for a better understanding of this superfamily of metalloenzymes and for potential biotechnological applications in biomimetic CO2 capture processes.  相似文献

We investigated the catalytic activity and inhibition of both the zinc and cadmium-containing R1 fragment of the ζ-class carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1) from the marine diatom Thalassiosira weissflogii. Our data prove that these enzymes are not only very efficient catalysts for the physiological reaction, but also sensitive to sulfonamide and anion inhibitors, with inhibition constants from the nanomolar to millimolar range. Acetazolamide inhibited the two enzymes with KIs in the range of 58–92 nM. The best anion inhibitors of Cd-R1 were thiocyanate, sulfamate and sulfamide, with KIs of 10–89 μM, whereas the best Zn-R1 anion inhibitors were sulfamate and sulfamide with KIs of 60–72 μM. These enzymes were only weakly inhibited by chloride, bromide or sulfate, main anion components of sea water, with inhibition constants in the range of 0.24–0.85 mM. Thus, similarly to CAs belonging to other classes, the ζ-class CA (with either cadmium or zinc ions at the active site) was inhibited by both anions and sulfonamides.  相似文献

Bovine adrenal zona fasciculata (AZF) cells express a noninactivating K+ current (IAC) that is inhibited by adrenocorticotropic hormone and angiotensin II at subnanomolar concentrations. Since IAC appears to set the membrane potential of AZF cells, these channels may function critically in coupling peptide receptors to membrane depolarization, Ca2+ entry, and cortisol secretion. IAC channel activity may be tightly linked to the metabolic state of the cell. In whole cell patch clamp recordings, MgATP applied intracellularly through the patch electrode at concentrations above 1 mM dramatically enhanced the expression of IAC K+ current. The maximum IAC current density varied from a low of 8.45 ± 2.74 pA/pF (n = 17) to a high of 109.2 ± 26.3 pA/pF (n = 6) at pipette MgATP concentrations of 0.1 and 10 mM, respectively. In the presence of 5 mM MgATP, IAC K+ channels were tonically active over a wide range of membrane potentials, and voltage-dependent open probability increased by only ∼30% between −40 and +40 mV. ATP (5 mM) in the absence of Mg2+ and the nonhydrolyzable ATP analog AMP-PNP (5 mM) were also effective at enhancing the expression of IAC, from a control value of 3.7 ± 0.1 pA/pF (n = 3) to maximum values of 48.5 ± 9.8 pA/pF (n = 11) and 67.3 ± 23.2 pA/pF (n = 6), respectively. At the single channel level, the unitary IAC current amplitude did not vary with the ATP concentration or substitution with AMP-PNP. In addition to ATP and AMP-PNP, a number of other nucleotides including GTP, UTP, GDP, and UDP all increased the outwardly rectifying IAC current with an apparent order of effectiveness: MgATP > ATP = AMP-PNP > GTP = UTP > ADP >> GDP > AMP and ATP-γ-S. Although ATP, GTP, and UTP all enhanced IAC amplitude with similar effectiveness, inhibition of IAC by ACTH (200 pM) occurred only in the presence of ATP. As little as 50 μM MgATP restored complete inhibition of IAC, which had been activated by 5 mM UTP. Although the opening of IAC channels may require only ATP binding, its inhibition by ACTH appears to involve a mechanism other than hydrolysis of this nucleotide. These findings describe a novel form of K+ channel modulation by which IAC channels are activated through the nonhydrolytic binding of ATP. Because they are activated rather than inhibited by ATP binding, IAC K+ channels may represent a distinctive new variety of K+ channel. The combined features of IAC channels that allow it to sense and respond to changing ATP levels and to set the resting potential of AZF cells, suggest a mechanism where membrane potential, Ca2+ entry, and cortisol secretion could be tightly coupled to the metabolic state of the cell through the activity of IAC K+ channels.  相似文献

The two β-carbonic anhydrases (CAs, EC 4.2.1.1) recently cloned and purified from the ascomycete fungus Sordaria macrospora, CAS1 and CAS2, were investigated for their inhibition with a panel of 39 aromatic, heterocyclic, and aliphatic sulfonamides and one sulfamate, many of which are clinically used agents. CAS1 was efficiently inhibited by tosylamide, 3-fluorosulfanilamide, and 3-chlorosulfanilamide (KIs in the range of 43.2–79.6?nM), whereas acetazolamide, methazolamide, topiramate, ethoxzolamide, dorzolamide, and brinzolamide were medium potency inhibitors (KIs in the range of 360–445?nM). CAS2 was less sensitive to sulfonamide inhibitors. The best CAS2 inhibitors were 5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (the deacetylated acetazolamide precursor) and 4-hydroxymethyl-benzenesulfonamide, with KIs in the range of 48.1–92.5?nM. Acetazolamide, dorzolamide, ethoxzolamide, topiramate, sulpiride, indisulam, celecoxib, and sulthiame were medium potency CAS2 inhibitors (KIs of 143–857?nM). Many other sulfonamides showed affinities in the high micromolar range or were ineffective as CAS1/2 inhibitors. Small changes in the structure of the inhibitor led to important differences of the activity. As these enzymes may show applications for the removal of anthropically generated polluting gases, finding modulators of their activity may be crucial for designing environmental-friendly CO2 capture processes.  相似文献

At high cellobiose concentrations, the cellobiase activity of a Trichoderma reesei cellulase preparation does not follow Michaelis–Menten kinetics and shows substrate inhibition. Several rate equations were fitted to the initial rate-cellobiose concentration data. The best fit is obtained for a rate equation corresponding to partial substrate inhibition of cellobiase. In this case, the Km, Vmax and KI values obtained are 1.1 mM, 16 IU ml–1 and 26 mM, respectively.  相似文献

A glutathione transferase (PfGST) isolated from Plasmodium falciparum has been associated with chloroquine resistance. A range of natural products including malagashanine (MG) were screened for inhibition of PfGST by a GST assay with 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene as a substrate. Only the sesquiterpene (JBC 42C), the bicoumarin (Tral-1), ellagic acid and curcumin, were shown to be potent inhibitors of PfGST with IC50 values of 8.5, 12, 50 and 69 μM, respectively. Kinetic studies were performed on PfGST using ellagic acid as an inhibitor. Uncompetitive and mixed types of inhibition were obtained for glutathione (GSH) and 1-chloro-2, 4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB). The Ki for GSH and CDNB were ?0.015?μM and 0.011?μM, respectively. Malagashanine (100?µM) only reduced the activity of PfGST to 80% but showed a time-dependent inactivation of PfGST with a t1/2 of 34 minutes compared to >120 minutes in the absence of MG or in the presence of 5?mM GSH. This work facilitates the understanding of the interaction of PfGST with some plant derived compounds.  相似文献

In this study, the in vitro effects of some sulfonamide derivatives, which are carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, on the enzymes activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, 6-phospho gluconate dehydrogenase and glutathione reductase were investigated. For this purpose, these three enzymes were purified from human erythrocytes. Purification procedure composed of four steps; preparation of the hemolysate, ammonium sulfate precipitation, 2′,5′-ADP Sepharose 4B affinity chromatography, and gel filtration chromatography on Sephadex G-200. 5-(3α-Hydroxy-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (1), 5-(3α,12α-Dihydroxy-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (2), 5-(3α,7α,12α-Trihydroxy-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (3), 5-(3α,Acetoxy-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (4), 5-(3α,7α,12α-Triacetoxy-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (5), 5-(3,7,12-Trioxo-5-β-cholanamido)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-sulfonamide (6), acetazolamide, and dorzolamide were tested in this experiment. Compounds 3, 5, and dorzolamide showed inhibitory effects on the activity of 6-phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, and I50 values and Ki constants were calculated as 0.0601 mM, 0.00253 mM, and 1.41 mM and 0.0878 ± 0.0274 mM, 0.0042 ± 0.0009 mM, and 3.1446 ± 0.2081 mM, respectively. Glutathione reductase was also inhibited by 1 and 2. I50 values and Ki constants were 0.0471 mM and 0.0723 ± 0.0388 mM for 1 and 0.0045 mM and 0.0061 ± 0.0014 mM, for 2. If these sulfonamide derivatives are proposed as drugs, some of which are being used in glaucoma treatment such as acetazolamide and dorzolamide, these results should be taken into consideration concerning via these enzymes.  相似文献

An anion inhibition study of the β-class carbonic anhydrase, AgaCA, from the malaria mosquito Anopheles gambiae is reported. A series of simple as well as complex inorganic anions, and small molecules known to interact with CAs were included in the study. Bromide, iodide, bisulphite, perchlorate, perrhenate, perruthenate, and peroxydisulphate were ineffective AgaCA inhibitors, with KIs?>?200?mM. Fluoride, chloride, cyanate, thiocyanate, cyanide, bicarbonate, carbonate, nitrite, nitrate, sulphate, stannate, selenate, tellurate, diphosphate, divanadate, tetraborate, selenocyanide, and trithiocarbonate showed KIs in the range of 1.80–9.46?mM, whereas N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate was a submillimolar AgaCA inhibitor (KI of 0.65?mM). The most effective AgaCA inhibitors were sulphamide, sulphamic acid, phenylboronic acid and phenylarsonic acid, with inhibition constants in the range of 21–84?µM. The control of insect vectors responsible of the transmission of many protozoan diseases is rather difficult nowadays, and finding agents which can interfere with these processes, as the enzyme inhibitors investigated here, may arrest the spread of these diseases worldwide.  相似文献

1×10?6M somatostatin causes a 37–44% inhibition of glucose induced insulin release from freshly isolated rat islets of Langerhans. A 81 to 95% inhibition is observed when the isolated islets are maintained in organ culture for 2 days prior to the somatostatin treatment. The dose curve of somatostatin on cultured islets shows an apparent KI of 1.4×10?9. The tetradecapeptide also causes a reversible inhibition of the stimulation of insulin release by 5 mM theophylline and 23 mM K+.  相似文献

A β-carbonic anhydrases (CAs, EC 4.2.1.1) was recently cloned, purified and characterized kinetically in the pathogen Clostridium perfringens. We report here the first inhibition study of this enzyme (CpeCA). CpeCA was poorly inhibited by iodide and bromide, and was inhibited with KIs in the range of 1–10 mM by a range of anions such as (thio)cyanate, azide, bicarbonate, nitrate, nitrite, hydrogensulfite, hydrogensulfide, stannate, tellurate, pyrophosphate, divanadate, tetraborate, peroxydisulfate, sulfate, iminodisulfonate and fluorosulfonate. Better inhibitory power, with KIs of 0.36–1.0 mM, was observed for cyanide, carbonate, selenate, selenocyanide, trithiocarbonate and diethyldithiocarbamate, whereas the best CpeCA inhibitors were sulfamate, sulfamide, phenylboronic acid and phenylarsonic acid, which had KIs in the range of 7–75 μM. This study thus provides the basis for developing better clostridial enzyme inhibitors with potential as antiinfectives with a new mechanism of action.  相似文献

γ-Aminobutyric acid transaminase (GABA-T, EC 2.6.1.19) is a pyridoxal phosphate (PLP) dependent enzyme that catalyzes the degradation of γ-aminobutyric acid. The kinetics of this reaction are studied in vitro, both in the absence, and in the presence of two inhibitors: γ-vinyl GABA (4-aminohex-5-enoic acid), and a natural product, taurine (ethylamine-2-sulfonic acid). A kinetic model that describes the transamination process is proposed. GABA-T from Pseudomonas fluorescens is inhibited by γ-vinyl GABA and taurine at concentrations of 51.0 and 78.5?mM. Both inhibitors show competitive inhibition behavior when GABA is the substrate and the inhibition constant (Ki) values for γ-vinyl GABA and taurine were found to be 26±3?mM and 68±7?mM respectively. The transamination process of α-ketoglutarate was not affected by the presence of γ-vinyl GABA, whereas, taurine was a noncompetitive inhibitor of GABA-T when α-ketoglutarate was the substrate. The inhibition dissociation constant (Kii) for this system was found to be 96±10?mM. The Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) in the absence of inhibition, was found to be 0.79±0.11?mM, and 0.47±0.10?mM for GABA and α-ketoglutarate respectively.  相似文献

The KI values for inhibition of thermolysin activity by N-β-phenylpropionyl-aliphatic amino acids (Gly, Ala, Val, Leu, Ile) are correlated by π, the hydrophobic substituent parameter for the amino acid side chain (log KI = ?0.73π ?1.80, correlation coefficient = 0.990). By contrast, the KI values for the corresponding benzyloxycarbonyl amino acids are poorly correlated by π, but show a good correlation with the steric parameter Es(log KI = 0.880Es ? 3.086, correlation coefficient = 0.985). Binding of β-phenylpropionyl-l-alanine is associated with an acidic residue of pK 7.3 and a basic residue of pK 8.0 in the E · I complex, and appears to raise the pK of Glu-143 by 2 units. Binding of benzyloxycarbonyl-Ala and -Phe is associated with an acidic residue of pK 8.0 and two basic residues, both with pK 8.3. Three similar pK values are observed with benzyloxycarbonyl-Phe. These results are interpreted in terms of different modes of binding of β-phenylpropionyl and benzyloxycarbonyl inhibitors.  相似文献

The inhibition of highly purified rat liverl-threonine dehydratase (l-threonine hydro-lyase (deaminating), EC 4.2.1.16) by aminothiols (l-cysteine,d-cysteine, cysteamine) has been studied. Single inhibition experiments evaluated by Lineweaver-Burk and Dixon plots showed, in a given concentration range, partially (parabolic) competitive inhibitions, indicating two binding sites for each inhibitor. Double inhibition experiments revealed that the inhibition was antagonistic, the two inhibitors weakening each other's effect. Formation of EI1 and EI2 binary complexes, and ESI1, ESI2 and EI1I2 ternary complexes was demonstrated, while formation of the quaternary complex ESI1I2 was ruled out. It is assumed that one inhibitor-binding site coincides with the substrate-binding center while the second inhibitor-binding (allosteric, regulatory) site may comprise the pyridoxal-phosphate-binding SH group(s). The comparison between Km and Ki values and the evaluation of intracellular concentrations ofl-threonine,l-cysteine and cysteamine suggest a possible physiological role of the inhibition.  相似文献

CruCA4 is a secreted isoform of the α-carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1) family, which has been identified in the octocoral Corallium rubrum. This enzyme is involved in the calcification process leading to the formation of the coral calcium carbonate skeleton. We report here experiments performed on the recombinant CruCA4 with the technique of protonography that can be used to detect in a simple way the enzyme activity. We have also investigated the inhibition profile of CruCA4 with one major class of CA inhibitors, the inorganic anions. A range of weak and moderate inhibitors have been identified having KI in the range of 1–100 mM, among which the halides, pseudohalides, bicarbonate, sulfate, nitrate, nitrite, and many complex inorganic anions. Stronger inhibitors were sulfamide, sulfamate, phenylboronic acid, phenylarsonic acid, and diethylditiocarbamate, which showed a better affinity for this enzyme, with KI in the range of 75 μM–0.60 mM. All these anions/small molecules probably coordinate to the Zn(II) ion within the CA active site as enzyme inhibition mechanism.  相似文献

The bacterial pathogen Neisseria gonorrhoeae encodes for an α-class carbonic anhydrase (CA, EC 4.2.1.1), NgCA, which was investigated for its inhibition with a series of inorganic and organic anions. Perchlorate and hexafluorophosphate did not significantly inhibit NgCA CO2 hydrase activity, whereas the halides, azide, bicarbonate, carbonate, stannate, perosmate, diphosphate, divanadate, perruthenate, and trifluoromethanesulfonate showed inhibition constants in the range of 1.3–9.6 mM. Anions/small molecules such as cyanate, thiocyanate, nitrite, nitrate, bisulphite, sulphate, hydrogensulfide, phenylboronic acid, phenylarsonic acid, selenate, tellurate, tetraborate, perrhenate, peroxydisulfate, selenocyanate, iminodisulfonate, and fluorosulfonate showed KIs in the range of 0.15–1.0 mM. The most effective inhibitors detected in this study were sulfamide, sulfamate, trithiocarbonate and N,N-diethyldithiocarbamate, which had KIs in the range of 5.1–88 µM. These last compounds incorporating the CS2- zinc-binding group may be used as leads for developing even more effective NgCA inhibitors in addition to the aromatic/heterocyclic sulphonamides, as this enzyme was recently validated as an antibacterial drug target for obtaining novel antigonococcal agents  相似文献

Three iso-alkyldithiocarbonates (xanthates), as sodium salts, C3H7OCS2Na (I), C4H9OCS2Na (II) and C5H11OCS2Na (III), were synthesized, by the reaction between CS2 with the corresponding iso-alcohol in the presence of NaOH, and examined for inhibition of both cresolase and catecholase activities of mushroom tyrosinase (MT) from a commercial source of Agricus bisporus. 4-[(4-methylbenzo)azo]-1,2-benzendiol (MeBACat) and 4-[(4-methylphenyl)azo]-phenol (MePAPh) were used as synthetic substrates for the enzyme for the catecholase and cresolase reactions, respectively. Lineweaver-Burk plots showed different patterns of mixed and competitive inhibition for the three xanthates and also for cresolase and catecholase activities of MT. For cresolase activity, I and II showed a mixed inhibition pattern but III showed a competitive inhibition pattern. For catecholase activity, I showed mixed inhibition but II and III showed competitive inhibition. These new synthesized compounds are potent inhibitors of MT with Ki values of 9.8, 7.2 and 6.1 μM for cresolase inhibitory activity, and also 12.9, 21.8 and 42.2 μM for catecholase inhibitory activity for I, II and III, respectively. They showed a greater inhibitory potency towards the cresolase activity of MT. Both substrate and inhibitor can be bound to the enzyme with negative cooperativity between the binding sites (α>1) and this negative cooperativity increases with increasing length of the aliphatic tail in these compounds in both cresolase and catecholase activities. The cresolase inhibition is related to the chelating of the copper ions at the active site by a negative head group (S? ) of the anion xanthate, which leads to similar values of Ki for all three xanthates. Different Ki values for catecholase inhibition are related to different interactions of the aliphatic chains of I, II and III with hydrophobic pockets in the active site of the enzyme.  相似文献

α-Glucan phosphorylase from Chlorella vulgaris has been partially purified. In the direction of glucan phosphorolysis the apparent Km for Pi was ca 2.4 mM at pH 7.1. In the direction of glucan synthesis the Km for G1P was ca 0.12 mM at pH 6.2. The enzymic activity was inhibited by physiological concentrations of ADP, ATP, ADPG and UDPG. In the direction of starch degradation in the presence of 2.4 mM Pi the I0.5 values for ADP and ATP were ca 1.6 and 2.9 mM, respectively, while in the direction of synthesis in the presence of 0.12 mM G1P the values were ca 0.23 and 1.4 mM, respectively. The Hill plots for starch degradation showed n values of 2.2 for ADP and 2.2 for ATP and values of 1.5 and 1.2, respectively, for starch synthesis. Both ADPG and UDPG were linear competitive inhibitors either with respect to Pi or with respect to GIP. The Ki values for ADPG and UDPG in the direction of phosphorolysis were shown to be ca 0.11 and 0.51 mM, respectively, and those in the direction of synthesis 0.033 and 0.15 mM, respectively.  相似文献
