Two hundred subjects with insulin-dependent (type I) diabetes mellitus (IDDM) were typed for HLA-B, HLA-DR, and properdin factor B (Bf). HLA and Bf antigen and haplotype frequencies in subjects were compared with control frequencies derived from the 8th HLA Workshop. Frequencies of extended haplotypes (defined by B-Bf-DR alleles on a chromosome) were also contrasted with control frequencies. Significant positive associations between IDDM and HLA-B8, DR3, DR4, BfS, and BfF1 were confirmed, as were significant negative associations between IDDM and HLA-B7, DR2, DR5, DR7, and BfF. One haplotype (B7-BfS-DR2) exhibited significant negative association, while five haplotypes (B8-BfS-DR3, B8-BfS-DR4, B15-BfS-DR4, B18-BfF1-DR3, and B40-BfS-DR4) exhibited significant positive associations with IDDM. In this sample, 64% of all probands carried at least one of the high-risk haplotypes. In conclusion, the occurrence of five "high-risk" haplotypes associated with IDDM provides evidence for previously undocumented genetic heterogeneity and suggests that possibly more than two HLA-region genes may be involved in IDDM susceptibility.  相似文献

C4 protein variants were analyzed in 64 individuals, of which 51 were either homozygous or heterozygous for an extended major histocompatibility complex (MHC) haplotype (a fixed combination of MHC alleles). The relative amount of each C4 variant was measured by densitometric scanning of stained immunofixed electrophoretic patterns of neuraminidase- and carboxypeptidase-treated samples. The relative concentrations of C4 variants on any haplotype were stable and inherited in families. In five of the eight extended haplotypes investigated, the amount of one of the C4 variants relative to others in the same pattern was increased:[HLA-B8, SC01, DR3] and[HLA-B7, SC31, DR2] produced an approximately doubled amount of C4B1;[HLA-B18, S042, DR2] an increased amount of C4B2; and[HLA-B44, SC30, DR4] a double amount of C4A3. The extended haplotype[HLA-Bw57, SC61, DR7] gave rise to two to three times as much C4B1 as C4A6. In the extended haplotypes[HLA-B44, FC31, DR7] and[HLA-Bw62, SC33, DR4], the results did not clearly indicate differences in expression of the C4 isotypes. DNA analysis possibly supported an actual gene duplication only for the haplotype[HLA-B7, SC31, DR2]. The results suggest that, in addition to variation in the number of structural genes, other MHC-linked mechanisms may be involved in the regulation of the relative amounts of C4A or C4B protein specified by any haplotype.  相似文献

Summary We have analysed fifteen classical 21-hydroxylase deficiency families from throughout Southern Ireland and report the serologically defined HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-Cw, HLA-DR, C4A and C4B polymorphisms that characterize the inferred disease haplotypes. Additionally, we have used a combination of short and long range restriction mapping procedures in order to characterize the CYP21/C4 gene organization associated with individual serologically defined haplotypes. The results obtained indicate that disease haplotypes are characterized by a high frequency (33%) of CYP21B gene deletion and 8 out of 10 such deletion haplotypes are represented by the extended haplotype HLA-DR1, C4BQo, C4A3, HLA-B40(w60), HLA-Cw3, HLA-A3. Large scale length polymorphism in the CYP21/C4 gene cluster was found to conform strictly to a variable number of tandem repeats model with 4 alleles being detected. Disease haplotypes in which defective CYP21B gene expression is inferred to result from pathological point mutations show extensive diversity of associated HLA markers and include two examples of the extended HLA haplotype HLA-DR3, B8, Cw7, A1 haplotype, which has previously been reported to be negatively associated with 21-hydroxylase deficiency. One unusual disease haplotype has two CYP21 + C4 units, both of which appear to contain CYP21B-like genes.  相似文献

The analysis of the immunogenetic studies on hepatitis C patients among the Caucasoid population of western Siberia has revealed a significant increase in the detection rate of antigens HLA-A10 and HLA-DR5, the combinations of DR2-DR5, DR5-DR7, DR1-B27 and the complete absence of antigen HLA-DR4, which is indicative of the fact that susceptibility and resistance to the development of the disease is associated with the genes of the main histocompatibility complex. In hepatitis of mixed etiology, B and C, a significant increase in the occurrence of HLA antigens: -A1, -B8, -DR1 and -DR3, as well as the combinations of A1-DR1, A1-DR3, A3-DR3, A9-A10, DR1-DR3, B8-DR3 is noted; at the same time a decrease in the occurrence of antigen DR4 and its combination with antigen HLA-A2 is observed.  相似文献

From 11 studies, a total of 1,792 Caucasian probands with insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) are analyzed. Antigen genotype frequencies in patients, transmission from affected parents to affected children, and the relative frequencies of HLA-DR3 and -DR4 homozygous patients all indicate that DR3 predisposes in a "recessive"-like and DR4 in a "dominant"-like or "intermediate" fashion, after allowing for the DR3/DR4 synergistic effect. Removal of DR3 and DR4 reveals an overall protective effect of DR2, predisposing effects of DR1 and DRw8, and a slight protective effect of DR5 and a predisposing effect of DRw6. Analysis of affected-parent-to-affected-child data indicates that a subset of DR2 may predispose. The non-DR3, non-DR4 antigens are not independently associated with DR3 and DR4; the largest effect is a deficiency of DR2, followed by excesses of DR1, DRw8, and DRw6, in DR4 individuals, as compared with DR3 individuals. HLA-B locus distributions on patient haplotypes indicate that only subsets of both DR3 and DR4 are predisposing. The presence or absence of Asp at position 57 of the DQ beta gene, recently implicated in IDDM predisposition, is not by itself sufficient to explain the inheritance of IDDM. At a minimum, the distinguishing features of the DR3-associated and DR4-associated predisposition remain to be identified at the molecular level. Risk estimates for sibs of probands are calculated based on an overall sibling risk of 6%; estimates for those sharing two, one, or zero haplotypes are 12.9%, 4.5%, and 1.8%, respectively. Risk estimates subdivided by the DR type of the proband are also calculated, the highest being 19.2% for sibs sharing two haplotypes with a DR3/DR4 proband.  相似文献

Genetic control of insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) is mainly dependent on HLA genes in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC). The participation of TAP1 and TAP2 genes, located in the MHC region and coding for antigenic peptide transporters, was investigated in 116 IDDM patients and 98 normal controls using oligotyping after DNA amplification. The TAP2-B allele had a dominant protective effect, additive to that of the DR2 haplotype but antagonist to the susceptibility associated with the DR3 and/or DR4 haplotypes. The TAP2-A allele, in the homozygous state, had a predisposing effect. TAP1 allelic distribution did not differ among IDDM patients and controls. These data argue in favour of the role of peptide transporter gene in diabetogenesis.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: A common genetic basis for IgA deficiency (IgAD) and common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is suggested by their occurrence in members of the same family and the similarity of the underlying B cell differentiation defects. An association between IgAD/CVID and HLA alleles DR3, B8, and A1 has also been documented. In a search for the gene(s) in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) that predispose to IgAD/CVID, we analyzed the extended MHC haplotypes present in a large family with 8 affected members. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We examined the CVID proband, 72 immediate relatives, and 21 spouses, and determined their serum immunoglobulin concentrations. The MHC haplotype analysis of individual family members employed 21 allelic DNA and protein markers, including seven newly available microsatellite markers. RESULTS: Forty-one (56%) of the 73 relatives by common descent were heterozygous and nine (12%) were homozygous for a fragment or the entire extended MHC haplotype designated haplotype 1 that included HLA- DR3, -C4A-0, -B8, and -A1. The remarkable prevalence of haplotype 1 was due in part to marital introduction into the family of 11 different copies of the haplotype, eight sharing 20 identical genotype markers between HLA-DR3 and HLA-B8, and three that contained fragments of haplotype 1. CONCLUSION: Crossover events within the MHC indicated a susceptibility locus for IgAD/CVID between the class III markers D821/D823 and HLA-B8, a region populated by 21 genes that include tumor necrosis factor alpha and lymphotoxins alpha and beta. Inheritance of at least this fragment of haplotype 1 appears to be necessary for the development of IgAD/CVID in this family.  相似文献

The Hutterites are an Anabaptist population, highly inbred, with large family sizes and extensively documented pedigrees. As part of genetic-epidemiologic studies of the impact of HLA on fertility, HLA-A, -B, -C, -DR, and -DQ typing was performed on a total of 650 Schmiedenleut Hutterities in South Dakota. An extraordinary degree of homogeneity was found. HLA-A1, -A2, -A3, -A24, and -A26 accounted for 83%, HLA-B8, -B27, -B35, -B51, -Bw60, and -Bw62 for 75%, and HLA-DR1, -DR2, -DR3, and -DR4 for 66% of the antigens at the respective HLA-A, -B, and -DR loci. All Hutterites characterized for HLA were descendants of no more than 78 ancestors. However, family analysis identified only 45 unique HLA haplotypes thought to reflect the original gene pool. Eight haplotypes were particularly frequent, accounting for nearly 50% of all observed haplotypes; four of these were consistent with a European ancestry. Coefficients measuring linkage disequilibrium were computed from haplotypes identified by family analysis. Overall, HLA analysis portrayed the Schmiedenleut Hutterities as a homogeneous and unique population, with disequilibrium among particular alleles and a spectrum of common and uncommon European haplotypes.  相似文献

The human complement component C4 occurs in many different forms which show big differences in their haemolytic activities. This phenomenon seems likely to be of considerable importance both physiologically and pathologically. C4 is coded by duplicated genes between HLA-D and HLA-B loci in the major histocompatibility complex in man. Several fold differences in haemolytic activity between products of the two loci C4-A and C4-B have been correlated with changes of six amino acid residues in this large protein of 1722 residues and with differences of several fold in the covalent binding of C4 to antibody-antigen aggregates. Some allotypes of one locus also differ markedly, notably C4-A6 which has 1/10th the haemolytic activity of other C4-A allotypes. A monoclonal antibody affinity column has been prepared which is able to separate C4-A from C4-B proteins and, using serum from an individual expressing only the C4-A6 allele at the C4-A locus, C4-A6 protein has been prepared. Investigation has shown C4-A6 to have the same reactivity as other C4-A allotypes except in the formation of the complex protease, C5 convertase. This protease is formed from C4, C2 and C3 and if C4-A6 is used it has approximately 1/5th the catalytic activity compared with other C4-A allotype. Allelic differences in sequence identified in C4 proteins so far are few and it is probable that the big difference in catalytic activity of C5 convertase is caused by very small changes in structure.  相似文献

Aim of the Study

Association of two HLA class I variants with HIV-1 pretreatment viremia, CD4+ T cell count at the care-entry and CD4+ T cell nadir.

Methods

414 HIV-positive Caucasians (30% women) aged 19-73 years were genotyped for HLA-C -35 (rs9264942) and HLA-B*5701 variants. HIV-1 viral load, as well as CD4+ T cell count at care-entry and nadir, were compared across alleles, genotypes and haplotypes.

Results

HLA-C -35 C/C genotype was found in 17.6% patients, C/T genotype in 48.1%, and T/T genotype in 34.3% patients. HLA-B*5701 variant was present in 5.8% of studied population. HIV plasma viremia in the group with C allele was significantly lower (p=0.0002) compared to T/T group [mean:4.66 log (SD:1.03) vs. 5.07 (SD:0.85) log HIV-RNA copies/ml, respectively], while CD4+ T cell count at baseline was notably higher among C allele carriers compared to T/T homozygotes [median: 318 (IQR:127-537) cells/μl vs. median: 203 (IQR:55-410) cells/μl, respectively] (p=0.0007). Moreover, CD4+ T cell nadir among patients with C allele [median: 205 (IQR:83.5-390) cells/μl] was significantly higher compared to T/T group [median: 133 (IQR:46-328) cells/μl] (p=0.006). Among cases with HLA-B*5701 allele, significantly lower pretreatment viremia and higher baseline CD4+ T cell count were found (mean: 4.08 [SD: 1.2] vs. mean: 4.84 [SD:0.97] log HIV-RNA copies/ml, p=0.003 and 431 vs. 270 cells/μl, p=0.04, respectively) compared to HLA-B*5701 negative individuals. The lowest viremia (mean: 3.85 log [SD:1.3]) HIV-RNA copies/ml and the highest baseline and nadir CD4+ T cell [median: 476 (IQR:304-682) vs. median: 361 (IQR: 205-574) cells/μl, respectively) were found in individuals with HLA-B*5701(+)/HLA-C –35 C/C haplotype.

Conclusions

HLA-C -35 C and HLA-B*5701 allele exert a favorable effect on the immunological (higher baseline and nadir CD4+ T cell count) and virologic (lower pretreatment HIV viral load) variables. This protective effect is additive for the compound HLA-B*5701(+)/HLA-C -35 C/C haplotype.  相似文献

The association between HLA-DR and -DQ and insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (IDDM) in a defined high-incidence area was analyzed in a total of 58 population-based patients, representing 77% of IDDM patients with age at onset below 16 years, and in 92 unrelated parents in control families without IDDM. HLA haplotypes were confirmed by analyzing first-degree relatives in both groups. Seven different methods were used to analyze risk: (1) odds ratio, (2) absolute risk, (3) haplotype relative risk, (4) transcomplementation relative risk, (5) relative predisposing effects, (6) stratification analysis, and (7) test of predisposing allele on haplotype. DQB1*0302 indicated somewhat higher risk than did DR4, while DR3 had a higher risk than DQB1*0201; however, the 95% confidence intervals of the risk estimates overlapped. The positive association between IDDM and the DQB1*0201-DQA1*0501-DR3 haplotype seems to be due to DR3 or to an unknown linked gene. More important, DQA1*0301 was present among 93% of the patients, and this allele in various transcomplementation combinations with DQB1 alleles showed closer association to IDDM than did any other alleles. The strong negative association of the DQB1*0602 allele also in the presence of either DR4 or DQB1*0302 or both suggests that, in a high-risk population for IDDM, HLA-DQ primarily confers protection, perhaps by induction of tolerance. Consistent with known functions, HLA-DR may primarily confer susceptibility, perhaps by induction of autoreactive T lymphocytes.  相似文献

In North America and European Caucasoids with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) there is an increased frequency of aC4A, CYP21A gene deletion, largely associated with theHLA-B8,DR3,C4A * QO extended haplotype. There have been no consistent HLA associations reported for SLE in blacks, although an increased frequency of serologically determinedC4A null alleles has been reported in two studies. We studied 79 black American SLE patients and 68 black controls by restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis to dermine if aC4A gene deletion was a genetic risk factor for SLE. Moreover, the nature of the deletion and any HLA phenotypic associations were sought. Nineteen of 79 (24%) patients compared to 5 of 68 (7.4%) controls had a phenotypicC4A,CYP21A gene deletion (P=.005; RR=4). A homozygous deletion in four patients gave a genotypic frequency of 23/158 (14.5%) SLE patients vs 5/136 (3.7%) controls (P=.001; RR=4.5). The deletion was associated with HLA-DR2 (P=.03) and HLA-DR3 (P=.03). Moreover, all subjects with the deletion had HLA-DR2 or DR3 (P=7.7×10−6). HLA-B44 was also associated with the deletion (P=.02), and eight of the nine HLA-B44 positives also carried HLA-DR2. HLA-B8 approached significance (P=.08) and was always accompanied by HLA-DR3. Finally, this black population demonstrated a uniqueC4B gene size polymorphism with 80% C4B “short” as compared to the 40% C4B “short” frequency reported in whites. We conclude that a largeC4A,CYP21A gene deletion, particularly associated with theHLA-B44,-DR2, and-DR3 alleles, is the strongest genetic risk factor thus far identified for SLE susceptibility in black Americans. Furthermore, the unique preponderance of theC4B “short” gene form may be a factor in the actual formation of the deletion.  相似文献

Gene and haplotype frequencies for HLA-A and HLA-B antigens were determined in Milwaukee blood donors of German and Polish descent. Gene frequencies for A25 and B18 were significantly higher in Poles than in Germans. Significant gametic associations were noted for A1-B8, A29-B12 and AW30-B13 in both populations. Gametic association for A3-B7 was only found in Germans, while the A25-B18 haplotype frequency was significantly increased in Poles. Since the latter haplotype has also been found in Yugoslavs, Ukrainians and Czechs, it is possible that A25-B18 represents a Slavonic marker.  相似文献

The HLA class I antigen B44 is found in each of two different extended major histocompatibility haplotypes (allele combinations of HLA-B, HLA-DR, and complement genes BF, C2, C4A, and C4B in linkage disequilibrium). Using isoelectric focusing, two variants of HLA-B44 were identified. The basic variant was found in all cell lines with the extended haplotype HLA-B44, DR7, FC31, and the acidic variant in all cell lines with the extended haplotype HLA-B44, DR4, SC30. The occurrence of each antigen variant with a unique extended haplotype explains previous observations concerning the nonrandom association of B44 variants with DR antigens.  相似文献

Human killer cell immunoglobulin-like receptors (KIR) recognize A3/11, Bw4, C1, and C2 epitopes carried by mutually exclusive subsets of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A, -B, and -C allotypes. Chimpanzee and orangutan have counterparts to HLA-A, -B, and -C, and KIR that recognize the A3/11, Bw4, C1, and C2 epitopes, either individually or in combination. Because rhesus macaque has counterparts of HLA-A and -B, but not HLA-C, we expected that rhesus KIR would better recognize HLA-A and -B, than HLA-C. Comparison of the interactions of nine rhesus KIR3D with 95 HLA isoforms, showed the KIR have broad specificity for HLA-A, -B, and -C, but vary in avidity. Considering both the strength and breadth of reaction, HLA-C was the major target for rhesus KIR, followed by HLA-B, then HLA-A. Strong reactions with HLA-A were restricted to the minority of allotypes carrying the Bw4 epitope, whereas strong reactions with HLA-B partitioned between allotypes having and lacking Bw4. Contrasting to HLA-A and -B, every HLA-C allotype bound to the nine rhesus KIR. Sequence comparison of high- and low-binding HLA allotypes revealed the importance of polymorphism in the helix of the α1 domain and the peptide-binding pockets. At peptide position 9, nonpolar residues favor binding to rhesus KIR, whereas charged residues do not. Contrary to expectation, rhesus KIR bind more effectively to HLA-C, than to HLA-A and -B. This property is consistent with major histocompatibility complex (MHC)-C having evolved in hominids to be a generally superior ligand for KIR than MHC-A and MHC-B.  相似文献

We detected restriction fragment length polymorphisms that distinguish the extended haplotype HLA-B8,DR3,SCO1 from HLA-B18,DR3,F1C30 at the DR beta and DQ beta loci with five of seven restriction endonucleases used. One set of restriction fragments was always found on HLA-B8,DR3,SCO1 and associated with DRw52a, while the other was present on HLA-B18, DR3,F1C30 and correlated with DRw52b (the gene encoding the subtype of DRw52 associated with the BO1 or LB-Q1 antigen). Furthermore, using a full-length DQ beta gene probe, we found division in the DQw2 haplotype, in which DQw2a always associated with HLA-B8, DR3,SCO1, while DQw2b always occurred with HLA-B18,DR3,F1C3O. MHC haplotypes were determined for 52 patients with ragweed pollen allergy, with and without asthma, and 27 non-atopic controls. Total IgE levels were unimodally distributed in all study groups and were higher in atopic patients in general compared with non-atopics. There was no difference in total IgE levels in patients with rhinitis only compared with those with rhinitis and asthma. IgE anti-Amb a V was detected (after subtraction of values representing the means + 2 SD of the non-atopics) in 9 of 20 asthmatics but only 3 of 32 patients with only rhinitis and was thus associated with asthma. Mean anti-Amb a V was much higher in the antibody-positive asthmatics (1710 U/ml) than in the positive patients with rhinitis only (469 U/ml). The extended MHC haplotype [HLA-B7, SC31, DR2] and its possible DR-containing fragment (SC31, DR2), were found almost exclusively among the patients with IgE anti-Amb a V and were significantly elevated in patients with asthma. DR2 in general, but not DR2 without SC31, was significantly increased in frequency in patients with anti-Amb a V. In contrast, the extended haplotype [HLA-B8, SC01, DR3] and DR3 in general were increased among patients with rhinitis only and patients without IgE anti-Amb a V compared with general controls. Thus, [HLA-B8, SC01, DR3] and DR3 appear to be "protective" for the production of this antibody and the occurrence of asthma. The findings are consistent with an MHC-linked gene or genes on [HLA-B7, SC31, DR2] (but not necessarily DR2, Dw2, or DQw6 in general) controlling the IgE immune response to Amb a V and associated with asthma in ragweed pollen-sensitive subjects. In patients with rhinitis alone and generally undetectable levels of IgE anti-Amb a V, the increase in [HLA-B8, SC01, DR3] and DR3 may mark a response to an as yet unidentified Ag associated with ragweed allergy and rhinitis only.  相似文献

CHRNA5-A3-B4 variants, rs16969968, rs588765 and rs578776, are consistently associated with tobacco consumption among smokers, but the association with smoking cessation is less consistent. Among the studies that reported significant associations with cessation, the effects were observed in smokers treated with placebo treatment in some studies and conversely in those receiving active pharmacological therapy (bupropion and nicotine replacement therapies) in others. Thus, it remains unclear whether CHRNA5-A3-B4 is a useful marker for optimizing smoking cessation. Using data from 654 Caucasian smokers treated with placebo, nicotine patch or varenicline, we investigated whether CHRNA5-A3-B4 variants were associated with smoking cessation outcomes, and whether there were significant genotype-by-treatment or haplotype-by-treatment interactions. We observed no significant associations between CHRNA5-A3-B4 variants and smoking cessation, despite replicating previous associations with baseline tobacco consumption. At end of treatment the effect size on smoking cessation in the placebo, patch and varenicline groups for rs16969968 [GG vs. GA+AA] was OR = 0.66 (P = 0.23), OR = 1.01 (P = 0.99), and OR = 1.30 (P = 0.36) respectively, of rs588765 [CC vs. CT+TT] was OR = 0.96 (P = 0.90), OR = 0.84 (P = 0.58), and OR = 0.74 (P = 0.29) respectively, and for rs578776 [GG vs. GA+AA] on smoking cessation was OR = 1.02 (P = 0.95), OR = 0.75 (P = 0.35), and OR = 1.20 (P = 0.51) respectively. Furthermore, we observed no associations with cessation using the CHRNA5-A3-B4 haplotype (constructed using rs16969968 and rs588765), nor did we observe any significant genotype-by-treatment interactions, with or without adjusting for the rate of nicotine metabolism (all P>0.05). We also observed no significant genetic associations with 6 month or 12 month smoking abstinence. In conclusion, we found no association between CHRNA5-A3-B4 variants and smoking cessation rates in this clinical trial; however, as expected, significant associations with baseline tobacco consumption were replicated. Our data suggest that CHRNA5-A3-B4 gene variants do not exhibit a robust association with smoking cessation and are unlikely to be useful for clinically optimizing smoking cessation pharmacotherapy for Caucasian smokers.  相似文献

Summary C2 typing is performed by immunofixation with anti-C2 antiserum instead of by a hemolytic overlay. This method gives sharp band definition, is less cumbersome than the hemolytic overlay, gel files are easily made, and it also enables one to describe putative new nonhemolytic variants. C2 allele frequencies were studied in a sample of the normal Spanish population and were found to be similar to other Caucasoids. HLA-Bw62,-Cw3, and-DR4 were significantly associated with C2 B. Concordantly, the only C2*B extended HLA haplotype found in family material was Bw62-Cw3-Bw6-(DR4)-Bf*S-C2*B-C4A*3 B*2-(GLO*1). C4A*4 B*2 and C4A*4 B*4 are not found within the same haplotype together with C2*B and Bw62 or Bw22 respectively, nor do other C2*B haplotypes occur with common HLA-B alleles. These results may favour the hypothesis that the Bw62-C2*B haplotype is produced by one mutation arising in the Bw62-C2*C haplotype and that subsequent crossovers can explain other C2*B haplotypes (including Bw22-C2*B).  相似文献

It is showed that HAV+HBV mixed infection is a genetically determined pathology. Following HLA-antigens were immunogenetic markers of the disease: HLA-A10, B21, Cw2, Cw5, A10-A19, 88-813, B21-B35, A3-821, A9-B21. Lower risk of disease development was associated with HLA-B5, A2-Cw3, A3-Cw4, B35-Cw4, A3-B35-Cw4. Atypical forms of the hepatitis A were often met in carriers of HLA-Cw5, 827-835, A3-814, A3-B21, A9-B21, whereas typical forms - in carriers of HLA-A10, Cw2, A10-A19, B8-813, 821-835. Mild forms of hepatitis A were associated with the presence of HLA-A10,B22, A10-A19, B8-B13, A3-B21, A9-B8, A10-814, A10-822, A10-Cw3 in the patients' phenotype, whereas intermediate and severe forms - with the presence of HLA-B17, 817-818, 821 - 835, A28-B21, B18-Cw2. The findings about distribution of HLA-antigens and their combinations in mixed hepatitis A+B can be used in attempt of their prediction and prevention.  相似文献
