Two new coordination complexes, Cu(datz)Cl2 and Cu(datz)2Cl2, where datz is 1,5-diaminotetrazole, have been obtained by the reaction of copper(II) chloride with datz. For one of them, Cu(datz)2Cl2, the crystal structure, magnetic susceptibility and thermal properties are reported. For the other compound only spectroscopic and thermal properties are presented. In Cu(datz)2Cl2 the Cu atoms were found to be octahedrally coordinated. Equatorial positions are occupied by two chloride anions and two tetrazole ligands via their N4 donor atoms. Surprisingly, the amino groups at the N1 atom of the tetrazole ring of nearby molecules are in axial positions. Each copper atom is linked with four others through the datz molecules to form 2D polymeric networks parallel to the yz plane. Magnetic properties of Cu(datz)2Cl2 and the data of quantum-chemical calculations of molecular electrostatic potential and energies of hydronation of nitrogen atoms for datz using MP2/6-31G* and B3LYP/6-31G* levels of theory are in agreement with the structural data obtained.  相似文献

The first crystal and molecular structure of a transition metal complex containing 1,2-dithiocroconate (1,2-dtcr, dianion of 1,2-dimercaptocylopent-1-ene-3,4,5-trione), [Cu(bpca)(H2O)]2[Cu(1,2-dtcr)2]·2H2O (where bpca is the bis(2-pyrdidylcarbonyl)amide anion), has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The compound crystallizesin the monoclinic syste, space group P21/c, with a = 11.661(3), b = 20.255(6), c = 8.265(3) Å, ß = 107.26(2)° and Z = 2. The structure is formally built of [Cu(1,2-dtcr)2]2− and [Cu(bpca)(H2O)]+ ions and water of hydration. The copper atom of the anion is situated at a crystallographic inversion centre, bonded to four sulfur atoms in a planar, approximately square arrangement. In the cation the copper equatorial plane is formed by the three nitrogen atoms of the bpca ligand and a water oxygen atom. In addition there is a very weak axial bond to one of the sulfur atoms of a 1,2-dtcr ligand in the anion. Through these latter weak bonds each anion is connected to, and sandwiched between, two cations, resulting in neutral, trinuclear, centrosymmetric formula units. The triple-decker molecules are arranged in stacks along the crystallographic a-axis creating close contacts between the terminal copper atoms and bpca groups of the neighbouring molecules. This intermolecular interaction is, however, too weak to define the structure as a chain compound. The distance between adjacent copper atoms within the trinuclear unit is 4.189(1) Å, while the shortest intra-stack metal-metal separation between terminal copper atoms is 5.281(1) Å. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements in the temperature r.2–140 K reveal that a Curie law is followed; with three non-interacting copper(II) ions in the formula unit.  相似文献

A 2D porous material, Cu3(tmen)3(tma)2(H2O)2 · 6.5H2O [tmen = N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethane-1,2-diamine; tmaH3 = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid/trimesic acid], has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal analysis, variable temperature magnetic measurements, IR spectra and XRPD pattern. The complex consists of 2D layers built by three crystallographically independent Cu(tmen) moieties bridged by tma anions. Of the three copper ions, Cu(1) and Cu(2) present distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry, while the third exhibits a severely distorted octahedral environment. The Cu(1)(tmen) and Cu(2)(tmen) building blocks bridged by tma anions give rise to chains with a zig-zag motif, which are cross-connected by Cu(3)(tmen)-tma polymers sharing metal ions Cu(2) through pendant tma carboxylates. The resulting 2D architecture extends in the crystallographic ab-plane. The adjacent sheets are embedded through the Cu(3)(tmen)-tma chains, leaving H2O-filled channels. There are 6.5 lattice water molecules per formula unit, some of which are disordered. Upon heating, the lattice water molecules get eliminated without destroying the crystal morphology and the compound rehydrated reversibly on exposure to humid atmosphere. Magnetic data of the complex have been fitted considering isolated irregular Cu3 triangles (three different J parameters) by applying the clumag program. The best fit indicates three close comparable J parameters and very weak antiferromagnetic interactions are operative between the metal centers.  相似文献

A new series of dinuclear squarato-bridged nickel(II) and copper(II) complexes [Ni2(2,3,2-tet)21,3-C4O4)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Ni2(aepn)21,3-C4O4)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (2), [Cu2(pmedien)21,3-C4O4)(H2O)2](ClO4)2.4H2O (3) and [Cu2(DPA)21,2-C4O4)(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (4) where is the dianion of 3,4-dihydroxycyclobut-3-en-1,2-dione (squaric acid), 2,3,2-tet = 1,4,8,11-tetraazaundecane, aepn = N-(2-aminoethyl)-1,3-propanediamine, pmedien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and DPA = di(2-pyridylmethyl)amine were synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The spectral and structural characterization as well as the magnetic behaviour of these complexes is reported. In this series, structures consist of the groups as counter ions and the bridging the two M(II) centers in a μ-1,3- (1-3) and in a μ-1,2-bis(monodentate) (4) bonding fashions. The coordination geometry around the Ni(II) ions in 1 and 2 is six-coordinate with distorted octahedral environment achieved by N atoms of the amines and by one or two oxygen atoms from coordinated water molecules, respectively. In the Cu(II) complexes 3 and 4, a distorted square pyramidal geometry is achieved by the three N-atoms of the aepn or DPA and by an oxygen atom from a coordinated water molecule. The electronic spectra of the complexes in aqueous solutions are in complete agreement with the assigned X-ray geometry around the M(II) centers. The complexes show weak antiferromagnetic coupling with ∣J∣ = 1.8-4.2 cm−1 in the μ-1,3- bridged squarato compounds 1-3, and J = −16.1 cm−1 in the corresponding μ-1,2- bridged squarato complex 4. The magnetic properties are discussed in relation to the structural data.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional (1D) copper(II) complex, [Cu2(dpk · CH2O)(N3)3]n (dpk · CH2OH = unimethylated diol of di-2-pyridyl ketone) (1), has been synthesized and characterized. X-ray crystal structure study reveals that 1 is composed of 1D copper(II) chain with alternating double EO-azido bridges and mixed EO-azido/alkoxo double bridges. The magnetic determination indicates that ferromagnetic interaction dominates in this new 1D S = 1/2 system.  相似文献

Magnetic interactions in binuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu2(apyhist)2Cl2](ClO4)2 (1) and [Cu2(2-pyhist)2Cl2](ClO4)2 (2) with tridentate diimine ligands and chloro-bridged groups (where apyhist=(4-imidazolyl)ethylene-2-amino-1-ethylpyridine and 2-pyhist=(4-imidazolyl)ethylene-2-aminomethylpyridine) were studied with the aim of better elucidating magneto-structural correlations in such species, both in solution and in solid state. X-ray analyses revealed that chloro-bridged ligands keep the copper(II) ion coordinated to adjacent unit, at Cu-Cl distances of 2.271 and 2.737 Å, and a Cu-Cl-Cu angle of 87.46° in compound 1. Each CuII atom is also coordinated to three N atoms from the imine ligand, in a distorted tetragonal pyramidal environment. Magnetic measurements carried out in temperatures from 0.8 to 290 K and in magnetic field up to 170 kOe indicated that besides the intramolecular magnetic coupling between the copper centers [J/k=−(1.93±0.05) K] further interactions between adjacent dimers [Jz/k=−(1.3±0.1) K] should be taken into account. Similar results were observed for compound 2, for which [J/k=−(4.27±0.05) K] and [Jz/k=−(3.7±0.1) K]. In solution, the interconversion of the dimer 1 and the related monomer species [Cu(apyhist)(H2O)2] (ClO4)2 (3) monitored by EPR spectra, was verified to be very dependent on the solvent.  相似文献

Two new polynuclear complexes of Cu(II), [(μ-1,1,3-N3)2{Cu2(me2tn)2(N3)2}]n (1) (me2tn=2,2-dimethylpropane-1,3-diamine) and [Cu2(μ-C2O4)(μ-N3)(ipr2en)2]n(ClO4)n (2) (ipr2en=N,N-di-isopropylethane-1,2-diamine) have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure of 1 displays a 2D network in which distorted octahedral copper(II) centers, chelated by a me2tn ligand and bound to a terminal azide, are connected through μ-1,1,3 bridging azide anions. The structure of 2 shows 1D chains comprising alternating [(ipr2en)Cu-Ox-Cu(ipr2en)] units and end-to-end azide ligand. The chains on mutual H-bonding interaction through ClO4, give rise to a 2D supramolecular architecture. The magnetic data of complexes were recorded in the temperature range, 300-2 K. In case of complex 1, the magnetic data are consistent with a ferromagnetic interaction through the end-on azide bridge (JFM=10 cm−1) and a weak antiferromagnetic interaction (zj=−0.8 cm−1) between the ferromagnetically coupled dimers and an average g-value of 2.05. The susceptibility data of 2 were fitted using an alternating AF-AF chain spin 1/2 law which leads to the following parameters Joxalate=−180 cm−1, Jazide=−43 cm−1 and g=2.25 cm−1.  相似文献

The dihydroxo-bridged dinuclear copper(II) compound [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-OH)2]I2 (1) and the triply bridged dinuclear copper(II) compounds with a formato bridge [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-O2CH)(μ-OH)(μ-OMe)](ClO4) (2) and [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-O2CH)(μ-OH)(μ-Cl)](ClO4) · 0.5H2O (3) (in which dpyam=di-2-pyridylamine) have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallographic methods. All three compounds are either centrosymmetric, or have a symmetry plane in the molecule. Compound 1 contains the [Cu2(dpyam)2(μ-OH)2]+ unit and iodide anions. Each copper(II) ion is in a slightly tetrahedrally distorted square planar coordination with the square plane consisting of two nitrogen atoms of the dpyam ligand and two bridging hydroxo groups. The Cu-I distances of 3.321 Å are quite long and only involve a weak semi-coordination. Compound 2 contains a triply bridged dinuclear copper(II) species, the coordination environment around each copper(II) ion involves a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal CuN2O3 chromophore. In the dinuclear unit of compound 3, the triply bridged copper(II) ions show a distorted trigonal-bipyramidal coordination of the CuN2O2Cl chromophore. The Cu-Cu distances are 2.933(2), 3.023(1) and 3.036(1) Å for compounds 1, 2 and 3, respectively. The magnetic susceptibility measurements, measured from 5 to 280 K, revealed a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(II) atoms for compound 1 with a singlet-triplet energy gap (J) of −15.3 cm−1, whereas compounds 2 and 3 are ferromagnetic with J=62.5 and 79.1 cm−1, respectively.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional heterometallic complex, {Cd2[NiL]2(SCN)4(H2O)}n (1), has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis, where L is dianion of 2,3-dioxo-5,6,13,14-dibenzo-9,10-cyclohexyl-7,12-bis(ethoxycarbonyl)-1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradeca-7,11-diene. The most striking feature of 1 is that in the structure there is one type of S-S bond (1.823(13) Å) formed by two thiocyanate groups which has not been reported to our knowledge. The DNA cleavage activity of 1 in the presence of H2O2 was compared with those of nickel(II) ion, cadmium(II) ion and corresponding mononuclear precursor NiL (2). The DNA cleavage kinetics was studied and the corresponding activation parameters of 1 were obtained.  相似文献

Two copper(II) complexes, [Cu(qsal)Cl](DMF) (1) and [Cu2(qsalBr)2Cl2](DMF) (2), with tridentate Schiff base ligands, 8-(salicylideneamino)quinoline (Hqsal) and 8-(5-bromo-salicylideneamino)quinoline (HqsalBr), respectively, were synthesised and structurally characterized. Each copper(II) ion in the two complexes is in a distorted square pyramidal N2OCl2 environment. Complex 1 exists as a polymeric species via equatorial-apical chloride bridges, whereas 2 is a di-chlorido-bridged dinuclear complex, where each bridging chloride simultaneously occupies an in-plane coordination site on one copper(II) ion and an apical site on the other copper(II) ion. Variable-temperature magnetical susceptibility measurements on the two complexes in the temperature range 2-300 K indicate the occurrence of intrachain ferromagnetic (J = +6.58 cm−1) and intramolecular antiferromagnetical (J = −6.91 cm−1) interactions.  相似文献

A chain coordination polymer with the chemical formula {[Cu4L2(H2O)] · H2O}n, has been synthesized by the assembly reaction of K2CuL · 1.5H2O and Cu(OAC)2 · H2O with a 1:1 mole ratio in methanol, where H4L = 2-hydroxy-3-[(E)-({2-[(2-hydroxybenzoyl)imino]ethyl}imino)methyl] benzoic acid, OAC = CH3COO. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, the compound has chain molecular structure formed by dissymmetrical tetranuclear units. The magnetic measurements showed that Cu-Cu of the complex exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions, and satisfactory fittings to the observed magnetic susceptibility data were obtained by assuming a binuclear system, and further using molecular field approximation to deal with magnetic exchange interactions between binuclear systems.  相似文献

A series of new coordination polymers of Cu(II) have been prepared in a reaction between copper(II) perchlorate or tetrafluoroborate salt and a novel ligand 1,4-di(1,2,3,4-tetrazol-2-yl)butane (bbtz). The compounds were characterised by an elemental analysis, TG measurements, IR, EPR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Crystal structures of bbtz and five complexes of Cu(II) were determined by a single crystal X-ray diffraction measurement performed at 100 K. The composition and architecture of the obtained complexes strongly depend on the reaction conditions especially on the kind of solvent. Investigated complexes are composed of polymeric macrocations and non-coordinated anions. In all cases the bbtz molecules act as the bidentate ligand coordinated to metal(II) ions via N4, N4 nitrogen atoms from tetrazole rings. The complexes {[Cu(bbtz)2(MeOH)2]X2} (X=ClO4, BF4) crystallise from methanol as 2D coordination polymers. In these compounds central metal ions are coplanar linked by molecules of bbtz and a coordination sphere is completed by axially coordinated solvent molecules. The complexes {[Cu(bbtz)3]X2} (X=ClO4, BF4) were synthesised in EtOH/H2O solvent system and posses a common network topology. In this group of complexes each central atom is linked by ligand molecules to six other in plane arranged central atoms resulting in 2D networks. Reactions between Cu(II) salts and bbtz performed in absolute ethanol resulted in the formation of the next type of product. In {[Cu(bbtz)3](ClO4)2·2EtOH} neighboured copper(II) ions are linked by ligand molecules in the three directions what leads to the formation of 3D net. A crystal of this complex is composed of two mutually interpenetrated 3D networks.  相似文献

Nano-structure of a new Pb(II) two-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Pb(2-pyc)(N3)(H2O)]n (1), 2-Hpyc = 2-pyridinecarboxylic acid} was synthesized by a sonochemical method. The new nano-structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, IR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Compound 1 was structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and consists of two-dimensional polymeric units. The thermal stability of compound 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses and compared. PbO nano-powder was obtained by calcination of the nano-structure of compound 1 at 400 °C. This study demonstrates the coordination polymers may be suitable precursors for the preparation of nano-scale materials and dependent on their packing they may produce different and interesting morphologies.  相似文献

A dinickel(II) complex [Ni2(sym-hmp)2](BPh4)2·3.5DMF·0.5(2-PrOH) (1) was synthesized with a dinucleating ligand, 2,6-bis[(2-hydroxyethyl)methylaminomethyl]-4-methyl-phenol [H(sym-hmp)]. The complex 1 (C90H118.50B2N7.50Ni2O10) crystallized in the triclinic space group with dimensions = 14.7446(4) Å, = 15.4244(4) Å, = 18.7385(6) Å, α = 86.9495(9)°, β = 76.7263(10)°, γ = 86.5370(8)°, and = 4136.8(2) Å3 and with = 2; this is isomorphous to a previous cobalt(II) complex [Co2(sym-hmp)2](BPh4)2. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed a bis(μ-phenoxo)dinickel(II) core structure containing two distorted octahedral nickel(II) ions of C2 symmetry. The order of the coordination bond lengths is Ni-O(phenoxo) < Ni-O(hydroxy) < Ni-N. The electronic spectrum of 1 was typical for the octahedral nickel(II) complexes, but the axial elongation and the C2-twist of the equatorial plane were found after a detailed analysis. The bond angles obtained by the electronic spectrum agreed with the crystallographically obtained bond angles within 2.3°. The order of the AOM parameters was eσ,O(phenoxo) > eσ,O(hydroxy) > eσ,N, which was consistent with the order of the coordination bond lengths. Magnetic susceptibility data for 1 were fitted well with the parameters 2= −69.7 cm−1, = 0.00 cm−1, = 2.17, and TIP = 265 × 10−6 cm3 mol−1. The result indicates significant antiferromagnetic exchange interaction and negligible zero-field splitting, while the isostructural cobalt(II) complex showed an anisotropic behavior.  相似文献

The cobalt(II) complexes [Co(TPA)Cl]ClO4 (1), [Co(TPA)Br]ClO4 (2), [Co(TPA)(H2O)]Cl(ClO4) (3) and [Co2(TPA)2(μ-tp)](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (4) (TPA = tris(2-methylpyridyl)amine and tp = terephthalate dianion) were synthesized and structurally characterized by UV-vis and IR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of complexes 1 and 4 were determined by X-ray crystallography and their magnetic properties were measured over the temperature range 2-300 K. The coordination geometry around the central Co(II) in these compounds has a distorted trigonal bipyamidal geometry with four nitrogen atoms from the TPA ligand and the fifth coordination site is occupied by Cl ion in 1, Br ion in 2, coordinated oxygen atom from H2O in 3 and by an oxygen atom supplied by the carboxylate group of the bridged terephthalato ligand in 4. The visible spectra of the complexes 1-3 in MeOH show strong distortion toward tetrahedral geometry. For complex 4, analysis of the infrared spectral data for the ν(COO) stretching frequencies of the tp-carboxalato groups reveals the existence of the bis(monodentate) coordination mode for the bridged tp. X-ray data for 1 and 4 show that the former is mononuclear while the latter is dinuclear. The electronic spectrum of 4 in MeOH is in complete agreement with the assigned X-ray geometry around the Co(II) centers. The magnetic behavior of the mononuclear complex 1 is indicative of a high-spin compound with zero-field splitting. The best fit was obtained with ∣D∣ = 7.3 cm−1, g = 2.25. The dinuclear complex 4 exhibits weak antiferromagnetic coupling with a coupling constant J = −0.8 cm−1. The magnetic properties and the structural parameters of 4 are discussed in relation to the other related μ-terephthalato dinuclear Co(II) compounds. The geometry of the coordination sphere around 4 is unique - the CSD compilation listing only one other compound with such a geometry around the dinuclear Co(II) complex and its composition is far different from that in 4. However, they share a common feature of having a weakly antiferromagnetic coupling between Co(II) centers.  相似文献

The preparation and crystal structures for three Cu(II) polynuclear, chain complexes with 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)pyrazine (dpp) as bridging ligand are reported, [Cu(dpp)(H2O)2]n(NO3)2n·2n/3H2O (1), [Cu(dpp)(H2O)2]n(CF3SO3)2n (2), and [Cu(dpp)(H2O)2]n(BF4)2n·2nH2O (3). For the latter compound the crystal structure at four different temperatures have been studied. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data and ESR measurements of 13 and of the related copper(II) chain [Cu(dpp)(H2O)2]n(ClO4)2n·2nH2O (4) (whose structure was previously reported) have been performed. Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize in the same trigonal space group, R c; 3 is orthorhombic, space group Pbca. Complexes 1 and 2 are built of linear dpp-bridged chains which extend along threefold screw axes. The copper atom has in each case an elongated octahedral geometry with pyrazine nitrogen atoms in axial positions. The prominent feature of the crystal packing is the supramolecular arrangement of six chains around a threefold inversion axis, creating channels housing the counter ions, and in the case of 1, also crystal water. In 3 the chain is zig–zag shaped and extends along a twofold screw axis. Counter ions and crystal water are situated in channels formed between four symmetry related chains. At room temperature (r.t.) the X-ray results show a copper ion with a compressed octahedral coordination geometry, pyrazine and pyridyl nitrogen atoms binding in equatorial and axial positions, respectively. The low temperature X-ray studies of 3 show significant changes in the copper coordination geometry, strongly suggesting that the apparent compressed geometry at r.t. is due to a dynamic Jahn–Teller distortion. The CuCu separations across the bridging dpp at r.t. are, 7.133(1) (1), 7.228(1) (2), 7.005(1) (3) and 7.002(2) Å (4). X-band ESR spectra of 1 and 2 exhibit the pattern of Cu(II) in elongated geometry (g>g>2.0), whereas those of 3 and 4 exhibit inverse (g>g>2.0) patterns with a shoulder in the perpendicular signal. Complexes 14 exhibit a Curie law behaviour with very weak intrachain antiferromagnetic coupling, the relevant magnetic parameters being J=−0.27 cm−1, g=2.11 for 1, J=−0.17 cm−1, g=2.09 for 2, J=−1.38 cm−1, g=2.15 for 3, and J=−1.36 cm−1, g=2.14 for 4 (the Hamiltonian being =−JSASB).  相似文献

The interaction of diethyl 2-pyridylmethylphosphonate (2-pmpe) ligand with CuX2 salts unexpectedly leads to the formation of compounds of the formula Cu(2-pca)2 [X=Cl (1), CH3COO (3)], and Cu(2-pca)Cl [X=Cl (2)] (2-pca=pyridine-2-carboxylate ion). The diethyl 2-quinolylmethylphosphonate ligand (2-qmpe) reacts with CuX2 salts to similarly yield compounds of stoichiometry Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O (X=ClO4 − (4)], and for X=Cl Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O (5) and Cu(2-qca)Cl (6), (2-qca=quinoline-2-carboxylate ion). These compounds are products of a novel oxidative P-dealkylation reaction, which takes place on 2-pmpe and 2-qmpe ligands under the used conditions. The compounds were characterized by infrared, ligand field, EPR spectroscopy and magnetic studies. Cu(2-pca)2 exists in two crystalline forms, a blue form (1) and a violet form (3). For 3 the single-crystal structure was determined. The copper atom is four-coordinated in a square-planar geometry. The stack between related (and hence parallel) pca moieties involves interatomic distances of 3.27 Å. Cu(2-qca)2 · H2O also exists in two forms, a green (4) and a blue-green (5). Both these complexes are five coordinated, involve the same CuN2O3 chromophore and are examples of the distortion isomers. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements (1.9-300 K) have shown that the antiferromagnetic coupling observed is much stronger in 6 than in 1, 3, 4 and 5. For 2 a ferromagnetic exchange occurs.  相似文献

Protonation equilibria and Cu(II) binding processes by an antifungal agent fluconazole, α-(2,4-difluorophenyl)-α-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl-methyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-1-ethanol, were studied using the UV-Vis, EPR and NMR spectroscopic techniques. The protonation constant of fluconazole was determined from NMR titration and attributed to N4′ nitrogen atoms using the DFT methods. The spectroscopic data suggest that at pH as low as 0.4 the first complex is formed, in which one or two Cu(II) ions are bound to one of the nitrogen atoms (N4′) from triazole rings. Above pH 1.5 each Cu(II) ion is surrounded by two nitrogen atoms (also N4′) from two different ligand molecules, forming primary monomeric complexes and above pH = 5, both dimeric or oligomeric species occur, which is well registered by the EPR technique. The mixture of Cu(NO3)2 with fluconazole in a 1:1 molar ratio in a water (pH = 4.5)/ethanol solution gave crystals of [Cu2(H2O){(C6H3-2,4-F2)(CH2N3C2H2)2C-OH}{(C6H3-2,4-F2)(CH2N3C2H2)2C-O}(NO3)](NO3)2·9(H2O). This complex is the first example of a cupric 3D polymeric structure with a fluconazole ligand coordinated via both N2′ and N4′ atoms from the same triazole rings. At higher pH values, we obtained a binuclear complex [Cu2(L)2(H2O)2(NO3)2], in which the copper(II) atoms were bridged by the oxygen atoms of the deprotonated OH group of fluconazole. The hypothetical oxidative properties of this system were also examined, however it failed to generate either reactive oxygen species or DNA scission products.  相似文献

The preparation, crystal structures and magnetic properties of three copper(II) compounds of formulae [Cu2(dmphen)2(dca)4] (1), [Cu(dmphen)(dca)(NO3)]n (2) and [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] (3) (dmphen=2,9-dimethyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dca=dicyanamide and 4,4-dmbpy=4,4-dimethyl-2,2-bipyridine) are reported. The structure of 1 consists of discrete copper(II) dinuclear units with double end-to-end dca bridges whereas that of 2 is made up of neutral uniform copper(II) chains with a single symmetrical end-to-end dca bridge. Each copper atom in 1 and 2 is in a distorted square pyramidal environment: two (1) or one (2) nitrile-nitrogen atoms from bridging dca groups, one of the nitrogen atoms of the dmphen molecule (1 and 2) and either one nitrile-nitrogen from a terminal dca ligand (1) or a nitrate-oxygen atom (2) build the equatorial plane whereas the second nitrogen atom of the heterocyclic dmphen fills the axial position (1 and 2). The copper-copper separations through double (1) and single (2) end-to-end dca bridges are 7.1337(7) (1) and 7.6617(7) (2). Compound 3 is a mononuclear copper(II) complex whose structure contains two neutral and crystallographically independent [Cu(4,4-dmbpy)(H2O)(dca)2] molecules which are packed in two different layer arrangements running parallel to the bc-plane and alternating along the a-axis. The copper atoms in both molecules have slightly distorted square pyramidal surroundings with the two nitrogen atoms of the 4,4-dmbpy ligand and two dca nitrile-nitrogen atoms in the basal plane and a water oxygen in the apical position. A semi co-ordinated dca nitrile-nitrogen from a neighbour unit [2.952(6) Å for Cu(2)-N] is in trans position to the apical water molecule in one of the two molecules, this feature representing part of the difference in supramolecular connections in the alternating layers referred to above. Magnetic susceptibility measurements for 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-290 K reveal the occurrence of weak antiferromagnetic interactions through double [J=−3.3 cm−1 (1), ] and single [J=−0.57 cm−1 (2), ] dca bridges and across intermolecular contacts [θ=−0.07 K (3)].  相似文献

One-dimensional (1-D) helical coordination polymers, [MII(H2O)3(BPDC)]n · nH2O (M = Co (1), Fe (2)), have been prepared by the self-assembly of cobalt(II) and iron(II) ions, respectively, with 2,2′-bipyridyl-3,3′-dicarboxylic acid (H2BPDC) in an aqueous solution. X-ray crystal structures of compounds 1 and 2 show that each metal ion displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry including three water oxygen atoms, one oxygen atom of the carboxylate of a BPDC2− belonging to the adjacent metal ion and two nitrogen atoms from the BPDC2− acting as a chelating ligand. In 1 and 2, one carboxylate oxygen atom of coordinated BPDC2− binds to the neighboring metal ion, which give rise to 1-D helical coordination polymers. The helical chains of 1 and 2 are linked by the hydrogen bonding interactions between the carboxylate oxygen atom of the BPDC2− ion belonging to a chain and the water molecule of the adjacent helical chain, which lead to 2-D networks extending along the ab plane. The supramolecules 1 and 2 show isomorphous structures regardless of the metal ions.  相似文献
