The reactions of methyl 2-pyridyl ketone oxime, (py)C(Me)NOH, with MSO4 · xH2O (M = Zn, x = 7; M = Cd, x = 8/3), in the absence of an external base, have been investigated. The synthetic study has led to the two new complexes [Zn(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)3] · H2O (1 · H2O) and [Zn2(SO4)2{(py)C(Me)NOH}4] · (py)C(Me)NOH [2 · (py)C(Me)NOH], and the coordination polymer [Cd(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)]n · [Cd(SO4){(py)C(Me)NOH}(H2O)2]n (3). In the three complexes the organic ligand chelates through its nitrogen atoms. The sulfate anion in 1 · H2O is monodentate; the complex molecule is the mer isomer considering the positions of the aqua ligands. The ZnII centers in 2 · (py)C(Me)NOH are bridged by two syn, anti η112 ligands; each metal ion has the cis-cis-trans disposition of the coordinated sulfate oxygen, pyridyl nitrogen and oxime nitrogens, respectively. The molecular structure of 3 is unique consisting of two different linear and ladder - type chains. π-π stacking interactions and/or hydrogen bonds lead to the formation of interesting supramolecular architectures in the three complexes. The thermal decomposition of complex 3 has been studied. Characteristic vibrational (IR, Raman) bands are discussed in terms of the nature of bonding and the structures of the three complexes.  相似文献

Magnetically ordered Ni[TCNE]2 · zCH2Cl2 (Tc = 13 K) is reported for the first time from the reaction of Ni(CO)4 with tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). A family of new solid solution room temperature magnets of VxNi1 − x[TCNE]y · zCH2Cl2 (0 ? x < 1; y ? 2) composition has been characterized by IR spectrometry, elemental analysis, and magnetic measurements (ac and dc susceptibility). Substitution of NiII for VII in V[TCNE]y · zCH2Cl2 does not alter the Tc significantly for x ? 0.05 and does not alter Hcr significantly for x > 0; however, the magnitude of M increases with x, as does the broadness of the peaks in the χ′(T) and χ″(T) ac susceptibilities. Hence, the magnetic properties of the room temperature V[TCNE]y · zCH2Cl2 magnet can be finely tuned via synthetic chemistry methodology, making this material more amenable in future technologies.  相似文献

Compounds FeIII(3-CH3O-qsal)2PF6 · nH2O (n = 0, 2) (1, 1 · 2H2O) were synthesized and characterized: the structure of 1 and the magnetic properties of both compounds were determined. Compound 1 · 2H2O presents properties characteristic of high-spin Fe(III), while 1 presents properties of low-spin Fe(III) with an onset of a gradual spin crossover at ca. 300 K.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of lead(II) acetate and HO2C(CH2)3N(CH2PO3H2)2 at 170 and 140 °C, respectively, resulted in two different lead diphosphonates, namely, Pb2[NH(CH2PO3)2] · 2H2O (1), in which the butyric acid moiety of the HO2C(CH2)3N(CH2PO3H2)2 has been cleaved and a novel layered compound, Pb3[HO2C(CH2)3NH(CH2PO3)2]2 · 2H2O (2). Their crystal structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. In compound 1, the interconnection of the lead(II) ions by bridging amino-diphosphonate ligands leads to the formation of a 3D network. Compound 2 features an unusual triple-layer structure with the non-coordinated butyric acid moieties as pendant groups between the layers.  相似文献

The reaction of N-propionyl-5-chlorosalicylhydrazide (H3pcshz) with Mn(OAc)2 · 4H2O in methanol solution gives a novel 18-metallacrown-6 [Mn(pcshz)(CH3OH)]6 · 4CH3OH · 4H2O (1). The structure of 1 has been determined by X-ray diffraction and it crystallizes in the monoclinic system and space group P2(1)/n. The ring of the metallacrown is consisted of six interlink [Mn-N-N] repeated units through hydrazide N-N group bridging the ring manganese ions. And the ligand enforces the metal ions to form the stereochemistry as a propeller configuration with alternation Λ/Δ form. The largest diameters of the disc-shaped hexanuclear ring are about 8.82 Å at entrance, 9.83 Å at the central of the cavity, respectively. The solution integrity and stability of the metallacrown was studied by electrospray ionization (ESI)-MS and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The results show it is soluble and stable in methanol. Antibacterial screening data indicate the forming of the complex weakens dramatically the antibacterial activity of the ligand H3pcshz except for Eschericha coli.  相似文献

The syntheses of (PPh4)2[M(CN)3O(pic)] · nH2O (M = Mo, W; n = 2.5, 4; pic = picolinate anion) as well as (PPh4)2[Mo(CN)4O(apic)] · 3H2O (apic = 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde) are presented. The salts have been characterised by elemental analysis, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and X-ray crystal structure determination of (PPh4)2[Mo(CN)3O(pic)] · 2.5H2O. The anion in the latter salt is approximately octahedral with O and N donor atoms of pic situated in the trans and cis position to the MoO bond, respectively. The picolinate complexes have the characteristic MLCT bands in the visible spectra with the absorption maxima linearly dependent on the Reichardt’s ET solvent parameter. These complexes are shown to exhibit the strongest solvatochromic effect of all studied tricyanooxo and hexacyano complexes of Mo(IV) and W(IV). The obtained values of E1/2 in these salts [0.333 V (Mo) and 0.018 V (W) in 1,2-C2H4Cl2] were found to be the highest of all [M(CN)3O(LL)]2− type complexes making these salts show reversibility in a remarkable variety of solvents. The oxidation of coordinated apic to pic has been demonstrated by means of electronic spectroscopy. The isolated salts were used to monitor the reaction of [M(CN)4O(H2O)]2− with 2,2′-pyridil in water-ethanol solution. It was found that 2,2′-pyridil disproportionate to Hpic and apic in the first step and the other decomposition products of 2,2′-pyridil postulated in the literature were not observed.  相似文献

Reaction of Zn(AcO)2 · 2H2O with 6-methyl-2-pyridinecarboxylic acid (L) yielded a new compound [Zn(MeC5H3NCOO)2(H2O)] · H2O. This complex was characterised by elemental analyses, conductivity measurements, infrared, 1H and 13C{1H} NMR spectroscopies and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure consists of discrete molecules involving a pentacoordinated Zn atom with a geometry intermediate between a trigonal bipyramid and a square pyramid and with the two Npy atoms occupying the apical sites. Treatment of the complex [Zn(MeC5H3NCOO)2(H2O)] · H2O with 2,2-bipyridine (bpy) produced [Zn(MeC5H3NCOO)2(bpy)]. The metallic atom in this complex displays a distorted octahedral geometry and is coordinated to two ligands (L) via the pyridine nitrogen and the carbonyl oxygen atoms and to one 2,2-bypyridine (bpy).  相似文献

The aqueous solution behaviour of the equilibrium related cis-[PdCl2(PTA)2] and [PdCl(PTA)3]Cl complexes has been investigated in the presence of acid and iodide ions. Several of the resulting species were identified and a reaction scheme accounting for identified complexes is proposed. The crystal structures of trans-[PdI2(PTA-H)2][PdI3(PTA)]2 · 2H2O (1) (PTA-H+ = protonated form of PTA) and trans-[PdI2(PTA)2] (2) are reported. The geometry around the Pd(II) metal centre in 1 (for both the cation and anion) and 2 is distorted square planar. The PTA ligands occupy a trans orientation in the cation of 1 and in complex 2. Compound 1 represents a rare example of a Pd(II) system wherein the cation:anion pair, in a 1:2 ratio, are both coordination complexes. It is the first d8 Ni-triad square planar complex containing only one PTA ligand and only the second platinum group metal complex. For the cation in 1, the bond distances and angles are Pd(1)-P(1) = 2.2864(16) Å, Pd(1)-I(1) = 2.6216(7) Å, P(1)-Pd(1)-P(1)′ = 180.00(7)° and P(1)-Pd(1)-I(1) = 87.62(4)°, while in the anion the bond distances are Pd(2)-P(2) = 2.2377(15) Å, Pd(2)-I(4) = 2.5961(13) Å, Pd(2)-I(2) = 2.6328(13) Å, Pd(2)-I(3) = 2.6513(8) Å, while the angles are P(2)-Pd(2)-I(4) = 90.00(5)°, P(2)-Pd(2)-I(2) = 89.69(5)°, I(4)-Pd(2)-I(2) = 179.57(2)°, P(2)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 175.19(4)°, I(4)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 90.29(4)° and I(2)-Pd(2)-I(3) = 90.05(4)°. Bond distances and angles of the coordination polyhedron in 2 are Pd-P = 2.327(3) Å, Pd-I = 2.5916(10) Å, P-Pd-I = 89.13(7)° and P-Pd-P = 180.00(13)°. The average effective- and Tolman cone angles for the two ligands, calculated from the crystallographic data, are 115° and 117° for PTA and PTA-H, respectively.  相似文献

An organically templated zinc-substituted gallium phosphite, [H3N(CH2)2NH3]1/2 · [GaZn(HPO3)3(H2O)2] was synthesized under mild hydrothermal conditions in the presence of ethylenediamine (en) as structure-directing agent and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn with unit cell parameters: a = 18.6146(10) Å, b = 11.0454(6) Å, c = 10.9074(4) Å, V = 2242.62(19) Å3 and Z = 8. This compound has a three-dimensional framework built up from secondary building units (SBU) of Ga(III) (or Zn(II)) and HPO3 pseudopyramid by sharing vertices. The structure displays a two-dimensional channel system running along the [0 0 1] and [0 1 0] direction with 5-, 8- and 10-membered rings. The diprotonated ethylenediamine template molecules are located in the channels. In this structure, some of the Ga(III) sites are occupied by Zn(II) atoms. The compound was also characterized by IR spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma (ICP), X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), differential thermal and thermogravimetric analyses.  相似文献

The bis(2-methoxyethyl)dithiocarbamate complexes [M{S2CN(CH2CH2OMe)2}2] (M = Ni, Cu, Zn, Pd) are readily prepared and the three lighter complexes have been crystallographically characterised. Disproportionation of [Cu{S2CN(CH2CH2OMe)2}2] upon addition of Cu(ClO4)2 · 6H2O affords the copper(III) complex [Cu{S2CN(CH2CH2OMe)2}2][ClO4] which has also been crystallographically characterised. Unlike other copper(III) dithiocarbamate salts, there are no intermolecular cation-cation or cation-anion interactions.  相似文献

Twenty-one adducts of the form AgX:ER3:L (1:1:1) (X = CF3COO (‘tfa’), CH3COO (‘ac’), E = P, As; R = Ph, cy, o-tolyl; L = 2,2′-bipyridyl (‘bpy’)-based ligand) have been synthesized and characterized by analytical, spectroscopic (IR, far-IR, 1H, 19F and 31P NMR) and single crystal X-ray diffraction studies. The resulting complexes are predominantly of the form [(R3E)AgL]+X, with a trigonal EAgN2 coordination environment, the planarity of which may be perturbed by the approach of anion or solvent. The carboxylate anions have been found to be uni-, or semi-bidentate, or also completely ionic, as in the complexes [Ag(PPh3)(bpy)(H2O)](tfa) and [Ag(PPh3)(dpk · H2O)](tfa) (‘dpk · H2O’ = bis(2-pyridyl)ketone (hydrated)). The complexes Agac:PPh3:dpa (1:1:1) and Agac:P(o-tol)3:dpa:MeCN (1:1:1:1) are dinuclear, with bridging unidentate acetate and terminal unidentate dpa (‘dpa’ = bis(2-pyridyl)amine).  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of MoO3, tetra-2-pyridylpyrazine (tpyprz) and M(CH3CO2)2 · 2H2O (M = Co, Ni) yielded the two-dimensional oxides [M2(tpyprz)(H2O)2Mo8O26] · xH2O [M = Co, x = 1.8 (1); M = Ni, x = 0.6 (2)]. However, the reaction of (NH4)6Mo7O24 · 4H2O, tpyprz and Cu(CH3CO2)2 · H2O produced [{Cu2(tpyprz)}2Mo8O26] · 2H2O (3 · 2H2O). The isomorphous structures of 1 and 2 are constructed from clusters linked through {M2(tpyprz)(H2O)2}4+ subunits into two-dimensional networks. While the structure of 3 is also two-dimensional, the molybdate building block is present as the δ-isomer and the secondary-metal/ligand component consists of a one-dimensional chain. The structure of 3 is compared to that of the previously reported three-dimensional material [{Cu2(tpyprz)}2Mo8O26] · 7H2O which contains clusters and structurally distinct chains.  相似文献

Low-temperature, single crystal X-ray structural characterisations of trans-[NiCl2(HOMe)4], trans-O-[Ni(MeOH)2(μ-Cl)(2/2)2](∞∣∞) · 0.5dioxan and trans-trans-[Ni(H2O)2Cl2(O-dioxan-O)(2/2)](∞∣∞) · dioxan are recorded, offering intriguing insights into O-donor/Ni(II) relativities. Two novel complexes, Cd(HTMA)(NC5H5)2 · 0.5CH3OH · 0.5DMF (1) and Cd(HTMA) · 2H2O (2), of cadmium (II)-trimesates are obtained from slow vapor diffusion and urea hydrolysis, respectively. The Cd(II) centers in the two complexes are bridged by three separate HTMA3− ligands using a same coordination fashion, which contains one monodentate and two chelating bidentate carboxyl groups to form the herringbone-like motif. The herringbone-like motif is further interlinked to construct the two-dimensional Cd(II)-HTMA layer, which is stacked by mutual π-stacking of pyridines for 1 and by hydrogen bond of waters for 2. Thermal stabilities of the two complexes were investigated and the results indicated that Cd(II)-TMA layers in the two complexes are stable still upon 190 °C.  相似文献

A chain coordination polymer with the chemical formula {[Cu4L2(H2O)] · H2O}n, has been synthesized by the assembly reaction of K2CuL · 1.5H2O and Cu(OAC)2 · H2O with a 1:1 mole ratio in methanol, where H4L = 2-hydroxy-3-[(E)-({2-[(2-hydroxybenzoyl)imino]ethyl}imino)methyl] benzoic acid, OAC = CH3COO. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, the compound has chain molecular structure formed by dissymmetrical tetranuclear units. The magnetic measurements showed that Cu-Cu of the complex exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions, and satisfactory fittings to the observed magnetic susceptibility data were obtained by assuming a binuclear system, and further using molecular field approximation to deal with magnetic exchange interactions between binuclear systems.  相似文献

New oxovanadium(V) complexes with internally functionalized oximes of the type VO{OPri}3−n{ONC(CH3)(Ar)}n] (where Ar = C4H3O-2, C4H3S-2 and C5H4N-2 and n = 1-3) have been prepared in quantitative yields by the reaction of VO(OPri)3 with the corresponding oximes in various stoichiometric ratios in refluxing anhydrous benzene. The products have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectroscopic (FT IR, 1H, 13C{1H} and 51V NMR) studies. FAB mass spectral analysis of [VO{OPri}{ONC(CH3)C4H3S}2] indicates the monomeric nature of the complex. 51V NMR values for these complexes suggest the formation of tetra-coordinate species in solution. However, the single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of [VO{ONC(CH3)(C4H3O-2)}3] and [VO{ONC(CH3)(C4H3S-2)}3] · 0.5C6H6 exhibit the presence of vanadium(V) atoms in a unique hepta-coordination state with distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry in the solid state. The oxo- atom occupies the axial position while the oximato ligands are bonded in a dihapto (η2-N,O) manner with the formation of three membered rings.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray structural characterizations are recorded for a number of adducts of MX:dpex (2:3) stoichiometry (MX = simple univalent copper or silver salt; dpex = Ph2E(CH2)xEPh2 (E = P, As)). CuX:dppe (2:3) (X = Cl, Br, I, CN) are binuclear [(dppe-P,P′)CuX(P-dppe-P′)CuX(P,P′-dppe)], all centrosymmetric. AgX:dpex (2:3) (dpex = ‘dpae’ (Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2), X = Br, F3CCO2 (= ‘tfa’), F3CSO3 (≡ ‘tfs’); dpex = ‘dpape’ (Ph2As(CH2)2PPh2), X = CN, SCN, OClO3) are one-dimensional polymers ?-E′)1AgX(E-dpex-E′)2-AgX(E-dpex-E′)1AgX?, P, As sites scrambled in the latter. AgNO3:dpam (2:3) is also a one-dimensional polymer, ?AgO·NO·OAg(As-dpam-As)AgO·NO·OAg? (‘dpam’ ≡ Ph2As(CH2)2AsPh2). AgX:dpae (2:3) (X = I, CN, ClO4, NO3) and AgX:dpape (2:3) (X = Br, I, NO3) are two-dimensional polymers with large 30-membered macrocyclic rings; similar webs are found for dppx ligands in AgOH:dppb (2:3) and AgNCO, Agtfa:dpph (2:3) with 42- and 54-membered rings. Complexes AgX:dpape (1:3) (X = Cl, Br) are defined as mono-nuclear [XAg(Ph2P(CH2)2AsPh2)3] arrays, the unidentate ligands predominantly P-bound. Synthetic procedures for the adducts are reported, selected compounds being characterized both in solution (1H, 31P NMR, ESI MS) and in the solid state (IR).  相似文献

A dissymmetrical double Schiff base Cu(II) mononuclear complex: CuHL (1) (where H3L is N-3-carboxylsalicylidene-N-salicylaldehyde-1,2-diaminoethane) and two trinuclear complexes: [CuL(H2O)CoCuL] · H2O · CH3OH (2) and [(CuL)2Ni] · 2H2O (3) have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, IR and electronic spectra. The crystal structures of two heterotrinucler complexes were determined by X-ray analysis. Each dissymmetrical cell unit of the complex 2 contains two heterotrinucler neutral molecules. In each neutral molecule, the central Co2+ ion is located at the site of O6 with a distorted octahedral geometry and one terminal Cu2+ ion at the four-coordination site of N2O2, but the other one at the square-pyramidal environment of N2O3. Each dissymmetrical unit of the complex 3 contains a heterotrinucler neutral molecule, whose structure is similar to that of 2 except two terminal Cu2+ ions both at the inner site of N2O2. The magnetic properties of two heterotrinucler complexes have been determined in the temperature range of 5-300 K, which indicate that the interaction between the central Co2+ ion or Ni2+ ion and the outer Cu2+ ions is antiferromagnetic. The exchange integrals are equal to −26.2 cm−1 for 2 and −50.6 cm−1 for 3.  相似文献

The reactions of 1 equiv. of the ligand 3-(ethoxycarbonylmethyl-pyridin-2-ylmethyl-amino)-propionic acid methyl ester (2) with the Re(V) starting materials [ReOX3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) in refluxing chloroform yielded the Re(V)-oxo dihalide complexes [ReOX2{(C5H4NCH2)N(CH2CO2)(C2H4CO2CH3)}] (X = Cl, 3; X = Br, 4). The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry and X-ray crystallography. Complex 3 displays distorted octahedral coordination geometry with the tridentate ligand coordinating facially to the Re(V) center. The carboxylate oxygen atom occupies an axial site trans to the ReO bond. The two chlorine atoms consequently adopt a cis configuration.  相似文献
