Tri-combinant vaccine consisting of attenuated feline herpesvirus (FHV) and feline calicivirus (FCV) and inactivated feline panleukopenia virus (FPLV), were evaluated for safety and efficacy, using Japanese native cats and the viral strains isolated in Japan. Thirty-eight 9- to 12-week-old kittens were inoculated intramuscularly and subcutaneously with the vaccine. Consequently, no adverse reaction was found, and protective efficacy was confirmed by challenge tests with the virulent strains of each virus. Serum-neutralizing antibodies against FCV and FPLV were maintained for at least one year after vaccination, whereas antibody against FHV disappeared in two cases at 24 weeks after vaccination. Application of this vaccine seemed effective for control of feline viral disease in cats for experimental use.  相似文献

Spotted hyenas (Crocuta crocuta) are abundant predators in the Serengeti ecosystem and interact with other species of wild carnivores and domestic animals in ways that could encourage disease transmission. Hyenas also have a unique hierarchical social system that might affect the flow of pathogens. Antibodies to canine distemper virus (CDV), feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), feline panleukopenia virus/canine parvovirus (FPLV/CPV), feline coronavirus/ feline infectious peritonitis virus (FECV/IPV), feline calicivirus (FCV), and feline herpesvirus 1 (FHV1) have been detected in other Serengeti predators, indicating that these viruses are present in the ecosystem. The purpose of this study was to determine whether spotted hyenas also had been infected with these viruses and to assess risk factors for infection. Serum samples were collected between 1993 and 2001 from 119 animals in a single clan for which behavioral data on social structure were available and from 121 hyenas ill several other clans. All animals resided in the Masai Mara National Reserve. Antibodies to CDV, FIV, FPLV/CPV, FECV/FIPV, FCV, and FHV1 were present in 47%, 3.5%, 81%, 36%, 72%, and 0.5% of study hyenas, respectively. Antibody prevalence was greater in adults for FIV and FECV/FIPV, and being a female of high social rank was a risk factor for FIV. Hyenas near human habitation appeared to be at lower risk to have CDV, FIV, and FECV/FIPV antibodies, whereas being near human habitation increased the risk for FPLV/CPV antibodies. Canine (distemper virus and FECV/FIPV antibody prevalence varied considerably over time, whereas FIV, FPLV/CPV, and FCV had a stable, apparently endemic temporal pattern. These results indicate that hyenas might play a role in the ecology of these viruses in the Serengeti ecosystem. The effect of these viruses on hyena health should be further investigated. The lower prevalence of CDV antibody-positive hyenas near human habitation suggests that reservoirs for CDV other than domestic dogs are present in the Serengeti ecosystem.  相似文献

Cheetahs (Acinonyx jubatus) in captivity have unusually high morbidity and mortality from infectious diseases, a trait that could be an outcome of population homogeneity or the immunomodulating effects of chronic stress. Free-ranging Namibian cheetahs share ancestry with captive cheetahs, but their susceptibility to infectious diseases has not been investigated. The largest remaining population of free-ranging cheetahs resides on Namibian farmlands, where they share habitat with domestic dogs and cats known to carry viruses that affect cheetah health. To assess the extent to which free-ranging cheetahs are exposed to feline and canine viruses, sera from 81 free-ranging cheetahs sampled between 1992 and 1998 were evaluated for antibodies against canine distemper virus (CDV), feline coronavirus (feline infectious peritonitis virus; FCoV/ FIPV), feline herpesvirus 1 (FHV1), feline panleukopenia virus (FPV), feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), and feline calicivirus (FCV) and for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) antigens. Antibodies against CDV, FCoV/FIPV, FHV1, FPV, and FCV were detected in 24, 29, 12, 48, and 65% of the free-ranging population, respectively, although no evidence of viral disease was present in any animal at the time of sample collection. Neither FIV antibodies nor FeLV antigens were present in any free-ranging cheetah tested. Temporal variation in FCoV/FIPV seroprevalence during the study period suggested that this virus is not endemic in the free-ranging population. Antibodies against CDV were detected in cheetahs of all ages sampled between 1995 and 1998, suggesting the occurrence of an epidemic in Namibia during the time when CDV swept through other parts of sub-Saharan Africa. This evidence in free-ranging Namibian cheetahs of exposure to viruses that cause severe disease in captive cheetahs should direct future guidelines for translocations, including quarantine of seropositive cheetahs and preventing contact between cheetahs and domestic pets.  相似文献

Serologic survey and virus isolation of feline herpesvirus (FHV) and feline calicivirus (FCV) were performed on cats used for research at the Laboratory Animal Research Centre, The University of Tsukuba, over the period from 1978 to 1981. Of the 507 mature and immature cats, 4 months old or older, 102 (20.1%) had HI antibody against FHV and 412 (81.3%) SN antibody against FCV. Some 23 (16.2%) and 76 (53.5%) kittens among 142 younger than 4 months had antibodies against FHV and FCV, respectively. Both the antibodies in kittens were considered to be maternally derived. The FCV antibody rate was especially high in cats weighing 2.5 kg (males) and 2.0 kg (females) or more, which were regarded as 8 to 10 months of age. An attempt was made to isolate the viruses from the oropharynx and conjunctiva of clinically healthy mature or immature cats and kittens. As the result, either one or both of the viruses were isolated from 31 of 75 mature and immature cats, and isolation rates of FHV and FCV were 6.7% and 36.0%, respectively. On the other hand, no virus was detectable in 16 kittens.  相似文献

Prevalence of feline viral antibodies in random-source laboratory cats   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Over a period of 1973 to 1979, a serologic survey of virus infections was conducted on feline sera collected in four universities which located in different prefectures; Obihiro, Saitama, Kanagawa and Tokyo. A significant hemagglutination-inhibition (HI) antibody titer of 1 : 8 or higher to feline panleukopenia virus (FPLV) was detected in 130 (58%) of the 226 sera used. No remarkable difference in the HI antibody prevalence in cats to FPLV was recognized by years or localities. Of a total of 188 cats tested, 99 (53%) presented positive serum neutralizing (SN) antibody titers to the No. 1 strain of feline calicivirus (FCV). Especially in Kanagawa, 17 (77%) of the 22 cats had positive SN titers. However, only 42 (22%) of the 188 sera showed positive SN titers to the Kyoritsu strain of FCV. Such lower positivity in the cats was observed with 13% in the SN test to human reovirus type 3 (Reo-3). The incidence of positive SN antibodies to feline rhinotracheitis virus (FRV) also remained in low values of 20 to 27% with the exception of high percentage of 86 in Tokyo. The dissemination of FPLV, FRV, FCV and Reo-3 was briefly discussed in relation with the age distribution of viral antibodies in cats.  相似文献

Background: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is still a public issue in the world. Hepatitis B vaccination is widely used as an effective measure to prevent HBV infection. This large-sample study aimed to evaluate the positive rates of hepatitis B surface antibody (anti-HBs) in youth after booster vaccination. Methods: A total of 37788 participants were divided into two groups according to the baseline levels of anti-HBs before booster vaccination: the negative group (anti-HBs(−)) and the positive group (anti-HBs(+)). Participants were tested for anti-HBs levels after receiving a booster vaccine at 1 and 4 years. Results: The positive rates of anti-HBs were 34.50%, 73.80% and 67.32% before booster vaccination at 1 and 4 years after vaccination, respectively. At 4 years after the booster vaccination, the positive rates of 13–18 years were 47.54%, which was the lowest level among all youth age groups. In the anti-HBs(−) group, the positive conversion rates of anti-HBs were 74.62% at 1 year after receiving a booster vaccine, and 67.66% at 4 years after vaccination. In the anti-HBs(+) group, the positive maintenance rates of anti-HBs were 70.16% after 1 year, and 66.66% after 4 years. Compared with the baseline anti-HBs (+) group, the positive rates of the baseline anti-HBs(−) group were higher at 1 and 4 years after receiving the booster vaccine. Conclusion: The positive rates of anti-HBs declined over time, especially the positive maintenance rates were the lowest at age of 13–18 years.  相似文献

Serum samples from 18 pumas (Puma concolor), one ocelot (Leopardus pardalis), and two little spotted cats (Leopardus tigrinus) collected from free-ranging animals in Brazil between 1998 and 2004 were tested by indirect immunofluorescence (IFA) for antibodies to feline herpesvirus 1 (FHV 1), calicivirus (FCV), coronavirus (FCoV), parvo-virus (FPV), Ehrlichia canis, Anaplasma pha-gocytophilum, and Bartonella henselae. Serum samples also were tested, by Western blot and ELISA, for feline leukemia virus (FeLV) specific antibodies and antigen, respectively, by Western blot for antibodies to feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), and by indirect ELISA for antibodies to puma lentivirus (PLV). Antibodies to FHV 1, FCV, FCoV, FPV, FeLV, FIV, PLV or related viruses, and to B. henselae were detected. Furthermore, high-titered antibodies to E. canis or a closely related agent were detected in a puma for the first time.  相似文献

Twenty-one heads of cattle were vaccinated with Madibovin, 31 with Rabdomun and 127 with Rabisin on 4 different farms. Rabies neutralizing antibody titre (≥0.5 IU/ml) was detected in 80% of 163 animals tested about 1 month and in 42% of 133 animals tested about 1 year after primary vaccination. On 3 of the farms 86 animals received booster vaccination about 1 year after primary vaccination. All these animals had antibody titre (≥0.5 IU/ml) about 1 month after booster and antibody levels were higher than after the primary vaccination. Rabies antibody titres (≥0.5 IU/ml) were detected in 96% of 50 animals tested 1 year after the booster. No significant differences (p>0.05) in antibody levels were detected between animals vaccinated with Madibovin or Rabisin (farm C) respectively with Rabisin or Rabdomun (farm D) at any collection time. Responses to rabies vaccines varied considerably between the farms. After primary vaccination of the animals on 2 farms with the same batch of Rabisin, the antibody levels clearly differed (p<0.0001) between the farms. Our results indicate that booster is always necessary after primary vaccination to ensure that all animals are protected.  相似文献

The persistence of neutralizing antibody (NA) against three types of poliovirus acquired after two doses of trivalent live attenuated poliovirus vaccine (LPV) has been followed up for ten years in individual vaccinees. Sixty-seven children were bled once a year over a five year period following the primary vaccination. More than 80% of them retained NA against all three types of poliovirus. Thirty-two individuals whose NA titres were 1:16 or over for types 1 and 2 and 1:4 or over for type 3 at the fifth year were further followed up for a further five years and it was shown that during this period some of them had a naturally-acquired antibody rise, mostly against type 3 virus. At the sixth to eighth year after the primary vaccination, one further dose of the trivalent vaccine was administered to the children whose NA titres were down to 1:8 or less and the effect of booster vaccination on NA was followed. Other subjects were revaccinated with LPV and their fecal excretion of the vaccine virus was investigated. The results showed that a decrease in serum antibody level could be a good indicator of the local resistance of the alimentary tract and that reinfection could occur if serum NA had decreased to 1:8 or less, which allowed a virus excretion in the stools.  相似文献

Serum samples from 14 lions (Panthera leo) from Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda, were collected during 1998 and 1999 to determine infectious disease exposure in this threatened population. Sera were analyzed for antibodies against feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV), feline calicivirus (FCV), feline herpesvirus 1 (feline rhinotracheitis: FHV1), feline/canine parvovirus (FPV/CPV), feline infectious peritonitis virus (feline coronavirus: FIPV), and canine distemper virus (CDV) or for the presence of feline leukemia virus (FeLV) antigens. Ten lions (71%) had antibodies against FIV, 11 (79%) had antibodies against CDV, 11 (79%) had antibodies against FCV, nine (64%) had antibodies against FHV1, and five (36%) had antibodies against FPV. Two of the 11 CDV-seropositive lions were subadults, indicating recent exposure of this population to CDV or a CDV-like virus. No lions had evidence of exposure to FeLV or FIPV. These results indicate that this endangered population has extensive exposure to common feline and canine viruses.  相似文献

The persistence of serum antibodies 1 year after immunization with a bivalent vaccine containing recombinant viruses that were antigenically identical with A/Victoria/3/75 (H3N2) and A/New Jersey/8/76 (Hsw1N1) viruses was measured in 128 persons aged 18 to 65 years. Serum samples were tested with the hemagglutination inhibition assay against the two vaccine antigens and against A/Texas/1/77 (H3N2) and A/USSR/90/77 (H1N1) viruses. Prior to vaccination 56% and 79% of the participants had been found to be seronegative to A/Victoria and A/New Jersey antigens respectively; the geometric mean antibody titres were low (1:5 to 1:11) except in persons aged 51 to 65 years, whose mean titre of antibody to the A/New Jersey antigen was 1:23, and persons aged 26 to 35 years, whose mean titre of antibody to the A/USSR antigen was 1:25. By 3 weeks after vaccination 85% of the seronegative persons had a fourfold or greater rise in titres of antibodies to the viruses in the vaccine, and 70% had a fourfold increase in titre of antibody to the A/Texas antigen. Of the persons aged 26 to 35 years (seronegative and seropositive) 68% had a fourfold or greater increase in titre of antibody to the A/USSR antigen. There was no change in the mean titres of 19 unvaccinated control subjects during the observation period. At 6 and 12 months after vaccination the titres of antibodies to the A/Victoria and A/New Jersey antigens had declined moderately in all age groups from those observed 3 weeks after vaccination. The rate of decline was similar for the various antibodies except that to the A/USSR antigen in persons 26 to 35 years of age, in whom the decline was much slower.  相似文献

Protective effects of vaccination of hamsters against Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, evaluated according to the recovery of mycoplasmas and histopathological changes in the respiratory tract after challenge infection, persisted for at least 6 months after the final vaccination. Serum antibody levels reached a maximum in the second week after the last vaccination and decreased markedly between the first and the third months, but increased again in sera obtained from animals given booster injections. Metabolism-inhibiting antibodies were detected in bronchial washings of animals showing high resistance obtained by vaccinal or passive immunization. Antiserum transfer was also effective for protection but cell-mediated immune responses were not demonstrated in any animals up to 6 months after the vaccination. Even after 10 months, suppression of both mycoplasmal proliferation and lung lesions was apparent, and a single dose of the vaccine induced a significant booster effect. These findings suggest that (1) humoral immunity is more important than cell-mediated immunity in resistance of hamsters to M. pneumoniae pneumonia, and (2) the antibody secreted in the respiratory tract may be involved in the local defense mechanisms.  相似文献

Two shots of the current Japanese encephalitis (JE) vaccine were given to children and their immune responses to the Nakayama strain (the vaccine strain) and two wild strains (JaGAr-01 and E-50) of JE virus were examined by neutralizing (N) antibody titrations. Seventy vaccinees had no N antibody to JE virus before the first vaccination and were bled one month after the second vaccination. The N antibody responses to the JaGAr-01 and E-50 strains were found to be similar and to be less than that to the Nakayama strain after the second vaccination: the geometric mean titers (GMT) of N antibodies to the JaGAr-01 and E-50 strains (as logarithms) were 1.87 and 1.75, respectively, while the GMT to the Nakayama strain was 2.89. The seroconversion rates to the Nakayama, JaGAr-01 and E-50 strains were 70/70 (100%), 69/70 (99%) and 68/70 (97%), respectively, after the second vaccination. Twenty-seven of the 70 vacciness were also bled before the second vaccination. Most of them showed a considerably high N antibody response against the Nakayama strain and only one vaccinee failed to show seroconversion after the first vaccination. However, the antibody response to the E-50 strain appeared to be rather low and 9 of 25 vaccinees did not show any seroconversion. Similarly 3 of 25 failed to show any seroconversion against the JaGAr-01 strain. These results indicate that at the initial immunization two shots, at least, of the current JE vaccine are necessary to stimulate effective immune responses to wild strains of JE virus.  相似文献

The objective was to examine the antibody responses to influenza immunization in an elderly population and the effect of prophylactic acetaminophen on adverse responses due to inactivated whole virus vaccine containing influenza A (H3N2 and H1N1) and B antigens. During the autumn of 1990, 100 patients 65 years or older were immunized and randomly allocated to receive placebo or 1,950 mg (2 x 975 mg) of acetaminophen. They recorded any local and systemic side effects over a 3-day period. Serology was performed on pre- and post (4-6 weeks) -vaccination sera. Age and gender distribution in the study were: 47% who were 75 years or older, and 61% of the patients were female. Most of the patients (97%) had pre-existing antibodies to Influenza A or B. Average peak preimmunization antibody titers were 40 to B Yamagata and A Taiwan (H1N1) and 80 for A Shanghai (H3N2). Half of each treatment group had a 4-fold or greater rise in antibody titer in response to the vaccine. Only 30% of patients immunized the previous year but 80% of those never vaccinated previously demonstrated a 4-fold or greater serological response to the vaccine. However, measurement of protection rates (HI >/= 40) before and after vaccination indicated 81.1-100% protection for the 3 viruses not influenced by treatment, gender or a history of previous vaccination. Both treatment groups had equally small numbers of patients who recorded systemic symptoms of drowsiness, myalgia, fever and chills and about 50% had arm soreness. Although about 80% of previously unimmunized adults mounted a 4-fold antibody rise to influenza vaccine antigens whereas booster effects were seen in only 30% of those immunized the previous year, protection rates were high (81-100%) after immunization and were not affected by acetaminophen treatment. Adverse effects (15% systemic and 50% local) were not ameliorated by 1950 mg of acetaminophen in these elderly patients.  相似文献

While the importance of viral infections is well studied in domestic cats, only limited information is available on their occurence and prevalence in the European wildcat (Felis silvestris silvestris). The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of antibodies to feline coronavirus (FCoV), calicivirus (FCV), herpesvirus (FHV), parvovirus (FPV), immunodeficiency virus (FIV), leukemia virus (FeLV), and FeLV antigenemia in 51 European wildcat sera. Samples were collected between 1996 and 1997 from wildcat populations in France, Switzerland, and Germany. Antibodies to FCoV were detected in two cats (4%) and FCoV RNA was detected in feces of one of these two cats. Antibodies to FCV, FHV and FPV were found at relatively low frequencies of 16%, 4%, and 2%, respectively. Antibodies to FIV were not detected. Although antigen and antibodies to FeLV were detected in 49%, and 75%, respectively, no evidence of FeLV-associated pathology was found. From the low prevalence of FCoV, FCV, FHV and FPV infections and from the fact that the European wildcats live solitarily, it was concluded that these viral infections do not spread readily within a population. Therefore, it may be assumed that release into the wild of European wildcats bred in captivity would not bring about a high risk of introducing of these viral infections to the free-ranging wildcats. As an exception, wildcats should be tested for absence of FIV infection before release if they were at risk to acquire this infection from domestic cats.  相似文献

Demographic changes and a more active life-style in older age have contributed to an increasing public awareness of the need for lifelong vaccination. Currently many older persons have been vaccinated against selected pathogens during childhood but lack regular booster immunizations. The impact of regular vaccinations when started late in life was analyzed in an open, explorative trial by evaluating the immune response against tetanus and diphtheria in healthy older individuals. 252 persons aged above 60 years received a booster vaccination against tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis and polio and a subcohort (n=87) was recruited to receive a second booster vaccination against tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis 5 years later. The percentage of unprotected individuals at the time of enrollment differed substantially for tetanus (12%) and diphtheria (65%). Despite protective antibody concentrations 4 weeks after the first vaccination in almost all vaccinees, antibodies had again dropped below protective levels in 10% (tetanus) and 45% (diphtheria) of the cohort after 5 years. Protection was restored in almost all vaccinees after the second vaccination. No correlation between tetanus- and diphtheria-specific responses was observed, and antibody concentrations were not associated with age-related changes in the T cell repertoire, inflammatory parameters, or CMV-seropositivity suggesting that there was no general biological “non-responder type.” Post-vaccination antibody concentrations depended on pre-existing plasma cells and B cell memory as indicated by a strong positive relationship between post-vaccination antibodies and pre-vaccination antibodies as well as antibody-secreting cells. In contrast, antigen-specific T cell responses were not or only weakly associated with antibody concentrations. In conclusion, our findings demonstrate that single shot vaccinations against tetanus and/or diphtheria do not lead to long-lasting immunity in many elderly persons despite administration at relatively short intervals. Sufficient antigen-specific B cell memory B generated by adequate priming and consecutive booster vaccinations and/or exposure is a prerequisite for long-term protection.

Dose response experiments were carried out by vaccinating groups of seronegative gilts (7 months of age) and groups of gilts with residual maternal serum antibodies to PPV (5 months of age). PPV vaccines containing different amounts of inactivated virions were used. Vaccinations were carried out twice with 3 weeks intervals. It was demonstrated, that a single vaccination even with a vaccine with low antigen content elicited an antibody response to PPV in seronegative gilts. The titer values increased after the 2nd vaccination. When the gilts had residual maternal serum antibodies at the time of vaccination the antibody response was generally lower. In some animals the titer values decreased after the 1st vaccination, but except for 2 gilts vaccinated with vaccines with a low antigen content an increase of titer values followed after the 2nd vaccination. During a field trial performed in a herd with enzootic PPV infection all the gilts were vaccinated with PPV vaccine before mating. Blood samples were examined for HI antibodies before and after vaccination and at weaning time of each of the resulting 5 litters. In total 24 batches of gilts comprising 326 animals mated during a 2 year period were examined. It was demonstrated, that the applied vaccine preparations used under field conditions gave a relatively high and long lasting antibody response, even when the gilts were vaccinated as early as at about 5 months of age.  相似文献

Background

Population-based febrile respiratory illness surveillance conducted by the Department of Defense contributes to an estimate of vaccine effectiveness. Between January and March 2011, 64 cases of 2009 A/H1N1 (pH1N1), including one fatality, were confirmed in immunized recruits at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, suggesting insufficient efficacy for the pH1N1 component of the live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV).

Methodology/Principal Findings

To test serologic protection, serum samples were collected at least 30 days post-vaccination from recruits at Fort Jackson (LAIV), Parris Island (LAIV and trivalent inactivated vaccine [TIV]) at Cape May, New Jersey (TIV) and responses measured against pre-vaccination sera. A subset of 78 LAIV and 64 TIV sera pairs from recruits who reported neither influenza vaccination in the prior year nor fever during training were tested by microneutralization (MN) and hemagglutination inhibition (HI) assays. MN results demonstrated that seroconversion in paired sera was greater in those who received TIV versus LAIV (74% and 37%). Additionally, the fold change associated with TIV vaccination was significantly different between circulating (2011) versus the vaccine strain (2009) of pH1N1 viruses (ANOVA p value = 0.0006). HI analyses revealed similar trends. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) analysis revealed that the quantity, IgG/IgM ratios, and affinity of anti-HA antibodies were significantly greater in TIV vaccinees. Finally, sequence analysis of the HA1 gene in concurrent circulating 2011 pH1N1 isolates from Fort Jackson exhibited modest amino acid divergence from the vaccine strain.

Conclusions/Significance

Among military recruits in 2011, serum antibody response differed by vaccine type (LAIV vs. TIV) and pH1N1 virus year (2009 vs. 2011). We hypothesize that antigen drift in circulating pH1N1 viruses contributed to reduce vaccine effectiveness at Fort Jackson. Our findings have wider implications regarding vaccine protection from circulating pH1N1 viruses in 2011–2012.  相似文献

BackgroundVaccination against Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a desirable albeit challenging strategy for prevention of airway infection in patients with cystic fibrosis. We assessed the immunogenicity of a nasal vaccine based on the outer membrane proteins F and I from Pseudomonas aeruginosa in the lower airways in a phase I/II clinical trial.MethodsN = 12 healthy volunteers received 2 nasal vaccinations with an OprF-OprI gel as a primary and a systemic (n = 6) or a nasal booster vaccination (n = 6). Antibodies were assessed in induced sputum (IS), bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), and in serum.ResultsOprF-OprI-specific IgG and IgA antibodies were found in both BAL and IS at comparable rates, but differed in the predominant isotype. IgA antibodies in IS did not correlate to the respective serum levels. Pulmonary antibodies were detectable in all vaccinees even 1 year after the vaccination. The systemic booster group had higher IgG levels in serum. However, the nasal booster group had the better long-term response with bronchial antibodies of both isotypes.ConclusionThe nasal OprF-OprI-vaccine induces a lasting antibody response at both, systemic and airway mucosal site. IS is a feasible method to non-invasively assess bronchial antibodies. A further optimization of the vaccination schedule is warranted.  相似文献
