Ohashi和Mill提出长柄山蚂蝗属的正确学名是Hylodesmum H.Ohashi&R.R.Mill,用以取代由来已久的属名Podocarpium(Benth.)Y.C.Yang&P.H.Huang。本文根据该属属名的变化,提出并确定澜沧长柄山蚂蝗的新组合名称为Hylodesmum lancangense(Y.Y.Qian X.Y.Zhu&H.Ohashi。  相似文献

 From the predominantly aposporous Ranunculus cassubicus group, a subgroup of the R. auricomus complex, two species with both diploid and tetraploid cytodemes (R. cassubicifolius W. Koch and R. carpaticola Soó) were known. Nine population samples of both species have been analyzed for variation of ploidy levels and isozymes. DNA image analysis showed that three populations of R. cassubicifolius from Bavaria and Salzburg are diploid, two from Lower Austria tetraploid. In R. carpaticola, two populations from Central Slovakia and one from Romania are diploid, one from northern Slovakia is hexaploid. The polyploid populations had somewhat smaller C-values than expected from diploids. Ploidy levels are consistent within populations, contradicting previous hypotheses that cycles of diploid-tetra-ploid-dihaploid apomictic individuals occur in natural populations of goldilocks. Isozyme-allozyme analysis of nine polymorphic loci showed that individual variation and genetic measures of di-ploid and tetraploid populations are equivalent to those of sexual taxa. Multiple allelism and unbalanced gene dosages in tetraploid R. cassubicifolius give evidence for autopolyploidy that is most probably of multiple origin. The observed excess of homozygotes and the high diversity between populations in the diploid populations of R. cassubicifolius are most probably due to geographical isolation of population groups, that might have happened during the Würm glaciation and might have promoted the separation of autotetraploids in the easternmost part of the distribution range. Genetic distance values analyzed by UPGMA of all sexual populations separated the two taxa and the cytodemes within R. cassubicifolius. Multidimensional scaling of individuals (including the apomicts) based on a presence/absence matrix of alleles confirmed this differentiation with an overlapping zone between R. cassubicifolius and R. carpaticola. The hexaploid R. carpaticola population showed reduced genotypic diversity, an increased number of heterozygotes and fixed heterozygosity as typical for apomictic mode of reproduction. This population shared alleles of both species without any specific ones, multidimensional scaling placed genotypes among R. cassubicifolius. Thus, the hexa-ploid apomicts might have originated from hybrids of R. cassubicifolius and R. carpaticola. In general, evolution of agamic lineages in the R. cassubicus complex might have been facilitated by autopoly-ploids, because they can provide a bridge between the reproductive systems that are otherwise isolated by ploidy levels, and also a starting point for spontaneous origin of apomixis. 通过补充拉丁文描述和指定模式,本文合格发表了独龙虾脊兰Calanthe dulongensis H. Li, R. Li & Z. L. Dao。该种因其唇瓣中裂片上有3个具短柄的金黄色球状附属物而有别于本属的其他类群。本种在体态上与疏花虾脊兰C. henryi Rolfe和车前虾脊兰C. plantaginea Lindl.相近,不同之处在于本种的根状茎明显,花瓣倒卵状披针形 ,中萼片无毛;本种在体态上也与三褶虾脊兰C. triplicata (Willem.) Ames相近,区别在于本种的唇  相似文献

描述了采自中国浙江九龙山的苔类植物一新种——毛茎合叶苔Scapania paraphyllia T.Cao,C.Gao,J.Sun&B.R.Zuo。该新种与腋毛合叶苔S.bolanderiAust.相近,两种皆具带齿叶片和假鳞毛,但新种具如下特征可与腋毛合叶苔区别:(1)植物体小,通常红色;(2)假鳞毛多数,不分枝,不仅生于叶腋,茎上也有着生;(3)背脊为腹瓣长的1/4-1/3,背瓣为腹瓣大小1/2-1/3;(4)叶角质层表面粗糙,具粗瘤,直径达6-8μm。与另一个相似种sampliata Steph.相比,因新种具有粗糙的叶表面和假鳞毛等特征,也易于区别。  相似文献

The binding of dexamethasone to its receptor in hepatic cytosol preparations from pregnant mice of four congenic and recombinant strains, C57BL/10, B10.A, B10.A(2R) and B10.A(5R), which have almost identical genetic backgrounds other than the H-2 complex, on day 12 of gestation was analyzed by plotting the binding of ligand against cytosol concentration. The plots of C57BL/10 and B10.A(5R) mice were straight lines, but those of the strains B10.A and B10.A(2R) were upward concave curves. The curvature probably did not result from denaturation of the receptor, as indicated by the time course of the dexamethasone binding and by the fact that at a lower concentration of the ligand, at which the receptor would be less stable, there was less curvature than at a higher concentration of the ligand. The curvature can be explained by the presence of endogenous modifier(s) using an analogy from enzymology. Mathematical analysis, partial removal of the modifier(s) by gel filtration, and mixing of the cytosols from the two types of strains indicated the presence of an unsaturated amount of a modifier(s) in the cytosol of the B10.A and B10.A(2R) strains, and the presence of a saturated amount in the cytosol of the c57BL/10 and B10.A(5R) strains. Thus, the H-2 complex contains a gene(s) which regulates the level of a modifier(s) in hepatic cytosol which affects the binding of glucocorticoid to its hepatic cytosolic receptor.  相似文献

pH Dependences of steady-state kinetic parameters of cytochrome chains of submitochondrial particles have been studied. It has been shown that the lifetimes of activated states (τ) of the pairs of cytochromes bc1 and aa3 have different pH dependences; those for the c1c and ca cytochrome pairs being similar. The rate constants for the non-activated state of the respiratory chains decreased for the bc1 pair and increased for the aa3 pair when the pH value was increased.The values of pK calculated from these dependences for the pairs bc1 and aa3 were 7.2 and 8.9, respectively. It has been supposed that the ratio of activated to non-activated electron carriers may be controlled by the local pH value in the mitochondrial membrane, the latter being dependent upon the rate of electron transfer. The kinetic model based on this assumption allows one to explain the experimental dependences on pH of the rate constants for cytochromes bc, and aa3.The values of the diffusion rate constants for H+ and OH? ions in the mitochondrial membrane estimated from these kinetic data obtained in this study weree 104–105 s?1 and 102–103 s?1, respectively.  相似文献

利用酸性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术(APAGE)对小麦族鹅观草属3个物种:毛叶鹅观草、纤毛鹅观草和竖立鹅观草进行了醇溶蛋白电泳分析,23份材料电泳分离出22条相对迁移率不同的谱带,其中3条(16.6%)共同带,19条(83.4%)具多态性,每个材料可分离出9~16条谱带。结果表明:(1)三个物种具有相似的醇溶蛋白带型,但存在明显的种间差异;(2)同种不同居群间也存在遗传差异;(3)种间差异大于种内差异。  相似文献

Sequential chromatography on double-stranded DNA and single-stranded DNA columns selects two proteins with marked preference for single-stranded DNA from the complex set of proteins that is released by NaCl from chromatin of cultured hepatoma cells. NOD2 (nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain containing 2) functions as a pathogen sensor and is involved in development of Crohn disease, a form of inflammatory bowel disease. NOD2 functions in concert with the autophagy protein ATG16L1, which is also implicated in Crohn disease. Recently, we identified a novel protective role of ATG16L1 deficiency in uropathogenic Escherichia coli-induced urinary tract infections (UTIs), which are common infectious diseases in humans. Given the known roles of NOD2 in recruiting ATG16L1 to the bacterial entry site, autophagy induction, and Crohn disease, we hypothesized that NOD2 may also play an important role in UTI pathogenesis. Instead, we found evidence that NOD2 is dispensable in the pathogenesis of UTIs in mice and humans. First, loss of Nod2 did not affect the clearance of bacteriuria and the recruitment of innate immune cells to the bladder. Second, we showed that, although nod2 −/− mice display increased kidney abscesses in the upper urinary tract, there were no increased bacterial loads or persistence in this niche. Third, although a previous study indicates that loss of Nod2 reverses the protection from intestinal infection afforded by loss of ATG16L1 in mice, we found NOD2 deficiency did not reverse the ATG16L1-deficiency-induced protection from UTI. Finally, a population-based study of a cohort of 1819 patients did not reveal any association of NOD2 polymorphisms with UTI incidence. Together, our data indicated that NOD2 is dispensable for UTI pathogenesis in both mice and humans and does not contribute to ATG16L1-deficiency-induced resistance to UTI in mice.  相似文献

Summary In European green frogs the secretory activity of the subcommissural organ (SCO) was investigated and quantified measuring three parameters considered to be closely related to the cellular processes of synthesis and release of secretory material by the cells of the SCO: (1) the amount of stained secretory material in the SCO; (2) the amount of secretory material in the SCO labelled by a radioactive precursor; and (3) the growth rate of the liquor (cerebrospinalis) fibre (LF). A significant negative linear correlation appears to exist between the growth rate of the LF, on the one hand, and the amount of stained secretory material as well as the amount of radioactively labelled secretory material, on the other hand. A significant positive linear correlation exists between the amounts of stained material and radioactively labelled secretory material. The occurrence in the SCO of European green frogs of a larger amount of stained and/or of radioactively labelled secretory material is probably an expression of a lower (LF-producing) secretory activity. In the light of these observations the suitability of the three parameters as a measure of the secretory activity of the SCO is discussed.  相似文献

Water frogs are involved in several hybridogenetic complexes. However, investigations in Southern and Western France produced evidence of new hybridization events between R. lessonae and R. perezi (some new hybrids tadpoles were discovered), and the existence of new assemblages [R–G, L–P, R–P, P–R–G: (R,  ridibunda; G,  grafi; L, lessonae; P,  perezi )]. In respect to hybridogenesis, these assemblages offer opportunities for both primary and secondary hybridizations. Such peculiarities may be explained either by introductions or by relic populations and may influence water frog evolution.  相似文献

Summary Comparison of physical maps of the broad host range plasmids R751, R906 and R772, belonging to the IncP sub-group of the Escherichia coli incompatibility group P, reveals two large regions of similarity, separated by dissimilar regions which contain the majority of the cleavage sites for restriction endonucleases with hexanucleotide recognition sites. Mapping of the regions of these plasmids which show homology to probes specific for genetically characterised segments of the distantly related IncP plasmid RK2, involved in plasmid maintenance or conjugal transfer, reveals that all four plasmids share a similar genetic organisation. In each case the homologous plasmid back-bone is interrupted by heterologous segments both between the essential replication loci oriV and trfA, and between the conjugal transfer regions tra1 and tra2, although in the case of R772 the segment of the backbone carrying the trfA and tra2 regions is inverted relative to that of the other plasmids. However, in the case of pJP4, shown to be a fourth member of the IncP sub-group, the back-bone is interrupted only by a single large segment adjacent to the trfA region. Mapping of the regions of the four IncP plasmids which show homology to Tn501 and nucleotide sequence determination at the ends of the homologous regions reveals that R906, R772 and pJP4 share a common mercury resistance region. This region, which appears to have been inactivated in R772, was probably inserted into a common ancestor of these plasmids by the transposition of an element related to an ancestor of Tn501. R751 shows no trace of the mercury resistance region, but contains a short relict of Tn501, derived from an independent insertion event.  相似文献
