RFLP标记bn18.23和 umc111位于玉米遗传日第 4连锁群近端,彼此密切连锁但次序尚未确定。用生物素标记对它们进行了原位单杂交和共杂交的比较定位。在植物中,这类原位共杂交的研究为首次报道。在单一探针的原位杂交中 umc111被定位在第 1、 4和9染色体长上,与着丝粒的百分距离分别是7.36±2.65、63.67±1.07、47.87±2.90。bn18.23被定位在第4和8染色体长臂上,与着丝粒的百分距离分别是87.42±2.45和27.60±1.75,清楚地表明了这两个标记在第4染色体上的次序。bn18.23和umc111分别与编码过氧化氢酶的cat3基因和编码丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶的cde2A基因紧密连锁。根据供试RFLP标记检出位点推断了基因cdc2A和cat3的物理位置。原位共杂交在第 4染色体长臂上同时显示出了umc111和bn18.23两个标记的杂交信号,它们的位置分别与单一探针原位杂交的位置基本吻合。这为低拷贝或单一拷贝等小片段DNA物理定位的可靠性以及它们共杂交的可行性提供了令人信服的证据。  相似文献

本文对北京地区184例7-69岁健康人的粪便菌群中的肠杆菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌、产气荚膜梭菌、双歧杆菌、乳杆菌等6种细菌进行了培养、计数和鉴定。结果表明:肠杆菌607±180、肠球菌613±145、拟杆菌457±177、产气荚膜梭菌406±152、双歧杆菌832±096、乳杆菌782±086(LogN/克便);男性和女性相比,除产气荚膜梭菌男性明显高于女性(P<005)外,其余5种菌均无显著性差异;7-18岁年龄组肠杆菌极显著地低于平均值(P<001),61—69岁年龄组双歧杆菌明显低于平均值(P<005);双歧杆菌与肠杆菌之比B/E值,7-18岁年龄组是61-69岁年龄组的575倍  相似文献

对120例细菌性阴道病患者和90例正常对照组进行阴道加德纳菌的分离鉴定,同时采用Piot分型法对分离出的93株Gv进行生物分型,结果显示BV患者Gv的检出率(59.2%)明显高于正常对照组(24.4%),P〈0.01。93株Gv中,8个生物型全检测到,其中1型23.7%,2型18.3%,4型32.3%,6型10.8%,3型和5型均为5.4%,7型和8型为2.2%。BV患者主要为1、2、4型,显著高于正常对照组(87.3%和31.8%,P〈0.01)。  相似文献

本文分别用Fels和RWT法评定了4902对2—17岁儿童青少年的手腕部和膝部骨龄。男女各年龄组骨龄的平均绝对差值为0.34—0.87岁,标准差为0.31—0.68岁。8—11岁前,这两个值往往随年龄增加;14岁前,男性一般大于女性。最大差值范围为1.45—2.99岁,其年龄变化往往不规律,但11岁前(男)和9岁前(女)常常增加。手腕部和膝部骨龄之间所存在的较大的绝对差值不能完全用观察误差加以解释。两部位的骨龄不能互相替代。所以,用骨龄预测成人身高和确定干骺固定术的时间,至少在5%的儿童中明显地受到骨龄部位的影响。  相似文献

The spheno‐occipital synchondrosis is a craniofacial growth centre between the occipital and sphenoid bones—its ossification persists into adolescence, which for the skeletal biologist, means it has potential application for estimating subadult age. Based on previous research the timing of spheno‐occipital fusion is widely variable between and within populations, with reports of complete fusion in individuals as young as 11 years of age and nonfusion in adults. The aim of this study is, therefore, to examine this structure in a mixed sex sample of Western Australian individuals that developmentally span late childhood to adulthood. The objective is to develop statistically quantified age estimation standards based on scoring the degree of spheno‐occipital fusion. The sample comprises multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) scans of 312 individuals (169 male; 143 female) between 5 and 25 years of age. Each MDCT scan is visualized in a standardized sagittal plane using three‐dimensional oblique multiplanar reformatting. Fusion status is scored according to a four‐stage system. Transition analysis is used to calculate age ranges for each defined stage and determine the mean age for transition between an unfused, fusing and fused status. The maximum likelihood estimates for the transition from open to fusing in the endocranial half is 14.44 years (male) and 11.42 years (female); transition from fusion in the ectocranial half to complete fusion is 16.16 years (male) and 13.62 years (female). This study affirms the potential value of assessing the degree of fusion in the spheno‐occipital synchondrosis as an indicator of skeletal age. 外源性神经生长因子(NGF)对周边交感系统的营养性影响已有广泛的研究(Black,1978;Purves等,1978)。但是,内源性NGF是否同样行使这种影响,至今还没有被人证实(Nja等,1978)。1979年,Carstairs等人利用丙酸睾酮慢性处理,提高小鼠颌下腺内NGF含量以后,观察到颈上神经节(SCG)中有部分神经元肥大,但其它交感神经节不受影响。作者认为SCG内肥大的神经元就是支配颌下腺的那部分交感神经元。由于雄性小鼠颌下腺内的NGF含量是雌性小鼠的92倍(Hirata等,1979),我们实验室直接检查了小鼠颌下腺和虹膜的交感神经支配,发现成年雄性小鼠颌下腺的荧光基丛索远较雌性小鼠的  相似文献

Seasonal variation in sexual and natural selection in male mottled sculpins (Cottus bairdi) can be evaluated by calculating selection differentials, which measure the magnitude of phenotypic change resulting from selection, and by calculating indices of the opportunity for selection, which indicate the potential for phenotypic selection in a given interval. Selection differentials are high at the beginning of the breeding season and decline throughout the breeding season. The magnitude and direction of selection differentials depend on when spawning occurs and are independent of the size or age of the females that spawn. Annual selection differentials due to differences in mating success (female choice) are nearly constant between years. Annual selection differentials associated with hatching success are variable. Opportunities for selection (I = fitness variance/[mean fitness]2) show clear seasonal patterns. They are highest at the beginning and at the end of the spawning season. However, this variation is dependent on the mean used to calculate I, and hence variation in I values does not indicate a significant change in the variance of male fitness.  相似文献

Developmental phases surrounding the processes of gametic delivery and fusion were examined ultrastructurally in the reduced megagametophyte of Plumbago zeylanica, which lacks synergids. Gametic delivery occurs at the end of pollen tube growth and results in deposition of two male gametes, a vegetative nucleus, and a limited amount of pollen cytoplasm between the egg and central cell. Discharge of these materials from the tube is accompanied by loss of inner and outer pollen tube plasma membranes, loss of sperm-associated cell wall components, and disruption of the formerly continuous cell wall between the egg and central cell. The dispersion of egg cell wall components directly exposes female reproductive cell membranes to the unfused male gametes and pollen tube without disrupting gametic cell plasma membranes. Presence of unfused sperms within the female gametophyte appears to be a transitory phenomenon, lasting less than 5 min at the end of over 8½ hr of pollen tube growth. At the time of gametic deposition, plasma membranes of unfused sperm cells become directly appressed to plasma membranes of both the egg and central cell. Gametic fusion is initiated by a single fusion event between membranes of participating male and female cells, which is rapidly followed by subsequent, secondary fusion events between the same two cells at different locations along their surface. Gametic fusion results in the transmission of male gamete nuclei with co-transmission of nearly the entire sperm cytoplasmic volume and organellar complement, and it is possible to identify heritable male cytoplasmic organelles within both the incipient zygote and endosperm. Paternally originating plastids may be distinguished from maternal plastids by differences in morphology and staining characteristics, whereas paternal mitochondria may be distinguished from maternal mitochondria by populational differences in mitochondrial size which are statistically significant. Such observations further indicate that transmitted paternal mitochondria seem to remain viable, as judged by their ultrastructural appearance, and are transmitted exclusively by sperm cytoplasm rather than discharged pollen cytoplasm. The presence of anucleate, membrane-bounded cytoplasmic bodies between the egg and central cell are identifiable on the basis of their enclosed organelles and indicate that fragmentation of a small amount of the sperm cytoplasm associated with the vegetative nucleus commonly occurs. The presence and identification of sperm cytoplasmic organelles and associated membranes within female reproductive cells following gametic transmission represents strong evidence in support of the cellular basis of nuclear and cytoplasmic transmission during sexual reproduction in Plumbago.  相似文献

The time of fusion of the sternebrae with one another was studied in sterna obtained from cadavers of 806 male and 212 female adults and 66 male and 29 female children, on whom medicolegal postmortem examinations had been conducted by the senior author. Sterna of 31 neonates were also studied. The bones were X-rayed in an anteroposterior view and later macerated, cleaned, and dried. The sternebrae fused with one another from below upwards. In both sexes, the third and fourth sternebrae showed partial or commencement of fusion in a majority of specimens in the 0-5 years age group. Although the earliest complete fusion was seen in the 6-10 years age group, 100% specimens exhibited complete fusion in the 15-17 years age group. The earliest complete fusion between second and third sternebrae was observed in the 11-14 years age group in both sexes; it was seen in 100% of specimens in males over 25 years and in females over 30 years. The first and second segments showed earliest complete fusion in a boy of 16 years and in a girl of 18 years; 100% of specimens showed complete fusion in the males over 60 years and in the females over 30 years. A mesosternum showing complete fusion of all the sternebrae must be from a subject over 16 years of age if male and over 18 years if female. These observations are at variance with those of workers in Western countries. There has been no other report from India on this subject.  相似文献

本文对Fels追踪研究中8—17岁男性青少年的相对骨龄与脂肪分布类型之间的关系做了分析。按体重/身高~2调整后,如用每个年龄的三种皮褶厚度(ST)指数的均值表示脂肪分布类型的话,8—12岁时,脂肪分布类型呈外周型分布,但13岁后开始朝向心型发展呈全身性分布。如用肩胛下ST/(肩胛下ST+肱三头肌区ST)的比例表示的话,那么14—17岁时,相对骨龄早者(简称早组)与相对骨龄晚者(简称晚组)相比,前者有较明显的向心型分布倾向。13—14岁时,早组的上述比值的年增长明显大于晚组。但是,按脂肪分布类型指数等级的基线和体重/身高~2调整之后,7、11或14岁时的相对骨龄不能预测17岁时的脂肪分布类型指数的等级。所以,我们可以得出这样的结论:如按本文的比例指数加以定量的话,脂肪分布类型与男性青少年的相对骨龄只有微弱的关系。他们的脂肪分布类型可能与其它成熟指征(如男性青春期的第二性征)有明显的关系。  相似文献
