【目的】稻水象甲是水稻的一种毁灭性害虫,也是我国重要的对外检疫性对象之一。该虫自2010年传入新疆后,其发生面积和危害呈不断加重趋势,已对新疆水稻尤其是绿色有机水稻的生产构成了严重威胁。稻水象甲危害造成的产量损失及防治阈值的确定对其准确预测预报及化学防治都具有重要的指导意义。然而,目前尚未见新疆荒漠绿洲稻区的相关报道。【方法】通过田间罩笼试验比较研究了不同虫口密度下的水稻有效穗数、单穗粒数、结实粒及产量等指标,计算得出稻水象甲在新疆的产量允许损失率及防治阈值。【结果】田间稻水象甲成虫数量与水稻有效穗、单穗粒数、结实率存在显著负相关性,但与千粒重关系不显著;逐步线性回归模型分析表明,水稻产量与虫口密度、每公顷穗数、单穗粒数和结实率相关性显著,它们是影响水稻产量的主要因子。此外,新疆荒漠绿洲稻区稻水象甲的产量允许损失率为1.1756%,其防治阈值为5.82头·m~(-2)。【结论】新疆荒漠绿洲稻区允许的稻水象甲越冬代虫口密度最大临界值为5.82头·m~(-2),高于此值应及时进行防治。  相似文献

【目的】为了摸清贵州稻水象甲Lissorhoptrus oryzophilus Kuschel危害与水稻产量损失的关系,明确贵州稻水象甲的防治指标。【方法】采用田间笼罩接虫法系统的研究了不同密度的稻水象甲成虫与水稻被害叶率、幼虫密度、水稻分蘖数、穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、产量损失等的关系。【结果】稻水象甲成虫密度与水稻被害叶率和幼虫密度呈正相关关系;稻水象甲的危害明显减少水稻分蘖数和穗数,但对穗粒数和千粒重的影响不大。建立了产量损失率与被害叶率、成虫密度、幼虫密度的回归方程,计算获得了插秧后的第5天、第10天、第15天、第20天的叶片被害率的防治指标为59.65%、52.97%、50.96%、48.52%,成虫的防治指标为20头/m~2(1头/丛),幼虫的防治指标为130头/m~2(6.5头/丛)。【结论】该结果对贵州省稻水象甲的预测预报及防治具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

不同水稻生育期.褐飞虱的不同虫口密度的增长倍数不同;同一生育期.以低密度的增殖倍数大于高密度.但总虫量仍以高密度处理极显地高于低密度处理。水稻产量损失与二代褐飞虱百丛虫量间呈显正相关(r=0.9557^ ),两关系式为:Y=-16.3732 9.437tg(x);防治指标为150-200头/百丛。当二代楫飞虱早发、中等以上发生程度时.必须施药防治。  相似文献

草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera furgiperda(J.E.Smith)是一种新的重要农业入侵害虫,目前已侵入我国云南、广西、广东等地。本研究调查了草地贪夜蛾首次入侵成虫后代幼虫在珠三角和粤北地区的种群密度和为害情况。结果表明:本次调查珠三角和粤北地区均已出现草地贪夜蛾取食为害,所调查的10种作物中,仅在玉米上发现取食为害;其中草地贪夜蛾幼虫在从化地区为害最重(虫口数量222头/百株、为害率80%),其次是连平(虫口数量98头/百株、为害率68%)、英德(虫口数量76头/百株、为害率62%)、增城(虫口数量66头/百株、为害率20%)和珠海(虫口数量46头/百株、为害率30%),新丰最低(虫口数量6头/百株、为害率3%)。本研究为监测草地贪夜蛾首次入侵的发生和为害提供依据,并为通过调查田间种群密度指导幼虫防治工作提供技术支持。  相似文献

黑肩绿盲蝽Cyrtorrhinus lividipennis Reuter是稻褐飞虱的重要天敌之一。1976年我们配合阳江县海陵公社进行以保护天敌为中心的工作时,经田间调查,早稻后期黑肩绿盲蝽的密度达63头/百丛(最高达243头/百丛),被捕食的稻褐飞虱卵粒达19.2%;晚稻后期,黑肩绿盲蝽的密度为543头/百丛(最高达681头/百丛),比稻褐飞虱密度高出数倍,捕食稻褐飞虱卵粒达74.23%。  相似文献

采用Taylor幂法扩散法和Iwao回归法分析了云南元阳哈尼梯田1400~2000m海拔16个哈尼族传统水稻品种田白背飞虱Sogatella furcifera(Horvath)1~3龄若虫的空间分布特征。结果表明,白背飞虱1~3龄若虫在不同海拔、不同水稻品种田均呈聚集分布中的负二项分布,其负二项分布的公共K值为3.53,聚集原因主要是由白背飞虱生物学特性和环境因素引起。Iwao直线回归方程拟合公式为m*=3.96+1.09m(R=0.97),Taylor幂拟合公式为lg(V)=0.28+1.34×lg(m)(R=0.85)。其中,在1400~1500、1501~1600、1601~1700、1701~1800、1801~1900和1901~2000m海拔梯田稻田中,白背飞虱若虫平均拥挤度分别为10.74±0.83、23.67±3.50、21.64±6.02、47.10±5.71、52.59±12.75、13.72±3.14,差异显著(F=5.77,P<0.01),其中在1701~1800和1801~1900m海拔稻田中白背飞虱平均拥挤度最高,表明在该海拔处白背飞虱在稻丛上分布较为集中,而在1400~1500和1901~2000m海拔稻田中平均拥挤度最低。根据空间分布型参数,建立了精度分别为0.1和0.2时的理论抽样数模型,分别为n=1905.43x+34.57,n=476x.36+8.64,该模型适用于不同虫口密度下的田间抽样。当白背飞虱虫口密度为5、10、20头/丛时,分别取样30、20和15个样方。  相似文献

为探明二代亚洲玉米螟发生量对玉米产量损失的影响,本试验在田间采用人工密度梯度接卵法(0、20、50、100和200块·百株-1),模拟自然情况亚洲玉米螟发生量,研究辽宁地区二代亚洲玉米螟(Ostrinia furnacalis Guenée)对玉米的经济阈值。结果表明:百株接卵量与虫孔数呈极显著正相关(P0.01),百株虫孔数与产量损失率呈极显著正相关(P0.01),回归方程分别为y=3.1999x+24.8416(R2=0.953,P0.01),y=0.0234x-1.6167(R2=0.988,P0.01),推导出百株接卵量与玉米产量损失率的方程为z=0.0749x-1.0354,即落卵量每增加1块,虫孔数增加约3.2个,产量损失率增加7.49%;隧道长度与雌穗长度、穗粗及粒重呈极显著负相关(P0.01),与产量损失率呈极显著正相关(P0.01),表明玉米茎秆隧道长度每增加10 cm,玉米平均减产7.02 g,产量损失率平均增加4.38%;根据经济阈值定义,在产量8411 kg·hm~(-2)的玉米田,使用松毛虫赤眼蜂(Trichogramma dendrolimi Matsumura)进行单次防治时,辽宁地区防治二代亚洲玉米螟的经济阈值为百株玉米累计落卵量17.39块。  相似文献

试验结果表明小麦品种 (系 )的抗性对麦蚜种群数量影响很大 ,百株蚜量随着小麦品种抗性增强而下降。而同一小麦品种对不同种蚜虫的抗性存在质的差异 ,铭贤 1 69品种 ,蚜高峰期百株蚜量麦长管蚜 63 0头 ,禾谷缢管蚜只有 1 1 5头 ,两者相差 5 5倍。另一方面 ,小麦品种抗性对麦田天敌的种群数量影响不大 ,而对天敌的发生期有些影响。因此 ,小麦品种抗性、天敌对麦蚜的自然控制能力 ,可把小麦中后期的蚜虫虫口密度控制在经济损失允许水平之下。  相似文献

为明确水稻功能叶与产量构成因素间的相关性,以不同遗传背景下籼稻的10个不育系和16个恢复系为亲本,按照NCII设计配制两套双列杂交组合,对水稻12个功能叶性状与8个产量性状构成因素进行了相关分析,结果表明:3片功能叶叶长与叶面积、剑叶宽、倒2叶宽等性状之间均存在极显著正相关,功能叶夹角之间也存在极显著正相关,但不同遗传背景对夹角性状与9个形态性状之间的相关性则存在明显差异,在第1套组合中,其相关系数均为负值,且相关均不显著;而第2套组合则相反。8个产量构成因素中,单株穗数与平均穗长、着粒密度、穗实粒数以及穗着粒数之间存在极显著负相关,平均穗长与穗着粒数、结实率与单株产量呈显著或极显著正相关,遗传背景对产量组成上有较大影响,在第1套组合中单株产量主要由结实率、单株穗数以及穗实粒数等性状决定,而在第2套中则主要由穗实粒数和结实率等性状决定。在功能叶与产量构成因素的相关中,叶长、叶面积、剑叶宽、倒2叶宽与着粒密度、穗实粒数以及穗着粒教等3个性状之间存在显著或极显著正相关。12个水稻功能叶性状与8个产量构成因素之间的主成分分析表明,在不同的遗传背景下,产量构成因素均主要受叶面积和叶夹角影响,两种不同遗传背景中其累积贡献率分别为69.8%和84.0%。  相似文献

稻纵卷叶螟Cnaphalocrocis.medinalis Guenèe中华稻蝗Oxya chinensis(Thunberg)稻苞虫Parnara guttatus (Bremer et Grey)是江苏地区水稻的主要食叶类害虫,取食水稻叶片,导致光合叶面积减少.剪叶模拟试验表明,水稻不同生育阶段叶面积损失率与产量损失率呈线性相关.其回归方程分蘖期、孕穗期、腊熟期分别为 D(It)=72.50759It1.15906、D(It)=141.61737It1.08002、D(It)=25.12434It1.00569.在叶面积损失率相同的情况下,产量损失率孕穗期>分蘖期>腊熟期.试验通过三种害虫的各龄取食量,不同生育阶段水稻叶面积及为害与损失率之间的关系,建立了不同生育阶段的经济允许损害水平(EILt).并根据各种害虫的相对潜在取食量,计算了校正等量损害系数,为制订复合防治指标提供了依据.实践证明:以等量损害为单位的复合防治指标有较大的实用价值,生态效益、经济效益、社会效益明显.  相似文献

Influence of leaffolder feeding on chlorophyll, PS II activity and plant–water relations, effect of larval density on leaf damage and time course studies on larval feeding behaviour on altered physiological changes in TN1 rice culture were studied. Quantification of yield losses in the field caused by leaffolder was also assessed. Leaffolder damage resulted in 57% reduction in chlorophyll content, 23% reduction in PS II activity and 23% reduction in relative water content in comparison with control. Rice leaffolder larva folds the leaf and scrapes the green tissue from within the fold resulting in scorching and drying of the leaves. Larval density had differentially influenced effective leaf area of rice crop. Larval densities of more than 3 larvae per hill at maximum tillering stage resulted up to 20% unfilled grains, 28–57% reduction in PS II activity and 23% reduction in relative water content in comparison with the control. At flowering stage, flag leaf area damage of above 25% resulted in more than 50% unfilled grains over control, indicating direct effect of yield reduction in rice. Thus, a cumulative effect of loss in chlorophyll, reduced photosynthate availability and altered water relations caused by the leaffolder injury to flag leaf lead to greater yield loss in rice.  相似文献

Direct sowing with non-woven fabric mulch is the new organic rice cultivation system. We studied the effect of topdressing on individual leaf photosynthesis at different position and grain yield in rice plants cultivated by this system. Leaf photosynthetic rate at the different leaf position per plant (P N-LP) of the third and fourth to lower leaves was higher when the topdressing amount was increased. Without topdressing or in no-fertilizers plots, the P N-LP values of lower leaves were very low. The leaf photosynthetic rate per unit leaf area (P N-LA) decreased gradually as the leaf position became lower. Again, the P N-LA values of the top-dressed plots at the lower leaves were higher than that of plots without topdressing or without fertilizers. The lower leaves maintained a higher P N because of a higher rate of nitrogen accumulation due to topdressing. The higher rate of photosynthesis in these leaves resulted in better root activity, which contributed to a better ripening percentage and ultimately higher rice grain yield.  相似文献

In 2019 and 2020, ten rice (Oryza sativa) cultivars including check commonly grown in the Kharif-II season (June-November) were in-situ screened against rice leaf folder (RLF, Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) in RLF-prone experimental plots in Bagerhat, Bangladesh, following RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with three replicates and physicochemical analyses in the lab to evaluate their innate immunity to the pest. Of ten cultivars, only BRRI (Bangladesh Rice Research Institute) rice 72 and 87 tended to be moderately resistant (damage scale 3.00–4.99), while BRRI rice 73, 80, and 90 were susceptible to RLF (damage scale 7.00–8.99) and none appearing to be highly resistant or susceptible. In-field evaluation of Kharif-II rice cultivars against RLF, principal component analysis identified 14 key variables of 30 contributing maximum variance of PCA1 and PCA2. Cluster analysis grouped studied rice cultivars into four clades with clade II of BRRI rice 72 and 87 belonging to resistant club with high tannin and phenol contents (mg/g) assuring relatively higher yield (MT/ha) over others. A 3-D surface plot demonstrated, upsurge of larvae/ hill speeded up RLF incidence and severity (%) while bubble plot depicted, tiller infection (%) and RLF-fold length (cm) enhanced by leaf width (cm) limited the grain yield (MT/ha) in rice, well-supportive to correlation analysis. As per regression analysis, unit increment of tannin and phenol content (mg/g) declined tiller infection by 11 and 14%. Identified these two resistant cultivars could be used as potential parents in further breeding programs to develop an elite high yielding Kharif-II rice line by combining their novel resistance through hybridization.  相似文献

A delay in the mechanical transplantation (MT) of rice seedlings frequently occurs in Huanghuai wheat-rice rotation cropping districts of China, due to the late harvest of wheat, the poor weather conditions and the insufficiency of transplanters, missing the optimum transplanting time and causing seedlings to age. To identify how delaying transplanting rice affects the agronomic characteristics including the growth duration, photosynthetic productivity and dry matter remobilization efficiency and the grain yield under mechanical transplanting pattern, an experiment with a split-plot design was conducted over two consecutive years. The main plot includes two types of cultivation: mechanical transplanting and artificial transplanting (AT). The subplot comprises four japonica rice cultivars. The results indicate that the rice jointing, booting, heading and maturity stages were postponed under MT when using AT as a control. The tiller occurrence number, dry matter weight per tiller, accumulative dry matter for the population, leaf area index, crop growth rate, photosynthetic potential, and dry matter remobilization efficiency of the leaf under MT significantly decreased compared to those under AT. In contrast, the reduction rate of the leaf area during the heading-maturity stage was markedly enhanced under MT. The numbers of effective panicles and filled grains per panicle and the grain yield significantly decreased under MT. A significant correlation was observed between the dry matter production, remobilization and distribution characteristics and the grain yield. We infer that, as with rice from old seedlings, the decrease in the tiller occurrence, the photosynthetic productivity and the assimilate remobilization efficiency may be important agronomic traits that are responsible for the reduced grain yield under MT.  相似文献

Cereal leaf beetle, Oulema melanopus (L.), invaded northern Alabama and Georgia more than a decade ago and since has become an economic pest of winter wheat and other cereal crops in the southeastern United States. A series of trials was conducted beginning in 1995 to determine optimal rate and timing of applications of selected foliar insecticides for managing cereal leaf beetle in soft red winter wheat. These trials, cage studies with larvae, and a manual defoliation experiment were used to provide information on cereal leafbeetle yield loss relationships and to develop economic decision rules for cereal leaf beetle in soft red winter wheat. Malathion, methomyl, carbaryl, and spinosad effectively controlled larval infestations when treatments were applied after most eggs had hatched. Encapsulated endotoxin of Bacillus thuringiensis, methyl parathion, and disulfoton applied at the lowest labeled rates were not effective treatments. Organophosphate insecticides generally were not effective when applied before most eggs had hatched. The most effective treatments were the low rates of lambda cyhalothrin when applied early while adults were still laying eggs and before or near 50% egg hatch. These early applications applied at or before spike emergence virtually eliminated cereal leaf beetle injury. The manual defoliation study demonstrated that defoliation before spike emergence has greater impact on grain yield and yield components than defoliation after spike emergence. Furthermore, flag leaf defoliation causes more damage than injury to lower leaves. Grain test weight and kernel weight were not affected by larval injury in most trials. Regression of larval numbers and yield losses calculated a yield loss of 12.65% or 459 kg/ha per larva per stem, which at current application costs suggested an economic threshold of 0.4 larvae per stem during the spike emergence to anthesis stages.  相似文献

采用二因素裂区设计,连续2年(2011-2012和2012-2013年)以川麦104和内麦836为对象,在小麦苗期、拔节期、孕穗期、开花期分别进行35 d的渍水处理,研究渍水对四川小麦生长和产量形成的影响.结果表明: 苗期渍水减产最大,减产10%~15%,随渍水时期的后移,对产量的影响减小.苗期渍水降低了第3~6叶SPAD值、单株分蘖力和单株成穗数,降低了有效穗数、花后干物质积累量和成熟期干物质量.拔节期渍水降低了第4~7叶SPAD值,孕穗期渍水降低了倒4、倒3、倒2叶SPAD值,拔节期和孕穗期渍水导致花后旗叶SPAD值下降,渐增期灌浆速率(R1)和平均灌浆速率(Rmean)下降,千粒重下降.开花期渍水对产量影响较小.表明苗期渍水是四川稻茬小麦渍害临界期.  相似文献

In rice ( Oryza sativa L.), the number of panicles, spikelets per panicle and grain weight are important components of grain yield. These characteristics are controlled by quantitative trait loci (QTLs) and are derived from variation inherent in crops. As a result of the complex genetic basis of these traits, only a few genes involved in their control have been cloned and characterized. We have previously map-cloned a gene cluster including eight leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase ( LRK ) genes in Dongxiang wild rice ( Oryza rufipogon Griff.), which increased the grain yield by 16%. In the present study, we characterized the LRK1 gene, which was contained in the donor parent (Dongxiang wild rice) genome and absent from the recurrent parent genome (Guichao2, Oryza sativa L. ssp. indica ). Our data showed that rice LRK1 is a plasma membrane protein expressed constitutively in leaves, young panicles, roots and culms. The over-expression of rice LRK1 results in increased panicles, spikelets per panicle, weight per grain and enhanced cellular proliferation, leading to a 27.09% increase in total grain yield per plant. The increased number of panicles and spikelets per panicle are associated with increased branch number. Our data suggest that rice LRK1 regulates rice branch number by enhancing cellular proliferation. The functional characterization of rice LRK1 facilitates an understanding of the mechanisms involved in cereal crop yield, and may have utility in improving grain yield in cereal crops.  相似文献
