内循环颗粒污泥床硝化反应器临界曝气强度的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

内循环颗粒污泥床硝化反应器是一种新型高效硝化反应器 ,在反应器运行过程中 ,液体循环临界曝气强度和颗粒污泥流化临界曝气强度是两个重要操作参数。建立了升流区表观液速Ulr与曝气强度Ugr之间的关系 ,并测定了有关的模型参数 ,得到了具体的数学表达式 :Ulr=(2.613-0.024 )U0.871gr 0.276U0.871gr-0.28。根据该模型 ,计算得到的液体循环临界曝气强度为1.017cm/min ,颗粒污泥流化临界曝气强度为 2.662cm/min。实测结果证明 ,求得的两个临界曝气强度具有较高的准确性 ,能够用于指导内循环颗粒污泥床硝化反应器的操作优化.  相似文献

研究了酵母(Pichiastipitis)Y7124在限制供氧条件下尽管反应初期葡萄糖消耗速率大于木糖,但在一定时间后,葡萄糖的消耗速率变慢,而木糖消耗速率变快直至耗尽的现象。建立了气升柱以P.Stipitis转化木糖为目的和以溢流柱Sacharomycescerivisiae转化残留葡萄糖为目的的串联发酵乙醇工艺,即流加5倍浓缩的蔗渣水解液,D=0.1h-1,还原糖总利用率为97.2%,酒精浓度为46.5g/L,生产率为4.1g/L·h。  相似文献

2-酮-L-古龙酸还原酶分离纯化及其理化、酶学性质的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
从发酵L山梨糖的GluconobacteroxydansBacilusmegaterium2980混和菌株的无细胞抽提液中分离到了2酮L古龙酸还原酶(KGR),测得其分子量为90kDa。动力学性质研究表明它为一个典型的MichaelisMenten氏酶,对2-酮-L-古龙酸作用的值为3.42×10-3mol,最适作用pH为6.5,最适作用温度为30℃。2-酮-L-古龙酸还原酶的合成不受L-山梨糖和2-酮-L-古龙酸的诱导,故推测2-酮-L-古龙酸还原酶是Gluconobacteroxydans的一个组成酶。  相似文献

以大麦芽、大麦和大米为主料,优质红茶为辅料,依据微生物生理代谢与生态的基本原理,选择了三个菌种混合发酵,开发了一种新型发酵无醇饮料。采用的三个菌种是:酵母菌(Saccharomycescerivisiae),嗜酸乳酸菌(Lactobacillusacidophilus),弱氧化醋酸单胞菌(Acetomonassuboxydans)。将上述菌种按一定比例(1:1:2)接种,接种总量为发酵基质的10%,控制发酵温度20-25℃,发酵时间5天,即可制成风格独特、口味纯正  相似文献

从土壤中分离到9 株产生β甘露聚糖酶的芽孢杆菌( Bacillus sp .) 。Bacillussp . M50250m L三角瓶摇瓶培养试验,以4 % 的魔芋粉为碳源,1-0 % ( NH4)2SO4 为氮源,0-35 %Na2CO3 ,30 ~34 ℃培养60h 产酶达到高峰。酶活力为180 ~200u/m L。100L 罐发酵,在30 ~32 ℃,1∶0 .75vvm 通气量,200r/min 条件下,发酵液酶活力高达330u/m L。酶的最适反应温度和pH 分别为50 ℃和6-0 ,低于50 ℃,pH5 .0 ~7 .0 酶稳定。Fe3+ 、Al3+ 、EDTA、Hg2+ 对酶有抑制作用,而Ba2+ 、Mn2+ 对酶有激活作用。发酵粗酶液对苎麻精干麻精练,显示对精干麻的半纤维素残胶具有降解作用。  相似文献

从发霉植酸钠溶液中分离到一株产植酸酶的变灰青霉(Penicilliumcanescens)P4。以麸皮:玉米面:黄豆饼粉=7:2:1为主要培养基成份,用优选法确定最适培养基为在上述基本培养基中添加4%(NH4)2SO4,1%葡萄糖,1.5倍水,自然pH。发酵过程的动态分析表明,该菌在上述条件下28℃恒温培养6d后植酸降解率可达90%;无机磷含量由0.13%增至0.57%;可溶性蛋白含量由3.80%增至7.60%。用4%CaCl·2HO水溶液抽提  相似文献

It has now been over twenty years since a novel herpesviral genome was identified in Kaposi's sarcoma biopsies. Since then, the cumulative research effort by molecular biologists, virologists, clinicians, and epidemiologists alike has led to the extensive characterization of this tumor virus, Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV; also known as human herpesvirus 8(HHV-8)), and its associated diseases. Here we review the current knowledge of KSHV biology and pathogenesis, with a particular emphasis on new and exciting advances in the field of epigenetics. We also discuss the development and practicality of various cell culture and animal model systems to study KSHV replication and pathogenesis.  相似文献

Comprises species occurring mostly in subtidal habitats in tropical, subtropical and warm-temperate areas of the world. An analysis of the type species, V. spiralis (Sonder) Lamouroux ex J. Agardh, a species from Australia, establishes basic characters for distinguishing species in the genus. These characters are (1) branching patterns of thalli, (2) flat blades that may be spiralled on their axis, (3) width of the blade, (4) primary or secondary derivation of sterile and fertile branchlets and (5) position of sterile and fertile branchlets on the thalli. Application of the latter two characters provides an important basic method for separation of species into three major groups. Osmundaria , a genus known only in southern Australia, was studied in relation to Vidalia , and its separation from the Vidalia assemblage is not accepted. Species of Vidalia therefore are transferred to the older genus name, Osmundaria. Two new species, Osmundaria papenfussii and Osmundaria oliveae are described from Natal. Confusion in the usage of the epithet, Vidalia fimbriala Brown ex Turner has been clarified, and Vidalia gregaria Falkenberg, described as an epiphyte on Osmundaria pro/ifera Lamouroux, is revealed to be young branches of the host, Osmundaria prolifera.  相似文献

Fifteen chromosome counts of six Artemisia taxa and one species of each of the genera Brachanthemum, Hippolytia, Kaschgaria, Lepidolopsis and Turaniphytum are reported from Kazakhstan. Three of them are new reports, two are not consistent with previous counts and the remainder are confirmations of very scarce (one to four) earlier records. All the populations studied have the same basic chromosome number, x = 9, with ploidy levels ranging from 2x to 6x. Some correlations between ploidy level, morphological characters and distribution are noted.  相似文献

采用原位分子杂交方法检测HCV RNA及HBV X基因;采用免疫组织化学方法研究HCV核心抗原,非结构区C33c抗原及HBxAg在肝细胞肝癌中的定位及分布.结果表明(1)HCV RNA、HBV X基因在肝细胞肝癌组织检出率分别为40%(55/136)和82%(112/136).HCV RNA定位于癌细胞的胞浆内,阳性细胞呈散在、灶状及弥漫分布三种形式;HBV X基因在肝癌细胞中的分布呈胞浆型、核型及核浆型,阳性细胞也呈上述三种分布形式;(2)HCV C33c抗原、核心抗原在肝细胞肝癌中的阳性率为81%(133/164)及86%(141/164).C33c抗原定位于癌细胞及肝细胞的胞浆内;核心抗原既定位于癌细胞核中,又可定位于胞浆中.C33c抗原阳性细胞以灶状分布为主;而核心抗原阳性细  相似文献

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.  相似文献
