不同起源格氏栲林分下土壤微生物生态分布的初步研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文研究了福建三明小湖天然起源和人工起源的格氏栲林下土壤微生物的生态分布。两种起源的格氏栲林下土壤微生物中细菌占绝对优势,人工林芽孢杆菌所占细菌总数比例远大于天然林;天然林微生物总数、细菌、真菌以及固氮菌等生理类群的数量均高于人工林,而且,随着坡位的下降表现为由低至高的递增趋势。青霉和木霉是土壤真菌的优势种属,链霉菌属中的白色类群和黄色类群构成了土壤放线菌的主要组分,但在天然林中的数量明显低于人工林。  相似文献

Bacterial counts under liquid cultivation using 96-well microplates were performed. The counts under liquid and under solid cultivation were equivalent in foods, although the counts under liquid cultivation exceeded those under solid cultivation in seawater, suggesting that some bacteria in seawater were viable but did not form detectable colonies. Phylogenetic analysis of bacteria obtained under liquid cultivation was also performed.  相似文献

The flight activity of adults of a migrant skipper (Parnara guttata guttata) was measured on the day of emergence, and at 4 and 7 days after emergence by a flight mill and the activity was compared among the three seasonal forms which emerged under 12, 14 and 16 hr photoperiods. The flight activity of adults reared under 12 and 14 hrs was higher than that under 16 hr especially on the day of emergence. The flight activity of males under 12 and 14 hrs was higher on the day of emergence and decreased at 4 and 7 days. The activity of males under 16 hr was maintained at a low and constant level. The activity of females under 12 and 14 hrs increased or was constant on the days after the emergence, on the other hand, the activity of females under 16 hr was highest at 4 days after the emergence. The wing size did not affect the flight activity. The oviposition characteristics of females reared under the three photoperiods was compared. The female under 14 hr has a longer preoviposition period and lesser fecundity than that under 16 hr. The female under 12 hr has intermediate values of the former two. The size of eggs laid by females under 12 hr was also intermediate.  相似文献

研究了自养与异养条件下原始小球藻对蒽的降解和富集能力 .结果表明 ,自养条件下 ,浓度为1 0mg·L-1的蒽有 48.18%被降解 ,其中 2 8.81%属于自然光降解 ,仅有 19.37%被原始小球藻降解 .而异养条件下的原始小球藻对浓度为 2 .5mg·L-1的蒽降解率达到 33.5 3%,说明异养原始小球藻不仅能耐受高浓度蒽 ,而且表现出比自养原始小球藻更强的蒽降解能力 .两种条件下 ,80 %以上残留的蒽都被富集到藻细胞中 .虽然自养条件下原始小球藻对蒽的生物富集系数达 90 6 4,远大于异养条件下的生物富集系数(1899) ,但异养条件下藻对蒽的绝对富集量 (2 0 2 .2 9μg)远远高于自养条件下的 6 9.6 87μg .  相似文献

遮荫对牡丹光合特性及观赏品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
于2008~2011年对牡丹栽培品种进行了不同程度的长期遮荫处理(100%、65%、45%及15%自然光强),并对其中5个品种(‘傲阳’、‘粉中冠’、‘蓝宝石’、‘迎日红’及‘朱光墨润’)进行了光合特性及观赏品质的测定。结果表明:牡丹各品种光饱和点及光补偿点较高,遮荫处理下光饱和点与光补偿点有不同程度降低。65%光照下,所有品种的净光合速率较对照明显提高,成花率高,花朵直径明显增大;45%光照下,各品种成花率高,‘傲阳’、‘蓝宝石’、‘迎日红’及‘朱光墨润’4个品种的净光合速率较对照明显提高,‘粉中冠’、‘蓝宝石’、‘迎日红’及‘朱光墨润’的花朵直径较对照不同程度增大;15%光照下,所有品种的净光合速率及成花率较对照显著降低,花朵直径显著减小。‘蓝宝石’在不同程度遮荫下花色较对照没有明显变化,‘傲阳’在轻中度遮荫下花色较对照没有明显变化;‘粉中冠’及‘迎日红’在65%光照下花色变深变红,45%光照下花色开始变浅;‘朱光墨润’在45%光照下花色开始变蓝变红。研究发现,牡丹是阳生植物,但光照生态幅较宽,适度遮荫能促进光合作用,成花率高,花朵直径增大,花色鲜艳,提高观赏品质,但不同色系品种的适宜遮荫程度各异。  相似文献

研究了锦熟黄杨(Buxus sempervirens L.)在低温胁迫下不同光照条件(12 h光照/12 h黑暗、24 h全光、24 h全黑)对其抗氧化酶活性的影响,结果表明:低温不同光照条件下细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量均高于对照(20℃ 12 h光照/12 h黑暗),细胞膜透性和丙二醛含量在5℃ 24 h光照条件下最大;低温胁迫下SOD活性高于对照,并在5℃ 24 h光照条件下达到最高值;CAT的活性仍维持较高水平,5℃ 12 h光照/12 h黑暗显著高于对照及其它处理;在低温有光照条件下,POD活性升高,黑暗条件下POD活性低于对照。低温胁迫下POD、SOD和CAT的活性均呈上升趋势,可能是植株具有较强抗性的原因。  相似文献

Summary Manganese absorption by rice plants under flooded and unflooded conditions, in an upland and a lowland soil was studied. Both under flooded and unflooded conditions the rate of manganese absorption was high during 3rd to 4th week and again during 9th to 10th week.Rice grown under flooded conditions, in lowland soil absorbed more manganese and showed higher dry matter accumulation than under unflooded conditions. However manganese absorption and dry matter accumulation in rice grown under flooded conditions in upland soil were lower than under unflooded conditions.Rice grown under flooded conditions may give lower yields than rice grown under unflooded conditions due to some factor or combination of factors one of which may possibly be a high soluble iron content which interferes with the absorption of manganese.  相似文献

It has been reported that Paramecium proliferates faster under microgravity in space, and slower under hypergravity (Kato et al., 2003). Effects of gravity on cell proliferation could be discussed in terms of energetics of swimming. Because of the characteristics of 'gravikinesis' as well as 'gravitaxis', Paramecium would decrease the energy expenditure under microgravity and increase it under hypergravity. The larger stock of energy would enhance the proliferation under microgravity. In order to simulate the effect of microgravity, we investigated the proliferation under clinorotation. When cells were rotated at 2.5 rpm, the proliferation rate decreased. Similar but less pronounced decrease was also found under low speed clinorotation (0.2 rpm).  相似文献

腾格里沙漠东南缘苔藓结皮对荒漠土壤种子库的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对腾格里沙漠东南缘沙坡头人工植被区和天然植被区苔藓结皮种子库进行了研究.结果表明,土壤种子库密度随着苔藓结皮的发育呈现增加的趋势,天然植被区是24年生人工植被区的3.4倍.种子库中共发现12种植物种子,分属于6科,其中1年生草本植物占70%以上.人工植被区未发现有多年生草本的植物种子,天然植被区多年生草本占20%,半灌木植物在人工植被区和天然植被区分别占20%和10%.人工植被区土壤种子库物种丰富度指数相对较低,而天然植被区物种丰富度指数是人工植被区的2倍;人工植被区土壤种子库物种多样性指数随着结皮的发育略有下降,天然植被区的多样性指数最高,为0.693;人工植被区土壤种子库物种相似性指数为1,相对较高,而人工植物区与天然植被区的物种相似性指数为0.4.苔藓结皮的出现增加了地表粗糙度,有利于对种子的捕获,同时显著地改善了土壤环境,有利于更多植物的定居.  相似文献

Through an acclimation period of 10 days, compared to white light, the maximal net photosynthetic rates were significantly higher for gametophytes of Undaria pinnatifida cultivated under blue light (400–500 nm), and were lower under red light (600–700 nm). Chlorophyll c and the carotenoid content of gametophytes were similar under blue light and red light but were much lower under white light. The growth rate of female gametophytes under blue light was higher than that under other lights, and the growth rate of male gametophytes showed little variation with respect to blue and white light. Male and female gametophytes were mixed together to form sporophytes under white, blue and red light. After approximately 5 days, 50% gametophytes became fertile under blue and white light, but remained vegetative under red light after 10 days.  相似文献

本文连续3a分析比较了采伐迹地恢复阔叶林和人工种植杉木林土壤肥力变化的差异。结果表明:在人工栽杉3a内,杉木林土壤水分含量和有效水含量下降,土壤干湿交替变化增大,水分物理性状变差,土壤水稳性团聚体含量降低,结构体破坏率增大,而阔叶林则呈上升趋势。杉木林下土壤微生物数量在造林3a内呈不断下降趋势,而阔叶林则呈增加趋势;杉木林土壤氧化还原酶活性弱于阔叶林,水解酶活性强于阔叶林,两种酶系活性在3a内阔叶林增强,杉木林减弱;阔叶林土壤养分在3a内不断提高,杉木林土壤不断下降。  相似文献

The effects of thermoperiods on diapause induction under continuous darkness (DD), continuous light (LL), and an L12:D12 photoperiod were investigated in the cabbage beetle, Colaphellus bowringi Baly (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae), a short‐day species. Diapause could be induced by thermoperiod under both LL and DD; however, in the range of 24–30 °C, lower incidences of diapause were observed under LL than under DD. The critical cryophase was found to be dependent on the mean temperature of the thermoperiod applied. Although the thermoperiodic response pattern was similar under LL and DD, the incidence of diapause was higher under LL when the duration of the cryophase did not exceed 12 h. In contrast, when the duration of the cryophase was longer than 12 h, the incidence of diapause under LL was lower or equal to that under DD. When a thermoperiod of 24 °C (cryophase) and 28 °C (thermophase) was applied, the incidence of diapause was higher under LL than under DD, regardless of the duration of the cryophase. Thermoperiodic responses under a photoperiod of L12:D12 and under DD further revealed that induction of diapause was strongly influenced by the photophase temperature. Moreover, the incidence of diapause was lower when the thermophase coincided with the photophase than when the cryophase coincided with the photophase.  相似文献

The diatom Cyclotella meneghiniana Kütz. (SAG 1020‐a) was cultured under high‐light (HL) and low‐light (LL) conditions with either high (12 μM) or low (1 μM) iron in the media. Changes in cell morphology, especially cell volume and chloroplast size, were observed in cells grown under low iron. In contrast, HL had a much stronger influence on the photosynthetic apparatus. PSII function was unimpaired under lowered iron supply, but its quantum efficiency and reoxidation rate were reduced under HL conditions. As reported before, HL induced changes in antenna polypeptide composition. Especially the amount of Fcp6, an antenna protein related to LI818 and known to be involved in photoprotection, was increased under HL but was significantly reduced under lowered iron. The diatoxanthin content correlated with the amount of Fcp6 in isolated FCPa antenna complexes and was thus increased under HL and reduced under low iron as well. While the diatoxanthin (Dt) content of whole cells was enhanced under HL, no decrease was observed under lowered iron supply, ruling out the possibility that the decreased amounts in FCPa were due to a hampered diadinoxanthin de‐epoxidase activity under these conditions. Thus, diatoxanthin not bound to FCPa has to be responsible for protection under the slight reduction in iron supply used here.  相似文献

以陇东黄土旱塬已进行7年的田间定位试验为基础,分析了免耕和传统耕作条件下5个施肥处理冬小麦收获期土壤水分、土壤容重(2011年)及土壤养分和产量(2005-2011年)变化,探讨了耕作方式和施肥对冬小麦-春玉米轮作农田土壤蓄水保墒效果及土壤肥力和产量的影响.结果表明: 2011年免耕条件下0~200 cm各土层土壤含水量、0~20 cm和20~40 cm土层土壤容重及土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷含量均高于传统耕作.相同耕作条件下氮磷化肥与有机肥配施处理的土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷含量高于其他施肥处理;不同耕作方式及施肥处理下速效钾呈逐年减少的趋势;传统翻耕处理的产量高于免耕,相同耕作条件下氮磷化肥与有机肥配施处理产量最高,不施肥对照产量最低.不同耕作方式和施肥处理的土壤蓄水保墒能力和肥力效应以免耕优于传统翻耕,产量以传统翻耕下有机无机肥配施处理最好.  相似文献

采用营养液培养的方法,研究了不同光强下高锰对黄瓜植株生长、叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数和光合作用的影响.结果表明,高锰处理抑制了黄瓜植株的生长,与弱光处理相比强光下抑制幅度更加显著.强光下,高锰处理显著降低叶绿素含量,但降低光强却增加其含量.强光下,高锰处理显著降低原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、光合电子传递量子效率(ΦPSII)和光化学猝灭系数(qP);弱光下,高锰处理对Fv/FmqP无显著影响.高锰处理使净光合速率(Pn)和气孔导度(Gs)下降.尤其是在强光下下降幅度更大.高锰处理使细胞间CO2浓度(Ci)在强光下升高,而在弱光下则下降.与Ci相反,高锰处理使气孔限制值(Ls)在强光下下降,而在弱光下上升.因此,强光下高锰胁迫使净光合速率下降可能是由非气孔限制引起的,而弱光下高锰处理使净光合速率下降可能是由气孔因子限制引起的.  相似文献

The predatory bugPodisus maculiventris Say displays a reproductive diapause. In the laboratory, at 23±1°C, when the pre-imaginal stages were reared on larvae ofGalleria melonella L. (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) under a short photoperiod of 8L: 16D, diapause was induced in all adult females, whereas under a long photoperiod of 16L: 8D none entered diapause. Nymphal development was faster under the diapause-inducing short photoperiod than under the diapause-averting long photo-period. By contrast, embryonic development was faster under the long than under the short photoperiod. Diapause maintenance was also under the control of photoperiod. After a 10-d-period of chilling at 4°C, diapause was quickly terminated in adults kept under long photoperiod whereas it was maintained in most of those kept under short photoperiod. The predation rate of non-diapause or post-diapause adult females was much higher than that of diapause females.  相似文献

以自然光照为对照,对轻度、中度和重度遮光条件下(遮光率分别为24%、48%和72%)川西柳叶菜( Epilobium fangii C. J. Chen et al.)的部分形态、生长和生理指标进行比较分析。分析结果显示:遮光处理对川西柳叶菜的MDA含量无显著影响,对叶长、花冠宽、叶干质量分配比例以及叶绿素a( Chla)、叶绿素b( Chlb)和类胡萝卜素(Car)含量及Chla/Chlb值有显著影响(P<0.05),对其余指标有极显著影响(P<0.01)。与对照相比,3个遮光处理组的单株根数、株高、主茎长和基径总体上显著下降,根长在轻度和中度遮光条件下略升高、在重度遮光条件下显著升高;3个遮光处理组的单株叶片数和叶长总体上显著下降,叶宽在轻度和中度遮光条件下略下降、在重度遮光条件下显著升高,叶厚在轻度遮光条件下显著升高、在中度遮光条件下略下降、在重度遮光条件下显著下降;3个遮光处理组的花柄长、花管长和花冠高显著升高,单株开花数在轻度遮光条件下略下降、在中度遮光条件下显著升高、在重度遮光条件下显著下降,花冠宽在轻度和中度遮光条件下略升高、在重度遮光条件下显著升高。与对照相比,3个遮光处理组的全株干质量和茎干质量分配比例均显著下降;根干质量分配比例和根冠比在轻度遮光条件下显著升高、在中度和重度遮光条件下略下降;地上部干质量分配比例在轻度遮光条件下显著下降、在中度和重度遮光条件下略升高;叶干质量分配比例在轻度和中度遮光条件下略下降、在重度遮光条件下略升高。在轻度和中度遮光条件下,叶片的Chla、Chlb和Car含量基本上显著高于对照,Chla/Chlb值分别略低于或显著低于对照;而在重度遮光条件下这4个指标均略高于对照。与对照相比,轻度和中度遮光条件下叶片的H2 O2含量和SOD活性略升高,MDA含量和总抗氧化能力略下降;总酚含量在轻度遮光条件下略下降、在中度遮光条件下略升高;重度遮光条件下这5个指标均显著升高。随着遮光程度的增强,川西柳叶菜的单株根数、株高、主茎长、基径和叶厚逐渐下降,而叶宽、全株干质量、叶干质量分配比例、H2 O2含量、SOD活性和总酚含量逐渐升高;其中,在中度遮光条件下,其单株开花数、花柄长、花管长、花冠高、花冠宽和花干质量分配比例最高。结果表明:在遮光条件下,川西柳叶菜可在形态、生长和生理上调整生长策略,完成发育过程;并且,中度遮光有利于其生殖分配,提高其观赏价值。  相似文献

在大田条件下研究了不同氮、磷用量对杂种小麦群体生长及产量的影响.结果表明,在试验供肥范围内 (N112.5~337.5 kg·hm-2,P2O5 90~270 kg·hm-2),杂种的群体总茎数(PS)、群体干物重(PDW)、叶面积指数(LAI)、光合势(PP)和作物生长率(CGR)均以低肥处理低.高肥处理的PS和PDW高于中肥处理,高肥处理的LAI、PP和CGR分别于挑旗、拔节和开花期之前高于中肥处理,之后低于中肥处理.在低、中肥处理下,杂种各生育时期PS的离中优势(Hm)为负值,高肥处理冬前期、拔节期、开花期和成熟期分别为6.3%、49.7%、4.2%和10.8%;LAI的Hm除灌浆期中肥处理比高肥处理高3.8%、PDW的Hm除成熟期中、高肥处理间差异不显著外,其余各时期两性状的优势值高肥处理均极显著高于中肥处理;PP和CGR的Hm均以低肥处理最低,分别于拔节至挑旗期和挑旗至开花期之前高肥处理高于中肥处理,之后中肥处理高于高肥处理.杂种的籽粒产量及其Hm均以低肥处理最低,中肥处理的产量比高肥处理高216.2 kg·hm-2;中肥与高肥处理之间产量的Hm差异不显著.  相似文献

Light quality has previously been shown to influence morphogenesis in lettuce cotyledon explants, with white or red light promoting adventitious shoot production, and blue light inhibiting it. Endogenous polyamine (PA) concentrations were compared between explants cultured under different light qualities. Explants cultured under white or red light accumulated PAs during shoot primordia production, with a 5.6-fold increase compared to initial concentrations under white light, and 6.7-fold increase under red light. These results suggest polyamines are involved in the formation of shoot primordia. After 18 days in culture PA concentrations decreased under white light, and to a lesser extent under red light, signaling a shift in polyamine metabolism that correlates with shoot expansion, which occurs more readily under white light. Explants cultured under blue light accumulated polyamines for the first 7 days, to a level 1.3 times greater than initial values, followed by a gradual decline during the remainder of the culture period. Explants cultured under blue light also contained a greater proportion of PCA-insoluble conjugated PAs, compared to explants under white or red light, which contained greater proportions of free or PCA-soluble conjugated polyamines. The ratio of putrescine to spermidine was also different with a lower Put:Spd ratio being associated with shoot production under white or red light, and higher Put:Spd ratio being associated with culture under blue light.  相似文献
