对我国泡桐属15 个植物种类作了叶绿体DNA 的RFLP 分析, 根据估算的相似系数, 用平均链锁聚类方法构建树状图, 结果可将研究材料分为南方泡桐组、毛泡桐组和白花泡桐组。种间相似系数多在0.70 以上, 说明各种类间亲缘关系较近, 尤其是台湾泡桐和海岛泡桐, 相似系数接近1.00。最后讨论了一些泡桐种类的分类问题。  相似文献

研究了9种泡桐叶片蛋白质的多态性,并根据其叶片蛋白质聚丙烯酰胺凝胶单向和双向电泳结果,将它们聚类为白花泡桐组[白花泡桐(Paulownia fortunei)和白花兰考泡桐(P. elongata f. alba)]、南方泡桐组[南方泡桐(P. australis)和成都泡桐(P. albiphloea var. chengtuensis)]和毛泡桐组[毛泡桐(P. tomentosa)、川泡桐(P. fargesii)、鄂川泡桐(P. albiphloea)、山明泡桐(P. lamprophylla)和兰考泡桐(P. elongata )]。该结果可为了解泡桐属植物的亲缘关系和种的鉴定提供参考依据。  相似文献

本文报道了毛泡桐,白花泡桐和兰考泡桐的体细胞染色体数目均为2n=40。这与已报道的紫葳科大多数木本植物染色体数目是一致的,而与玄参科的大部分届不同。结合形态特征,认为将泡桐属归于紫葳科可能是更为合理的。并对白花泡桐和兰考泡桐的核型进行了初步分析。  相似文献

利用 1 3个 1 0 mer的随机引物对中国泡桐属的 7个种进行了 RAPD分析 ,对扩增形成的谱带进行了对比 ,发现 7个种间存在较丰富的多态性带纹。经用 UPGMA法聚类结果说明可把研究的 7个种分成 2个类群。其中白花泡桐与川泡桐亲缘关系最近 ,二者与揪叶泡桐、南方泡桐、山明泡桐归为 1个类群。毛泡桐与兰考泡桐亲缘关系也较近 ,二者在系统演化上比较原始 ,归为 1个类群。  相似文献

本文分析了不同毛泡桐种子的发芽状况并对其进行了聚类分析.结果表明,光照处理有利于提高毛泡桐种子的发芽率和发芽势,室温贮藏不利于种子活力的保持,根据不同条件下毛泡桐种子发芽率和发芽势的差别,利用聚类方法将其划分为四组,该结果为泡桐引种培育新品种奠定了基础.  相似文献

Paulownia witches’ broom (PaWB) caused by a phytoplasma, has caused extensive losses in the yields of paulownia timber and resulted in significant economic losses. However, the molecular mechanisms in Paulownia that underlie the phytoplasma stress are poorly characterized. In this study, we use an Illumina platform to sequence four small RNA libraries and four degradome sequencing libraries derived from healthy, PaWB-infected, and PaWB-infected 15 mg·L−1 and 30 mg·L−1 methyl methane sulfonate (MMS)-treated plants. In total, 125 conserved and 118 novel microRNAs (miRNAs) were identified and 33 miRNAs responsive to PaWB disease were discovered. Furthermore, 166 target genes for 18 PaWB disease-related miRNAs were obtained, and found to be involved in plant-pathogen interaction and plant hormone signal transduction metabolic pathways. Eleven miRNAs and target genes responsive to PaWB disease were examined by a quantitative real-time PCR approach. Our findings will contribute to studies on miRNAs and their targets in Paulownia, and provide new insights to further understand plant-phytoplasma interactions.  相似文献

In 2005, rose plants (Rosa rugosa cv. ‘Plena’) exhibiting typical phytoplasma disease symptoms of stunting, yellowing, witches’‐broom and dieback were observed in Pingyin, Shandong Province, China. The disease, rose witches’‐broom (RoWB), is progressively destructive and can be graft‐transmitted. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR), sequencing of PCR products and electron microscopy were used to investigate the possible association of phytoplasma with RoWB. All results indicated that presence of phytoplasma in the symptomatic rose plants. Sequence alignment of 16S rRNA gene, tuf gene and rp gene confirmed that the phytoplasma associated with RoWB is the causal agent of Paulownia witches’‐broom disease, which might be transmitted from the paulownia tree that is several meters away. To our knowledge, this is the first report of the molecular characterization of phytoplasma infecting rose in China.  相似文献

从曾候乙墓分离到的16株菌,其中有11株为芽孢杆菌属类,4株微杆菌属,1林为黄色杆菌属。将16株细菌分别侵染6种木材,结果证明细菌降解对6种木材均有不同的韧性下降,个别木材出现腐烂病灶。2号菌降解后对泡桐、枣树、马尾松、香樟、刺槐和桑树分别下降8%,12%,10%,5%,10%和13%。3,5,6,7,8,9和16号菌对上述6种木材也有不同程度影响。而4,11,12,13,14和15号菌对6种木材的韧性下降影响不明显。但其渗透性大大提高了,因此也会影响木材的使用年限。采用杀菌、杀虫的石油气,乙醇等有机溶济,防治微生物降解产物对木材的浸蚀,均有较好的防菌、防认腐效果。  相似文献

in vitro including cotyledonary stage somatic embryos have the ability to grow photoautotrophically (without sugar in the culture medium), and that the low or negative net photosynthetic rate of plants in vitro is due not to poor photosynthetic ability, but to the low CO2 concentration in the air-tight culture vessel during the photoperiod. Furthermore, we have shown that the photoautotrophic growth of several woody plants in vitro can be significantly promoted by increasing the CO2 concentration and light intensity in the vessel, by decreasing the relative humidity in the vessel, and by using a fibrous or porous supporting material with high air porosity instead of gelling agents such as agar. In this paper, the advantages of photoautotrophic micropropagation in a conventional, small culture vessel with a microporous gas filter for enhancing natural ventilation and in a large culture vessel with a forced ventilation unit are described for woody plants such as acacia (Acacia mangium), coffee (Coffea arabusta), eucalyptus (Eucalyptus camaldlensis), mangosteen (Garcinia mangostana), neem (Azadirachta indica), paulownia (Paulownia fortunei), and pine (Pinus radiata). The wood of paulownia is strong and light. It is extensively employed in eastern Asia for building, furniture, musical instruments, chests, clogs and plywood. The potentiality of using paulownia wood in the aeronautical age for the manufacture of crating and boxing lumber for airplane express or freight shipment is highly appraised. The possibilities of employing paulownia wood in small boat building and for carving and the use of paulownia chips as bedding in dairy barns or as litter in chicken houses are excellent. The Chinese practice of administering parts of paulownias for the growth of hair and in other fields of medicine are reviewed. These practices await scientific investigation and evaluation.  相似文献
