Two new lignans, identified as 6,7-dihydroxy-4-(4′’-hydroxy-3′’-methoxyphenyl)-2-naphthoic acid, named Oleralignan C (1), and 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-6-hydroxy-7-methoxy-2-naphthoic acid, named Oleralignan D (2), were obtained from Portulaca oleracea L. The structures were determined by spectroscopic methods, including UHPLC-ESI-QTOFMS, 1D and 2D NMR. Both Oleralignan C (1) and Oleralignan D (2) inhibited the inflammatory factors, IL-1β and TNF-α in RAW 264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Both compounds also could clear 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) radicals indicating their antioxidant potential.  相似文献

Two new cycloartane-type triterpenoids, 3β-hydroxy-21-O-acetyl-24-methylenecycloartane (3) and 3β,21-dihydroxy-24,31-epoxy-24-methylenecycloartane (4), one new flavanone, 7-hydroxy-6,8-dimethoxyflavanone (5), two new natural products, 2-hydroxybenzyl benzoate (7) and 2-phenyl-2-acetoxyethyl benzoate (8), and ten known compounds, 3β-hydroxy-24-methylenecycloartane (1), 3β,21-dihydroxy-24-methylenecycloartane (2), desmosdumotin B (6), artabotrene (9), (?)-senepoxide (10), (+)-crotepoxide (11), (?)-1,6-desoxypipoxide (12), rotundol (13), cassipourol (14) and (+)-spathulenol (15) were isolated from the leaves of Dasymaschalon dasymaschalum. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and of the known compounds by comparison of their physical, UV, IR, 1H and 13C NMR data with those of published compounds. Antimycobacterial, antiplasmodial and cytotoxic activities of the isolates, except 8 and 10 were evaluated. Compounds 1, 4, 5, 11, 12 and 15 exhibited potent cytotoxic activities against human lung cancer cell lines (NCI-H187) with respective IC50 values of 4.67, 7.82, 1.85, 6.33, 3.07 and 6.68 μg/mL.  相似文献

The chemical composition of the Caribbean sponge Pandaros acanthifolium was investigated and led to the isolation of seven new steroidal glycosides namely pandarosides A-D (1, 3, 4 and 6) along with the three methyl esters of pandarosides A, C, and D (2, 5 and 7). Their structures were characterized as 3β-[β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranosyloxyuronic acid]-16-hydroxy-5α,14β-poriferast-16-ene-15,23-dione (1) and its methyl ester (2), 3β-[β-glucopyranosyloxyuronic acid]-16-hydroxy-5α,14β-poriferast-16-ene-15,23-dione (3), 3β-[β-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-glucopyranosyloxyuronic acid]-16-hydroxy-5α,14β-cholest-16-ene-15,23-dione (4) and its methyl ester (5), 3β-(β-glucopyranosyloxyuronic acid)-16-hydroxy-5α,14β-cholest-16-ene-15,23-dione (6) and its methyl ester (7) on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analyses, including 2D NMR and HRESIMS studies. Pandarosides A-D and their methyl esters (1-7) are all characterized by a rare 2-hydroxycyclopentenone D-ring with a 14β configuration. The absolute configuration of the aglycon part of pandaroside A (1) was assigned by comparison between experimental and TDDFT calculated circular dichroism spectra on the more stable conformer.  相似文献

Further investigation of the marine mangrove-derived fungal strain Penicillium sp. MA-37 led to the isolation of one new benzophenone, iso-monodictyphenone (1), two new diphenyl ether derivatives penikellides A (2) and B (3), and two known analogs monodictyphenone (4) and 6-[2-hydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)-4-methylphenoxy]-2-methoxy-3-(1-methoxy-3-methylbutyl)benzoic acid (5). The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including 1D- and 2D-NMR and mass spectrometry. The brine shrimp lethality and antibacterial activity against five aquaculture pathogens were evaluated.  相似文献

A new meroterpenoid, austalide H acid ethyl ester (1), 5-(2′,4′-dihydroxy-6′-methylphenyl)-3-methylfuran-2-carboxylic acid (2), 5-(2′-hydroxy-6′-methylphenyl)-3-methylfuran-2-carboxylic acid (3) and 5-((6′-methyl-4′-oxo-3′,4′-dihydro-2H-pyran-2′-yl)methyl)-3-methylfuran-2-carboxylic acid (4), along with six known compounds, austalides H, J, K, and P (58), questin (9) and sulochrin (10) were isolated from the lipophilic extract of the alga-derived fungi Penicillium thomii KMM 4645 and Penicillium lividum KMM 4663. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined based on spectroscopic methods. The austalides showed significant inhibitory activity against endo-1,3-β-d-Glucanase from a crystalline stalk of the marine mollusk Pseudocardium sachalinensis.  相似文献

The reference standards methyl 3-((2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)carbamoyl)benzoate (5a) and N-(2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)-3-methoxybenzamide (5c), and their corresponding desmethylated precursors 3-((2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)carbamoyl)benzoic acid (6a) and N-(2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)-3-hydroxybenzamide (6b), were synthesized from 5-amino-2,2-difluoro-1,3-benzodioxole and 3-substituted benzoic acids in 5 and 6 steps with 33% and 11%, 30% and 7% overall chemical yield, respectively. Carbon-11-labeled casein kinase 1 (CK1) inhibitors, [11C]methyl 3-((2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)carbamoyl)benzoate ([11C]5a) and N-(2,2-difluoro-5H-[1,3]dioxolo[4′,5′:4,5]benzo[1,2-d]imidazol-6-yl)-3-[11C]methoxybenzamide ([11C]5c), were prepared from their O-desmethylated precursor 6a or 6b with [11C]CH3OTf through O-[11C]methylation and isolated by HPLC combined with SPE in 40–45% radiochemical yield, based on [11C]CO2 and decay corrected to end of bombardment (EOB). The radiochemical purity was >99%, and the molar activity (MA) at EOB was 370–740?GBq/μmol with a total synthesis time of ~40-min from EOB.  相似文献

The reference standards methyl 4-(2-methyl-5-(methoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylate (10a), methyl 4-(2-methyl-5-(ethoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylate (10b) and corresponding precursors 4-(2-methyl-5-(methoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylic acid (11a), methyl 4-(2-methyl-5-(ethoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylic acid (11b) were synthesized from methyl crotonate and 3-amino-4-methylbenzoic acid in multiple steps with moderate to excellent yields. The target tracer [11C]methyl 4-(2-methyl-5-(methoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylate ([11C]10a) and [11C]methyl 4-(2-methyl-5-(ethoxycarbamoyl)phenylamino)-5-methylpyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazine-6-carboxylate ([11C]10b) were prepared from their corresponding precursors with [11C]CH3OTf under basic condition through O-[11C]methylation and isolated by a simplified solid-phase extraction (SPE) method in 50–60% radiochemical yields at end of bombardment (EOB) with 185–555 GBq/μmol specific activity at end of synthesis (EOS).  相似文献

Two new metabolites, identified as 6-phenylbenzofuran-4-ol, named olerabenzofuran (1), and 2-(furan-2-yl)− 6-hydroxy-1 H-inden-1-one, named oleraindenone (2), together with eight furan compounds obtained for the first time, (+)-pinoresinol (3), (-)-syringaresinol (4), (+)-diasyringaresinol (5), (+)-episyringaresinol (6), (2 S)− 1-[2-(furan-2-yl)− 2-oxoethyl]− 5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acid (7), methyl (2 S)− 1[2-(furan-2-yl)− 2-oxoethyl]− 5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxylate (8), drynaran (9), and 2-furoic acid (10), were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L., and spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR and UHPLC-ESI-QTOF/MS spectrometry techniques, were employed to determine their structures. It was suggested that both olerabenzofuran (1) and oleraindenone (2) could significantly inhibit inflammatory factor interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in RAW 264.7 cells induced by LPS.  相似文献

The chemical investigation of the Vietnamese lichen Ramalina farinacea (L.) Ach. led to the isolation and the structure elucidation of eight compounds (1–8), including one new depside, formulated as methyl homosekikate (1) and two new diphenyl ethers, 3-(2-carboxy-5-methoxy-3-propylphenoxy)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-propylbenzoic acid, namely ramalinic acid A (2), and 3-(2-carboxy-5-methoxy-3-propylphenoxy)-2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-6-pentylbenzoic acid, namely ramalinic acid B (3). Their chemical structures were unambiguously determined by analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and high resolution ESI mass spectroscopic data, as well as by comparison with literature data. We also proposed a possible biosynthetic route for the formation of the two new diphenyl ethers (2) and (3) via an enzymatically induced intramolecular Smiles rearrangement of the depsides sekikaic acid and homosekikaic acid, respectively.  相似文献

The fruit of Averrhoa carambola, commonly known as star fruit or carambola, is popular in Southeast Asia and China. Two new tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloids, (1R*,3S*)-1-(5-hydroxymethylfuran-2-yl)-3-carboxy-6-hydroxy-8-methoxyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (1) and (1S*,3S*)-1-methyl-3-carboxy-6-hydroxy-8-methyoxyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline (2), were isolated from the fruit, along with vanillic acid (3), ferulic acid (4), 8,9,10-trihydroxythymol (5), and arjunolic acid (6). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic method. Compounds 1, 2, and 5 showed weak ferric reducing antioxidant potency (FRAP) and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activity.  相似文献

Two structurally interesting new norlignans named 2-hydroxy-4-[4-hydroxyphenyl-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)]-3-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)tetrahydrofuran (1) (pouzolignan A), and 1,4-dihydroxy-3-[4-hydroxyphenyl-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzyl)]-2-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)butane (2) (pouzolignan B), were isolated from the EtOAc fraction of the methanol extract of Pouzolzia occidentalis. Compound 3, the methyl ether of 1, most likely an artifact, was also isolated. The overall structures and relative stereochemistry were elucidated largely by analysis of 1D and 2D NMR spectral data.  相似文献

Chemical investigations of the tropical marine sponge Hyrtios sp. have resulted in the isolation of a new alkaloid, 1-carboxy-6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-β-carboline (1) together with the known metabolites, 6-hydroxy-3,4-dihydro-1-oxo-β-carboline (2), 5-hydroxy-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester (3), serotonin (4), hyrtiosin A (5), 5-hydroxyindole-3-carbaldehyde (6), and hyrtiosin B (7). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of mass spectrometry and detailed 2D NMR spectroscopic data. Hyrtiosin B (7) displayed a potent inhibitory activity against isocitrate lyase (ICL) of Candida albicans with an IC50 value of 89.0 μM.  相似文献

Psydrax subcordata (DC) Bridson). Twenty-two compounds were isolated from the 70% EtOH–H2O extract of Pulsatilla cernua (Thunb.) Bercht. ex J. The phytochemical study of Piper pleiocarpum Chang ex Tseng led to the isolation of eighteen compounds (118), including ten lignanoids, galbelgin (1), (+) sesamin (2), denudatin A (3), hancinone (4), (7S,8S, 3′R)-Δ8'-3,3′,4-trimethoxy-3′,6′-dihydro-6′-oxo-7.0.4′,8.3′-lignan[(2S,3S,3aR)-2-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3,3a-dihydro-3a-methoxy-3-methyl-5-(2-propenyl)-6(2H))-benzofuranone] (5), (−)-(7R,8R)-machilin D (6), (1R,2R)-2-[2-methoxy-4-((E)-prop-1-enyl)phenoxy]-1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)propyl acetate (7), piperbonin A (8), machilin D (9), 4-methoxymachilin D (10), one amide alkaloid, Δα,β-dihydropiperine (11), six polyoxygenated cyclohexenes, ent-curcuminol F (12), uvaribonol E (13), ellipeiopsol A (14), 1S,2R,3R,4S-1-ethoxy-2-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]cyclohex-5-ene-2,3,4-triol, 3-acetate (15), (+)-crotepoxide (16), (+)-senediol (17), and one benzoate derivative, 2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate (18). Their structures were established by spectroscopic data and by comparison with the literature. All the compounds were firstly isolated from P. pleiocarpum, while ten compounds 67, 910, 1215, 1718 were isolated from the genus Piper and the family Piperaceae for the first time. The chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds was also discussed. The isolation of compounds 67, 910 may be used as chemotaxonomic markers for the genus of Piper.  相似文献

Phytochemical study on the fresh flower of Musa nana Lour. provided seventeen known compounds including two alkaloids, 3-(hydroxyacetyl)-indole (1), bi-indol-3-yl (2), two terpenoids, 5-[(1R)-1-hydroxy-2,6,6-trimethyl-4-oxo-2-cyclohexen-1-yl]-3-methyl-, (2Z, 4E) −2, 4-pentadienoic acid (Valdes), 5, 6(S), 7, 7a(R)-tetrahydro-6-hydroxy-4,4-dimethyl-2(4H)-benzofuranone (4), seven phenols (511), three phenylphenalenones, 2-hydroxy-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-phenalen-1-one (12), 2-methoxy-9-phenyl-1H-phenalen-1-one (13), 2-methoxy-9-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-phenalen-1-one (14), and three lipids (1517). In the present study, all the compounds were isolated for the first time from the species M. nana. Ten compounds including 1-8 and 15-16 have never been previously encountered in the Musaceae family. Furthermore, the chemotaxonomic significance of these isolates was also discussed.  相似文献

Two new dianthramide glucosides, N-(2′-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5′-hydroxysalicyl)-4-hydroxy-3-methoxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (1) and N-(2′-β-d-glucopyranosyl-5′-hydroxysalicyl)-4-hydroxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (2), together with five known glycosides, were isolated from the lateral roots of Aconitum carmichaelii. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses. In the in vitro assays, compounds 1 and 2 showed activity against pentobarbital sodium-induced cardiomyocytes damage by recovering beating rhythm and increasing the cell viability.  相似文献
