Phenolic glycosides from Phagnalon rupestre   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Analysis of the butanol-soluble fraction from the methanolic extract of the aerial parts of Phagnalon rupestre (Asteraceae) has led to the isolation of seven phenolic compounds. Three have been identified on the basis of their NMR spectra as new natural compounds: the lignan 7,7'-bis-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-8,8'-dihydroxymethyl-tetrahydrofuran-4-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1), the prenylhydroquinone glycoside 1-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-1,4-dihydroxy-2-(3'-hydroxy-3'-methylbutyl) benzene (2) and the acetophenone glycoside 12-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-9beta,12-dihydroxytremetone (3). The known flavonoids apigenin-7-O-beta-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-beta-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-beta-glucuronide and the acetophenone picein were also isolated.  相似文献

A new acylated flavone glucoside, 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-protocatechuoyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (1), and a new phenol glucoside, 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from Veronica thymoides subsp. pseudocinerea together with seven known flavone, phenol and lignan glycosides; 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-trans-feruloyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (2), 3'-hydroxy, 6-O-methylscutellarein 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3), luteolin 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), isoscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-beta-allopyranosyl (1' --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (5), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 8-O-beta-glucopyranoside (7), benzyl alcohol 7-O-beta-xylopyranosyl (1" --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (8), and (+)-syringaresinol 4'-O-beta-glucopyranoside (9). Compounds 2, 3 and 7-9 were reported for the first time in the genus Veronica. The structures of the isolates were determined by means of spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, HR ESI-MS) methods. Isolated compounds (1-7) exhibited potent radical scavenging activity against the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical.  相似文献

Two isoflavanones (5,7-dihydroxy-2',3',4'-trimethoxy-isoflavanone and 5,7-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxy-isoflavanone), four isoflavanone O-glycosides (5,7-dihydroxy-2',3',4'-trimethoxy-isoflavanone 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, 5,7-dihydroxy-2'-methoxy-3',4'-methylenedioxy-isoflavanone 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, 5,7-dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxy-isoflavanone 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, and 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-2',3'-dimethoxy-isoflavanone 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside), and a coumaronochromone (3,5,7,4'-tetrahydroxy-coumaronochromone), along with 25 known compounds, were isolated from the aerial parts of Desmodium styracifolium. From the leaves of Phlomis aurea, two new iridoids of unique structures named 3-epiphlomurin (1) and phlomurin (2), a new megastigmane glucoside phlomuroside (3) and a new benzyl alcohol glycoside having the structure benzyl alcohol-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (4) have been isolated together with four known iridoids auroside, lamiide, 8-epiloganin and ipolamiide, two known phenolic glycosides acteoside (verbascoside) and syringin, one known phenylethanoid glycoside 2-phenylethyl-O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, one known lignan liriodendrin and three known flavonoids chrysoeriol-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside, acacetin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside and luteolin-7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. The structures of the isolated compounds were verified by means of mass spectrometry (MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectral analyses.  相似文献

Nine triterpene saponins (1-9) were isolated from leaves and stems of Silphium radula Nutt. (Asteraceae). Their structures were determined by extensive 1D ((13)C, (1)H, DEPT, TOCSY) and 2D NMR (NOESY, HSQC, HMBC) and ESI-MS studies. The compounds were identified as 3beta,6beta,16beta-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23-al-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1), urs-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta-triol-3-O-beta-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (2), 3beta,6beta,16beta-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23-oic acid-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3), urs-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (5), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta,23-pentaol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta-triol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (7), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,23-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (8), 3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-23-al-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (9). The presence of a 6beta-hydroxyl function was not common in the oleanene or ursene class and the aglycones of these compounds were not found previously in the literature. Moreover, the cytotoxic activities of the isolated compounds were tested against human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Results showed that compound 2 decreased cell proliferation in a statistically significant manner at 25 microg/ml.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Solenostemma argel, two monoterpene glucosides have been isolated and identified as 6,7-dihydroxy-dihydrolinalool 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside and 6,7-dihydroxy-dihydrolinalool 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. A pregnane glucoside was also isolated and assigned as pregn-5-ene-3,14-beta-dihydroxy-7,20-dione 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside together with the known compounds benzyl alcohol O-beta-apiofuranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-glucopyranoside, 2-phenylethyl O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-glucopyranoside, astragalin and kaempferol-3-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside.  相似文献

In a chemical investigation of the water soluble compounds in Paederota lutea eight known iridoids were isolated together with a new one with a 8,9-double bond, namely paederotoside (10-O-benzoyl-6'-O-alpha-arabino(1-->6)-beta-glucopyranosyl arborescosidic acid) and the 6-hydroxy-flavone glucoside 4'-O-methylscutellarein 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside. The known iridoid glucosides were 8-epiloganic acid, gardoside, aucubin, catalpol and the 6-O-esters of catalpol: veronicoside, catalposide, amphicoside and verproside. The compounds isolated show that Paederota has a glycoside content almost identical to that of a general Veronica species, and this is in good agreement with the results from recent investigations of the phylogeny of Veronica and its closest relatives, where Paederota is placed as a sister-group next to Veronica. In an analysis of the iridoid glucosides from some of these relatives, it is shown that Veronica, Paederota, Picrorhiza and Veronicastrum are all characterized by containing 6-O-esters of catalpol. Some less closely related taxa namely: Lagotis, Wulfenia, Plantago, Aragoa and Globularia instead contain 10-O-esters of catalpol or aucubin.  相似文献

From the aerial parts of Chrozophora obliqua, two phenylpropanoid glucosides: 4-O-methyl guaiacylglycerol 9-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1) and 4-O-methyl guaiacylglycerol 8-O-beta-glucopyranoside (2) together with syringin, benzyl alcohol glucoside, isorhamnetin-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside-7-O-alpha-rhamnopyranoside and quercetin-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside-7-O-alpha-rhamnopyranoside have been isolated. 采用柱色谱技术从红背山麻杆叶子的60%乙醇提取物中分离得到4个黄酮苷和2个其他类化合物.根据理化性质及波谱方法分别鉴定为:芹菜素-6-C-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、芹菜素-7-O-芸香糖苷(2)、芹菜素-7-O-β-(2″-O-α-鼠李糖基)葡萄糖醛酸苷(3)、木犀草素-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、β-胡萝卜苷(6).以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1~4为首次从山麻杆属中分离得到的黄酮苷.  相似文献

From the roots of Crepis conyzifolia, two new and two known guaianolides were isolated together with three known phenylpropanoids. Structures of the new compounds were established as 8beta-hydroxy-4beta, 15-dihydrozaluzanin C and 4beta, 15, 11beta, 13-tetrahydrozaluzanin C-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside by spectral methods. From the aerial parts of Origanum syriacum, three new monoterpene glucosides thymoquinol 2,5-O-beta-diglucopyranoside (3), carvacrol 2-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (4) and p-menth-1-ene-3,4-diol 4-O-beta-glucopyranoside (5) together with two known monoterpene glucosides thymoquinol 2-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1), thymoquinol 5-O-beta-glucopyranoside (2) have been isolated. Bioassay-guided fractionation of EtOH extract of the roots of Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl. resulted in the isolation of three new iridoid glycosides, i.e., 6'-O-caffeoylharpagide (1), 6'-O-feruloylharpagide (2), and 6'-O-beta-glucopyranosylharpagoside (3), and five new aromatic glycosides, i.e., 2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), phenyl O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (5), 3-methylphenyl O-beta-xylopyranosyl-(1-->6)-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6), 6-O-cinnamoyl beta-fructofuranosyl-(2-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranosyl-(6-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranoside (7), and 6-O-feruloyl beta-fructofuranosyl-(2-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranosyl-(6-->1)-O-alpha-glucopyranoside (8), together with four known compounds, i.e., 6'-O-alpha-D-galactopyranosyl harpagoside (9), 6'-O-(p-coumaroyl) harpagide (10), harpagoside (11), and angoroside C (12). Activity of the isolated compounds on [Ca2+](i) increase induced by KCl was evaluated on rat cardiac myocytes using confocal laser scanning microscopy. Iridoid glycosides 1, 10, and 11, and aromatic glycosides 5 and 6 significantly inhibited the increase of [Ca2+](i) induced by KCl at 100 microM.  相似文献

对广西传统的抗菌消炎药用植物苦玄参进行了化学成分研究,采用柱色谱进行分离纯化,运用波谱法进行了结构解析,共鉴定得到7个化合物。它们分别为:芹菜素(1)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖酸(2)、芹菜素-7-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酸(3)、迷迭香酸(4)、苦玄参苷Ⅳ(5)、苦玄参苷Ⅹ(6)、阿克替苷(7)。其中化合物2、3、4为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Flavanol-anthocyanin complexes were isolated by successive use of Amberlite XAD-7 chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration and preparative HPLC from acidified, methanolic extract of strawberries (Fragaria ananassa Dutch.). These purple minor pigments were characterized by UV-Vis spectroscopy, 1D and 2D NMR techniques, and electrospray mass spectrometry to be catechin(4alpha --> 8)pelargonidin 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1), epicatechin(4alpha --> 8)pelargonidin 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (2), afzelechin(4alpha --> 8)pelargonidin 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3) and epiafzelechin(4alpha --> 8)pelargonidin 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4). The stereochemistry at the 3- and 4-positions of the flavan-3-ol units was based on assumption of R-configuration at C-2. Each of the four pigments occurred in the NMR solvent as a pair of rotamers. Proved by cross-peaks in the 1H-1H NOESY NMR spectra of 1, 2 and 4, the two conformations within each rotameric pair were in equilibrium with each other. Even though 1 and 2 are based on a different aglycone, their structures may be similar to tentatively identified pigments, which have been assumed to contribute to the colour of red wines.  相似文献

Two nitrile glucosides (1S,3S,4S,5R)-4-benzoyloxy-2-cyanomethylene-3,5-dihydroxycyclohexyl-1-O-beta-glucopyranoside (campyloside A) and (1S,3S,4S,5R)-5-benzoyloxy-2-cyanomethylene-3-hydroxy-4-(2-pyrrolcarboxyloxy)cyclohexyl-1-O-beta-glucopyranoside (campyloside B) were isolated from the stem roots of Campylospermum glaucum, whereas serotobenine was isolated from Ouratea turnarea. The structure elucidations were based on spectroscopic evidence. The biological assays of compounds and crude extract of plant species showed good antimicrobial activity of crude extracts against Gram-positive cocci.  相似文献

From the aerial part of Acanthus ilicifolius, two lignan glucosides, (+)-lyoniresinol 3a-[2-(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy)-benzoyl]-O-beta-glucopyranoside, and dihydroxymethyl-bis(3,5-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) tetrahydrofuran-9(or 9')-O-beta-glucopyranoside have been isolated, together with eight known compounds. A phytochemical investigation of Tragopogon orientalis L. (Asteraceae, Cichorieae) yielded the natural products 6'-O-(7,8-dihydrocaffeoyl)-alpha,beta-dihydrorhaponticin, 3'-O-methyl-alpha,beta-dihydrorhaponticin, and (S)-3-(4-beta-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl)-7-hydroxy-5-methoxyphtalide as well as known compounds alpha,beta-dihydrorhaponticin, 3-(4-methoxybenzyl)-5,7-dimethoxyphthalide, p-dihydrocoumaric acid methyl ester, and 1-hydroxypinoresinol-1-O-beta-glucopyranoside. The structures were established by HR mass spectrometry, extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy, and CD spectroscopy. Moreover, the radical scavenging activities of the major compounds were measured using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assay. The chemosystematic impact of the occurrence of stilbene derivatives in T. orientalis is discussed.  相似文献

From the fruits of Trichosanthes tricuspidata, 14 cucurbitane glycosides (khekadaengosides A-J, M-N, cucurbitacin J 2-O-beta-glucopyranoside and cucurbitacin K 2-O-beta-glucopyranoside), a hexanorcucurbitane glucoside (khekadaengoside K) and octanorcucurbitane (khekadaengoside L) were isolated along with two known cucurbitane glucosides (cucurbitacin 2-O-beta-glucopyranoside and 25-O-acetyl-cucurbitacin 2-O-beta-glucopyranoside). A new flavanone glycoside, naringenin-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, and a new flavonol glycoside, 6-hydroxykaempferol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside were isolated together with 12 known compounds, 5 flavone glycoside; hispidulin-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, apigenin-7-O-β-d-methylglucuronopyranoside, hispidulin-7-O-β-d-methylglucuronopyranoside, hispidulin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, apigenin-7-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, a flavonol; kaempferol, two flavone; apigenin, and luteolin, a flavanone glycoside; eriodictyol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, and three phenol glycoside; arbutin, salidroside, and 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside from Centaurea urvillei subsp. urvillei. The structure elucidation of the new compounds was achieved by a combination of one- (1H and 13C) and two-dimensional NMR techniques (G-COSY, G-HMQC, and G-HMBC) and LC-ESI-MS. The isolated compounds were tested for their antiproteasomal activity. The results indicated that kaempferol, a well known and widely distributed flavonoid in the plant kingdom, was the most active antiproteasomal agent, followed by apigenin, eriodictyol-7-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside, 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, and salidroside, respectively.  相似文献
