为探究银杏(Ginkgo biloba)叶萜类内酯含量和光合同化作用的关系,对其内酯含量和叶绿素荧光特性进行了研究。结果表明,不同采收时间银杏叶中白果内酯和银杏内酯含量有显著差异,总体上,5月份含量较低,此后逐渐升高,8月份达到高峰,然后快速下降,10月底最低;与此同时,银杏叶片的光合色素以及叶绿素荧光参数也呈现周期性变化。白果内酯以及萜内酯含量与叶绿素荧光参数Y(NPQ)之间呈极显著正相关关系,因此,可以通过银杏叶片的叶绿素荧光参数预测白果内酯和萜内酯含量。  相似文献

为探究秋季枫叶呈色的关键生理因素,该文以转色期叶色为绿色、黄色和红色的枫香单株为试材,研究了L*、a*、b*值变化与叶片色素、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白质含量变化的相关性。结果表明:(1)在变色期,3种色彩枫香叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素均大量降解,花色素苷不同程度积累。(2)绿色叶单株叶绿素和类胡萝卜素始终保持较高含量,花色素苷含量上升4.2倍,叶片内色素含量比值始终保持稳定; 黄色叶单株叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量最低,花色素苷含量上升4.4倍,b*值与叶绿素含量极显著负相关,与类胡萝卜素含量显著负相关,与花色素苷/类胡萝卜素含量比值极显著正相关; 红色叶单株叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量略高于黄色叶单株,花色素苷含量上升27.2倍,a*值与叶绿素含量、类胡萝卜素含量极显著负相关,与花色素苷含量显著正相关,与色素含量比值无显著相关性。(3)红色叶单株具有较高的可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量。因此,在枫香叶片变色期,保持较高的叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量,维持色素含量比值稳定使叶片呈现绿色; 叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的大量降解,以及花色素苷/类胡萝卜素含量比值的升高使叶片呈现黄色; 叶绿素的降解和花色素苷的大量合成使叶片呈现红色。  相似文献

The physiological behaviour of Arthrospira (Spirulina) maxima during acclimation to sudden changes in irradiance from high (HL) to low light (LL) and vice versa was studied by following parameters concerning growth rate, pigment, carbohydrate and protein cell contents. Applying first order kinetics, the specific acclimation rates for the parameters considered were calculated. During HL to LL shift, pigments increased to compensate for a reduction in growth irradiance in order to maintain relatively high growth rates, whereas carbohydrates decreased at the highest rate. The synthesis of phycobiliproteins proceeded at a rate similar or little higher than that of chlorophyll a, indicating their importance in the light harvesting at low irradiance. During LL to HL shift, carbohydrate biosynthesis was increased, whereas pigment and protein cell contents decreased. The kinetic analysis suggested that the pigment decrease could be accounted for both by dilution through growth and in vivo degradation. During this transition, the initially high cell pigment content gave rise to a very heavy carbohydrate synthesis, which for a short time, after the shift to HL conditions, overshot the final steady-state. In the same period the specific growth rate also increased notably, overshooting the μmax. The acclimation rates of the measured parameters were faster during LL to HL transition then during the reverse. The physiological response of A. maxima during the acclimation to sudden irradiance shifts points out the ability of this cyanobacterium to alter light harvesting and highlights again the key role of carbohydrates when the cells underwent an energy crisis during down-shift. Morphological and functional characteristics of Plantago media L. leaves were compared for plants growing at different light regimes on limestone outcrops in Southern Timan (62°45′N, 55°49′E). The plants grown in open areas under exposure to full sunlight had small leaves with low pigment content and high specific leaf weight; these leaves exhibited high photosynthetic capacity and elevated water use efficiency at high irradiance. The maximum photochemical activity of photosystem II (F v/F m) in leaves of sun plants remained at the level of about 0.8 throughout the day. The photosynthetic apparatus of sun plants was resistant to excess photosynthetically active radiation, mostly due to non-photochemical quenching of chlorophyll fluorescence (qN). This quenching was promoted by elevated deepoxiation of violaxanthin cycle pigments. Accumulation of zeaxanthin, a photoprotective pigment in sun plant leaves was observed already in the morning hours. The plant leaves grown in the shade of dense herbage were significantly larger than the sun leaves, with pigment content 1.5–2.0 times greater than in sun leaves; these leaves had low qN values and did not need extensive deepoxidation of violaxanthin cycle pigments. The data reveal the morphophysiological plasticity of plantain plants in relation to lighting regime. Environmental conditions can facilitate the formation of the ecotype with photosynthetic apparatus resistant to photoinhibition. Owing to this adjustment, hoary plantain plants are capable of surviving in ecotopes with high insolation.  相似文献

Summary Using the two-wavelength chlorophyll fluorometer the fluorescence induction kinetics (Kautsky effect) were measured simultaneously in the 690 nm and 730 nm region for ten common tree species during the greening period (April to July). The chlorophyll-fluorescence ratio F690/F730 (i.e. ratio of fluorescence intensity at the two maxima near 690 and 730 nm) was calculated from the laser-induced induction kinetics (He/Ne-laser 632.8 nm) at the fluorescence maximum and the steady state. The ratio F690/F730 decreases with increasing chlorophyll content of developing leaves. Its dependence on the chlorophyll content can be fairly well expressed by a power function which has a general validity for leaves, pigment extracts and chloroplast suspensions. The ratio F690/F730 is somewhat higher at maximum (fm) than at steady-state fluorescence (fs), but there is a very good correlation between both values. The ratio F690/F730 is a good indicator of the chlorophyll content and can be used as a non-destructive measure of the chlorophyll content of leaves. It also appears to be a suitable fluorescence parameter in the future remote sensing of the physiological state of the vegetation by laser-equipped airborne systems.  相似文献

为了探究生长素吲哚乙酸(IAA)对产毒铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)的影响, 从生长、光合色素含量、叶绿素光诱导荧光特征、脂质氧化和微囊藻毒素合成特性等方面, 研究了IAA对M. aeruginosa CHAB6301生理生化及产毒的影响。结果表明, 在低浓度IAA(0.04和0.2 mg/L)条件下, 铜绿微囊藻生长、叶绿素含量、光合系统(PSⅡ)电子传递效率及藻毒素含量均无明显变化, 藻蓝蛋白、别藻蓝蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量均低于对照。高浓度IAA(1和5 mg/L)能够促进细胞生长, 提高叶绿素含量, 但是抑制藻蓝蛋白和别藻蓝蛋白含量, 降低膜脂过氧化程度和细胞内藻毒素合成。综合各指标测定结果, 低浓度IAA对M. aeruginosa CHAB6301生长和光合作用影响不明显, 而高浓度IAA可促进藻细胞生长和光合作用, 增加微囊藻水华形成几率。  相似文献

以谷子(Setaria italica(L)Beauv.)为对象,从拔节期开始持续给予低氮(1.875 mmol/L)和高氮(15 mmol/L)两种氮供应条件并从抽穗期开始进行26 d两种强度(4.29、7.12 kJ·m-2·d-1)的增强UV-B辐射处理,研究了谷子叶中光合色素含量、类黄酮含量和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的变化.结果表明:与高氮供应条件相比,低氮供应条件明显降低了谷子叶中光合色素含量但提高了类胡萝卜素/叶绿素含量比值;在开花期中段和灌浆期中段,高氮供应条件下谷子叶中光合色素含量对增强UV-B辐射比低氮供应条件下的谷子更敏感.从灌浆期开始到处理结束,两种影响因子对谷子叶中类黄酮含量均有显著影响,增强UV-B辐射导致谷子叶中类黄酮含量逐渐升高,且相同增强UV-B辐射强度下低氮供应条件下的谷子叶中类黄酮含量明显高于高氮供应条件下的谷子.谷子叶中PAL活性对两种影响因子的响应较类黄酮含量更加敏感,低氮供应条件使谷子叶中PAL活性明显提高.结合上述指标的相关性分析结果可知,低氮供应条件加强了处于繁殖期主要阶段的谷子叶中类黄酮的积累,并使谷子叶中的类胡萝卜素/叶绿素含量比值明显提高,进而有助于维持谷子叶中光合色素含量在增强UV-B辐射条件下的相对稳定性,对植株抵抗UV-B辐射伤害有利.  相似文献

通过气体交换、叶绿素荧光、反射光谱和显微技术等研究了叶片发育与花青素强光诱导的关系及其对激发能分配的影响。结果表明,遮荫导致紫罗勒叶片变薄,花青素含量显著降低。当弱光下生长的植株转入强光后,转光前发育成熟的叶片花青素含量很低,而此后强光下发育成熟的叶片花青素含量高。转强光后,弱光下发育成熟的叶片光合速率低、光抑制严重,且天线耗散增强;强光下发育成熟的叶片净光合速率高,光抑制程度轻,天线耗散低。因此,我们认为叶片发育影响紫罗勒花青素合成的强光诱导,而转强光后花青素的诱导差异进一步改变了光合作用过程中的激发能分配。  相似文献

Concentrations of total algal biomass and of particular algal species were monitored and compared with the pigment contents (chlorophyll a and phycocyanin) and photosynthetic rate of the algal populations. The specific photosynthetic rate (micrograms of C fixed per microgram of chlorophyll a per hour) was a good measure of the physiological state of the algae because this quantity increased just before each population increase and decreased before algal densities diminished. Since the quantity of light in the epilimnion which was available for photosynthesis by algal cells decreased in summer when the high algal densities attenuated incoming radiation, we investigated the possibility that the organisms would utilize lower light intensities more efficiently by increasing their pigment contents. Although some evidence of enhanced utilization of low light levels was found in the period from July to October, this result was not due to increasing chlorophyll and phycocyanin contents. There was a decrease in the phycocyanin content of the algae during this period, perhaps related to the availability of inorganic nitrogen.  相似文献

在自然环境中,以烟草栽培品种K326为材料,通过覆盖不同透明薄膜滤减UV—B辐射,研究100%(CK)、75%(T1)、50%(T2)、35%(T3)UV—B辐射透过率处理下,不同强度UV—B辐射对烟草光合色素含量的影响。结果表明:烤烟三类光合色素对UV—B辐射有不同响应。类胡萝卜素对UV—B辐射响应较敏感。成熟初期,类胡萝卜素含量与UV—B辐射强度变化具有较好的正相关性,而chl a和chl b含量基本与UV—B辐射强度呈反向变化关系。成熟后期,由于UV—B辐射累积效应,光合色素含量变化没有明显规律。现蕾期至成熟采烤烟初期,chl a:chl b与UV—B辐射的反向变化关系较明显,后期则无明显规律,其含量的下降与UV—B辐射的累积效应有关。  相似文献

Chlorophyllase and peroxidase activities were measured in relation to seed maturation and degreening in canola ( Brassica napus cvs Westar and Alto) and mustard ( Brassica juncea cvs Cutlass and Lethbridge 22A). Samples of seed collected at the same moisture content were pooled, then divided and used for each assay. During maturation the green pigment (chlorophyll and related pigments) content of canola seed decreased linearly and was lower than that measured in mustard at all moisture contents studied, except for the highest and lowest moisture contents. Chlorophyllides and pheophorbides were detected in canola and were essentially absent in mustard. This difference in accumulation of dephytylated pigments infers differences in the pigment degradation pathways in Brassica species. Interspecific differences in the enzymology of degreening were found. Green pigment degradation was associated with increased chlorophyllase activity and low peroxidase activity in canola and low Chlorophyllase and high perosidase activity in mustard. The possible role of ethylene in seed degreening is discussed.  相似文献

Iron deficiency changed markedly the shape of the leaf chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics during a dark-light transition, the so-called Kautsky effect. Changes in chlorophyll fluorescence lifetime and yield were observed, increasing largely the minimal and the intermediate chlorophyll fluorescence levels, with a marked dip between the intermediate and the maximum levels and loss of the secondary peak after the maximum. During the slow changes, the lifetime-yield relationship was found to be linear and curvilinear (towards positive lifetime values) in control and Fe-deficient leaves, respectively. These results suggested that part of the Photosystem II antenna in Fe-deficient leaves emits fluorescence with a long lifetime. In dark-adapted Fe-deficient leaves, measurements in the picosecond-nanosecond time domain confirmed the presence of a 3.3-ns component, contributing to 15% of the total fluorescence. Computer simulations revealed that upon illumination such contribution is also present and remains constant, indicating that energy transfer is partially interrupted in Fe-deficient leaves. Photosystem II-enriched membrane fractions containing different pigment-protein complexes were isolated from control and Fe-deficient leaves and characterized spectrophotometrically. The photosynthetic pigment composition of the fractions was also determined. Data revealed the presence of a novel pigment-protein complex induced by Fe deficiency and an enrichment of internal relative to peripheral antenna complexes. The data suggest a partial disconnection between internal Photosystem II antenna complexes and the reaction center, which could lead to an underestimation of the Photosystem II efficiency in dark-adapted, low chlorophyll Fe-deficient leaves, using chlorophyll fluorescence. Prompt chlorophyll a fluorescence kinetics at room temperature were measured from intact spruce needles. The fluorescence signal was recorded after varying light pretreatments. During the winter, induction curves showed characteristic changes in both the initial peak of fluorescence FV/FP (FP-FO/FP) and the steady state level Fdr (FP-FT/FP). Winter stress induced decreases in both values which showed close correlation to the light and temperature pre-history of the plants. In February changes in fluorescence induction indicative of a restoration of photosynthesis were detected and these corresponded to a rise of temperature above zero in combination with low light levels. In March increasing light intensity combined with chilling temperatures induced again decreases of both values of chlorophyll fluorescence induction suggesting the occurrence of photoinhibition.  相似文献

Leaf morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of Robinia pseudoacacia L. seedlings were studied under different stress conditions. The plants were subjected to drought and shade stress for one month. Leaf inclination, chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll content were measured at the first day (short-term stress) and at the end of the stress period (long-term stress) and in the recovery period. Leaf inclination was affected mainly by light; a low level of irradiance caused leaves to be arranged horizontally. Diurnal rhythmicity was lost after the long-term stress, but resumed, in part, in the recovery period. Drought stress caused leaves to tilt more obviously and decreased damage to the photosystem. Sun avoiding movement in a single leaf and sun tracking movement in the whole plant coexisted. Significant physiological changes occurred under different conditions of light. Increased energy dissipation and light capture were the main responses to high and low level of irradiance, respectively, and these were reflected by changes of chlorophyll fluorescence and chlorophyll content. Phenotypic plasticity in the leaflet enhanced the protective response to stress. These adaptive mechanisms may explain better survival of R. pseudoacacia seedlings in the understory, especially during the drought periods, and made it to be the preponderant reforestation species in Shandong Province of China.  相似文献

以铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)(‘TP35’)经自然突变的白绿杂色突变体(‘TP-MA’)和太空诱变的绿黄杂色突变体(‘TP-MG’)为材料,研究不同光照强度(0、50、100μmol·m^-2·s^-1)处理后,植株叶片的叶绿体超微结构、光合色素含量以及叶绿素荧光动力学参数的变化规律,并阐明叶色突变体与正常植株光合特性的差异。结果显示,‘TP-MA’和‘TP-MG’的叶绿体形态均发生了一定程度的缺失,且叶绿体分布不均匀、无规则,基粒片层结构不完整且排列疏松,基本与其表型性状相一致。‘TP-MA’光合色素的含量和叶绿素荧光参数F v/F m、ΦPSⅡ及F v′/F m′等显著低于‘TP35’,但非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ和q P)则相对较高;‘TP-MG’的光合色素含量及叶绿素荧光参数均低于‘TP35’,但差异不显著,且对较强的光照(100μmol·m^-2·s^-1)条件具有一定的适应性。研究结果表明不同光强处理后,铁皮石斛叶色突变体的叶绿体结构和光合生理指标均发生了不同程度的变化,且对植株的叶绿素含量及荧光参数产生一定影响,过低和过高的光照强度均不利于植株的正常生长。  相似文献

During the first 8–12 days of cultivation in a nutrient solution containing IAA, inositol and kinetin freshly isolated carrot root explants develop into a chlorophyllous and photosynthetically active tissue culture. Electron microscopy, low temperature pigment absorption spectra and fluorescence induction profile recording as well as the determination of the activity of some enzymes (ribulosebisphosphate carboxylase, phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase) and CO2-fixation experiments were carried out. Based on the results, a sequence of developmental stages of the photosynthetic system will be proposed. During the autotropic period from about the 20th day of culture onward the light reaction system of these tissue cultures is quite comparable to that of carrot leaves; however, some differences in the CO2-fixation mechanism were observed.  相似文献

在三月红荔枝(Litchi chinensis cv.Sanyuehong)果实膨大期对树冠喷施0.2%磷酸二氢钾(KP)水溶液,以探讨磷酸二氢钾对荔枝果实贮藏性的影响。结果表明:(1) KP处理的果实在贮藏期前17d,失重率及果肉可溶性固形物、酸、VitC、花色素苷等指标的变化趋势与对照基本相似;(2) KP处理的果肉可溶性蛋白质含量变化与对照有明显差异,而果皮的可溶性蛋白质含量在贮藏期前10d变化动态与对照一致,此后呈相反的变化趋势;(3)果皮POD活性显著高于果肉,KP处理和对照的果肉POD活性在贮藏第3d后、果皮POD活性在第17d前分别具有相似变化趋势;(4)果肉中CAT活性在贮藏第3~17d期间都显著或极显著高于果皮,KP处理和对照果肉、果皮CAT活性动态变化均为单峰曲线。  相似文献

This work aimed to study the effects of commercial doses of the fungicide, Mancozeb, on the photosynthetic apparatus of lettuce young leaves (YL) and expanded leaves (EL). Seven days after Mancozeb application, chlorophyll a fluorescence, pigment contents, lipid peroxidation, and proline content were evaluated. Independently of leaf age, Mancozeb treatment reduced the efficiency of photosystem II photochemistry, increased the nonphotochemical quenching and proline content, decreased pigment contents, and induced lipid peroxidation. Moreover, EL showed a more stable photosynthetic apparatus, less prone to oxidative damages compared with YL. The parameters measured proved to be good markers for the rapid and preliminary diagnosis of fungicide toxicity.  相似文献

Absorption and fluorescence excitation spectra were measuredfor batch cultures of five species of marine phytoplankton grownunder high and low light. These spectra were examined for propertiescharacteristic of taxonomic position and of photoadaptive response.While regions of absorption and excitation of chlorophyll afluorescence diagnostic of pigment composition were identifiable,photoadaptive response had greater influence on spectral variability.Although reduced growth irradiance caused changes in both theabsorption and fluorescence excitation spectra, the fluorescenceexcitation spectrum appears to be more sensitive to alterationsin the ambient light field for growth than does the absorptionspectrum. For a single species. the fluorescence excitationspectrum for a sample grown at low irradiance showed greaterstructure than that for the sample grown at a high irradiance.Under low light conditions, the excitation of chlorophyll afluorescence by accessory pigments increased relative to theexcitation by chlorophyll a itself The highest fluorescenceyields occur in the blue-green region of the spectrum, correspondingto bands of peak absorption by the accessory pigments. Changesin absorption spectra are less marked, but two features recur.First. in the blue-green region of the spectrum from -500–560nm. absorption is enhanced in the low-light cells relative tothat of the high-light cells. Second, the ratio of absorptionat 435 nm to that at 676 nm was greater for the high-light cells.Correlating changes in pigment concentrations were observed.The influence of photoadaptation on the properties of fluorescenceexcitation spectra is as great or greater than the influenceof pigment complements characteristic of specific algal taxa.  相似文献
