The role of macrophages has been studied in in vitro cytolytic T lymphocytes- (CTL) mediated responses directed against the FMR cell-surface antigens induced by C type viruses. Macrophages, defined as Thy 1.2-negative, Ia-positive, adherent, phagocytic, radioresistant cells present in the spleen and the peritoneal cavity, are required to obtain primary in vitro anti-FMR responses. In most of our experiments they were not necessary in secondary reactions. In primary responses, macrophages and responder T cells must be compatible at least at the I region of the major histocompatibility complex. Anti-Ia antibodies inhibit the response. A rat soluble factor (Interleukin 2) can replace macrophages in primary anti-FMR CTL-mediated reactions. These results suggest that macrophages function during primary anti-FMR response by interacting with a helper T cell rather than with CTL precursors. In agreement with this hypothesis, it appears that the H-2 restriction of F1 hybrid anti-FMR CTL generated in vitro in primary reaction is not related to the H-2 specificities of the parental macrophages used and depends only on the H-2 antigens of the stimulating tumor cells.  相似文献

The effect of specific priming with alloantigens on the frequency of cytolytic T lymphocyte precursors (CTL-P) has been investigated. Alloimmune lymphoid cells were obtained from the spleen of C57BL/6 (H-2b) mice primed with DBA/2 (H-2d) tumor cells or from 14-day unidirectional mixed leukocyte cultures (C57BL/6 anti-DBA/2). CTL-P frequencies directed against H-2d alloantigens were estimated by limiting dilution analysis in a sensitive micro MLC system. Under these conditions, an apparent increase of 3 to 4-fold in CTL-P frequency was observed in alloimmune (as compared with normal) C57BL/6 spleen cells. Evidence was obtained suggesting that this increase was specific for the priming alloantigens. A much greater increase in CTL-P frequency (25 to 100-fold) was observed after alloimmunization of C57BL/6 spleen cells in unidirectional MLC. Under the latter conditions, 5 to 20% of the surviving splenic MLC cells could be identified operationally as CTL-P. A similar enrichment in CTL-P frequency was obtained when lymph node, peripheral blood, or thymus cells were cultured for 14 days in MLC. These studies provide direct evidence that the pool of specific CTL-P can be expanded after alloimmunization. Furthermore, the very high frequencies observed after in vitro priming indicate that this system should be particularly useful for future studies of the progeny of individual CTL-P.  相似文献

A primary in vitro sensitization system employing a chromium release assay was utilized to investigate reactivity of murine spleen cells toward syngeneic ultraviolet (uv) light induced fibrosarcomas. These tumors are immunologically rejected in vivo when implanted into normal syngeneic mice but grow progressivly when implanted into syngeneic mice that had previously been irradiated with subcarcinogenic levels of uv light. Following appropriate sensitization, spleen cells from both normal and uv irradiated mice are capable of developing cytotoxic lymphocytes in vitro against the uv induced tumors. It was subsequently discovered that in situ uv induced tumors all contained macrophages of host origin that became demonstrable only after enzymatic dissociation of the tumor tissue. These macrophages were immunologically active in vitro as their presence in the stimulator cell population was necessary to achieve an optimum anti-tumor cytotoxic response following in vitro sensitization. Anti-tumor reactivity generated by mixing spleen cells and tumor cells in the absence of tumor derived macrophages could be greatly enhanced by the addition of normal syngeneic peritoneal macrophages. When in vitro anti-tumor reactivity of spleen cells from normal and uv treated mice was compared under these conditions we again found no significant difference in the magnitude of the responses. In addition, the cytotoxic cells generated in response to uv induced tumors appeared to be highly cross reactive with respect to their killing potential. Cross reactive killing was observed between all uv induced tumors tested as well as with a syngeneic benz[a]pyrene (BP) induced fibrosarcoma. No cytotoxicity was observed against normal syngeneic PEC's even through these cells were shown to be susceptible to lysis by anti-H-2k effector cells. It was concluded that: (a) A significant number of host-derived macrophages are present in uv tumor tissue. (b) These macrophages are important for the in vitro generation of tumor specific cytotoxicity. (c) Spleen cells from uv treated mice are capable of recognizing and responding against uv tumor associated antigens in vitro. Cytotoxic effector cells generated in response to uv induced tumors appear to have specificity for tumor associated antigens (TAA) present on all uv tumors tested as well as a syngeneic BP induced tumor. The relationship between in vivo and in vitro reactivity against uv tumors is discussed.  相似文献

Macrophages from strains 2/N, 13/N, and (2 × 13)F1, guinea pigs have been fractionated by velocity sedimentation and the various subpopulations used as target cells for infection by Leishmania enrietti. The data presented show: (i) that the ability of infected macrophages to support the subsequent growth and replication of the parasite varies according to the cell subpopulation examined, (ii) that different subpopulations differ in their capacity to promote lymphocyte proliferation from lymph node cells of a guinea pig which have recovered from a primary lesion, (iii) that lymphocyte proliferation depends upon presentation of leishmanial antigens in the context of products of the original I-region-coded genes present during the initial (in vivo) infection and, (iv) that in immune animals, changes occur in terms of the ability of the macrophages to promote lymphocyte proliferation, but not apparently in terms of their ability to support parasite growth in vitro.  相似文献

Three H-2-linked genes, Rmv1, Rmv2, and Rmv3 control the resistance of mice against Moloney virus (MLV)-induced leukemias. It has been shown previously that they function as immune response (Ir) genes regulating the level of antivirus antibodies. In the present experiments, the cell-mediated anti-tumor response has been studied in a series of inbred strains selected for their resistance or sensitivity to the MLV-induced disease. We failed to detect any relationship between resistance and sensitivity and the ability to produce cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) directed against the virus-induced FMR cell surface antigen. Furthermore, the role of each Rmv gene has been studied separately using congenic pairs of mice differing at only one of these loci: we failed to evidence any influence of these genes in the cell-mediated antitumor reactions as measured by the ability to lyse syngeneic FMR(+) target cells. Nevertheless a gene mapping in the D region of the MHC but probably different from Rmv3 controls the response of a subset of anti-FMR CTL restricted by the H-2Kk antigens, with higher response in H-2Dd than in H-2Db animals. This observation confirms the existence of H-2D region associated Ir genes regulating the CTL-mediated antitumor immune responses by choosing the subset of responder CTL, and suggests that a fourth H-2-linked gene plays some role in the genetic control of the anti-FMR immune response.  相似文献

Dendritic cells (DCs) are the most potent antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in the immune system. DCs present antigens to CD8 and CD4 T cells in the context of class I or II MHC. Recent evidence suggests that autophagy, a conserved intracellular degradation pathway, regulates class II antigen presentation. In vitro studies have shown that deletion of autophagy-related genes reduced antigen presentation by APCs to CD4 T cells. In vivo studies confirmed these findings in the context of infectious diseases. However, the relevance of autophagy-mediated antigen presentation in autoimmunity remains to be elucidated. Here, we report that loss of autophagy-related gene 7 (Atg7) in DCs ameliorated experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE), a CD4 T cell-mediated mouse model of multiple sclerosis, by reducing in vivo priming of T cells. In contrast, severity of hapten-induced contact hypersensitivity, in which CD8 T cells and NK cells play major roles, was unaffected. Administration of the autophagy-lysosomal inhibitor chloroquine, before EAE onset, delayed disease progression and, when administered after the onset, reduced disease severity. Our data show that autophagy is required in DCs for induction of EAE and suggest that autophagy might be a potential target for treating CD4 T cell-mediated autoimmune conditions.  相似文献

Immunization of mice with multiple non-H-2 histocompatibility antigens results in the generation of cytolytic T lymphocytes that are specific for a limited number of immunodominant antigens. The experiments presented in this communication were designed to reveal immunodominance in pairwise combinations of autosomal and sex-linked non-H-2 histocompatibility (H) antigens. Priming and boosting responders with the male antigen, H-Y, paired with the H-4.2, H-7.1, or H-3.1 antigens, resulted in the generation of cytolytic T cells specific for the autosomal H antigens but not the H-Y antigen. Furthermore, co-immunization and boosting of C57BL/6 female responder spleen cells with BALB.B male cells resulted in the generation of cytolytic T cells specific for the BALB.B immunodominant antigens but not H-Y. No dominance was observed in H-4-plus H-7-incompatible combinations. Co-immunization of three different H-3 congenic strains with H-3.1 plus H-Y demonstrated that an efficient anti-H-3.1 T cell response is required for observing H-3.1 immunodominance over H-Y. Co-expression of H-3.1 and H-Y on the same priming and boosting cells was required for immunodominance. In fact, immunization with H-3.1 and H-Y presented on different cells resulted in normal generation of H-Y-specific cytolytic T cells, but no generation of H-3.1-specific cytolytic T cells resulted unless H-Y-specific cells were stimulated in the mixed lymphocyte cultures. These observations suggest that in vitro T cell responses to paired, non-H-2 H antigens may be independent, competitive, or synergistic, depending on the identity of the antigens and the priming and boosting conditions.  相似文献

The induction of B cell unresponsiveness with hapten-modified syngeneic murine lymphoid cells (hapten-modified self, HMS) can be achieved in vivo and in vitro. Tolerance in vivo in mice required a latent period of 3 to 4 days. Moreover, B cell unresponsiveness could not be induced by HMS in athymic nude mice, although their nu/+ littermates were rendered hyporesponsive by HMS. Pretreatment of normal mice with cyclophosphamide (cyclo) prevented their susceptibility to tolerance induction by haptenated lymphoid cells. Nude mice became sensitive to HMS-induced suppression if they were first reconstituted with spleen cells from normal (but not cyclo-treated) donors.Interestingly, labeling of H-2 antigens was not necessary for tolerance induction by HMS since haptenated teratoma cells (lacking H-2) were tolerogenic in normal recipients. In contrast, suppression of the in vitro response to haptenated flagellin occurred equally well with nude, nu/+ and anti-Ly 2 + C-treated spleen cells. These data suggest that cyclo-sensitive modified self-reactive (T) cells may regulate the immune response and mediate tolerance to HMS in vivo. However, the in vitro “blockade” of B cell reactivity may be directly mediated on hapten-specific PFC precursors.  相似文献

Malignant melanoma has increased incidence worldwide and causes most skin cancer-related deaths. A few cell surface antigens that can be targets of antitumor immunotherapy have been characterized in melanoma. This is an expanding field because of the ineffectiveness of conventional cancer therapy for the metastatic form of melanoma. In the present work, antimelanoma monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) were raised against B16F10 cells (subclone Nex4, grown in murine serum), with novel specificities and antitumor effects in vitro and in vivo. MAb A4 (IgG2ak) recognizes a surface antigen on B16F10-Nex2 cells identified as protocadherin β13. It is cytotoxic in vitro and in vivo to B16F10-Nex2 cells as well as in vitro to human melanoma cell lines. MAb A4M (IgM) strongly reacted with nuclei of permeabilized murine tumor cells, recognizing histone 1. Although it is not cytotoxic in vitro, similarly with mAb A4, mAb A4M significantly reduced the number of lung nodules in mice challenged intravenously with B16F10-Nex2 cells. The VH CDR3 peptide from mAb A4 and VL CDR1 and CDR2 from mAb A4M showed significant cytotoxic activities in vitro, leading tumor cells to apoptosis. A cyclic peptide representing A4 CDR H3 competed with mAb A4 for binding to melanoma cells. MAb A4M CDRs L1 and L2 in addition to the antitumor effect also inhibited angiogenesis of human umbilical vein endothelial cells in vitro. As shown in the present work, mAbs A4 and A4M and selected CDR peptides are strong candidates to be developed as drugs for antitumor therapy for invasive melanoma.  相似文献

Naïve anti-viral CD8+ T cells (TCD8+) are activated by the presence of peptide-MHC Class I complexes (pMHC-I) on the surface of professional antigen presenting cells (pAPC). Increasing the number of pMHC-I in vivo can increase the number of responding TCD8+. Antigen can be presented directly or indirectly (cross presentation) from virus-infected and uninfected cells, respectively. Here we determined the relative importance of these two antigen presenting pathways in mousepox, a natural disease of the mouse caused by the poxvirus, ectromelia (ECTV). We demonstrated that ECTV infected several pAPC types (macrophages, B cells, and dendritic cells (DC), including DC subsets), which directly presented pMHC-I to naïve TCD8+ with similar efficiencies in vitro. We also provided evidence that these same cell-types presented antigen in vivo, as they form contacts with antigen-specific TCD8+. Importantly, the number of pMHC-I on infected pAPC (direct presentation) vastly outnumbered those on uninfected cells (cross presentation), where presentation only occurred in a specialized subset of DC. In addition, prior maturation of DC failed to enhance antigen presentation, but markedly inhibited ECTV infection of DC. These results suggest that direct antigen presentation is the dominant pathway in mice during mousepox. In a broader context, these findings indicate that if a virus infects a pAPC then the presentation by that cell is likely to dominate over cross presentation as the most effective mode of generating large quantities of pMHC-I is on the surface of pAPC that endogenously express antigens. Recent trends in vaccine design have focused upon the introduction of exogenous antigens into the MHC Class I processing pathway (cross presentation) in specific pAPC populations. However, use of a pantropic viral vector that targets pAPC to express antigen endogenously likely represents a more effective vaccine strategy than the targeting of exogenous antigen to a limiting pAPC subpopulation.  相似文献

Ultraviolet light (uv)-induced tumors appear to possess unique and common determinants, both of which can function as rejection antigens in appropriate in vivo tumor transplantation assays. We postulate that the common tumor antigens can play an important role in anti-tumor immunity. We have previously reported on the phenomenon of ultraviolet light generated suppressor lymphocytes which mediate susceptibility to transplanted uv-induced murine skin tumors. We now report that these uv generated suppressor cells are capable of specifically inhibiting effector responses directed against the common tumor antigens. A hypothesis is presented to explain how the presence of suppressor cells might account for the observed differences between in vivo and in vitro assays of tumor immunity.  相似文献

Semi-allogeneic hybrid clones were derived by fusion of the TEPC-15 plasmacytoma (H-2d) and mouse L cells of C3H (H-2k) origin. Three representative clones were chosen to study the relationship between the expression of different membrane antigens and their immunogenicities leading to protection of recipient mice from the parent TEPC-15 plasmacytoma. The level of surface tumor-specific transplantation antigens (TSTA) was measured by radioimmunoprecipitation with syngeneic anti-TSTA and by inhibition of anti-TSTA binding to the TEPC-15 tumor cells. The most immunogenic hybrid clone (LTC-1) expressed the highest level of TSTA and the weakly immunogenic (LTC-2) and nonimmunogenic (LTC-4) hybrid clones exhibited relatively low levels of TSTA on the surface. Moreover, the strongly immunogenic LTC-1 hybrid cells, but not the parent tumor cells, were effective in priming recipient spleen cells to generate TEPC-15 tumor-specific cytotoxic cells upon subsequent in vitro exposure to the TSTA-bearing cells. Therefore, the level of TSTA on the semi-allogeneic hybrid clones may play an important role in enhancing the immunogenicity of TSTA.  相似文献

It was previously reported that the establishment of the L5178Y cell tumor-dormant state in DBA/2 mice is mediated principally by a peritoneal cytolytic T-cell response that reaches peak levels 4 days after L5178Y cell challenge, lyses more than 99% but less than 100% of peritoneal L5178Y cells, and gradually wanes to background levels by 40–70 days postchallenge (DPC). At this time the majority of mice are clinically normal, and contain a relatively small number of L5178Y cells in the peritoneal cavity. During the tumor-dormant state, mice that harbor more than 104 L5178Y cells contain peritoneal macrophage-mediated cytolytic activity. We report here that tumor-dormant mice that contain fewer than 104 peritoneal L5178Y cells also produce cytolytic activity in vitro, but that it is synergistic, in that the cytolytic activity of adherent (AD) peritoneal cells (PEC) and nonadherent (NAD) PEC cultured together is greater than the additive lysis produced by these cell populations when cultured separately. This synergistic cytolytic activity is: (1) effector cell density dependent, (2) dependent on the tumor-dormant status of the NAD and AD PEC donor mice, (3) protracted in its kinetics during a 48-hr in vitro assay, and (4) dependent on an interaction between NAD T cells and AD phagocytic macrophages. The consistent detection of this in vitro-assayed cytolytic activity in PEC of tumor-dormant mice which harbor small endogenous tumor burdens suggests that it reflects an in vivo cytotoxic effector mechanism involved in the long-term maintenance of the tumor-dormant state.  相似文献

A model is described in which expression of IgG secondary antihapten responses of large magnitude can be initiated in vitro without resorting to in vivo boosting prior to culture. The number of IgG plaque-forming cells (PFC) is frequently as much as 100-fold greater than that of IgM PFC. Spleen cells from mice primed with trinitrophenylated keyhole limpet hemocyanin (TNP-KLH) several months earlier are stimulated in vitro to produce an anti-TNP plaque-forming cell response 7–10 days later. The in vitro IgG response can be elicited with either a thymus-dependent antigen (TNP-KLH) or thymus-independent antigens (TNP-T4 bacteriophage or DNP-dextran). The kinetics of the responses to these two forms of antigen differ in that the thymus-independent response peaks two days earlier. The IgG response to both forms of antigen requires the presence of 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) even though macrophages are not depleted prior to culture. In the absence of the reducing agent both thymus-dependent and thymus-independent IgG responses were diminished ≥90%. The magnitude of the response to thymus-independent antigens emphasizes the ability of these materials to elicit IgG expression in memory B cells provided optimal conditions for memory development and in vitro expression exist.  相似文献

Tumor-specific T lymphocytes (CTL) induced by in vivo immunization of C3H/HeJ mice with the syngeneic methylcholanthrene (MCA)-induced fibrosarcoma MCA-F were expanded in vitro by restimulation with 1-butanol-extracted, isoelectrophoretically purified, tumor-specific transplantation antigen (TSTA) in combination with purified rat interleukin-2 (IL-2) and fresh, syngeneic, 2000-R-irradiated, adherent splenic antigen-presenting cells (APC). The cultured immune T-cell population, containing 40–55% Lyt 2+ and 40–60% L3T4+ cells, displayed TSTA-specific proliferative and cytotoxic activities in vitro. The expanded T cells appear to recognize butanol-extracted TSTA in association with specific H-2 class I antigens, as revealed by the benefit of syngeneic over allogeneic cells as APC and by the adverse effect of depletion using anti-H-2K, but not anti-Ia, monoclonal antibodies. In adoptive transfer assays in vitro, expanded T cells specifically neutralize homotypic, but not heterotypic, tumor growth in vivo. Based upon the effects of depletion of T-lymphocyte subpopulations using monoclonal antibodies, the Lyt 2+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) appear to display greater in vivo neutralizing activity than L3T4+ T cells. Thus in vitro stimulation of in vivo-immunized T cells, using butanol-extracted TSTA in combination with IL-2 and syngeneic APC, expands tumor-specific CTL.  相似文献

H-2b-restricted cytolytic T lymphocytes (CTL) were generated against H-1, H-3, and H-4 antigens and tested against target cells of F1 hybrids between wild mice and inbred H-2 b mice. The congenic strain combinations for the CTL production were such that they tested one allele each at the H-1 and H-4 loci and four alleles at the H-3 locus. Most of the wild mice tested came from Southern Germany, but a few mice came from other European countries and Egypt and Israel. Virtually all wild mice typed as positive with CTL directed against H-3b and H-4b antigens; 32% of the F1 hybrids tested reacted with anti-H-1cCTL and 9% reacted with anti-H-3d CTL. The positive results were not caused by cross-reaction with allogeneic H-2 antigens controlled by the major histocompatibility complex (Mhc) genes of the wild mice. At least some of the H-3 and H-4 antigens detected by the CTL in the F1 hybrid were not identical with antigens of the immunizing strains. These results suggest a relatively low degree of polymorphism of the tested minor H loci in wild mice and further support the notion that minor H loci are unrelated to the Mhc.  相似文献

It is well documented that activated macrophages, but not nonactivated ones, kill tumor cells in vitro without damaging normal cells. We, however, have previously shown that embryo-derived teratocarcinoma cells (F9, P19, PCC4) are efficiently killed by nonactivated macrophages as well as by activated ones. Whereas other tumor cells are killed extracellularly by macrophages, we found that F9 teratocarcinoma cells are phagocytosed alive by macrophages and subsequently killed intracellularly by a process dependent on intact lysosomal function. Neither the H-2 antigens nor the mRNAs for the alpha-chain and beta 2-microglobulin are detectable in embryo-derived teratocarcinoma cells. An obvious explanation for this unique killing is that the nonactivated macrophages recognize and kill these cells due to their lack of class I MHC antigen expression, assuming that class I MHC gene products on the target cells switch off the cytolytic machinery of nonactivated macrophages. Our present findings demonstrate that there is no correlation between H-2 antigen expression on tumor cells and their susceptibility to killing by macrophages. Retinoic acid-differentiated F9 cells and P19 cells expressing H-2 antigen after exposure to MAF (IFN-gamma) were sensitive to the killing by nonactivated macrophages. Hybrids that arose from fusion of P19 teratocarcinoma cells with embryonal normal fibroblasts (C57BL/6), which displayed the morphology of embryonal carcinoma stem cells and expressed H-2 antigens, were also sensitive to the killing by nonactivated macrophages. On the other hand, the H-2-negative testicular 402AX teratocarcinoma cells and K1735P melanoma cells were both resistant to the killing by nonactivated macrophages. We concluded that the unique killing of embryo-derived teratocarcinoma cells by nonactivated murine macrophages is not related to a lack of H-2 antigen expression.  相似文献

Liposomes prepared with human LS174T colon tumor cell membranes induce specific primary and secondary xenogeneic immune responses in BALB/c splenocytes in vitro. The multilamellar vesicular liposomes were prepared by adding sonicated membrane fragments in 8 mM CaCl2 to a dried lipid film. Cytotoxic splenocytes generated in vivo exhibited specificity for the LS174T cell; liposomes elicited higher levels of cytotoxicity than did membranes (P < 0.01). Secondary blastogenic responses elicited in in vivo-primed spleen cells by liposome-antigens also produced a significantly greater (P < 0.005) response than membranes. Subsequently, in vitro induction of primary blastogenic and cytotoxic responses by liposome-antigens were accomplished and revealed similar kinetics to that of whole LS174T cell immunogens. Specificity of the in vitro-primed spleen cells was clearly demonstrated (P < 0.01) on a variety of human tumor cells using both the primed lymphocyte and cell-mediated cytotoxicity assays. The results of competitive inhibition tests with autologous lymphoblasts demonstrated that 30% of the cytotoxic activity was directed against lymphocyte antigens. Incorporation of tumor antigens into liposomes has thus enabled primary immunization in vitro to human colon cancer antigens and may afford an adaptable means to evaluate and to select desired immune responses, as well as to identify colon tumor-specific determinants.  相似文献

The cellular basis of the antibody response to dinitrophenylated levan (DNP-LE) was investigated using a combination of in vivo and in vitro techniques. The results indicated that the induction of the primary response to DNP-LE is independent of the function of macrophages or T cells. However, these cells may regulate the response to DNP-LE (as for other T-independent antigens), as suggested by the prolongation of the response by adjuvants. No evidence of collaboration between carrier (LE)-reactive and hapten (DNP)-reactive B cells in the induction of the response to DNP-LE was obtained (either by inducing tolerance to LE (in vivo or in vitro) or culturing in the presence of excess LE). Thus DNP-LE, like other thymus-independent antigens (e.g., DNP-polymerized flagellin, DNP-Ficoll) may trigger B cells directly.  相似文献

Cross-presentation is now recognized as a major mechanism for initiating CD8 T cell responses to virus and tumor antigens in vivo. It provides an elegant mechanism that allows relatively few Dendritic cells (DCs) to initiate primary immune responses while avoiding the consumptive nature of pathogenic infection. CD8 T cells play a major role in anti-bacterial immune responses; however, the contribution of cross-presentation for priming CD8 T cell responses to bacteria, in vivo, is not well established. Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria) is the causative agent of Listeriosis, an opportunistic food-borne bacterial infection that poses a significant public health risk. Here, we employ a transgenic mouse model in which cross-presentation is uniquely inactivated, to investigate cross-priming during primary Listeria infection. We show that cross-priming deficient mice are severely compromised in their ability to generate antigen-specific T cells to stimulate MHC I-restricted CTL responses following Listeria infection. The defect in generation of Listeria-elicited CD8 T cell responses is also apparent in vitro. However, in this setting, the endogenous route of processing Listeria-derived antigens is predominant. This reveals a new experimental dichotomy whereby functional sampling of Listeria-derived antigens in vivo but not in vitro is dependent on cross-presentation of exogenously derived antigen. Thus, under normal physiological circumstances, cross-presentation is demonstrated to play an essential role in priming CD8 T cell responses to bacteria.  相似文献
