This paper describes the preparation of lung acellular alveolar matrix fragments and culture of rat type II pneumocytes directly on the alveolar epithelial basement membrane, thereby permitting study of the effect of lung basement membrane on the morphology and function of type II cells. Collagen types I, III, IV and V, laminin and fibronectin were located by immunofluorescence in the lung matrix with the same patterns as those described for the normal human lung. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) of the fragments revealed intact epithelial and endothelial basement membranes. The matrix maintained the normal three-dimensional alveolar architecture. Glycosaminoglycans were still present by Alcian Blue staining. Isolated adult rat type II pneumocytes cultured on 150 micron thick fragments of acellular human alveolar extracellular matrix undergo gradual cytoplasmic flattening, with loss of lamellar bodies, mitochondria, and surface microvilli. These changes are similar to the in vivo differentiation of type II pneumocytes into type I pneumocytes. The type II pneumocyte behaviour on the lung epithelial basement membrane contrasted sharply with that of the same cell type cultured on a human amnionic basement membrane. On the latter surface the cells retained their cuboidal shape, lamellar bodies and surface microvilli for up to 8 days. These observations suggest that the basement membranes from different organ systems exert differing influences on the morphology and function of type II pneumocytes and that the alveolar and amnionic basement membranes may have differing three-dimensional organizations. The technique of direct culture of type II cells on the lung basement membrane provides a useful tool for studying the modulating effect of the basement membrane on alveolar epithelial cells.  相似文献

To determine whether a preformed basement membrane contributes to the maintenance of morphology and function of type II pneumocytes, we cultured isolated adult rat type II pneumocytes on the basement membrane and stromal surfaces of an acellular human amnionic membrane and on plastic. The presence of lamellar bodies on transmission electron microscopy and epithelial morphology in culture and a characteristic phospholipid profile after incubation with 3H-acetate identified the cells as type II. When type II cells were cultured on a preexisting basement membrane, they formed a well-organized monolayer with polarity, centrally located surface microvilli, and more basally located nuclei. Individual cells maintained a cuboidal morphology for 8–10 days. Intracellularly, there were numerous mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum (ER), and lamellar bodies. The cells secreted a new basal lamina of their own. When cultured on the stromal side of the amnion, the cells became flattened within 48–60 hours, formed small lamellar bodies, and had scanty surface microvilli; they formed clumps and appeared less ordered. These cells did not secrete a visible basement membrane, and the majority detached from the stromal surface after 7–8 days in culture. In addition, culture on the basement membrane aspect of the amnion prevented the rapid decline in the percentage of 3H-acetate label incorporated in phosphatidylcholine after 72 hours of culture. We conclude that a preformed basement membrane influences the function and morphology of type II pneumocytes, organizes them into a monolayer in culture, and influences deposition of a visible basal lamina. Thus, the acellular human amnion provides an excellent model for the systematic study of basement membrane influence on the biology and pathology of these cells.  相似文献

Summary The effects of various extracellular matrices and collagenous components on the morphology, growth, and function of cultured alveolar type 2 cells is examined. Cells grown on an endothelial matrix (EC) showed the greatest adherence, some cell division, and spreading to reach confluence sooner than cells grown on an epithelial matrix or on various types of collagen. The attenuated cells from all cultures were not true type 1 cells because, on trypsinization, they detached as sheets, reverted immediately to a cuboidal shape held together by junctional complexes, and showed an apparently normal content of lamellar bodies. The greatest synthesis of disaturated phosphatidylcholine (DSPC) was seen in cells grown on EC soon after confluence, but all cultures showed reduced but equal levels of DSPC-DNA by Day 4. This occured whether cells were attenuated or cuboidal in shape. The results suggest that some component(s) of the endothelial matrix at the alveolar basement membrane facilitates epithelial cell growth. However, over longer culture periods the matrix preparations had little effect on type 2 cell proliferation whereas function diminished. This suggests that maintenance of these cells as normal type 2 cells or their further differentiation to the type 1 form requires some additional cell derived factor(s). We have developed a Culture system for guinea pig alveolar type II cells using an epithelium-denuded human amnion membrane as a substratum. The differentiated morphology was maintained for 3 wk by both air-interface feeding and immersion feeding when type II cells were cultured on the basement membrane side of the amnion with fibroblasts on the opposite side (coculture). Functionally high levels of surfactant protein B (SP-B) and C (SP-C) messenger ribonucleic acids (mRNAs) were expressed even after the 3-wk cultivation and surfactant protein A mRNA was detected on day 10 of the culture. The differentiation was also maintained when fibroblasts were cultured on lower chambers of the culture plates (separate culture). In contrast, culture of type II cells without fibroblasts (monoculture) could not preserve the mature morphology. When the monoculture was supplemented with keratinocyte growth factor or hepatocyte growth factor, a monolayer of rather cuboidal type II cells with apical microvilli was maintained. However, the percent area of lamellar bodies in these cells was significantly less than that in freshly isolated type II cells, and mRNA expressions of SP-B and SP-C were also considerably suppressed. These findings suggest that other growth factors or combinations of these factors are necessary for the maintenance of the differentiated phenotype. As substratum, a permeable collagen membrane or a thin gel layer of Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm mouse sarcoma extracts did not preserve the mature characteristics. This culture system using an acellular human amnion membrane may provide novel models for research in type II cells.  相似文献

Lung surfactant dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) is endocytosed by alveolar epithelial cells and degraded by lysosomal-type phospholipase A2 (aiPLA2). This enzyme is identical to peroxiredoxin 6 (Prdx6), a bifunctional protein with PLA2 and GSH peroxidase activities. Lung phospholipid was studied in Prdx6 knockout (Prdx6-/-) mice. The normalized content of total phospholipid, phosphatidylcholine (PC), and disaturated phosphatidylcholine (DSPC) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, lung lamellar bodies, and lung homogenate was unchanged with age in wild-type mice but increased progressively in Prdx6-/- animals. Degradation of internalized [3H]DPPC in isolated mouse lungs after endotracheal instillation of unilamellar liposomes labeled with [3H]DPPC was significantly decreased at 2 h in Prdx6-/- mice (13.6 +/- 0.3% vs. 26.8 +/- 0.8% in the wild type), reflected by decreased dpm in the lysophosphatidylcholine and the unsaturated PC fractions. Incorporation of [14C]palmitate into DSPC at 24 h after intravenous injection was decreased by 73% in lamellar bodies and by 54% in alveolar lavage surfactant in Prdx6-/- mice, whereas incorporation of [3H]choline was decreased only slightly. Phospholipid metabolism in Prdx6-/- lungs was similar to that in wild-type lungs treated with MJ33, an inhibitor of aiPLA2 activity. These results confirm an important role for Prdx6 in lung surfactant DPPC degradation and synthesis by the reacylation pathway.  相似文献

Summary Single-cell-cloned cell lines have been established from primary cultures of neonatal rat mammary glands. A representative cuboidal cell line, Rama 704, shows the presence of intermediate filamental proteins keratin and vimentin, and occasional cells express milk fat globule membrane antigens on their apical surfaces. Rama 704 cells grow as a cuboidal pavement in culture and produce hemispherical blisters or domes when confluent. Noteworthy ultrastructural features are the presence of junctional complexes, desmosomes, and apical microvilli typical of epithelia. Cells seeded within floating collagen gels with form a variety of multicellular outgrowths, some of which are ductlike in morphology and are composed of polarized cells surrounding a central lumen. The cuboidal cells produce elongated cells under conditions of high cell density and also when cells float off collagen gels and reattach to the plastic substrate. The former elongated cells have been cloned and three cel lines established: Rama 710, 711, and 712; the latter uncloned elongated cells are termed Rama 704E. The cloned elongated cells show an increase in the amounts of basement membrane proteins deposited, a lack of junctional complexes and microvilli, and an increase in the amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum compared with their parental cells. Rama 704E cells show an enhanced deposition of basement membrane proteins and increased amounts of actin in the cytoplasm over the elongated cell lines and contain microfilaments and pincocytotic vesicles similar to those seen in myoepithelial cells. All the elongated cells and lines fail to form ductlike structures within collagen gels. None of the cell lines form tumors in syngeneic rats although they all produce some tumors in nude mice, which are composed of cords of epithelioid cells and spindle cells in varying proportions. In addition, some of the Rama 704 tumors contain rhabdomyoblastic elements that penetrate the host fat pad. This is the first report of the isolation and characterization of a stable cuboidal cell line from a neonatal rat mammary gland. The Rama 704 cell line shows morphological and biochemical features of mammary epithelial cells and converts at high cell density to elongated cells that have also been cloned.  相似文献

Human fetal lung (14-18 weeks gestation) was maintained in either organ or organotypic culture. By 4 days in organ culture or 14 days in organotypic culture, epithelial cells within both culture systems exhibited well-developed apical microvilli and possessed numerous intracellular lamellar bodies characteristic of surfactant phospholipid stores. However, analysis of the pattern of synthesis of individual molecular species of phosphatidylcholine by [14C]choline incorporation and reversed-phase h.p.l.c. showed that this apparent maturation was not paralleled by an increased synthesis of the dipalmitoyl species in either culture system. By contrast, the fractional synthesis of dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine, expressed as a percentage of total [14C]choline incorporation, decreased with time in both organ and organotypic culture. Moreover, these fractions were not significantly different from those measured in parallel monolayer cultures of mixed human fetal lung cells that displayed mainly fibroblast morphology. These results suggest that the synthesis pattern of phosphatidylcholine species by lung cells in culture is determined principally by their incubation conditions and not by their state of apparent maturation.  相似文献

We have developed a relatively simple and reproducible method for the isolation and culture of both differentiated and undifferentiated type II cells from fetal rat lung. The technique involves an initial period of explant culture in serum and hormone free medium, followed by enzymatic dissociation of the explants, differential adhesion to remove fibroblasts, incubation of the cell pellet to promote aggregation of the type II cells and monolayer culture of the type II cells. The type II cells form clusters which are surrounded by scattered fibroblasts. When the technique was performed with three differential adhesion steps, cultures contained 86.0 +/- 1.4% type II cells. To obtain a higher degree of purity and greater yield, two differential adhesions followed by gentle trypsinization of the cultures which selectively removes the isolated fibroblasts was performed. This resulted in cultures with 89.4 +/- 1.7% type II cells. The differentiated fetal type II cell cultures were prepared from 19-day fetal rat lungs which were initially maintained in explant culture for 48 h. These differentiated cells demonstrated the characteristic morphologic features of type II cells including lamellar bodies and microvilli. Undifferentiated fetal cells were prepared in a similar manner from 18-day fetal rat lung maintained in explant culture for 24 h. These cells did not contain intracellular osmiophilic granules; the appearance of these granules could, however, be induced by hormones. For this reason they are considered to be pre-type II cells. The viability of the cultured cells was 97%. Both the differentiated and undifferentiated fetal type II cells specifically bound the Maclura pomifera lectin, a type II cell surface marker. The phospholipid profile of the fetal cells was similar to that of adult rat type II cells; the differentiated fetal cells, however, synthesized less phosphatidylcholine than the adult cells did, but more than the undifferentiated fetal cells. The differentiated fetal cells secreted phosphatidylcholine at a basal rate of 0.6% +/- 0.1% during a 90-min incubation. There was dose-dependent stimulation of phosphatidylcholine secretion after exposure to terbutaline. Maximum stimulation (76%) was observed at a concentration of 10 microM. This culture system provides a valuable model for studies of the maturation of the undifferentiated fetal type II cell and surfactant metabolism and secretion in the differentiated fetal type II cell.  相似文献

Single cells or small cell clusters, isolated from the rat lacrimal gland, were incubated on reconstituted basement membrane (matrigel) in a well-defined serum-free medium. During the first days of culture, cells reassociated and reorganized in structures resembling acini. These multicellular structures, maintained in culture for 2 weeks, consisted of well-polarized cuboidal cells surrounding a central lumen and exhibiting apically located microvilli. Myoepithelial cells were observed at the periphery of the acinar structures. Both in the native lacrimal and in the cultured aggregates, epithelial cells displayed strong immunoreactivity for cytokeratin 8, while myoepithelial cells were immunoreactive for vimentin and α-smooth muscle isoactin. These data indicate that the cultured aggregates closely mimic thein vivoarchitecture of lacrimal glands both by morphology and immunohistochemistry. We further demonstrated the presence of an intact androgen receptor and the ability of the cultured aggregates to respond to androgens with increased secretion of the secretory component. Comparable androgen responses were observed in lacrimal gland cultures of 5-week-old male and female rats. In conclusion, we report a morphologically and functionally differentiated culture system of primary rat lacrimal cells, in which androgen-regulated gene expression was observed. This culture model provides a unique experimental paradigm for studying the effects of hormones, cytokines, and growth factors on the morphogenesis, growth, and functional differentiation of lacrimal glands.  相似文献

We examined the effect of adrenalectomy (ADX) on aspects of the surfactant system of adult rats. Five days after bilateral ADX, ADX rats had about 20% less disaturated phosphatidylcholine (DSPC) in lung lavage returns (airway DSPC) than sham-operated rats, but the amount of tissue DSPC was not different between the groups; airway DSPC formed 12.8 +/- 0.5% of total DSPC (airway + tissue) in ADX and 15.9 +/- 0.7% in sham-ADX rats. An ultrastructural morphometric analysis of alveolar type 2 cells did not reveal an effect of ADX on lamellar body volume density or surface-to-volume ratio. ADX rats had heavier lungs (not as a result of edema) than sham-ADX rats. Treatment of ADX rats with hydrocortisone returned the amount of DSPC toward normal and eliminated the increase of lung weight. ADX did not alter the recoil of saline-filled lungs but did slightly increase the recoil of air-filled lungs. We conclude that corticosteroid hormones influence the in vivo functioning of the surfactant system of adult rats, but this effect seems to be slight.  相似文献

Summary Monolayers of cultured epithelial cells have been prepared from fragments of guinea pig pancreatic excretory ducts isolated by a simple procedure employing collagenase digestion and manual selection, through which virtually all of the ductal system can be recovered. The isolated fragments were cultured in enriched Waymouth's medium on extracellular matrices of various composition and thickness, including: thin (<5 μm) and thick (0.5 mm) layers of rat tail collagen; thin layers of human placental collagen; thin layers of Matrigel (a reconstituted basement membrane material); uncoated tissue culture plastic; and the cellulose ester membranes of Millipore Millicells. Cells spread rapidly from duct fragments cultured on uncoated plastic or on plastic coated with thin layers of rat tail collagen or human placental collagen and formed epithelial monolayers. However, these cells were squamous and lacked the abundant basolateral membrane amplification and apical microvilli characteristic of freshly isolated duct epithelial cells. Cells did not spread from duct fragments cultured on Matrigel. In contrast, when fragments of pancreatic ducts were explanted onto either a thick layer of rat tail collagen or onto Millicell membranes, cells readily spread and formed confluent monolayers of cuboidal epithelial cells characterized by abundant mitochondria, apical microvilli, and basolateral plasma membrane elaboration. These results demonstrate that different forms of extracellular matrix modulate the growth and differentiation of pancreatic duct epithelial cells, and that culture on a permeable substrate markedly enhances the maintenance of differentiated characteristics in this cell type. The monolayers formed on Millicell membranes should provide a useful model system for physiologic analysis of the regulation of electrolyte secretion by this epithelium. Alveoli of the rat lung are lined by three different cell types, the flat type I cells and the cuboidal type II and type III cells. Type III cells differ from type II cells by the presence of an apical tuft of microvilli and the absence of lamellar type secretory granules. In the present study we show by double immunolabelling that type III cells of the rat lung can be identified at the light-and electron microscope level by antibodies against both cytokeratin 18 and the actin-crosslinking protein villin. At the ultrastructural level, microvilli and their rootlets in the apical cytoplasm were labelled by the anti-villin antibodies, whereas a monoclonal antibody against cytokeratin 18 (Ks18.04) labelled bundles of intermediate filaments. In conclusion, antibodies against villin and certain monoclonal antibodies specific for cytokeratin 18 can be used as tools for selective visualization of type III cells in the rat lung.  相似文献

Mammary epithelial cells dissociated from lactating mouse mammary glands form confluent monolayer cultures on collagen gel substrates. For these cultures, the substrate is more significant than the presence of lactogenic hormones in the maintenance of cell differentiation, as indicated by both morphological and biochemical criteria. Only cells cultured on floating collagen gels are able to maintain their lactose pool over several days in culture, although their ability to synthesize and secrete lactose becomes impaired. These cells are cuboidal in shape. In contrast, cells cultured on attached gels, which are constrained from changing shape and whose basolateral surfaces are inaccessible, lose their differentiation with time in culture. These flattened, dedifferentiated cells respond to the same hormonal environment by showing a mild proliferative response. Therefore, the response of cells to their hormonal milieu may be correlated with their shape: the squamous cells dedifferentiate and proliferate; the cuboidal cells maintain their differentiation and do not proliferate.  相似文献

Alveolar type II epithelial cells rapidly lose characteristics of differentiated function when cultured on plastic dishes. We have attempted to circumvent this problem by culturing type II cells under conditions that might better reproduce their environment in vivo. Cell-matrix interactions were studied by culturing isolated adult rat type II cells on Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) tumor basement membrane. Aggregates of type II cells formed on the surface of the matrix during 4 days in culture. Microscopic examination of these aggregates revealed cuboidal cells that retained more characteristics of differentiated type II cells than did cells cultured on plastic. Type II cells cultured on EHS matrix incorporated a higher percentage of acetate into phosphatidylcholine (PC) than did cells on plastic, and a higher percentage of this PC was saturated. Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) synthesis by these cells was no different from that seen in cells on plastic. The effects of cell-cell interactions and cell shape were evaluated by culturing type II cells on feeder layers that in turn were grown on collagen gels. The feeder layer cells included fetal rat lung fibroblasts, adult rat lung fibroblasts, fetal rat skin fibroblasts, bovine aortic endothelial cells, and rat mammary tumor epithelial cells. One-half of the gels remained attached to the culture dish and one-half of the gels were detached after 24 h and allowed to float free in the medium. Type II cells grown in association with any of the attached feeder layers became flattened and lost their differentiated phenotype. These cells incorporated no greater percentage of acetate into PC than did cells on plastic. Saturated PC synthesis was modestly increased. PG synthesis declined in parallel with that seen in cells cultured on plastic. Type II cells cultured on feeder layers that were detached assumed their native cuboidal shape and also exhibited many morphological characteristics of differentiated function. These cells incorporated a significantly greater percentage of acetate into PC compared to cells on either plastic or attached feeder layers. Saturated PC synthesis also increased markedly. These cells, however, incorporated no greater percentage of acetate into PG than did cells on plastic or attached feeder layers. These data suggest an important role for cell shape and cell-matrix interactions and maintenance of type II cell differentiation. The effects of cell-cell interactions, while beneficial, appear to be non-specific.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of exogenous fatty acids on phosphatidylcholine (PC) and disaturated phosphatidylcholine (DSPC) synthesis by rat granular pneumocytes in primary culture. Synthesis of PC and DSPC from [3H-methyl]choline, as evaluated by increasing specific activity (pmol choline incorporated/microgram phosphorus), was linear for 3 h. Exogenous palmitic, oleic, linoleic, or linolenic acid (100 microM each) increased the synthesis of PC by approx. 50% during incubation for 3 h. In contrast, synthesis of DSPC was increased only by palmitic acid. The increase in DSPC synthesis was approx. 150% after 3 h. Conversion of choline phosphate to PC was increased in the presence of palmitic or oleic acid as indicated by pulse-chase studies with [3H-methyl]choline in the intact cells. Cells incubated for 3 h with either oleic or palmitic acid showed increased choline-phosphate cytidyltransferase activity in the cells and the microsomal fraction. In addition, oleic acid increased the activity of this enzyme in the cytosolic fraction. The distribution of this enzyme in cytosolic and microsomal fraction was 24 and 76% in the cells incubated with palmitic acid and 32 and 68% in control cells. These results suggest that exogenous fatty acids stimulate the de novo pathway of PC synthesis in granular pneumocytes by increasing the microsomal choline-phosphate cytidyltransferase activity.  相似文献

It is not yet completely understood how a cell is able to export specific phospholipids, like dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (dipalmitoyl-PC), which is secreted by pneumocytes type II, into pulmonary surfactant. The acyl species composition of [3H]PC which was synthesized in type II cells in the presence of [2-3H]glycerol resembled the species composition of PC localized in intracellular pneumocyte membranes. This species pattern was different from the pattern of PC of lamellar bodies, i.e., intracellularly stored surfactant, by a higher proportion of dipalmitoyl-PC mainly at expense of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-PC. Lamellar body PC in turn showed the same species distribution as surfactant PC. The data suggest that subcellular compartmentation and/or intracellular transfer of PC destined to storage in lamellar bodies, but not secretion of lamellar bodies, involves an enrichment of dipalmitoyl-PC and a depletion of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-PC. In contrast, the acyl species pattern of phosphatidylglycerol does not seem to undergo gross changes on the path from synthesis to secretion.  相似文献

Temperature dependence of Na+/Ca2+ exchange activity was studied in beef cardiac sarcolemmal vesicles in the absence and presence of the inhibitor amiloride and in proteoliposomes reconstituted with different lipid mixtures. Arrhenius plots for Na+/Ca2+ exchange activity in both control and amiloride-treated vesicles revealed an apparent energy of activation of 9665 +/- 585 (SE, n = 4) cal/mol, corresponding to a temperature coefficient (Q10) value of 1.70 +/- 0.05 (SE, n = 4) over the range 25-37 degrees C. When Na+/Ca2+ exchange was reconstituted into phosphatidylcholine (PC):phosphatidylserine (PS) (52:48, mol/mol), PC:PS:cholesterol (25:39:36, mol/mol), and PC:PS:distearoylphosphatidylcholine (DSPC) (31:48:21, mol/mol) proteoliposomes, the highest activity was found in PC:PS:cholesterol proteoliposomes. Arrhenius plots of Na+/Ca2+ exchange activity exhibited breakpoints at 23 degrees C (PC:PS), 33 degrees C (PC:PS:cholesterol), and 23 degrees C (PC:PS:DSPC). The increase in the thermotropic transition temperature with cholesterol could result from the condensing effect of this sterol, whereas the breaks observed with PC:PS and PC:PS:DSPC could be caused by a non-lipid-mediated membrane protein conformational change. These results indicate that the lipid microenvironment around the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger and the nature of the specific lipid-protein interactions influence the activity of this antiporter. Further evidence supporting the hypothesis that cholesterol behaves as a specific positive effector for the exchanger is also given.  相似文献

Separated thyroid follicles in suspension culture invert in 5% serum. In some, the inversion is not complete in that a small normal follicle persists completely in the interior of an inverted follicle. In inverted follicles the lumens are distended and electron lucent. The bounding epithelial cells are stretched, have relatively few microvilli on the surface toward the medium but they have bundles of oriented microfilaments usually located near the lumen. The cells are connected together by tight junctions. When inverted follicles are punctured, the lumen shrinks, the cells retract and become cuboidal and microvilli reappear. Microfilaments persist at the luminal surface but no longer in oriented bundles. No appreciable extracellular matrix is present at the basal cell surface in contact with the lumen, but matrix is occasionally observed between cells. Since bundles of microfilaments like stress fibers are observed in the cells in suspension culture, the presence of stress fibers in cells in monolayer culture is probably not dependent on attachment but might be a reflection of the spreading of the attached cells.  相似文献

When inverted thyroid follicles in suspension culture are embedded in a collagen gel, there is extensive reorganization of the follicle. To identify intermediate stages in the reorganization, a suspension of inverted follicles was mixed with a cold solution of collagen (0.1 mg/ml) in culture medium and the resultant was warmed and allowed to gel. Prior to embedding, the epithelial cells bounding the lumens formed a monolayer of attenuated cells with their microvilli-bearing surface in contact with the medium. The first change noted was a shrinkage of the lumen in many follicles by 18 h. The cells became cuboidal to columnar. Some of the cells had long sheet-like processes extending into the lumen in contact with those of other cells. In late stages of the reorganization, 48 h, the cells were arranged in a compact spheroid. The spheroids contained two different kinds of colloid-filled lumens, possibly of different origins, one a spherical microlumen, the other very long and narrow in section. The peripheral cells of the spheroid had a smooth plasma membrane (without microvilli) in contact with collagen. Although most of the cells in a section had a microvilli-bearing surface forming part of the boundary of a lumen, it is not certain that all cells were in contact with a lumen.  相似文献
