Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most common and debilitating microvascular complications of diabetes, and there is no effective therapy for the prevention or treatment of DPN. Oxidative stress triggers several pathways of injury and may be the unifying factor of hyperglycemia. The aim of this study was to investigate protective effect of Salvianolic acid B (Sal B) on the high glucose (HG)-induced oxidative stress-induced mitochondrial pathway activation and Schwann cells (SCs) apoptosis in vitro. We found that Sal B inhibited the HG-induced oxidative stress by reducing ROS and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxy Guanosine (8-OHdG) production, and mitochondrial depolarization and apoptosis in SCs in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, Sal B down-regulated the HG-mediated Bax expression and AIF nuclear translocation and the release of cytochrome c, but up-regulated the HG-induced BcL-2 expression in SCs. In addition, Sal B attenuated the HG-induced activation of caspase 3 and 9 and minimized the cleavage of PARP in SCs. Our results indicated that Sal B antagonized the HG-induced oxidative stress, activation of the mitochondrial pathway and apoptosis in SCs.  相似文献

Our recent study has demonstrated that cellular redox imbalance can directly initiate apoptosis in a mitotic competent PC-12 cell line without the involvement of reactive oxygen species (ROS). However, whether cell apoptosis induced by ROS is, in fact, mediated by a loss of redox balance caused by the oxidant is unresolved. The linkage between oxidant-mediated apoptosis and the induction of cellular redox was examined in PC-12 cells using the oxidant, tert-butylhydroperoxide (TBH). TBH caused cell apoptosis in 24 h that was preceded by an early increase (30 min) in oxidized glutathione (GSSG). Pretreatment with N-acetyl cysteine prevented TBH-induced GSSG increases and cell apoptosis. Altered Bax/BcL-2 expression and release of mitochondrial cytochrome c occurred post-redox imbalance and was kinetically linked to caspase-3 activation and poly ADP-ribose polymerase cleavage. Moreover, cell apoptosis was attenuated by inhibition of caspase-9, but not caspase-8, and blockade of mitochondrial ROS generation and permeability transition pore attenuated caspase 3 activation and cell apoptosis. Collectively, these results show that TBH-induced GSSG elevation is associated with the disruption of mitochondrial integrity, activation of caspase-3 and cell apoptosis. This redox induction of the apoptotic cascade was dissociated from cellular GSH efflux.  相似文献

Abstract

p53 plays a major role in apoptosis through activation of pro-apoptotic gene Bax. It also regulates apurinic/apyrimidinic endonuclease (APE) expression in the base excision repair pathway against oxidative DNA damages. This study investigated whether p53-dependent apoptosis is correlated with APE using an experimental rat model of hydronephrosis. Hydronephrosis was induced by partial ligation of the right ureter. Animals were sacrificed on scheduled time after unilateral ureteral obstruction and the expression of 8-OHdG, γ-H2AX, apoptotic proteins and APE was determined. The accumulated p53 activated Bax and caspase-3 7 days after hydronephrosis induction and the resulting high levels of p53-dependent apoptotic proteins and γ-H2AX tended to decrease APE. The intensities of 8-OHdG and caspase-3 immunolocalization significantly increased in obstructed kidneys than in sham-operated kidneys, although APE immunoreactivity increased after hydronephrosis induction. These results suggest that oxidative DNA damages in obstructed kidneys may trigger p53-dependent apoptosis through repression of APE.  相似文献

Oxidative stress occurs as a consequence of disturbance in the balance between the generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the antioxidant defence mechanisms. The interaction of ROS with DNA can cause single-, or double-strand breaks that subsequently can lead to the activation of p53, which is central for the regulation of cellular response, e.g. apoptosis, to a range of environmental and intracellular stresses. Previous reports have suggested a regulatory role of p53 in the early activation of caspase-2, upstream of mitochondrial apoptotic signaling. Here we show that excessive ROS formation, induced by 2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (DMNQ) exposure, induces apoptosis in primary cultured neural stem cells (NSCs) from cortices of E15 rat embryos. Following DMNQ exposure cells exhibited apoptotic hallmarks such as Bax oligomerization and activation, cytochrome c release, caspase activation and chromatin condensation. Additionally, we could show early p53 accumulation and a subsequent activation of caspase-2. The attenuation of caspase-2 activity with selective inhibitors could antagonize the mitochondrial signaling pathway and cell death. Overall, our results strongly suggest that DMNQ-induced oxidative stress causes p53 accumulation and consequently caspase-2 activation, which in turn initiates apoptotic cell death via the mitochondria-mediated caspase-dependent pathway in NSCs.  相似文献

Induction of apoptosis in cancer cells has become the major focus of anti-cancer therapeutics development. WithaferinA, a major chemical constituent of Withania somnifera, reportedly shows cytotoxicity in a variety of tumor cell lines while its molecular mechanisms of action are not fully understood. We observed that withaferinA primarily induces oxidative stress in human leukemia HL-60 cells and in several other cancer cell lines. The withanolide induced early ROS generation and mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψmt) loss, which preceded release of cytochrome c, translocation of Bax to mitochondria and apoptosis inducing factor to cell nuclei. These events paralleled activation of caspases −9, −3 and PARP cleavage. WA also activated extrinsic pathway significantly as evidenced by time dependent increase in caspase-8 activity vis-à-vis TNFR-1 over expression. WA mediated decreased expression of Bid may be an important event for cross talk between intrinsic and extrinsic signaling. Furthermore, withaferinA inhibited DNA binding of NF-κB and caused nuclear cleavage of p65/Rel by activated caspase-3. N-acetyl-cysteine rescued all these events suggesting thereby a pro-oxidant effect of withaferinA. The results of our studies demonstrate that withaferinA induced early ROS generation and mitochondrial dysfunction in cancer cells trigger events responsible for mitochondrial -dependent and -independent apoptosis pathways.  相似文献

Activation of Bax following diverse cytotoxic stress has been shown to be an essential gateway to mitochondrial dysfunction and activation of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway characterized by cytochrome c release with caspase-9/-3 activation. Interestingly, c-Myc has been reported to promote apoptosis by destabilizing mitochondrial integrity in a Bax-dependent manner. Stress-induced activation of caspase-2 may also induce permeabilization of mitochondria with activation of the intrinsic death pathway. To test whether c-Myc and caspase-2 cooperate to activate Bax and thereby mediate intrinsic apoptosis, small interfering RNA was used to efficiently knock down the expression of c-Myc, caspase-2, and Apaf-1, an activating component in the apoptosome, in two human cancer cell lines, lung adenocarcinoma A-549 and osteosarcoma U2-OS cells. Under conditions when the expression of endogenous c-Myc, caspase-2, or Apaf-1 is reduced 80-90%, cisplatin (or etoposide)-induced apoptosis is significantly decreased. Biochemical studies reveal that the expression of c-Myc and caspase-2 is crucial for cytochrome c release from mitochondria during cytotoxic stress and that Apaf-1 is only required following cytochrome c release to activate caspases-9/-3. Although knockdown of c-Myc or caspase-2 does not affect Bax expression, caspase-2 is important for cytosolic Bax to integrate into the outer mitochondrial membrane, and c-Myc is critical for oligomerization of Bax once integrated into the membrane.  相似文献

Glucose-induced reactive oxygen species (ROS) production initiates podocyte apoptosis, which represents a novel early mechanism leading to diabetic nephropathy (DN). Here, we tested the hypothesis that Astragaloside IV(AS-IV) exerts antioxidant and antiapoptotic effects on podocytes under diabetic conditions. Apoptosis, albuminuria, ROS generation, caspase-3 activity and cleavage, as well as Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA and protein expression were measured in vitro and in vivo. Cultured podocytes were exposed to high glucose (HG) with 50, 100 and 200 μg/ml of AS-IV for 24 h. AS-IV significantly attenuated HG-induced podocyte apoptosis and ROS production. This antiapoptotic effect was associated with restoration of Bax and Bcl-2 expression, as well as inhibition of caspase-3 activation and overexpression. In streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats, severe hyperglycemia and albuminuria were developed. Increased apoptosis, Bax expression, caspase-3 activity and cleavage while decreased Bcl-2 expression were detected in diabetic rats. However, pretreatment with AS-IV (2.5, 5, 10 mg·kg(-1)·d(-1)) for 14 weeks ameliorated podocyte apoptosis, caspase-3 activation, renal histopathology, podocyte foot process effacement, albuminuria and oxidative stress. Expression of Bax and Bcl-2 mRNA and protein in kidney cortex was partially restored by AS-IV pretreatment. These findings suggested AS-IV, a novel antioxidant, to prevent Glucose-Induced podocyte apoptosis partly through restoring the balance of Bax and Bcl-2 expression and inhibiting caspase-3 activation.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to examine whether lycopene is able to counteract 7-ketocholesterol (7-KC)-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in human macrophages. Human THP-1 macrophages were exposed to 7-KC (10–25 μM) alone and in combination with lycopene (0.5–2 μM), and we monitored changes in cell oxidative status [reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, NOX-4, hsp70 and hsp90 expressions, 8-OHdG formation] and in cell proliferation and apoptosis. After 24 h of treatment, lycopene significantly reduced the increase in ROS production and in 8-OHdG formation induced by the oxysterol in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, the carotenoid strongly prevented the increase of NOX-4, hsp70 and hsp90 expressions as well as the phosphorylation of the redox-sensitive p38, JNK and ERK1/2 induced by the oxysterol. The attenuation of 7-KC-induced oxidative stress by lycopene coincided with a normalization of cell growth in human macrophages. Lycopene prevented the arrest in G0/G1 phase of cell cycle induced by the oxysterol and counteracted the increased expression of p53 and p21. Concomitantly, it inhibited 7-KC-induced apoptosis, by limiting caspase-3 activation and the modulatory effects of 7-KC on AKT, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL and Bax. Comparing the effects of lycopene, β-carotene and (5Z)-lycopene on ROS production, cell growth and apoptosis show that lycopene and its isomer were more effective than β-carotene in counteracting the dangerous effects of 7-KC in human macrophages. Our study suggests that lycopene may act as a potential antiatherogenic agent by preventing 7-KC-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis in human macrophages.  相似文献

The development of therapeutic strategies to inhibit reactive oxygen species (ROS)-mediated damage in blood vessels has been limited by a lack of specific targets for intervention. Targeting ROS-mediated events in the vessel wall is of interest, because ROS play important roles throughout atherogenesis. In early atherosclerosis, ROS stimulate vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) growth, whereas in late stages of lesion development, ROS induce VSMC apoptosis, causing atherosclerotic plaque instability. To identify putative protective genes against oxidative stress, mouse aortic VSMC were infected with a retroviral human heart cDNA expression library, and apoptosis was induced in virus-infected cells by 2,3-dimethoxy-1,4-naphthoquinone (DMNQ) treatment. A total of 17 different, complete cDNAs were identified from the DMNQ-resistant VSMC clones by PCR amplification and sequencing. The cDNA encoding PP1cgamma1 (catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 1) was present in several independent DMNQ-resistant VSMC clones. DMNQ increased mitochondrial ROS production, caspase-3/7 activity, DNA fragmentation, and decreased mitochondrial transmembrane potential in VSMC while decreasing PP1cgamma1 activity and expression. Depletion of PP1cgamma1 expression by short hairpin RNA significantly enhanced basal as well as DMNQ-induced VSMC apoptosis. PP1cgamma1 overexpression abrogated DMNQ-induced JNK1 activity, p53 Ser(15) phosphorylation, and Bax expression and protected VSMC against DMNQ-induced apoptosis. In addition, PP1cgamma1 overexpression attenuated DMNQ-induced caspase-3/7 activation and DNA fragmentation. Inhibition of p53 protein expression using small interfering RNA abrogated DMNQ-induced Bax expression and significantly attenuated VSMC apoptosis. Together, these data indicate that PP1cgamma1 overexpression promotes VSMC survival by interfering with JNK1 and p53 phosphorylation cascades involved in apoptosis.  相似文献

Epithelial cells are considered to be a main target of bleomycin-induced lung injury, which leads to fibrosis in vivo. We studied the characteristics of in vitro bleomycin-induced apoptosis in a mouse lung epithelial (MLE) cell line. Bleomycin caused an increase of reactive oxygen species (ROS) resulting in oxidative stress, mitochondrial leakage, and apoptosis. These were associated with elevated caspase-8 and resultant caspase-9 activity and with upregulation of Fas expression. Glutathione and inhibitors of caspase-8 or caspase-9, but not of FasL, inhibited these effects, suggesting their dependence on ROS, caspase-8 and -9, in a Fas/FasL-independent pathway. However, postbleomycin-exposed MLE cells were more sensitive to Fas-mediated apoptosis. These results demonstrate that the initial bleomycin-induced oxidative stress causes a direct apoptotic effect in lung epithelial cells involving a regulatory role of caspase-8 on caspase-9. Fas represents an amplification mechanism, and not a direct trigger of bleomycin-induced epithelial cell apoptosis.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to determine whether the Bcl-2 family proteins and Smac are regulators of aspirin-mediated apoptosis in a gastric mucosal cell line known as AGS cells. Cells were incubated with varying concentrations of acetylsalicylic acid (ASA; 2-40 mM), with or without preincubation of caspase inhibitors. Apoptosis was characterized by Hoechst staining and DNA-histone-associated complex formation. Antiapoptotic Bcl-2, proapoptotic Bax and Bid, Smac, and cytochrome-c oxidase (COX IV) were analyzed by Western blot analyses from cytosol and mitochondrial fractions. ASA downregulated Bcl-2 protein expression and induced Bax translocation into the mitochondria and cleavage of Bid. In contrast, expression of Smac was significantly decreased in mitochondrial fractions of ASA-treated cells. Bax and Bid involvement in apoptosis regulation was dependent on caspase activation, because caspase-8 inhibition suppressed Bax translocation and Bid processing. Caspase-9 inhibition prevented Smac release from mitochondria. Additionally, increased expression of the oxidative phosphorylation enzyme COX IV was observed in mitochondrial fractions exposed to ASA at concentrations >5 mM. Although caspase-8 inhibition had no effect on aspirin-induced apoptosis and DNA-histone complex formation, caspase-9 inhibition significantly decreased both of these events. We conclude that Bcl-2 protein family members and Smac regulate the apoptotic pathway in a caspase-dependent manner. Our results indicate also that mitochondrial integration and oxidative phosphorylation play a critical role in the pathogenesis of apoptosis in human gastric epithelial cells.  相似文献

Ionizing radiation (IR) leads to oxidizing events such as excessive reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the exposed cells, resulting in further oxidative damage to lipids, proteins and DNA. To screen the potential radio-protective drug, the intracellular ROS was measured in irradiated U937 cells pretreated with 80 candidate traditional herbal medicine, respectively. Isofraxidin (IF) was one possible radio-protector in these 80 drugs. This study investigated the radio-protective role of IF, a Coumarin compound, in human leukemia cell lines, for the first time. Results indicate that IF protects against IR-induced apoptosis in U937 cells in the time- and concentration- dependent manner. IF decreases IR-induced intracellular ROS generation, especially hydroxyl radicals formation, inhibits IR-induced mitochondrial membrane potential loss and reduces IR-induced high intracellular Ca2+ levels regardless of ER stress. IF down-regulates the expression of caspase-3, phospho-JNK, phospho-p38 and activates Bax in mitochondria. IF inhibits cytochrome c release from mitochondria to cytosol. IF also moderates IR-induced Fas externalization and caspase-8 activation. IF also exhibits significant protection against IR-induced cell death in other leukemia cell lines such as Molt-4 cells and HL60 cells regardless of p53. Taken together, the data demonstrate that IF protects leukemia cells from radiation-induced apoptosis via ROS/mitochondria pathway in a p53-independent manner.  相似文献

Although oxidative stress causes activation of c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) and apoptosis in many cell types, how the JNK pathway is connected to the apoptosis pathway is unclear. The molecular mechanism of JNK-mediated apoptosis was investigated in adult rat cardiac myocytes in culture as a model system that is sensitive to oxidative stress. Oxidative stress caused JNK activation, cytochrome c release, and apoptosis without new protein synthesis. Oxidative stress-induced apoptosis was abrogated by dominant negative stress-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase kinase-1 (SEK1)-mediated inhibition of the JNK pathway, whereas activation of the JNK pathway by constitutively active SEK1 was sufficient to cause apoptosis. Inhibition of caspase-9, an apical caspase in the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, suppressed oxidative stress-induced apoptosis, whereas inhibition of caspase-8 had no effect, indicating that both the JNK pathway and the mitochondrial apoptosis machinery are central to oxidative stress-induced apoptosis. Both JNK and SEK1 localized on mitochondria where JNK was activated by oxidative stress. Furthermore, active JNK caused the release of apoptogenic factors such as cytochrome c from isolated mitochondria in a cell-free assay. These findings indicate that the JNK pathway is a direct activator of mitochondrial death machinery without other cellular components and provide a molecular linkage from oxidative stress to the mitochondrial apoptosis machinery.  相似文献

It has been claimed that salvianolic acid B (Sal B), a natural bioactive antioxidant, exerts protective effects in various types of cells. This study aims to evaluate the antioxidant and anti‐apoptosis effects of Sal B in a cultured HEI‐OC1 cell line and in transgenic zebrafish (Brn3C: EGFP). A CCK‐8 assay, Annexin V Apoptosis Detection Kit, TUNEL and caspase‐3/7 staining, respectively, examined apoptosis and cell viability. The levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS) were evaluated by CellROX and MitoSOX Red staining. JC‐1 staining was employed to detect the mitochondrial membrane potential (ΔΨm). Western blotting was used to assess expressions of Bax and Bcl‐2. The expression pattern of p‐PI3K and p‐Akt was determined by immunofluorescent staining. We found that Sal B protected against neomycin‐ and cisplatin‐induced apoptotic features, enhanced cell viability and accompanied with decreased caspase‐3 activity in the HEI‐OC1 cells. Supplementary experiments determined that Sal B reduced ROS production (increased ΔΨm), promoted Bcl‐2 expression and down‐regulated the expression of Bax, as well as activated PI3K/AKT signalling pathways in neomycin‐ and cisplatin‐injured HEI‐OC1 cells. Moreover, Sal B markedly decreased the TUNEL signal and protected against neomycin‐ and cisplatin‐induced neuromast HC loss in the transgenic zebrafish. These results unravel a novel role for Sal B as an otoprotective agent against ototoxic drug–induced HC apoptosis, offering a potential use in the treatment of hearing loss.  相似文献

A previous study demonstrated that infection of rat oligodendrocytes by mouse hepatitis virus (MHV) resulted in apoptosis, which is caspase dependent (Y. Liu, Y. Cai, and X. Zhang, J. Virol. 77:11952-11963, 2003). Here we determined the involvement of the mitochondrial pathway in MHV-induced oligodendrocyte apoptosis. We found that caspase-9 activity was 12-fold higher in virus-infected cells than in mock-infected cells at 24 h postinfection (p.i.). Pretreatment of cells with a caspase-9 inhibitor completely blocked caspase-9 activation and partially inhibited the apoptosis mediated by MHV infection. Analyses of cytochrome c release further revealed an activation of the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway. Stable overexpression of the two antiapoptotic proteins Bcl-2 and Bcl-xL significantly, though only partially, blocked apoptosis, suggesting that activation of the mitochondrial pathway is partially responsible for the apoptosis. To identify upstream signals, we determined caspase-8 activity, cleavage of Bid, and expression of Bax and Bad by Western blotting. We found a drastic increase in caspase-8 activity and cleavage of Bid at 24 h p.i. in virus-infected cells, suggesting that Bid may serve as a messenger to relay the signals from caspase-8 to mitochondria. However, treatment with a caspase-8 inhibitor only slightly blocked cytochrome c release from the mitochondria. Furthermore, we found that Bax but not Bad was significantly increased at 12 h p.i. in cells infected with both live and UV-inactivated viruses and that Bax activation was partially blocked by treatment with the caspase-8 inhibitor. These results thus establish the involvement of the mitochondrial pathway in MHV-induced oligodendrocyte apoptosis.  相似文献

Although resveratrol, an active ingredient derived from grapes and red wine, possesses chemopreventive properties against several cancers, the molecular mechanisms by which it inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis have not been clearly understood. Here, we examined the molecular mechanisms of resveratrol and its interactive effects with TRAIL on apoptosis in prostate cancer PC-3 and DU-145 cells. Resveratrol inhibited cell viability and colony formation, and induced apoptosis in prostate cancer cells. Resveratrol downregulated the expression of Bcl-2, Bcl-XL and survivin and upregulated the expression of Bax, Bak, PUMA, Noxa, and Bim, and death receptors (TRAIL-R1/DR4 and TRAIL-R2/DR5). Treatment of prostate cancer cells with resveratrol resulted in generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), translocation of Bax to mitochondria and subsequent drop in mitochondrial membrane potential, release of mitochondrial proteins (cytochrome c, Smac/DIABLO, and AIF) to cytosol, activation of effector caspase-3 and caspase-9, and induction of apoptosis. Resveratrol-induced ROS production, caspase-3 activity and apoptosis were inhibited by N-acetylcysteine. Bax was a major proapoptotic gene mediating the effects of resveratrol as Bax siRNA inhibited resveratrol-induced apoptosis. Resveratrol enhanced the apoptosis-inducing potential of TRAIL, and these effects were inhibited by either dominant negative FADD or caspase-8 siRNA. The combination of resveratrol and TRAIL enhanced the mitochondrial dysfunctions during apoptosis. These properties of resveratrol strongly suggest that it could be used either alone or in combination with TRAIL for the prevention and/or treatment of prostate cancer.  相似文献

Abstract

Oxidative stress-induced cell damage is involved in many neurological diseases. Homer protein, as an important scaffold protein at postsynaptic density, regulates synaptic structure and function. Here, we reported that hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) induced the expression of Homer 1a. Down-regulation of Homer 1a with a specific small interfering RNA (siRNA) exacerbated H2O2-induced cell injury. Up-regulation of Homer 1a by lentivirus transfection did not affect the anti-oxidant activity, but significantly reduced the reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and lipid peroxidation after H2O2-induced oxidative stress. Overexpression of Homer 1a attenuated the loss of mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and ATP production induced by H2O2, and subsequently inhibited mitochondrial dysfunction-induced cytochrome c release, increase of Bax/Bcl-2 ratio and caspase-9/caspase-3 activity. Furthermore, in the presence of BAPTA-AM, an intracellular free-calcium (Ca2 +) chelator, overexpression of Homer 1a had no significant effects on H2O2-induced oxidative stress. These results suggest that Homer 1a has protective effects against H2O2-induced oxidative stress by reducing ROS accumulation and activation of mitochondrial apoptotic pathway, and these protective effects are dependent on the regulation of intracellular Ca2 + homeostasis.  相似文献

Purpose

To investigate the involvement of intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis in dental monomer-induced cytotoxicity and the influences of N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) on this process.

Methods

Human dental pulp cells (hDPCs) were exposed to several dental monomers in the absence or presence of NAC, and cell viability, intracellular redox balance, morphology and function of mitochondria and key indicators of intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis were evaluated using various commercial kits.

Results

Dental monomers exerted dose-dependent cytotoxic effects on hDPCs. Concomitant to the over-production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and depletion of glutathione (GSH), differential changes in activities of superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, and catalase were detected. Apoptosis, as indicated by positive Annexin V/propidium iodide (PI) staining and activation of caspase-3, was observed after dental monomer treatment. Dental monomers impaired the morphology and function of mitochondria, and induced intrinsic mitochondrial apoptosis in hDPCs via up-regulation of p53, Bax and cleaved caspase-3, and down-regulation of Bcl-2. NAC restored cell viability, relieved oxidative stress and blocked the apoptotic effects of dental monomers.

Conclusions

Dental monomers induced oxidative stress and mitochondrial intrinsic apoptosis in hDPCs. NAC could reduce the oxidative stress and thus protect hDPCs against dental monomer-induced apoptosis.  相似文献
