【背景】福寿螺因其食性杂、抗逆性和繁殖力强以及自然天敌少等不断扩散,侵害农作物,被列为我国首批外来入侵物种。国内外学者一直致力于研究对其的防治与监控。自然界中福寿螺存在2种壳色——黄色和黑色,壳色受遗传因素和环境因素的双重影响。广东省福寿螺多以黑色为主,福寿螺倾向于与不同壳色的螺交配。壳色在一定程度上影响其交配的选择性,但2种壳色的福寿螺繁殖力指标差异不显著。而关于这2种壳色的螺在形态学上的差异鲜有报道。【方法】利用生物统计软件和分析方法进行相关性分析、通径分析及多元回归分析,计算相关系数、通径系数和决定系数,研究2种壳色福寿螺形态性状与体质量的关系。【结果】2种壳色福寿螺的体质量、层高的变异系数较大,且黄色比黑色变异系数大。对黄色福寿螺体质量影响较大的依次为壳高、口宽;对黑色福寿螺体质量影响较大的依次为口宽、层高。【结论与意义】2种壳色福寿螺在形态性状方面差异显著,可以将壳色作为特征标记,为福寿螺的监测与灾害评估提供参考。  相似文献

对李氏块菌Tuber liyuanum子实体的不同提取物,包括甲醇提取物(ME)、乙醇提取物(EE)、丙酮提取物(AE)、正丁醇提取物(BAE)和乙酸乙酯提取物(EAE),进行清除DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、铁离子螯合能力、还原力以及总酚含量的测定和研究,发现ME对DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除及还原力活性最高,EC50值分别为23.37mg/m L、11.65mg/m L和24.47mg/m L;EE对羟基自由基清除和铁离子螯合能力活性最高,EC50值分别为7.24mg/m L和小于0.5mg/m L;ME的总酚含量最高(3.08mg GAE/g提取物),其次是EE(1.34mg GAE/g提取物),提取物总酚含量与抗氧化活性呈现出一定的正相关性。  相似文献

目的:探讨不同方式反复下体负压锻炼对下体负压耐力的影响,以期筛选最佳的负压锻炼方式。方法:27名男性健康受试者随机分成3组,分别进行-5.33kPa8min(A组)、6.67kPa4min(B组)、6.67kPa8min(C组)的下体负压锻炼后累积应激指数(CSI)、总耐受时间(DNP)较锻炼前显著提高,A、B组上述指标无显著变化,下体负压暴露时的心率较平静状态显著升高,收缩压显著降低,舒张压无显著变化。结论:经过-6.67kPa/d8min连续8d的间断下体负压可以显著提高下体负压耐力。  相似文献

Long bone length is one of the best-known indicators of human stature. Although the long bone length/height ratio differs in tall and short individuals, no detailed study has investigated whether specific formulae should be used to calculate height in different stature groups. This study proposes a new height estimation method. Body height and tibia length were measured in 121 male subjects aged 18.0-34.3 years. Three subgroups were established according to body height (short, medium, or tall), using the 15th and 85th percentiles as cutoff levels. The general formula and a group-specific regression formula were used to estimate height in each subgroup. A control group with the same properties as the study group was analyzed in the same manner. Particularly with "short" and "tall" subjects, the difference between true height and the height predicted by the group-specific formulae was smaller than the difference observed when the general formula was used. These discrepancies were statistically significant. When estimating height based on tibia length, the individual's general stature category should be taken into consideration, and group-specific formulae should be used for short and tall subjects.  相似文献

为探讨巴氏蘑菇子实体不同发育阶段基因的表达情况,本研究对巴氏蘑菇子实体不同发育时期(原基、采收期和开伞期)进行转录组测序,以本实验室已获得的巴氏蘑菇JA菌株的不育单孢菌株JA-15036基因组为参考基因组研究原基与采收期及开伞期样本间差异表达基因,并对差异表达基因进行了GO功能和Pathway富集分析。GO功能分析结果显示,差异表达基因主要富集在跨膜转运、碳水化合物代谢途径和膜组分,它们协同调控为子实体生长发育提供稳定的内环境。KEGG富集分析结果表明,原基期上调的差异表达基因主要富集在核糖体蛋白和DNA复制,表明原基期细胞代谢旺盛,其中核糖体蛋白基因上调为后期蛋白质合成提供重要场所;采收期和开伞期子实体时期差异表达基因主要富集在碳水化合物代谢、脂肪酸降解和氨基酸代谢等途径,为巴氏蘑菇子实体的生长发育与成熟提供营养与能量。  相似文献

通过测量沙棘木蠹蛾Holcocerus hippophaecolusHua,Chou,FangetChen幼虫的头壳宽、体长、体宽、上颚长和宽等指标,确定其幼虫共有16龄,不同龄幼虫的头壳宽值符合Dyar氏发现的幼虫头壳宽增长规律。同时,探讨了不同龄幼虫的臀足趾钩数、前胸侧毛L1、L2和L3以及腹足大小等指标之间的关系,结果表明:除臀足趾钩数在不同龄幼虫间的数量变化无明显规律,无法用于幼虫的龄期划分外,其它指标均呈现较明显的线性回归关系,初步判断,这些指标可以用于沙棘木蠹蛾不同龄期幼虫的划分。  相似文献

Heat stress has a significant impact on all livestock and poultry species causing economic losses and animal well-being concerns. Providing shade is one heat-abatement strategy that has been studied for years. Material selected to provide shade for animals greatly influences the overall stress reduction provided by shade. A study was conducted to quantify both the environment and animal response, when cattle had no shade access during summertime exposure or were given access to shade provided by three different materials. A total of 32 Black Angus heifers were assigned to one of the four treatment pens according to weight (eight animals per pen). Each pen was assigned a shade treatment: No Shade, Snow Fence, 60% Aluminet Shade Cloth and 100% Shade Cloth. In the shaded treatment pens, the shade structure covered ~40% of the pen (7.5 m2/animal). Animals were moved to a different treatment every 2 weeks in a 4×4 Latin square design to ensure each treatment was applied to each group of animals. Both environmental parameters and physiological responses were measured during the experiment. Environmental parameters included dry-bulb temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, black globe temperature (BGT), solar radiation (SR) and feedlot surface temperature. Animal response measurements included manual respiration rate (RRm), electronic respiration rate (RRe), vaginal temperature (body temperature (BT)), complete blood count (CBC) and plasma cortisol. The environmental data demonstrated changes proportional to the quality of shade offered. However, the animal responses did not follow this same trend. Some of the data suggest that any amount of shade was beneficial to the animals. However, Snow Fence may not offer adequate protection to reduce BT. For some of the parameters (BT, CBC and cortisol), 60% Aluminet and 100% Shade Cloth offers similar protection. The 60% Aluminet lowered RRe the most during extreme conditions. When considering all parameters, environmental and physiological, 60% Aluminet Shade Cloth offered reductions of BGT, SR, feedlot surface temperature and the best (or equal to the best) overall protection for the animals (RRe, RRm, BT, blood parameters).  相似文献

No study has evaluated the impact of different iodinated contrast media on coronary contrast enhancement, using an injection protocol according to body surface area (BSA). Thus, the present study aimed to examine the usefulness and safety of personalized application of different iodine concentrations of contrast media in coronary computed tomographic (CT) angiography with a 2nd dual-source CT scanner in eliminating differences in coronary contrast enhancement based on a BSA-adapted injection protocol of contrast media. A total of 270 enrolled participants were randomly assigned to three groups: ioversol 320, ioversol 350 and iopromide 370 (n = 90 per group). The three groups were administered contrast media at a BSA-adjusted volume and flow rate with a fixed injection time of 15 seconds, and they subsequently received a 30-mL saline flush. All patients were scanned with a prospective electrocardiogram-gated protocol in a craniocaudal direction using a second-generation 128-slice dual-source CT system. The three iodinated contrast media used in coronary CT angiography exhibited similar diagnostic quality and safety. No significant differences were found in the contrast enhancement degrees, image quality scores, radiation doses and incidences of adverse effects among the three groups. The three contrast media used in coronary CT angiography with 320, 350 and 370 mg/mL iodine, respectively, have comparable diagnostic quality and safety. However, more large-scale, multinational, multi-centre and prospective trials are warranted.  相似文献

Evolutionary change requires natural selection in the presence of heritable variation for the trait(s) under selection. Since heritabilities and selection pressures are known to vary with environmental conditions, it is crucial to know how much genetic variation is expressed under which conditions. This study addresses the question of how the expression of genetic variation for fledgling body size of Great Tits varies with the environment. Different environmental conditions were created experimentally by manipulating brood sizes. The treatment affected body size, measured as either fledging weight or tarsus length, and interacted with natural temporal variation in food availability. Both measurements show stabilizing selection. A cross-fostering design was carried out to separate genetic and environmental causes of variation. Heritabilities as measured from offspring-midparent regressions and from full-sib analyses were substantial for both traits, except that no heritability was found for weight under poor conditions. Instead, fledging weights were significantly correlated with the weights of their unrelated guardians' ( = fosterparents') weight under poor conditions. We propose that under poor conditions, when selection on fledging weights is expected to be directional and strong, only little genetic variance is expressed. Any evolutionary response to this selection on fledging weight might therefore be slow, if the increase in selection pressure is not greater than the decrease in heritability.  相似文献

The seasonal variation in length of the most abundant copepod species in the lagoon of Venice were compared and the relative influence of temperature, chlorophyll concentration and salinity examined. Temperature seems to be the primary factor influencing copepod body length in the lagoon of Venice, but the different species vary markedly in their response. Calanoid copepods (Acartia clausi, A. tonsa, Paracalanus parvus and Centropages ponticus) showed a more definite trend of size variation with temperature than the cyclopoids (Oithona nana and O. similis) and the harpacticoid Euterpina acutifrons. The size of the poecilostomatoids Oncaea media and O. subtilis was not affected by temperature, and was almost constant over time. Differences in the metabolic rates, longevity and specialization of calanoid, cyclopoid and harpacticoid copepods could explain their different responses to temperature.  相似文献

麦长管蚜Sitobion avenae(Fabricius)体色变异(红色和绿色)是一种常见的生物学现象,揭示其体色的转换机制对该类害虫的防控和测报具有潜在意义。本文利用微卫星标记技术,对麦长管蚜种群进行聚类分析和分子方差分析,从群体遗传学角度研究了不同地理种群和不同色型之间遗传多样性差异。研究结果表明,麦长管蚜的遗传分化主要以种群内的变异为主,种群间的变异占总变异的比例很小。此外,研究发现,红、绿体色间的遗传分化并不显著,且存在频繁的基因交流。这说明不同区域的不同体色麦长管蚜种群各自之间具有相似的遗传背景。  相似文献

Objective: The purpose was to examine the prospective relationship among cardiorespiratory fitness level (CRF), different measures of adiposity, and cancer mortality in men. Research Methods and Procedures: Participants were 38,410 apparently healthy men who completed a comprehensive baseline health examination between 1970 and 2001. Clinical measures included BMI, waist circumference (WC), percent body fat, and CRF quantified as duration of a maximal treadmill exercise test. Participants were divided into fifths of CRF, BMI, WC, and percent body fat. Hazard ratios were computed with Cox regression analysis. Results: During a mean follow‐up period of 17.2 ± 7.9 years, 1037 cancer deaths occurred. Adjusted hazard ratios across incremental BMI quintiles were 1.0, 1.23, 1.15, 1.39, and 1.72; those of WC were 1.0, 1.05, 1.03, 1.31, and 1.64; those of percent body fat were 1.0, 1.24, 1.17, 1.23, and 1.50; and those of CRF were 1.0, 0.70, 0.67, 0.70, and 0.49 (trend p < 0.01 for each). Further adjustment for CRF eliminated the significant trend in mortality risk across percent body fat groups and attenuated the trend in risk across BMI and WC groups. Adjustment of CRF for adiposity measures had little effect on mortality risk. When grouped into categories of fit and unfit (upper 80% and lower 20% of CRF distribution, respectively), mortality rates (per 10,000 man‐years) were significantly lower in fit compared with unfit men within each stratum of BMI, WC, and percent body fat. Discussion: Higher levels of CRF are associated with lower cancer mortality risk in men, independently of several adiposity measures.  相似文献

漆酶参与木质素的降解和食用菌的生长发育。为了明晰漆酶基因在糙皮侧耳生长发育过程中的作用,本文采用real-time PCR检测了11条漆酶基因及Lacc2的小亚基sspoxa3在糙皮侧耳生长发育不同阶段的表达。其中lacc6sspoxa3在整个生长发育阶段表达量均较高;lacc12随着原基的分化和子实体的形成大量表达,与成菇过程有关。lacc4,lacc7lacc11在原基分化期高表达,与原基的分化有关。lacc2,lacc3lacc8在成熟子实体阶段表达量显著上升,与子实体的分化和成熟有关。  相似文献

  • 1 A negative relationship between intrinsic rate of increase, r, and body size has only clearly been shown using data for species drawn from a number of phyla and covering several orders of magnitude in size. Analyses for more closely related species are equivocal.
  • 2 Data for ninety-one species of insects, from nine orders, were used to examine the correlation between intrinsic rate of increase and size.
  • 3 Intrinsic rate of increase was negatively correlated with both length and weight across orders, but no relationship could be shown within orders.
  • 4 Generation times were positively related to body size, but there was no relationship between net reproductive rate (RQ) and size.
  • 5 These results support the hypothesis that documented relationships between species size and colonization success in insects could be a consequence of the scaling of intrinsic rate of increase with size.

选取天津市小型人工湖湖水样品,调整氮磷起始质量比(分别为0.5∶1、7.2∶1、25∶1、50∶1),在水族试验箱内进行生态模拟试验,探讨城市湖水浮游藻类群落对不同氮磷比例的响应.与对照组相比,高氮磷比组绿藻种类减少,蓝藻种类变化不大;低氮磷比组蓝、绿藻种类数均减少.高氮磷比的中氮和高氮箱内,藻类生物量、细胞密度与叶绿素a都远高于对照和高磷箱;高氮箱中叶绿素a均值最高,为69.7 μg·L-1,中氮箱次之,为54.3 μg·L-1,对照与高磷箱分别为30.3和29.7 μg·L-1.试验中后期,高磷箱绿藻门美丽胶网藻(Dictyosphaerium pulchellum)一直占据优势地位;而中氮箱和高氮箱主要优势藻种为皮状席藻(Phormidium corium)、细胶鞘藻(Phormidium tenue)、湖泊鞘丝藻(Lyngbya limnetica)和铜绿微囊藻(Microcystis aeruginosa)等蓝藻.对照箱内物种丰富度最高,中氮箱内生态优势度最高.  相似文献

We investigated the effects of body mass on the selectivity of female mating preferences in two different sensory channels (acoustic and chemical) using the field cricket, Gryllus integer. We found that body mass affected female selectivity for acoustic cues: larger females were more selective than smaller females for long‐distance calls of males. In contrast, body mass did not affect selectivity for chemical cues of males, which are assessed at close range. Nevertheless, we observed selectivity for these cues. Finally, selectivity for acoustic cues was not correlated with selectivity for chemical cues. These results suggest that energetic concerns may influence mating decisions made at a distance and that the effects of body mass on mating decisions are not necessarily shared across different sensory modalities. © 2011 The Linnean Society of London, Biological Journal of the Linnean Society, 2012, 105 , 160–168.  相似文献
