柄灰包属四个中国新记录种

报告隶属于柄灰包目Tulostomatales、柄灰包科Tulostomataceae、柄灰包属Tulostoma的我国新记录种石灰色柄灰包T.cretaceum、隐柄灰包T.evanescens、惑柄灰包T.perplexum和美丽柄灰包T.pulchellum,并附有插图和照片。     

歧裂灰包科——中国新记录属

作者在研究产于我国的柄灰包目Tulostomatales菌物时,发现采自新疆的2份标本是歧裂灰包科Phelloriniaceae网格歧裂灰包属Dictyocephalos的成员网格歧裂灰包Dictyocephalosattenuatus,该属、种为我国新记录。网格歧裂灰包属DictyocephalosUnderw.exV.S.White,Bull.TorreyBot.Clu     

金针菇担孢子核相及遗传属性的研究

以3个不同的金针菇菌株为材料,研究了其担孢子的核相及遗传属性。荧光染色观察显示,担孢子核相以双核为主,双核孢子、单核孢子和无核孢子分别占80.2%、7.5%和12.3%。源于单孢分离物的菌丝为有隔膜、无锁状联合的多核菌丝。在交配试验中,源于不同菌株单孢分离物的菌丝原生质体的配对形成具锁状联合的菌落,而源于同一单孢分离物的菌丝原生质体的配对则形成无锁状联合的菌落,暗示担孢子中的两个核具有相同的交配型。RAPD分析显示,源于同一单孢分离物的菌丝原生质体为10个随机引物所扩增的图谱彼此完全相同,印证了担孢子中的双核是同质的。此外,观察表明,一个担子上着生有4个担孢子。因此,金针菇是一种具4个含同质双核担孢子的四极性蕈菌。     

中国新记录属:川普包属及一新种

报道了中国地下真菌的一个新记录属——川普包属Trappea及其一新种——肉桂色川普包Trappeacinnamomea。新记录属以在真包被下具一层不育腔室组织及鬼笔型的孢子不同于其它近缘属;新种则以产孢组织鲜时肉桂色的颜色不同于属内的其它种。新种主要特征为:担子果地下生,球形或近球形,径0.5~1.5cm,伤后变红色,基部具细长(粗约0.5mm,长达6cm以上)的白色根状菌索。包被宿存,白色,厚120~200靘,由径±4靘的菌丝交织而成,菌丝具锁状连合,具颗粒物,在5%KOH液中呈深色。产孢组织胶质的,新鲜时肉桂色至浅褐色,干后橄榄绿色,产孢腔室不规则。与真包被相连的不孕(腔室)组织厚达500靘,由胶质薄壁的菌丝交织而成,菌丝径3~4靘,具锁状联合,不孕腔室四周由20~30×7~10靘的无色棒状细胞排列而成。中柱明显,浅色,在担子果中部树枝状分枝。菌髓板宽37~60靘,由无色、薄壁、径±2.5靘的菌丝交织而成,菌丝具锁状连合。担子长棒状至柱状,22~30×4~5靘,具(4-)5~7(-8)个孢子。担孢子光滑、无色,矩圆形或一端稍窄,4~5.6×2~3m。模式标本(徐阿生2001-107,HXZE1723)保存于西藏高原生态研究所标本室(HXZE)。     

环柄菇属中国一新记录种——橙褶环柄菇

报道了中国环柄菇属的一个新记录种——橙褶环柄菇[Lepiota citrophylla(Berk.Broome) Sacc.],标本采自中国云南省勐腊县勐仑镇绿石林公园。该种的鉴别特征是菌褶浅橙色,担孢子侧面观近圆柱形,褶缘囊状体棒状或窄棒状,盖表鳞片呈栅状排列,末端细胞无明显分化,近圆柱状或稍窄棒状,具锁状联合。该种被置于卵孢环柄菇组。     

扁绒泡菌孢子形成过程超微结构

诱导扁绒泡菌显型原质团形成子实体并观察在形成过程中孢囊的超微结构,结果表明,全部原质团参入形成孢子及孢丝;孢子形成初期原质团聚缩使原生质密度加大,脂滴密度也增加;液泡联合形成液泡网体分割原质团,孢子及孢丝一同形成;相邻孢子初始形成的孢子壁可见吻合的突起和凹陷,这是孢子成熟后的表面纹饰部分;孢子壁随孢囊发育逐渐达到适宜位置,孢子壁由透明内层及电子密度较大的外层组成;随后可见外有疣突,内含脂滴的圆形孢子。     

环腺苷酸在灰盖鬼伞子实体发育中的效用研究

通过测试ｃＡＭＰ,子实体浸提液对灰盖鬼伞（Ｃｏｐｒｉｎｕｓ　ｃｉｎｅｒｅｕｓ）双核体菌丝的子实体诱导测试研究及通过用腺苷分别抑制ｃＡＭＰ在子实体发育各阶段的合成,对ｃＡＭＰ在灰盖克伞子实体发育中的影响进行了研究。结果表明：ｃＡＭＰ及子实体浸提液对灰盖鬼伞双核体菌丝的子实体形成并无诱导信号作用,阻止ｃＡＭＰ的合成延缓了子实体原基的发生,菌盖的形成,担孢子梗的形成,也延缓了质配和担孢子的发生,但菌柄的延长,子实体的成熟,担孢子的着色与释放则不受ｃＡＭＰ合成受阻的影响。     

菝葜上一锈菌新种(英文)

本文描述了采自海南省的光叶菝葜Smilax corbularia Kunth var.woodii(Merr.)T.Koyama上的膨孢柄锈菌Puccinia oedospora J.Y.Zhuang sp.nov.此菌的夏孢子大小38—50×35—42μm,壁分两层,内层肉桂褐色,厚2—2.5μm,外层无色膨大,厚达5—13μm,顶部两端具明显帽状突起;冬孢子大小30—48×20—30μm,双胞,壁亦分两层,内层淡黄褐色或污黄色,极薄,外层近无色,厚2—3μm。就孢壁结构而言,此菌酷似分布中、南美寄生于紫葳科和马鞭草科植物上的饰柄锈菌属Prospodium的种。但其冬孢子壁光滑,柄无饰物,其寄主属单子叶植物的百合科(或菝葜科),故暂把它置于柄锈菌属中。

多年卧孔菌属五个中国新记录种

报道了多年卧孔菌属Perenniporia5个中国新记录种。非洲多年卧孔菌Perenniporia africana采自安徽省,孔口表面浅黄色至赭色,且骨架菌丝不分枝;下延多年卧孔菌P.decurrata采自云南省,担子果盖形,具较小孔口和担孢子;椭圆孢多年卧孔菌P.ellipsospora采自云南省,担子果平伏,孔口圆形至多角形,担孢子不平截;硬多年卧孔菌P.inflexibilis采自福建省,担子果盖形,孔口表面灰白至浅褐色,担孢子无色至浅黄色;黄多年卧孔菌P.xantha采自海南省,孔口较小,表面呈黄色,且在KOH试剂中呈深褐色。根据采集的标本材料提供了它们的详细描述和显微结构图。     

Taxonomic revision, phylogenetic analysis, and biogeography of the bee genus Tropidopedia (Hymenoptera, Apidae, Tapinotaspidini)

The species of the bee genus Tropidopedia stat. nov. are revised. Thirteen new species are proposed: T. carinata sp. nov. , T. caracicola sp. nov. , T. danunciae sp. nov. , T. duckeana sp. nov. , T. eliasi sp. nov. , T. flavolineata sp. nov. , T. friesei sp. nov. , T. japuraensis sp. nov. , T. nigrita sp. nov. , T. nigrocarinata sp. nov. , T. ornata sp. nov. , T. peruana sp. nov. and T. venezuelana sp. nov. Taxonomic notes are provided for another four species: Tropidopedia punctifrons (Smith, 1879) comb. nov. , T. pallidipennis (Friese, 1899) comb. nov. , T. seabrai (Michener & Moure, 1957) and T. arcuatilis (Vachal, 1909) comb. nov. , including designation of a lectotype for Tetrapedia arcuatilis Vachal. An identification key, illustrations for main diagnostic characters, and distributions maps for all species are provided. A phylogenetic analysis was carried out to evaluate the monophyly of Tropidopedia and its main species groups, as well as to position it among the related genera. Taxonomic study of the genus Tetralonioidella Strand from China (Hymenoptera: Apidae: Melectini)

The Chinese cleptoparasitic bee genus Tetralonioidella Strand,1914 is studied.Fourteen species are found in China,with nine new species,namely T.damenglongensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.dinghuensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.emeiensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.goumenensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.leigongensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.longqiensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.maniwengensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,T.tianmuensis Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.and T.wuae Niu & Zhu,sp.nov.,respectively.T.pendleburyi (Cockerell,1926) is firstly recorded in China.An illustrated key to Chinese known species is provided.All type specimens of new species are deposited in the Institute of Zoology,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Beijing,China.     

Genus Thubana Walker of the Malaysian Borneo (Lepidoptera,Lecithoceridae), with Descriptions of Seven New Species

The genus Thubana Walker, 1864 of the Malaysian Borneo is revised. Nine species are recognized including seven new species. The new species are: T. kumatai sp. nov., T. kubahensis sp. nov., T. kinabaluensis sp. nov., T. ochracea sp. nov., T. quadrata sp. nov., T. prolata sp. nov., and T. spinata sp. nov. With regard to the previously known species, photos of adults and the male or female genitalia are given, with some taxonomie notes. A key to the Thubana species of the Malaysian Borneo is provided.     

中国细长蚁属系统分类研究(膜翅目,蚁科)

在中国记载细长蚁属Tetraponera F. Smith昆虫13种,其中在云南省描述5新种,报道中国1新纪录种.编制了工蚁的分种检索表.评论了该属中国种类的分类历史.13个已知种依次是红黑细长蚁T.rufonigra(Jerdon),凹唇细长蚁T.concava sp.nov.,宾氏细长蚁T.binghami(Forel),狭唇细长蚁T.attenuata F.Smith,显赫细长蚁T.notabilis Ward,光亮细长蚁T.nitida(F.Smith),隆背细长蚁T.convexa sp.nov.,榕细长蚁T.microcarpa Wu et Wang,叉唇细长蚁T.furcata sp.nov.,尖唇细长蚁T.protensa sp.nov.,飘细长蚁T.allaborans(Walker),无缘细长蚁T.amargina sp.nov,平静细长蚁T.modesta(F.Smith).显赫细长蚁T.notabilis Ward为中国新纪录种.     

中国台湾秃蝗亚科一新属四新种(直翅目，斑腿蝗科)(英文)

记述了采自中国台湾斑腿蝗科秃蝗亚科1新属台秃蝗属Taipoodisma gen. nov. 和4新种：红股台秃蝗Taipodisma rufifemora sp. nov., 谢氏台秃蝗Taipodisma hsiehi sp. nov., 周氏台秃蝗Taipodisma chowi sp. nov., 黑胫台秃蝗Taipodisma nigritibia sp. nov.。新属台秃蝗属Taipoodisma gen. nov.同蹦蝗属Sinopodisma Chang, 1940近似,不同之处为前胸背板后缘中央缺凹口,中隆线在沟前区不显,在沟后区留有痕迹。新属同辽秃蝗属Liaopodisma Zheng, 1990也近似,不同之处为雄性后胸腹板两侧叶分开,不毗连。新种红股台秃蝗T. rufifemora sp. nov. 后足股节内侧和下方红色可与同属其他种相区别。新种谢氏台秃蝗T. hsiehi sp. nov. 缺黑色眼后带可与同属其他种相区别。新种周氏台秃蝗T. chowi sp. nov. 同红股台秃蝗T. rufifemora sp. nov.近似,不同之处为后足股节内侧和下方非红色。新种黑胫台秃蝗T. nigritibia sp. nov. 同周氏台秃蝗T. chowi sp. nov.近似,不同之处为前胸背板沿中隆线缺黑色纵带和前翅黄褐色,缺黑色带纹。列出了该属的种检索表。     

Revisional notes on the genus Toxopoda Macquart (Diptera,Sepsidae) in the Oriental and Australasian regions

I herein revise the genus Toxopoda Macquart of the Oriental and Australasian regions. A total of 16 species is discussed. Six new species are described: T. cavata sp. nov., T. angulata sp. nov., T. elephantina sp. nov., T. zuskai sp. nov., T. malayana sp. nov., and T. ozerovi sp. nov. The species T. contracta (Walker), T. viduata (Thomson) and T. simplex Iwasa, which can be easily confused with other species, are correctly redescribed and illustrated. Distributional notes and a key to the species of the Oriental and Australasian regions are provided.     

中国西南地区长足虻研究──Ⅲ:贵州迅长足虻属四新种记述(双翅目)(英文)

迅长足虻属TachytrechusHaliday1851是个大属,全球已知125种。分布于除极地外的六个动物地理区,但主要是新热带区（64种）和全北区（53种）。中国的迅长足虹属仅知5种,3种产自北方地区,2种产自台湾。本文为该属又增添了4个新成员：隐迅长足红T．crypsusWei,sp．nov．类迅长足虻T．crysusoideusWei,sp.nov．静迅长足虻T．modestusWei,sp．nov．及异芒迅长足虻T.absarisaWei,sp．nov。文中在全面综述新种的共有特性的基础上提出各新种的鉴别特征,近缘关系并附详细的鉴别特征图及中国已知种检索表。     

Eight new species of the genus Micromonospora, Micromonospora citrea sp. nov., Micromonospora echinaurantiaca sp. nov., Micromonospora echinofusca sp. nov. Micromonospora fulviviridis sp. nov., Micromonospora inyonensis sp. nov., Micromonospora peucetia sp. nov., Micromonospora sagamiensis sp. nov., and Micromonospora viridifaciens sp. nov

A previous phylogenetic study on type strains of the genus Micromonospora and Micromonospora species bearing non-validly published names has pointed towards the species status of several of latter strains. Subsequent studies on morphological, cultural, chemotaxonomic, metabolic, and genomic properties, and on whole cell mass spectrometric analyses by matrix adsorbed laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight (MALDI-TOF) confirmed the species status, leading to the proposal of eight new Micromonospora species: Micromonospora citrea sp. nov., type strain DSM 43903T, Micromonospora echinaurantiaca sp. nov., type strain DSM 43904T, Micromonospora echinofusca sp. nov., type strain DSM 43913T, Micromonospora fulviviridis sp. nov., type strain DSM 43906T, Micromonospora inyonensis sp. nov., type strain DSM 46123T, Micromonospora peucetia sp. nov., type strain DSM 43363T, Micromonospora sagamiensis sp. nov., type strain DSM 43912T and Micromonospora viridifaciens sp. nov., type strain DSM 43909T.     

Opisthobranch gastropods from the Lower Cretaceous of the Ulyanovsk Volga Region: 1. Genus <Emphasis Type="Italic">Tornatellaea</Emphasis> Conrad

Five new species of the genus Tornatellaea from the Lower Cretaceous of the Volga Region near Ulyanovsk, T. kabanovi sp. nov. (Hauterivian), T. densistriata sp. nov., T. gracilis sp. nov., T. volgensis sp. nov. (Barremian), and T. sinzovi sp. nov. (Aptian), are described. The data on geographical and stratigraphical distribution of new taxa are provided.
