BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Liquid based cytology (LBC) was introduced across the Scottish Cervical Screening Programme in 2003-2004. The objective of this study was to compare in a large cytopathology laboratory the results of cervical samples over two twelve-month periods, 2001-2002, when the great majority of smears were conventional, with 2003-2004, when all were LBC. METHODS: The results of smears in both periods were analysed to give overall reporting profiles, and correlated with results of cervical biopsies. The numbers of patients referred for colposcopy were compared. RESULTS: The percentage of unsatisfactory smears fell from 13.6% to 1.9%. Colposcopic referrals for repeated unsatisfactory smears fell from almost 25% to 0.5%. There was a decrease in overall smear numbers, but despite this there was an increase in the number of smears reported as showing dyskaryosis of any grade. There was an increase in positive predictive value for moderate dyskaryosis and above, from 79.5% to 86.1%. The outcome of biopsies from patients referred with mild dyskaryosis showed no decrease in accuracy of predicting a low grade histological lesion. Workload in the laboratory decreased, due to fewer smears received overall, more rapid primary screening times and fewer multi-slide cases. Primary screening backlogs all but disappeared, and reporting times greatly improved. CONCLUSIONS: Introduction of liquid based cytology led to improvements in unsatisfactory smear rates, with significant benefits to colposcopic referrals and laboratory turnaround times. Pick-up rates of dyskaryosis were maintained, and the positive predictive value of a dyskaryotic smear report was improved.  相似文献

Retrospective analysis of 18555 routinely collected smears from women in the age range 20-50 years reveals that there is a statistically significant relationship between the overall transformation zone sampling rate achieved in general practice and the detection rates for cervical abnormality. Similar analysis comparing unsatisfactory smear rates with rates for the detection of abnormality demonstrates a negative correlation which fails to achieve statistical significance. Comparison of transformation zone sampling rates achieved by smear takers sending samples to the same laboratory is proposed as a potentially useful performance indicator for smear takers.  相似文献

Comparison of cytology and histology results in English cervical screening laboratories before and after liquid‐based cytology conversion: do the data provide evidence for a single category of high‐grade dyskaryosis? Objective: To determine whether the difference between the positive predictive value (PPV) for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) grade 2 or worse (CIN2+) of referral from moderate dyskaryosis and from severe dyskaryosis was reduced after laboratories converted from conventional to liquid‐based cytology (LBC). Furthermore, to explore the cytology/histology agreement after LBC conversion, and to determine post‐LBC whether there was increased support for the use of one single category of high‐grade dyskaryosis (equivalent to high‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion). Methods: The association between cytology and histology has been examined using annual Korner return data (KC61 returns) collected by laboratories from the English National Health Service cervical screening programme. The study compares return data before and after LBC conversion. Results: The study examined data from 102 laboratories that converted from conventional cytology to LBC. Before conversion the PPV for CIN2+ of severe dyskaryosis was 88% and after increased to 90% (P = 0.003). For moderate dyskaryosis the PPV for CIN2+ increased from 70% to 72% (P = 0.06). The absolute difference of 18% between severe and moderate dyskaryosis was therefore the same pre‐ and post‐LBC conversion. The PPV of mild dyskaryosis for CIN2+ before and after conversion reduced from 23% to 19% (P < 0.001). The agreement between cytology and histology measured using a weighted Kappa statistic increased from 0.52 to 0.60 after conversion to LBC because of small increases in the proportions of severe dyskaryosis or worse with CIN3+ outcomes and mild dyskaryosis with CIN1 or less outcomes. Conclusions: Following LBC conversion there was evidence of a modest increase in the agreement between cytology and histology but no evidence of a change in the absolute difference in PPV for CIN2+ between moderate and severe dyskaryosis. The data support the conclusion that women referred with moderate dyskaryosis will on average have a lower risk of progression to invasive cancer than women referred with severe dyskaryosis. If the data were considered to support the categories of high‐grade dyskaryosis (moderate) and high‐grade dyskaryosis (severe) before LBC conversion then it can be strongly argued that they also support these categories after conversion.  相似文献

Is a liquid‐based cytology more sensitive than a conventional Pap smear? Background: The comparative sensitivity of liquid‐based cytology (LBC) test and conventional Papanicolaou (Pap) smears is controversial. Material and methods: This study analyses the distribution of cytology, histology, colposcopy and large loop excision of the transformation zone among women screened in Iceland with LBC at the Cancer Detection Clinic in Reykjavik and with a conventional Pap smear outside the Detection Clinic in 2007–2011. The study material included 42 654 LBC tests from 20 439 women and 103 909 Pap smears from 61 574 women. The period 2000–2004 is used to correct for potential bias as a result of unequal distribution of the studied parameters between the study sites before the introduction of LBC. Results: The observed results indicated that women screened with an LBC sample had significantly decreased detection rates of inadequate smears, increased detection of low‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (LSIL)/atypical cytology and referrals to colposcopy, and an increased detection rate of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 or worse (CIN2+) irrespective of age. LBC increased significantly the detection rates of high‐grade squamous intraepithelial lesion or worse (HSIL+) cytology and CIN3+ histology only in women under 40 years of age. Taking into consideration the unequal prevalence of the studied parameters between the study sites in 2000–2004 indicated, however, that LBC only affected the rate of inadequate and low‐grade cytology tests under the age of 40 years. Positive predictive values for CIN2+ were not significantly different between the tests. Conclusions: The study results support the view that LBC is no more sensitive than Pap smears for the detection of HSIL+ and CIN2+ irrespective of age. LBC decreased the rate of inadequate smears, but increased the rate of low‐grade cytology under the age of 40 years and decreased the total rate of abnormal smears over the age of 40 years.  相似文献

Introduction: Quality assurance guidelines for the UK cervical screening programme recommend that more than 80% of cervical samples from women aged 20–50 years should contain adequate numbers of Transformation zone (TZ) cells i.e. 10 or more endocervical or squamous metaplastic cells. This study was conducted to assess the frequency of TZ component in Liquid Based Cytology (LBC) both for ThinPrep (TP) and SurePath (SP) LBC. Also to assess the degree to which this is recorded by individual screeners and to determine the percentage of samples with evidence of TZ component for the different smear takers. Method: All LBC cervical specimens received at a tertiary cytology centre in the year 2004 from women aged 20–50 years were included in the study. Evidence of TZ sampling was recorded as: TP = TZ present (10 or more TZ cells)TA = TZ absentTS = TZ scanty (less than 10 TZ cells)TN = atrophic smears, TZ cells not recognisable Results: The total number of LBC cervical cases was 7445. TP = 4300 (mostly primary care) and SP = 3145 (mostly colposcopy). Overall TZ sampling rate in LBC was 82%. TP = 77.17%; SP = 88.24%. When scanty TZ was included, the standard was met for both systems (TP = 93.7%; SP = 88.24%). Presence/absence of TZ component was recorded in 6370 cases (85.1%); range 0%–97.79%. 56.7% of smear takers achieved the minimum standard for TZ sampling. Discussion: The percentage of ThinPrep samples containing adequate TZ cells was 77.17% compared to SurePath, which was 88.24%. This may be due to different patient populations i.e. primary care versus colposcopy. Should the laboratory assess the sampling adequacy of cervical smears? The results of a questionnaire answered by 14 out of the 18 NHS laboratories in Scotland reporting cervical smears showed that, since the publication of Guidelines for Judging the Adequacy of a Cervical Smear, by the British Society for Clinical Cytology (BSCC), rates of unsatisfactory smears had risen from a mean of 3.3% to 6.5%, with some laboratories reporting rates of over 10%. Four laboratories followed the guidelines closely in requiring the presence of two indicators of sampling of the transformation zone, i.e. endocervical cells, metaplastic cells or endocervical mucus. Seven laboratories required one indicator either in all smears or in a subset, whilst three did not require any indicator at all. The laboratories observing the guidelines closely had a higher mean unsatisfactory rate than those partially observing them. The main impediment to the full implementation of the BSCC guidelines appeared to be fear of an unmanageably high unsatisfactory smear rate. The accuracy of the assessment of adequacy is questioned, as is the cost effectiveness of doing so.  相似文献

The current paper presents an annex in the second edition of the European Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Cervical Cancer Screening. It provides guidance on how to make a satisfactory conventional Pap smear or a liquid-based cytology (LBC) sample. Practitioners taking samples for cytology should first explain to the woman the purpose, the procedure and how the result will be communicated. Three sampling methods are considered as acceptable for preparing conventional Pap smears: (i) the cervical broom; (ii) the combination of a spatula and an endocervical brush; and (iii) the extended tip spatula. Smear takers should take care to sample the entire circumference of the transformation zone, to quickly spread the cellular material over a glass slide, and to fix the preparation within a few seconds to avoid drying artefacts. According to local guidelines, one of these three methods may be preferred. Sampling with a cotton tip applicator is inappropriate. Similar procedures should be followed for sampling cells for LBC, but only plastic devices may be used. The collected cells should be quickly transferred into a vial with fixative liquid according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the LBC system. Subsequently, the slide or vial and the completed request form are sent to the laboratory for cytological interpretation.  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: Liquid-based cytology (LBC) for cervical screening is becoming increasingly used. Together with SurePath LBC, various collecting devices can be utilized, among which the Cervex-Brush is the most widely used. The new Rovers Cervex-Brush Combi combines the advantages of the Cervex-Brush with the EndoCervex-Brush increasing sampling of the endocervical canal. The objective of this study was to analyse and to compare the Cervex-Brush Combi with the Cervex-Brush for the collection of squamous and endocervical cells, human papillomavirus (HPV) typing/quantification and disease detection in SurePath LBC. METHODS: Using either the Cervex-Brush or the Cervex-Brush Combi 100 consecutive SurePath LBC samples were collected using each brush type. All 200 slides were read by the FocalPoint and screened by guided screening using slide wizards. The viral load of HPV type 16 E7, 18 E7, 31 E6, 33 L1, 33 E6, 35 E4, 39 E7, 45 E7, 51 E6, 52 L1, 52 E7, 53 E6, 56 E7, 58 L1, 58 E6, 59 E7, 66 E6 and 68 E7 was determined using a TaqMan-based real-time quantitative PCR analysis. RESULTS: The mean number of sampled squamous cells did not differ between the two brush types (54 963 versus 54 595 cells). The use of the Cervex-Brush Combi, however, resulted in a two- to threefold increase in the number of sampled endocervical cells (P < 0.00001). Using the Cervex-Brush Combi slightly more lesions were detected (three versus two low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions), and resulted in the detection of more atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance (six versus three). In the Cervex-Brush group, 60% (3/5) of abnormal smears were positive for oncogenic HPV types, whereas 66.7% (6/9) of abnormal smears in the Cervex-Brush Combi group tested positive. The median HPV viral load for samples taken with the Cervex-Brush Combi was 0.1825 copies/cell and was significantly higher than in samples taken with the Cervex-Brush (0.0042 copies/cell) (P = 0.02). CONCLUSION: Sampling with the Cervex-Brush Combi resulted in the collection of the same amount of squamous cells, but in a two to threefold harvest of endocervical cells. This led to the detection of a higher viral load for oncogenic HPV and an increase in the number of detected abnormal smears.  相似文献

The performance of a new ectocervical brush sampler--the Cervex--was compared with the Ayre spatula in 280 paired cervical smears. The Cervex smears were superior in quality of spread, transformation zone sampling in all degrees of cervical patency and in detection of histologically proven epithelial abnormalities, with a false negative rate of 10.9% compared with 20% for the Ayre. Improvement in predictive value was noted in atrophic samples, with increased cellularity and transformation zone representation. Difficulty has been encountered in obtaining adequate samples from the older woman and from those with iatrogenic scarring of the cervix. Although two-sampler techniques may be used, submission of high quality pan-cervical material from a single sampler onto one slide is economically and organizationally attractive. The Cervex seems capable of producing such samples and deserves further evaluation for routine screening.  相似文献

Bentley Vaginal vault cytology tests: analysis of a decade of data from a UK tertiary centre Objectives: To examine temporal trends in the use of vault cytology tests in primary and secondary care and the demographics of those women tested. Methods: Retrospective analysis of routinely collected data concerning women who had a vault cytology test processed during a 10‐year period (1 April 1995 to 31 March 2005) at Birmingham Women’s NHS Foundation Trust. Results: A total of 8457 vault cytology tests from 3164 women (range 1–17 tests, median = 2) were processed, representing approximately 2% of the cervical cytology workload of the Department of Cytopathology at Birmingham Women's Hospital. There was a significant reduction in annual numbers processed (Pearson correlation ?0.958, P < 0.001). Significant abnormalities (mild dyskaryosis or worse) were detected in 4.5%, with malignancy being detected in <0.1%. The unsatisfactory cytology test rate was 10.7% overall. There was a reduction in the numbers of vault cytology tests coming from the community, hospital outpatient clinics and operating theatres over time (χ2 for linear trend = 139.53, 9 d.f., P < 0.0001). Tests originating from community settings had the lowest disease detection rates: no malignancies and only two severe abnormalities were detected from almost 4000 primary care samples; abnormal results represented 2.8% (n = 113), of which the majority (n = 73) were borderline results. All cancers (n = 8) were detected in samples taken in gynaecology and colposcopy clinics. Conclusions: Vault cytology test usage appears to be reducing, particularly from outpatient clinics and primary care. Community detection rates are very low. Further research is required to establish the true costs and benefits of vaginal vault cytology.  相似文献

Liquid-based cytology (LBC) has been heralded as the way forward for cervical screening, and as the answer to many of its problems. It is already used as a sole method of cell preparation in many private clinics in the UK. It is being used for colposcopy smears in many NHS clinics and is now being piloted for primary screening in three screening centres in England, as well as one in Scotland and one in Wales. LBC has been welcomed as a new technology because it deals with the problem of specimen adequacy at source, removing responsibility for slide preparation and fixation from the clinician or nurse. It provides uniformly well-fixed preparations that are free of inflammatory exudate and blood, and seem easier to screen than conventional smears. There are many articles in the world literature suggesting that LBC is more accurate than conventional screening, and it is thought likely to reduce the number of false negative tests. The main reasons for piloting LBC in the NHS Cervical Screening Programme (NHSCSP) lie in its potential for reducing screening times and for reducing the numbers of repeats for inadequate tests. LBC is expensive in terms of equipment, capital costs, maintenance, consumables, training, technical preparation time, transportation and disposal of liquid media. Its costs could be justified if they were offset by the money saved from reduced screening time and repeat tests, but only if its accuracy in terms of sensitivity and specificity were proven to be equal to or better than conventional cytology. Although that is generally held to be true by the public and medical profession alike, there is very little hard evidence to support it.  相似文献

A split study evaluated the ThinPrep(R) PapTesttrade mark (TP; Cytyc Corp., Boxborough, MA) compared with current methodologies of cervical cytology in two high-risk cohorts. One thousand, three hundred cases from a colposcopy clinic and a genito-urinary medicine outpatient clinic were examined. The TP reported increased detection of all grades of dyskaryosis (mild, moderate and severe; + 4.5%) and a decrease in borderline and unsuitable cases (- 4.9%). Four cases of high-grade dyskaryosis (moderate or severe) were detected only using the TP, while an additional four cases classified as high-grade dyskaryosis with the TP were reported as borderline by our conventional methods. The split-study finding of increased sensitivity with the TP provides for improved clinical management of patients in our high-risk cohorts.  相似文献

Objective:  To ascertain the usefulness of the Roche Linear Array human papillomavirus (HPV) genotyping assay for assessing HPV genotypes in liquid-based cytology (LBC) samples and to evaluate this methodology within a cytopathology laboratory. These tests are of importance as persistent infection with high-risk HPV genotypes is considered a causal factor in the development of cervical cancer.
Methods:  A total of 175 cervical LBC samples were tested using the Roche Linear Array HPV genotyping test. The suitability of the assay use in routine cytopathology laboratory was considered. HPV genotypes were matched to the cervical cytology results, which included negative, borderline nuclear abnormalities, mild, moderate and severe dyskaryosis.
Results:  The assay could be applied to screening samples with the combined result available at the reporting stage. There were no test failures. All samples used after cytological analysis had sufficient DNA for testing. The results were reproducible and easily read and there was concordance of results between biomedical scientists. The results of the assay showed co-infection with multiple HPV genotypes was common in both high-grade and low-grade cytology samples. The percentage of HPV+ samples in the normal cytology samples (although in this grouping the number of samples was low) was 37%. In the cytology samples reported as severe dyskaryosis the HPV genotypes most commonly found were HPV16 and HPV51.
Conclusion:  The assay was able to detect multiple HPV infection with a wide range of genotypes in LBC samples sent for routine cytological analysis. It would be suitable for use in a cytopathology laboratory. The results of the assay show that the genotype profile has some variation from other geographical regions, and more work is needed to determine population prevalence, to ascertain the impact of the HPV vaccine, to evaluate test for cure and HPV triage management.  相似文献

Objective: To assess the 4‐year outcome of patients after one smear showing mild dyskaryosis with respect to smear regression rate, prevalence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and the effect of age. Methods: Retrospective analysis of patients diagnosed with initial mildly dyskaryotic smear during the year 2000 with a follow‐up period of 48 months. These women had not had any previous abnormal smears. Settings: Cytopathology Department and Colposcopy Unit, King’s College Hospital, London, UK. Results: We identified 524 patients of whom 375 patients with complete follow‐up data are included. The age range was 19–67 years with a median of 29 years. There were 207 patients aged 35 years or less (55%). At 6 months, 258 smears were performed and 47.8% of them were negative (95% CI: 41.6–54.0%). The total number of negative follow‐up smears in the first year was 198 out of a total of 397 smears performed (50%). This proportion has significantly increased between 1 and 4 years’ follow‐up to 67.5% (RR: 1.24; 95% CI: 1.14–1.35). Over the 4‐year period, 791 smears were performed and 477 were negative (60.3%; 95% CI: 56.9–63.7%). Of the 477 negative smears there were only 61 smears (12.8%; 95% CI: 10–16%), in 54 patients (14%; 95% CI: 11–18%) that reverted back to low‐grade cytological abnormality. In only one case the repeat smear showed high‐grade abnormality after initial negative follow‐up; however, on biopsy, histology showed CIN I. Out of the 375 patients, 70 required treatment with excisional biopsy (19%; 95% CI: 15.0–22.9%). Histology confirmed high‐grade CIN in only 41 cases giving a prevalence of 11% (95% CI: 8.1–14.5%). There were no cases of microinvasive or invasive cancer detected. Age (≤35 years versus >35 years) did not significantly affect either cytological or histological outcome. Conclusion: Sixty per cent of follow‐up smears after initial mild dyskaryosis subsequently became negative; of them 87.2% remained negative over the 4 year follow‐up. Treatment was only required in 19% of patients, with 11% prevalence of high‐grade CIN. Age did not affect the outcome. These results are reassuring and indicate that colposcopic referral may not be necessary after only one mildly dyskaryotic smear.  相似文献

Introduction: Conventional Pap smears (CPS) have little impact on the detection of endometrial carcinoma. Although liquid‐based cytology (LBC) is replacing CPS in the UK, experience with identification of endometrial cancers with this technique is limited. Aim: To compare the accuracy of the SurePath LBC with that of CPS for detection of endometrial cancers. Methods: Our study group comprised SurePath LBC samples reported as atypical endometrial cells and endometrial adenocarcinoma (classified respectively as borderline, code 8 and ?glandular neoplasia, code 6 for the NHS Cervical Screening Programme statistics) in 2004–2005. CPS reported as atypical endometrial cells or adenocarcinoma in 1993–1998 comprised the control group. Histological follow‐up was obtained. Results: Endometrial abnormalities were reported in 95 (0.073%) of 130 352 LBC samples, comprising 75 (0.058%) atypical endometrial cells and 20 (0.015%) endometrial adenocarcinoma reports. Of 409 495 CPS, 117 (0.029%) were diagnosed as endometrial abnormalities, comprising 59 (0.014%) atypical endometrial cells and 58 (0.014%) endometrial adenocarcinoma reports. Thus, the endometrial adenocarcinoma reporting rate was similar in both groups, but that for atypical endometrial cells was higher with LBC (P < 0.001). The positive predictive value for endometrial cancer of endometrial adenocarcinoma and atypical endometrial cell reports in the LBC group was 73.3 and 18.8%, respectively, compared with 42.3 and 6.7% in the CPS group. The endometrial adenocarcinoma patients in CPS group were older (mean age 62.5 years versus 56.5 years) and most (22/25) were symptomatic, whereas most (13/17) patients in the LBC group were asymptomatic at the time of sampling (P < 0.001). Conclusion: SurePath LBC is at least as accurate a method for detecting endometrial cancer as CPS. SurePath LBC demonstrates enhanced identification of endometrial pathology in asymptomatic women in the cervical screening programme.  相似文献

Factors contributing to false‐negative and potential false‐negative cytology reports in SurePath ? liquid‐based cervical cytology Objectives: The characteristics of false‐negative conventional cervical cytology smears have been well documented, but there is limited literature available for liquid‐based cytology (LBC), especially SurePath? samples. We aimed to assess the characteristics of false‐negative SurePath LBC samples. Methods: Over a period of 5 years, an audit of false‐negative reports in SurePath cervical cytology was undertaken. In a workload of 183, 112 samples, 481 (0.3%) false negatives were identified using two routes: those detected by routine laboratory internal quality control (rapid pre‐screening) (n = 463) and those reported as normal (true false negatives) with concurrent high‐grade cervical histology (n = 18). Ninety‐five false‐negative cases with a subsequent biopsy reported as at least cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 2 (CIN2+) were reviewed for a number of different cytomorphological features. Results: Of 95 samples with subsequent CIN2+, 30.5% predominately contained microbiopsies/hyperchromatic crowded cell groups (HCGs), 27.3% sparse dyskarytotic cells, 4.2% pale cell dyskaryosis, 6.3% small dyskaryotic cells; 3.2% were misinterpreted cells, 8.4% contained other distracting cells, 7.4% were low contrast, 5.3% were unexplained and 7.4% were true negatives. The mean number of microbiopsies/HCGs in that category was 4.6. The mean number of abnormal cells in the sparse dyskaryotic cell category was 13.8. Conclusions: Microbiopsies/HCGs were the commonest reason for false negatives. They were usually present in sufficient numbers to be detected but interpretation could be problematic. Dispersed single abnormal cells were usually not identified because of their scarcity or the presence of distracters.  相似文献

OBJECTIVES: Recent National Health Service Cervical Screening Programme (NHSCSP) guidelines suggest referral for colposcopy following an initial result of mild dyskaryosis. The aim of this study was to investigate if the number of dyskaryotic cells counted on an initial ThinPrep cervical sample showing mild dyskaryosis has predictive value. METHODS: Cases of mild dyskaryosis on ThinPrep cervical samples from 2002 were retrieved from the cytology department records of St Luke's Hospital. A total of 123 sequential cases with a first-time result of mild dyskaryosis on ThinPrep slides with follow-up cytology available in the same institution were identified. While blinded to outcome, the number of dyskaryotic cells was counted in each case. Follow-up colposcopy/histology information was retrieved where indicated. The number of dyskaryotic cells counted on each slide was collated with outcome data. RESULTS: Of the 123 cases, six women were lost to follow-up. Seventy-three had a negative outcome, 27 had a low-grade outcome and 17 had a high-grade outcome. Only one of 17 high-grade outcome cases had < or = 15 dyskaryotic cells on the initial slide. The distribution of women with a negative/low-grade outcome and those with a high-grade outcome with >15 and < or = 15 dyskaryotic cells on the initial slide was tested using a chi-square test (P = 0.008). The negative predictive value for a high-grade outcome when < or = 15 dyskaryotic cells were present on the initial slide was 97.7%. CONCLUSION: The number of dyskaryotic cells on ThinPrep slides showing mild cervical dyskaryosis has predictive value. The number of dyskaryotic cells may be used to select women suitable for cytological rather than colposcopic follow-up.  相似文献

Three thousand five hundred and eighty cervical smears were taken in 1990–1992 at a Genitourinary Medicine Clinic with various spatula or spatula brush combinations. the unsatisfactory rate and the detection of cellular abnormalities showed some relation to spatula type. However, the satisfactory smears screened in the laboratory are routinely assigned a quality grade-good, fair or poor. Analysis shows higher rate of detection of cellular abnormalities in good quality smears, the detection of dyskaryosis being twice as high, in contrast to the fair or poor quality smears. It is suggested that quality grade is a better way of classifying smear quality in the cervical screening programmes rather than the presence or absence of endocervical and/or metaplastic cells.  相似文献
