Excessive activation of NMDA glutamate receptors and the resulting loss of intracellular Ca2+ homeostasis may be lethal (excitotoxic) to neurons. Such excitotoxicity can be induced in vivo by intrastriatal infusion of quinolinate, as this substance selectively activates NMDA receptors. The aim of the present research was to investigate whether the in vivo treatment of striatal tissue with quinolinate would lead to an early impairment of sarco/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA) activity or mitochondrial Ca2+ sequestration, two intracellular mechanisms involved in Ca2+ homeostasis and signaling. Sodium quinolinate was infused intrastriatally into adult rats, and 6 h later the brains were removed and the corpora striata dissected. At this time point, striatal sections stained with Fluoro-Jade, a cellular marker of cell death, showed initial signs of neuronal degeneration. In addition, SERCA activity decreased 39% in relation to the activity observed in the control striata. A corresponding decrease of the same magnitude in 45Ca2+ uptake by striatal microsomes was also found in the treated striata. Western blot analysis did not indicate any decrease in SERCA levels in striatal tissue after quinolinate infusion. Mitochondrial Ca2+ sequestration was still preserved in quinolinate-treated striatal tissue when the assay was carried out in the presence of physiological concentrations of ATP and Mg2+. These results suggest that impairment of the SERCA function may be an early event in excitotoxicity.  相似文献

Inclusions of intraneuronal alpha‐synuclein (α‐synuclein) can be detected in brains of patients with Parkinson's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies. The aggregation of α‐synuclein is a central feature of the disease pathogenesis. Among the different α‐synuclein species, large oligomers/protofibrils have particular neurotoxic properties and should therefore be suitable as both therapeutic and diagnostic targets. Two monoclonal antibodies, mAb38F and mAb38E2, with high affinity and strong selectivity for large α‐synuclein oligomers were generated. These antibodies, which do not bind amyloid‐beta or tau, recognize Lewy body pathology in brains from patients with Parkinson's disease and dementia with Lewy bodies and detect pathology earlier in α‐synuclein transgenic mice than linear epitope antibodies. An oligomer‐selective sandwich ELISA, based on mAb38F, was set up to analyze brain extracts of the transgenic mice. The overall levels of α‐synuclein oligomers/protofibrils were found to increase with age in these mice, although the levels displayed a large interindividual variation. Upon subcellular fractionation, higher levels of α‐synuclein oligomers/protofibrils could be detected in the endoplasmic reticulum around the age when behavioral disturbances develop. In summary, our novel oligomer‐selective α‐synuclein antibodies recognize relevant pathology and should be important tools to further explore the pathogenic mechanisms in Lewy body disorders. Moreover, they could be potential candidates both for immunotherapy and as reagents in an assay to assess a potential disease biomarker.  相似文献

Sensory neurons are able to detect tissue ischaemia and both transmit information to the brainstem as well as release local vasoactive mediators. Their ability to sense tissue ischaemia is assumed to be primarily mediated through proton sensing ion channels, lack of oxygen however may also affect sensory neuron function. In this study we investigated the effects of anoxia on isolated capsaicin sensitive neurons from rat nodose ganglion. Acute anoxia triggered a reversible increase in [Ca2+]i that was mainly due to Ca2+-efflux from FCCP sensitive stores and from caffeine and CPA sensitive ER stores. Prolonged anoxia resulted in complete depletion of ER Ca2+-stores. Mitochondria were partially depolarised by acute anoxia but mitochondrial Ca2+-uptake/buffering during voltage-gated Ca2+-influx was unaffected. The process of Ca2+-release from mitochondria and cytosolic Ca2+-clearance following Ca2+ influx was however significantly slowed. Anoxia was also found to inhibit SERCA activity and, to a lesser extent, PMCA activity. Hence, anoxia has multiple influences on [Ca2+]i homeostasis in vagal afferent neurons, including depression of ATP-driven Ca2+-pumps, modulation of the kinetics of mitochondrial Ca2+ buffering/release and Ca2+-release from, and depletion of, internal Ca2+-stores. These effects are likely to influence sensory neuronal function during ischaemia.  相似文献

The calcium (Ca2+) signaling pathways have crucial roles in development from fertilization through differentiation to organogenesis. In the nervous system, Ca2+ signals are important regulators for various neuronal functions, including formation and maturation of neuronal circuits and long-term memory. However, Ca2+ signals are mainly involved in the earliest steps of nervous system development including neural induction, differentiation of neural progenitors into neurons, and the neuro-glial switch. This review examines when and how Ca2+ signals are generated during each of these steps with examples taken from in vivo studies in vertebrate embryos and from in vitro assays using embryonic and neural stem cells. Also discussed is the highly specific nature of the Ca2+ signaling pathway and its interaction with the other signaling pathways involved in early neural development.  相似文献

Cytosolic Ca2+ dynamics are important in the regulation of insulin secretion from the pancreatic β-cells within islets of Langerhans. These dynamics are sculpted by the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), which takes up Ca2+ when cytosolic levels are high and releases it when cytosolic levels are low. Calcium uptake into the ER is through sarcoendoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPases, or SERCA pumps. Two SERCA isoforms are expressed in the β-cell: the high Ca2+ affinity SERCA2b pump and the low affinity SERCA3 pump. Recent experiments with islets from SERCA3 knockout mice have shown that the cytosolic Ca2+ oscillations from the knockout islets are characteristically different from those of wild type islets. While the wild type islets often exhibit compound Ca2+ oscillations, composed of fast oscillations superimposed on much slower oscillations, the knockout islets rarely exhibit compound oscillations, but produce slow (single component) oscillations instead. Using mathematical modeling, we provide an explanation for this difference. We also investigate the effect that SERCA2b inhibition has on the model β-cell. Unlike SERCA3 inhibition, we demonstrate that SERCA2b inhibition has no long-term effect on cytosolic Ca2+ oscillations unless a store-operated current is activated.  相似文献

In this study, we investigated the role of elevated sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+ leak through ryanodine receptors (RyR2s) in heart failure (HF)-related abnormalities of intracellular Ca2+ handling, using a canine model of chronic HF. The cytosolic Ca2+ transients were reduced in amplitude and slowed in duration in HF myocytes compared with control, changes paralleled by a dramatic reduction in the total SR Ca2+ content. Direct measurements of [Ca2+]SR in both intact and permeabilized cardiac myocytes demonstrated that SR luminal [Ca2+] is markedly lowered in HF, suggesting that alterations in Ca2+ transport rather than fractional SR volume reduction accounts for the diminished Ca2+ release capacity of SR in HF. SR Ca2+ ATPase (SERCA2)-mediated SR Ca2+ uptake rate was not significantly altered, and Na+/Ca2+ exchange activity was accelerated in HF myocytes. At the same time, SR Ca2+ leak, measured directly as a loss of [Ca2+]SR after inhibition of SERCA2 by thapsigargin, was markedly enhanced in HF myocytes. Moreover, the reduced [Ca2+]SR in HF myocytes could be nearly completely restored by the RyR2 channel blocker ruthenium red. The effects of HF on cytosolic and SR luminal Ca2+ signals could be reasonably well mimicked by the RyR2 channel agonist caffeine. Taken together, these results suggest that RyR2-mediated SR Ca2+ leak is a major factor in the abnormal intracellular Ca2+ handling that critically contributes to the reduced SR Ca2+ content of failing cardiomyocytes.  相似文献

TPEN (N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)-ethylenediamine) is a membrane-permeable heavy-metal ion chelator with a dissociation constant for Ca2+ comparable to the Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+]) within the intracellular Ca2+ stores. It has been used as modulator of intracellular heavy metals and of free intraluminal [Ca2+], without influencing the cytosolic [Ca2+] that falls in the nanomolar range. In our previous studies, we gave evidence that TPEN modifies the Ca2+ homeostasis of striated muscle independent of this buffering ability. Here we describe the direct interaction of TPEN with the ryanodine receptor (RyR) Ca2+ release channel and the sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+ pump (SERCA). In lipid bilayers, at negative potentials and low [Ca2+], TPEN increased the open probability of RyR, while at positive potentials it inhibited channel activity. On permeabilized skeletal muscle fibers of the frog, but not of the rat, 50 μM TPEN increased the number of spontaneous Ca2+ sparks and induced propagating events with a velocity of 273 ± 7 μm/s. Determining the hydrolytic activity of the SR revealed that TPEN inhibits the SERCA pump, with an IC50 = 692 ± 62 μM and a Hill coefficient of 0.88 ± 0.10. These findings provide experimental evidence that TPEN directly modifies both the release of Ca2+ from and its reuptake into the SR.  相似文献

Junctate is a newly identified sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+ binding protein, but its function in cardiac muscle has remained unclear. Our previous study showed that chronic over-expression of junctate in transgenic mice led to altered SR functions and development of severe hypertrophy. In this study, we identified the interaction of junctate with SERCA2a by co-immunoprecipitation and GST-pull-down assay. This interaction was inhibited by higher Ca2+ concentration. Immunolocalization assays also showed that junctate and SERCA2a were co-localized in the SR of cardiomyocytes. Direct binding of the C-terminal region of junctate (amino acids 79-270) and luminal domain of SERCA2a (amino acids 70-89) was observed by deletion mutation experiments. Adenovirus-mediated transient over-expression of junctate in cardiomyocytes showed a reduced decay time of Ca2+ transients and increased oxalate-supported SERCA2 Ca2+ uptake, suggesting an increased activity of SERCA2a. Taken together, according to our data, junctate may play an important role in the regulation of SR Ca2+ cycling through the interaction with SERCA2a in the murine heart.  相似文献

A novel pathway of methylglyoxal (MGX)-induced apoptosis via sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA) is presented. Interaction of SERCA1 with MGX was investigated by molecular docking and experimentally in a cell-free system. MGX concentration- and time-dependently decreased SERCA1 activity. A significant increase of sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) carbonylation was found in the concentration range of 1–10 mM caused by MGX and a decrease of thiol groups at the concentrations of 5 and 40 mM. Affinities of SERCA1 to ATP and Ca2+ were not influenced by MGX, however decreases of Vmax related to both binding sites were observed. Molecular docking indicated binding of MGX at the cytosolic region of SERCA1, inducing conformational changes in the cytosolic-transmembrane interface. This interaction resulted in conformational changes in the cytosolic region (FITC fluorescence decrease) as well as in the transmembrane region of SERCA1 (Trp fluorescence decrease) without direct binding to the cytosolic ATP or transmembrane Ca2+ binding sites.Regarding the MGX inhibitory effect in a cell-free system and similarities of SERCA1 to its other isoforms, proapoptotic properties of MGX may be expected in cellular systems. At cellular level, MGX induced a decrease of SERCA2b expression in the pancreatic INS-1E β-cell line. This was accompanied by cell viability decrease, increase in apoptosis, impaired insulin secretion and elevation of basal intracellular Ca2+ levels. Decreased expression of SERCA2b may contribute to induction of apoptosis of pancreatic β-cells.  相似文献

The muscle Lim protein knock-out (MLP-KO) mouse model is extensively used for studying the pathophysiology of dilated cardiomyopathy. However, explanation is lacking for the observed long survival of the diseased mice which develop until adulthood despite the gene defect, which theoretically predestines them to early death due to heart failure. We hypothesized that adaptive changes of cardiac intracellular calcium (Ca i 2+ ) handling might explain the phenomenon. In order to study the progression of changes in cardiac function and Ca i 2+ cycling, myocardial Ca i 2+ -transients recorded by Indo-1 surface fluorometry were assessed with concomitant measurement of hemodynamic performance in isolated Langendorff-perfused hearts of 3- and 9-month old MLP-KO animals. Hearts were challenged with β-agonist isoproterenol and the sarcoplasmic reticular Ca2+-ATPase (SERCA2a) inhibitor cyclopiazonic acid (CPA). Cardiac mRNA content and levels of key Ca2+ handling proteins were also measured. A decline in lusitropic function was observed in 3-month old, but not in 9-month old MLP-KO mice under unchallenged conditions. β-adrenergic responses to isoproterenol were similar in all the studied groups. The CPA induced an increase in end-diastolic Ca i 2+ -level and a decrease in Ca2+-sequestration capacity in 3-month old MLP-KO mice compared to age-matched controls. This unfavorable condition was absent at 9 months of age. SERCA2a expression was lower in 3-month old MLP-KO than in the corresponding controls and in 9-month old MLP-KO hearts. Our results show time-related recovery of hemodynamic function and an age-dependent compensatory upregulation of Ca i 2+ handling in hearts of MLP-KO mice, which most likely involve the normalization of the expression of SERCA2a in the affected hearts.  相似文献

Endoplasmic reticulum (ER)–plasma membrane (PM) junctions form functionally active microdomains that connect intracellular and extracellular environments. While the key role of these interfaces in maintenance of intracellular Ca2+ levels has been uncovered in recent years, the functional significance of ER‐PM junctions in non‐excitable cells has remained unclear. Here, we show that the ER calcium sensor protein STIM1 (stromal interaction molecule 1) interacts with the plasma membrane‐localized adenylyl cyclase 6 (ADCY6) to govern melanogenesis. The physiological stimulus α‐melanocyte‐stimulating hormone (αMSH) depletes ER Ca2+ stores, thus recruiting STIM1 to ER‐PM junctions, which in turn activates ADCY6. Using zebrafish as a model system, we further established STIM1's significance in regulating pigmentation in vivo. STIM1 domain deletion studies reveal the importance of Ser/Pro‐rich C‐terminal region in this interaction. This mechanism of cAMP generation creates a positive feedback loop, controlling the output of the classical αMSH‐cAMP‐MITF axis in melanocytes. Our study thus delineates a signaling module that couples two fundamental secondary messengers to drive pigmentation. Given the central role of calcium and cAMP signaling pathways, this module may be operative during various other physiological processes and pathological conditions.  相似文献

The molecular mechanism underlying the characteristic high apparent Ca2+ affinity of SERCA2b relative to SERCA1a and SERCA2a isoforms was studied. The C-terminal tail of SERCA2b consists of an 11th transmembrane helix (TM11) with an associated 11-amino acid luminal extension (LE). The effects of each of these parts and their interactions with the SERCA environment were examined by transient kinetic analysis of the partial reaction steps in the Ca2+ transport cycle in mutant and chimeric Ca2+-ATPase constructs. Manipulations to the LE of SERCA2b markedly increased the rate of Ca2+ dissociation from Ca2E1. Addition of the SERCA2b tail to SERCA1a slowed Ca2+ dissociation, but only when the luminal L7/8 loop of SERCA1 was simultaneously replaced with that of SERCA2, thus suggesting that the LE interacts with L7/8 in Ca2E1. The interaction of LE with L7/8 is also important for the low rate of the Ca2E1P → E2P conformational transition. These findings can be rationalized in terms of stabilization of the Ca2E1 and Ca2E1P forms by docking of the LE near L7/8. By contrast, low rates of E2P dephosphorylation and E2 → E1 transition in SERCA2b depend critically on TM11, particularly in a SERCA2 environment, but do not at all depend on the LE or L7/8. This indicates that interaction of TM11 with SERCA2-specific sequence element(s) elsewhere in the structure is critical in the Ca2+-free E2/E2P states. Collectively these properties ensure a higher Ca2+ affinity of SERCA2b relative to other SERCA isoforms, not only on the cytosolic side, but also on the luminal side.  相似文献

Inorganic pyrophosphate (PPi) is a key metabolite in cellular bioenergetics under chronic stress conditions in prokaryotes, protists and plants. Inorganic pyrophosphatases (PPases) are essential enzymes controlling the cellular concentration of PPi and mediating intracellular pH and Ca2+ homeostasis. We report the effects of the antimalarial drugs chloroquine (CQ) and artemisinin (ART) on the in vitro growth of Philasterides dicentrarchi, a scuticociliate parasite of turbot; we also evaluated the action of these drugs on soluble (sPPases) and vacuolar H+‐PPases (H+‐PPases). CQ and ART inhibited the in vitro growth of ciliates with IC50 values of respectively 74 ± 9 μM and 80 ± 8 μM. CQ inhibits the H+ translocation (with an IC50 of 13.4 ± 0.2 μM), while ART increased translocation of H+ and acidification. However, both drugs caused a decrease in gene expression of H+‐PPases. CQ significantly inhibited the enzymatic activity of sPPases, decreasing the consumption of intracellular PPi. ART inhibited intracellular accumulation of Ca2+ induced by ATP, indicating an effect on the Ca2+‐ATPase. The results suggest that CQ and ART deregulate enzymes associated with PPi and Ca2+ metabolism, altering the intracellular pH homeostasis vital for parasite survival and providing a target for the development of new drugs against scuticociliatosis.  相似文献

Long‐chain base phosphates (LCBPs) have been correlated with amounts of crucial biological processes ranging from cell proliferation to apoptosis in animals. However, their functions in plants remain largely unknown. Here, we report that LCBPs, sphingosine‐1‐phosphate (S1P) and phytosphingosine‐1‐phosphate (Phyto‐S1P), modulate pollen tube growth in a concentration‐dependent bi‐phasic manner. The pollen tube growth in the stylar transmitting tissue was promoted by SPHK1 overexpression (SPHK1‐OE) but dampened by SPHK1 knockdown (SPHK1‐KD) compared with wild‐type of Arabidopsis; however, there was no detectable effect on in vitro pollen tube growth caused by misexpression of SPHK1. Interestingly, exogenous S1P or Phyto‐S1P applications could increase the pollen tube growth rate in SPHK1‐OE, SPHK1‐KD and wild‐type of Arabidopsis. Calcium ion (Ca2+)‐imaging analysis showed that S1P triggered a remarkable increase in cytosolic Ca2+ concentration in pollen. Extracellular S1P induced hyperpolarization‐activated Ca2+ currents in the pollen plasma membrane, and the Ca2+ current activation was mediated by heterotrimeric G proteins. Moreover, the S1P‐induced increase of cytosolic free Ca2+ inhibited the influx of potassium ions in pollen tubes. Our findings suggest that LCBPs functions in a signaling cascade that facilitates Ca2+ influx and modulates pollen tube growth.  相似文献

Abstract

Context: Regulator of G-protein signaling-2 (RGS2) inhibits Gq-mediated regulation of Ca2+ signalling in vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC). Objective: RGS2 knockout (RGS2KO) mice are hypertensive and show arteriolar remodeling. VSMC proliferation modulates intracellular Ca2+ concentration [Ca2+]i. RGS2 involvement in VSMC proliferation had not been examined. Methods: Thymidine incorporation and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) conversion assays measured cell proliferation. Fura-2 ratiometric imaging quantified [Ca2+]i before and after UTP and thapsigargin. [3H]-labeled inositol was used for phosphoinositide hydrolysis. Quantitative RT-PCR and confocal immunofluorescence of select Ca2+ transporters was performed in primary aortic VSMC. Results and discussion: Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) increased S-phase entry and proliferation in VSMC from RGS2KO mice to a greater extent than in VSMC from wild-type (WT) controls. Consistent with differential PDGF-induced changes in Ca2+ homeostasis, RGS2KO VSMC showed lower resting [Ca2+]i but higher thapsigargin-induced [Ca2+]i as compared with WT. RGS2KO VSMC expressed lower mRNA levels of plasma membrane Ca2+ ATPase-4 (PMCA4) and Na+ Ca2+ Exchanger (NCX), but higher levels of sarco-endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ ATPase-2 (SERCA2). Western blot and immunofluorescence revealed similar differences in PMCA4 and SERCA2 protein, while levels of NCX protein were not reduced in RGS2KO VSMC. Consistent with decreased Ca2+ efflux activity, 45Ca-extrusion rates were lower in RGS2KO VSMC. These differences were reversed by the PMCA inhibitor La3+, but not by replacing extracellular Na+ with choline, implicating differences in the activity of PMCA and not NCX. Conclusion: RGS2-deficient VSMC exhibit higher rates of proliferation and coordinate plasticity of Ca2+-handling mechanisms in response to PDGF stimulation.  相似文献

Hyperamylinemia is a condition that accompanies obesity and precedes type II diabetes, and it is characterized by above-normal blood levels of amylin, the pancreas-derived peptide. Human amylin oligomerizes easily and can deposit in the pancreas [1], brain [2], and heart [3], where they have been associated with calcium dysregulation. In the heart, accumulating evidence suggests that human amylin oligomers form moderately cation-selective [[4], [5]] channels that embed in the cell sarcolemma (SL). The oligomers increase membrane conductance in a concentration-dependent manner [5], which is correlated with elevated cytosolic Ca2+. These findings motivate our core hypothesis that non-selective inward Ca2+ conduction afforded by human amylin oligomers increase cytosolic and sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca2+ load, which thereby magnifies intracellular Ca2+ transients. Questions remain however regarding the mechanism of amylin-induced Ca2+ dysregulation, including whether enhanced SL Ca2+ influx is sufficient to elevate cytosolic Ca2+ load [6], and if so, how might amplified Ca2+ transients perturb Ca2+-dependent cardiac pathways. To investigate these questions, we modified a computational model of cardiomyocytes Ca2+ signaling to reflect experimentally-measured changes in SL membrane permeation and decreased sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase (SERCA) function stemming from acute and transgenic human amylin peptide exposure. With this model, we confirmed the hypothesis that increasing SL permeation alone was sufficient to enhance Ca2+ transient amplitudes. Our model indicated that amplified cytosolic transients are driven by increased Ca2+ loading of the SR and that greater fractional release may contribute to the Ca2+-dependent activation of calmodulin, which could prime the activation of myocyte remodeling pathways. Importantly, elevated Ca2+ in the SR and dyadic space collectively drive greater fractional SR Ca2+ release for human amylin expressing rats (HIP) and acute amylin-exposed rats (+Amylin) mice, which contributes to the inotropic rise in cytosolic Ca2+ transients. These findings suggest that increased membrane permeation induced by oligomeratization of amylin peptide in cell sarcolemma contributes to Ca2+ dysregulation in pre-diabetes.  相似文献

Evoking of action potentials (APs) in the trap of Dionaea muscipula Ellis at intervals shorter than 20 s caused a gradual decrease in the amplitude of the APs. At longer intervals the amplitude was constant. The calcium ionophore A23187 (1 μM) caused a considerable decrease of AP amplitude. Pretreatment of a segment of the Dionaea trap with cyclopiazonic acid (CPA), which is a specific inhibitor of the Ca2+-ATPase in the sarcoplasmic seticulum of animal cells and in ER vesicles isolated from plant cells, only slightly affected the amplitude when APs were evoked every 10 min; however, it caused a considerable decrease in the amplitude when the stimulation was repeated every 2 min. Assuming that APs increase the concentration of cytosolic Ca2+ and the amplitude of AP depends on the gradient of Ca2+ across the plasma membrane, the effect of CPA on the AP amplitude indicates that CPA inhibits the sequestration of Ca2+ in Dionaea cells.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide is the most stable of the reactive oxygen species (ROS) and is a regulator of development, immunity and adaptation to stress. It frequently acts by elevating cytosolic free Ca2+ ([Ca2+]cyt) as a second messenger, with activation of plasma membrane Ca2+‐permeable influx channels as a fundamental part of this process. At the genetic level, to date only the Ca2+‐permeable Stelar K+ Outward Rectifier (SKOR) channel has been identified as being responsive to hydrogen peroxide. We show here that the ROS‐regulated Ca2+ transport protein Annexin 1 in Arabidopsis thaliana (AtANN1) is involved in regulating the root epidermal [Ca2+]cyt response to stress levels of extracellular hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide‐stimulated [Ca2+]cyt elevation (determined using aequorin luminometry) was aberrant in roots and root epidermal protoplasts of the Atann1 knockout mutant. Similarly, peroxide‐stimulated net Ca2+ influx and K+ efflux were aberrant in Atann1 root mature epidermis, determined using extracellular vibrating ion‐selective microelectrodes. Peroxide induction of GSTU1 (Glutathione‐S‐Transferase1 Tau 1), which is known to be [Ca2+]cyt‐dependent was impaired in mutant roots, consistent with a lesion in signalling. Expression of AtANN1 in roots was suppressed by peroxide, consistent with the need to restrict further Ca2+ influx. Differential regulation of annexin expression was evident, with AtANN2 down‐regulation but up‐regulation of AtANN3 and AtANN4. Overall the results point to involvement of AtANN1 in shaping the root peroxide‐induced [Ca2+]cyt signature and downstream signalling.  相似文献
