蜜蜂是典型的模式昆虫,也是重要的经济昆虫,温度对其发育有着重要的影响。本文研究了低温20℃处理不同时长对意大利蜜蜂Apis mellifera ligustica 0-66 h受精卵的影响。结果表明:低温处理导致意大利蜜蜂受精卵的孵化率下降,发育历期显著延长。低温对蜜蜂受精卵孵化率影响程度与卵龄关系较大。0-9 h卵龄对低温敏感,其次是12-24 h卵龄,36 h以上卵龄后则较耐低温。0-66 h的卵受低温影响后发育历期延长平均值与低温胁迫时间呈显著的线性正相关。低温对蜜蜂卵发育有影响,在蜜蜂饲养管理的早春增长阶段,需要加强蜂群的保温。  相似文献

【目的】明确新疆本地种捕食螨双尾新小绥螨Neoseiulus bicaudus Wainstein在遇到短时极端高温胁迫后,对其生长发育和种群发展的影响。【方法】利用短时极端高温处理试验,研究双尾新小绥螨卵和成螨分别在38℃、42℃和46℃下,处理2、4和6 h后的孵化率、存活率以及对其未成熟阶段发育历期和生命参数的影响。【结果】卵经过不同时间高温处理后,随着处理温度的升高,处理时间的延长,卵的孵化率逐渐降低,46℃处理2 h的孵化率仅为42.02%,且在46℃处理超过4 h,其卵不能孵化;其各未成熟阶段发育历期有先缩短后延长的趋势,当在38℃处理2 h时,其发育历期最短为4.82 d。雌成螨经过不同时间高温处理后,雌成螨的产卵量、产卵期和寿命随着处理温度的升高、处理时间的延长有逐渐下降和缩短的趋势;42℃,2 h处理下每雌产卵量最低为19.33粒,其产卵期也是最短为10.09 d;38℃,6 h处理下寿命最短为14.68 d。【结论】短时极端高温处理主要影响双尾新小绥螨卵的孵化率、存活率降低和未成熟阶段的发育历期;影响其雌成螨的产卵量和寿命。  相似文献

幼虫期短时高温暴露对二点委夜蛾存活和繁殖的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
【目的】随着全球气候变暖,夏季短时极端高温发生的频率逐渐增加。本研究旨在探明二点委夜蛾Athetis lepigone幼虫期对高温的适应性。【方法】将二点委夜蛾不同日龄(1,6,12和18日龄)幼虫在不同高温(35,38和41℃)条件下暴露不同时间(0.5,1,2,4和6 h)后转移至适温(26℃)继续饲养,观察短时高温对其存活率、发育历期、化蛹率、羽化率、雌虫寿命、单雌产卵量及次代卵孵化率的影响。【结果】幼虫期短时高温暴露的温度和时间对二点委夜蛾幼虫的存活率和发育历期有显著影响,而对化蛹率、成虫羽化率、雌虫寿命、单雌产卵量以及次代卵孵化率影响不显著。随着温度的升高和处理时间的延长,幼虫存活率逐渐降低,发育历期逐渐延长。其中,18日龄的幼虫最为敏感,38℃和41℃暴露6 h后存活率分别为58.3%和17.7%,显著低于对照,发育历期分别为25.5 d和29.2 d,较对照显著延长。【结论】幼虫期经历短时高温暴露仅对幼虫的存活和发育历期有影响,而对后续蛹和成虫的生长发育及成虫繁殖力没有影响。  相似文献

【目的】低温是影响昆虫生长发育和存活的关键因子之一。通过研究低温胁迫对沙葱萤叶甲Galeruca daurica Joannis幼虫过冷却能力及生长发育的影响,为进一步预测其种群动态及分布范围奠定必要的基础。【方法】在室内,沙葱萤叶甲1龄幼虫经不同的低温处理后,测定其过冷却点及后期幼虫和蛹的发育历期及存活率。【结果】快速冷驯化对1龄幼虫的过冷却点存在极显著的影响,其中在﹣10℃下处理2 h后的过冷却点显著低于对照,而在﹣6℃下处理2 h后与对照无显著性差异。经低温处理存活的1龄幼虫在25℃下继续饲养至蜕皮为2龄幼虫,测得的过冷却点与对照均无显著差异。1龄幼虫经历不同低温处理后,1龄和2龄幼虫发育历期和幼虫总发育历期与对照相比均显著延长;蛹期与对照相比差异不显著;短时低温处理(2 h)对3龄幼虫发育历期无显著影响,而较低温度(﹣5℃)的长时间(2~6 d)处理却显著缩短了3龄幼虫发育历期,但0℃处理对3龄幼虫发育历期影响不显著。低温处理对后期1龄和2龄幼虫死亡率存在显著的影响,但对3龄幼虫和蛹的死亡率影响不显著。通常在低温处理时间相同的情况下,胁迫温度越低,对后期幼虫发育历期和死亡率影响越大;在处理温度相同的情况下,胁迫时间越长,对后期幼虫发育历期和死亡率影响越大。【结论】低温胁迫可以显著地提高沙葱萤叶甲幼虫的过冷却能力,但却延长了后期幼虫的发育历期及降低了其存活率,胁迫温度越低、时间越长,影响程度越大。  相似文献

【目的】为了明确土耳其斯坦叶螨Tetranychus turkestani和截形叶螨T. truncatus在高温逆境下的生存特性对其种群发展的影响。【方法】通过短时高温处理试验, 研究了土耳其斯坦叶螨和截形叶螨卵、 幼螨、 成螨在38℃, 42℃和46℃下处理2~6 h后的孵化率和存活率, 以及对其后续发育历期和生殖的影响。【结果】两种叶螨的卵和幼螨在38~46℃下处理2~6 h, 其存活率随着温度和处理时间的增加而降低, 后续发育历期随着温度和处理时间的增加而延长。两种叶螨的雌成螨在38~46℃下处理2~6 h后其存活率、 产卵前期、 产卵期和产卵量均不受影响, 但所产卵的孵化率明显降低, 其中土耳其斯坦叶螨在46℃下处理6 h的孵化率下降了15.5%, 截形叶螨在46℃下处理6 h的孵化率下降了18.0%。【结论】高温暴露主要影响叶螨的孵化率、 存活率和后续的发育历期, 对成螨的寿命和生殖无显著影响; 土耳其斯坦叶螨和截形叶螨对极端高温的适应性存在差异, 土耳其斯坦叶螨对高温的适应性要高于截形叶螨。  相似文献

【目的】桃小食心虫Carposina sasakii是我国北方落叶果树的重要害虫。本研究旨在探索短时高温对桃小食心虫生长发育和繁殖的影响。【方法】在室内23±1℃、 相对湿度80%±7%和15L∶9D条件下, 测定了桃小食心虫卵、 幼虫、 蛹、 成虫在经历35, 38和41℃高温处理1~4 h后各阶段的发育历期、 存活率和产卵量。【结果】 短时高温对卵的孵化率无明显影响; 经41℃处理后, 初蛀果幼虫(1日龄)的发育历期明显延长, 且存活率显著降低, 3日龄以上的幼虫受到的影响不明显; 11日龄蛹的羽化率在38℃和41℃处理中明显降低, 畸形率也显著升高; 经38℃和41℃处理的成虫存活率降低, 寿命缩短, 产卵量也减少。【结论】短时高温处理对桃小食心虫卵的影响较小, 而对成虫的影响较大。这些结果有助于深入了解该虫在高温季节种群数量变动机制。  相似文献

研究了低温(<8℃)对小菜蛾的发育、存活和繁殖的影响.结果表明,卵和蛹在4℃和6℃下死亡率随处理时间的延长而增加,在分别处理55d和70d后,卵和蛹全部死亡;经4℃和6℃处理的蛹,在16℃下羽化成虫的平均产卵量随处理时间的延长而减少,处理45d时,产卵量均为0.小菜蛾幼期各虫态在0℃以下,死亡率随低温强度加大和处理时间的延长而增高.就耐寒力而言,3龄幼虫和蛹最强,其次是2龄和4龄幼虫,卵和1龄幼虫的耐寒力最弱.不同低温和时间处理小菜蛾幼期虫态对其后继虫态的发育历期有较大影响,总体说来,经过处理的小菜蛾幼期虫态,其后继虫态的发育历期普遍延长,一般处理某一虫态对其相邻虫态发育历期的影响最大.小菜蛾蛹经低温处理后其羽化成虫的产卵量随着蛹期所经历低温强度的增强和时间延长而减少.  相似文献

【目的】沙葱萤叶甲Galeruca daurica(Joannis)是近年来在内蒙古草原暴发成灾的一种新害虫,以卵在牛粪、石块及草丛下越冬,了解其越冬卵的抗寒能力有助于预测其分布范围及种群数量动态。【方法】在室内测定了沙葱萤叶甲越冬卵在不同低温条件下(-18~-39℃)暴露12和24 h及在-30℃低温条件下暴露不同时间(0~60 d)的存活率以及存活卵的发育历期。【结果】低温强度和暴露时间对沙葱萤叶甲越冬卵的存活率有显著影响,随着温度的降低和暴露时间的延长,越冬卵的存活率降低。当温度≤-33℃暴露12 h或≤-30℃暴露24 h,越冬卵存活率显著低于其相应的对照(25℃)。越冬卵低温暴露12和24 h的致死中温度(LT50)分别为-33.08和-32.13℃,在-30℃下的致死中时间(Lt50)为33.33 d。经-36℃低温暴露12 h或≤-33℃低温暴露24 h后,存活的越冬卵发育历期显著延长,而-30℃低温暴露30 d内差异不显著。【结论】沙葱萤叶甲越冬卵抗寒能力强,冬季低温通常不会造成越冬卵的大量死亡。  相似文献

为了探讨温度和光周期对绿盲蝽Apolygus lucorum Meyer-Dür越冬卵滞育解除和发育历期的影响, 系统调查了绿盲蝽越冬卵在不同温度和不同光照组合下的孵化率和孵化时间, 结果显示:绿盲蝽的越冬卵均为滞育卵,低温和光周期对绿盲蝽越冬卵的滞育解除均有影响。2℃的低温处理能够显著促进其滞育解除,在0~65 d范围内,随着低温处理时间增长,其滞育解除时间缩短,未经低温处理的越冬卵T50为68.5 d,低温处理65 d的T50为12.25 d,绿盲蝽越冬卵在2℃低温处理65 d后完全解除滞育;在0~40 d范围内,低温处理时间越长,绿盲蝽越冬卵的孵化率越高,在25℃、全光照的条件下不经低温处理的孵化率为68.65%,低温处理40 d后在25℃的条件下的孵化率达到99.46%。在20~26℃范围内,绿盲蝽越冬卵的滞育后发育历期随着温度的上升而缩短, 随着光周期的延长而缩短。结果说明低温处理能够提高绿盲蝽越冬卵滞育解除率,但不是其滞育解除的必要条件,低温处理与自然变温对绿盲蝽滞育解除的作用相似;高温和长光照能够促进绿盲蝽的滞育解除,缩短发育历期。  相似文献

Abstract.  The effects of a sublethal dose of chlorfluazuron on egg hatching in Spodoptera litura are examined under laboratory conditions. When LD10 of chlorfluazuron is topically applied to newly moulted fifth-instar larvae of either sex, a significant reduction in both the number of eggs laid and subsequent hatching is observed after mating but no significant differences in daily of oviposition are observed when compared with the controls. In addition, examination of the unhatched eggs reveals that the number of unfertilized eggs is greater than those that were fertilized but there are significantly more unfertilized eggs laid by treated insects. Interference by chlorfluazuron, transferred by copulation through sperm fluids or ova, appears improbable. All the fertilized unhatched eggs in the treated crosses die at an earlier stage than those of the controls. In the female-treated crosses, the egg size is significantly reduced compared with the control or male-treated crosses. During mating, the treated-males transferred significantly lower-weight spermatophores into the females. The weight of spermatophores transferred by untreated males is the same to both treated and untreated females. The duration of mating is not affected by chlorfluazuron treatment.  相似文献

【目的】了解短时高温对金银花Lonicera japonica Thunb.贮藏期害虫锯谷盗Oryzaephilus surinamensis(Linnaeus)存活及繁殖的影响。【方法】在室内测定了锯谷盗成虫经36、39、42、45、48℃高温处1、3、5、7 h后成虫存活率、产卵前期、产卵期、产卵量及F_1代孵化率和羽化率的差异。【结果】短时高温对锯谷盗成虫存活率、产卵前期、产卵期、产卵量及F_1代孵化率和羽化率均有显著影响,在36~48℃范围内,随着温度升高和时间的延长,成虫存活率不断下降、产卵前期不断延长、产卵期不断缩短、产卵量不断下降、F_1代孵化率和羽化率不断下降。经36、39、42、45、48℃高温处理7 h后,成虫存活率分别比对照下降了29.19%、34.47%、39.84%、55.64%和66.68%,产卵前期分别比对照延长了2.06、3.48、4.88、6.51、8.31 d,产卵期分别比对照缩短了4.99、7.89、12.07、16.89、23.14 d,产卵量分别比对照降低了52.26、61.06、70.82、82.87、92.97粒,F_1代孵化率分别比对照下降了21.52%、44.27%、73.44%、97.16%、100%,羽化率分别比对照下降了20.61%、32.85%、57.59%、95.15%、100%。方差分析显示,温度和时间的交互作用对成虫的存活率、F_1代的孵化率和羽化率均有显著影响(P<0.05),而对成虫产卵前期、产卵期和产卵量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。【结论】短时高温对金银花贮藏期害虫锯谷盗存活及繁殖有显著的影响,引起存活率及繁殖力显著下降。  相似文献

Process-based population models need sound and comprehensive data on an animal's response to climatic factors if they are to function reliably under a wide range of climatic conditions. To this end, different aged egg masses of the livestock tick, Rhipicephalus (Boophilus) microplus, were either desiccated in atmospheres with saturation deficits of 5, 10, 15 or 20 mmHg at 20 or 26 degrees C, or chilled at temperatures of 5, 10 or 14 degrees C with a saturation deficit of 1 mmHg for varying periods. The survival rate of the eggs through to hatching was related to the initial age of the eggs, the severity of the treatments and the duration of exposure. We established a relationship between desiccation and weight loss of eggs and, secondarily between weight loss and mortality. Mortality increased with weight loss until it reached 100% when the weight loss was about 35%. Low temperatures were increasingly detrimental to eggs as they reduced from 14 to 5 degrees C. Freshly laid eggs were more susceptible to both low temperatures and desiccation than were older eggs. Larvae emerging from eggs that were stressed by either cold or desiccation lived for a shorter time under optimal conditions than did larvae from eggs incubated under optimal conditions. Larvae from eggs with the same hatching rate had the same viability, whether the stress was induced by desiccation or low temperatures. Models were developed to describe the dynamics of weight loss of eggs with desiccation, the accumulation of cold stress of the eggs, and their effects on egg survival and larval viability. These data provide a sound basis for the development of predictive models for use under field conditions, although the response of different aged eggs to low temperatures was too variable to allow us to develop an accurate model to describe that relationship. Field models will also need to take diurnal temperature fluctuations into account.  相似文献

Breeding biology of the Barn Owl Tyto alba in central Mali   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Data were obtained on 178 clutches of African Barn Owls in central Mali from four breeding seasons during 1979–1983. Significantly more clutches were laid in 1979–1980 and significantly fewer in 1980– 1981 than the average for the 4 years and there were significantly more clutches laid in the middle period of the annual breeding season. The egg volume was significantly smaller at the beginning of the breeding season and significantly larger in the middle than the overall mean with eggs of second clutches being larger than those of first clutches. The clutch size was 605 eggs of which 479 hatched. The number of young fledged per successful nest was 319 and was 1 83 for all nesting attempts. The month was the only variable shown to affect significantly the clutch size, eggs hatched and fledging rate, the highest success rates being associated with the middle of the breeding period. The average interval between the hatching of eggs was 2–31 days. Survival rates (47'1%) to fledging were significantly affected by year (1981–1982 being the least) and month (mid-season birds the best). The order of hatching significantly affected age at death or disappearance, the first-hatched birds surviving the longest. The year significantly affected age at fledging, the young from the year in which most clutches were laid leaving the nest at the youngest age and those associated with the year having the least number of clutches remaining in the nest the longest. The month of hatching also affected fledging age, birds at the extremes of the breeding season fledging at older ages. The discussion compares these data with those from elsewhere.  相似文献

【目的】本文旨在明确营养状况不同造成的梨小食心虫Grapholitha molesta(Busck)雌、雄蛹重量差异对其羽化的成虫产卵量、产卵期、寿命及下一代(F1)幼虫发育的影响。【方法】室内条件下,通过不同的饲养方法,获得个体重量不同的梨小食心虫雌、雄蛹,待其羽化交配后,记录其产卵量、产卵时间和成虫寿命;卵孵化前后,分别测量卵和初孵幼虫大小,计算卵孵化率,统计幼虫发育历期。【结果】雌蛹重量对梨小食心虫的成虫产卵量影响显著,其重量与产卵量呈正相关(y=15.505x-59.292);同一条件下,雌蛹与雄蛹重量也呈正相关(y=0.823x-0.538)。同时,雌蛹重量对成虫产卵期影响也较大,蛹重大的个体羽化的雌虫比蛹重小的个体羽化的雌虫产卵高峰期提前1 d;较重、中等和较轻蛹羽化出的雌虫个体每天产卵量高于10粒/雌的时间分别为9~10,7和5~6 d;产卵量高于5粒/雌的时间分别为12~13,9和6~7 d。而雄蛹重量对产卵量、雄成虫寿命影响没有明显影响。较轻的蛹羽化的雌成虫寿命比较重蛹羽化的雌成虫短2~3 d;而雄蛹重量对其羽化的雄成虫寿命影响没有明显规律。雌、雄蛹重量对其羽化成虫的卵孵化率、卵和初孵幼虫的大小影响均不显著,对F_1幼虫发育历期影响也不显著。【结论】梨小食心虫雌蛹重对羽化成虫的产卵量和产卵期等影响显著,田间防治时应注意在不同条件下完成发育的个体,尤其是雌虫,由于营养差异引起的个体大小对随后种群增长的影响。  相似文献

Anisakids are parasitic nematodes of fish worldwide, producing economic and human health concerns. It is thus important to ascertain their in vitro life cycle in laboratory studies. Here we describe the in vitro development of third-stage larvae (L3) of Hysterothylacium aduncum isolated from blue whiting Micromesistius poutassou, to the hatching of L3 from eggs obtained from H. aduncum worms grown in GLIT medium (a modified mixture of Yaeger's LIT [Liver Infusion Tryptose] and Grace's media) at pH 4.0, 13 degrees C and with 5% CO2 in air. Under these conditions, L3 recovered from fish developed to mature adults (3.4 to 6.2 cm in length), with oviposition starting from Day 26 in culture. Fertilized eggs (mean size 64 x 52 microm) had a thick, rugose eggshell and were larger than unfertilized ones (mean size 49 x 42 microm), whose eggshells were thin and smooth. Eggs laid during the first and second week of oviposition, and maintained in 2.8% NaCl solution at 13 degrees C, developed to L3. Under these maintenance conditions, between 20.6 and 52.5% of the eggs laid during the first week developed into larvae. Motile larvae, enclosed in a sheath, hatched from between 2 and 11% of these eggs. The larvae started to hatch 23 d after deposition. These larvae were 144 to 215 microm in length, enclosed in a 237 to 305 microm-long sheath. This GLIT culture medium may help to study the biology of this and other anisakids.  相似文献

In temperate regions, populations of Aedes aegypti survive the cold season in the egg stage. In the present work, we studied the cold‐season mortality of Ae. aegypti eggs and their subsequent hatching pattern in Buenos Aires city. Eggs were exposed during the winter season (three months) in three neighborhoods located along a gradient of distance toward the Río de la Plata River, coincident with a gradient of activity of Ae. aegypti. Results showed mortalities lower (30.6%) than those from tropical regions during the dry season. Significant differences were detected among the egg mortalities of each site with a maximum value at the site nearest the Río de la Plata River (50%), and a minimum value at the most continental site (9%). Post‐experimental hatching response of eggs differed between sites, with the highest proportion of hatched eggs during the first immersion in the site nearest to the river and the lowest proportion in the most continental site. The hatching proportion also differed between age classes, with older (early‐laid) eggs hatching later than new (late‐laid) ones. Our results provide the first information of Ae. aegypti egg mortality in temperate South America and support the hypothesis that differences in egg mortality are associated with abundance patterns of Ae. aegypti in Buenos Aires city.  相似文献

Following exposures to potato root diftusate of between 6 and 12 h, desiccation killed a proportion of juveniles in eggs of G. pallida and affected the hatching behaviour of survivors. In hatching tests of 9 wk duration, more juveniles hatched in the final wk from cysts, which were soahed and dried alternately for 9 wk than from cysts soaked in tap water for the final 2 wk only. Mustard root diffusate prevented eggs previously stimulated by potato root diffusate from hatching, but it did not alleviate the effects of desiccation.  相似文献

【目的】为了明确柳毒蛾Leucoma salicis(Linnaeus)交配的日节律高峰,温度和不同交配持续时间处理对成虫寿命、产卵量和孵化率等繁殖生物学的影响。【方法】将新羽化的柳毒蛾成虫置于养虫笼中,观察交配的日节律高峰,并统计不同温度和不同交配持续时间处理下的成虫寿命、产卵量和孵化率。【结果】成虫在羽化当晚的后半夜凌晨开始交尾,次日晚上开始产卵。成虫交配集中在羽化翌日凌晨3:00—5:00之间,高峰为4:00。产卵高峰都出现在2日龄成虫,但是,25℃下成虫交配持续时间(9.2 h)显著短于28℃(11.8 h)。交配持续时间为30、60和300 min的处理,雌成虫平均寿命显著长于对照(对照9.2 h),雄虫仅60 min的处理显著长于对照。同时,极短的交配持续时间(30 min)显著降低雌虫的产卵量和孵化率。【结论】试验明确了成虫交配的日节律高峰,在适宜的温度范围内(25~28℃),雌雄成虫的寿命、单雌总产卵量无显著差异,交配持续时间明显影响成虫寿命、产卵量和卵孵化率。  相似文献
