Radiosensitizing effects of combination of a minor groove DNA ligand, Hoechst-33342, with the glucose analogue and inhibitor of glycolysis, 2-deoxy-D-glucose (2-DG) have been investigated in Ehrlich ascites tumour (EAT) bearing mice following focal irradiation of the tumour with 60Co gamma-rays. Treatment-induced tumour growth delay and tumour free animal survival were evaluated as parameters of radiation response. Focal irradiation of the tumour with a single fraction of 10 Gy induced a moderate delay in tumour growth but did not lead to complete regression in any of the tumours. Intravenous administration of H-342 1 hr before irradiation enhanced radiation-induced growth delay in a dose dependent manner. Complete regression of the tumour was observed only at a dose of 10 mg/kg body wt, leading to a cure (tumour free survival for more than 100 days) rate of 55%. Administration of 2-DG (2 g/kg body wt; i.v.), immediately before irradiation significantly enhanced radiation-induced growth delay and resulted in a cure rate of 45%. In combination with this dose of 2-DG (2 g/kg body wt), H-342 at a lower dose (5 mg/kg body wt) significantly enhanced the cure rate to 66%. H-342 or 2-DG given alone or in combination at the doses investigated here did not show any significant effects on the unirradiated tumour.  相似文献

Bromobenzene is a well-known environmental toxin which causes liver and kidney damage through CYP450-mediated bio-activation to generate reactive metabolites and, consequently, oxidative stress. The present study aimed to evaluate the possible protective role of withaferin A against bromobenzene-induced liver and kidney damage in mice. Withaferin A (10 mg/kg) was administered orally to the mice for 8 days before intragastric intubation of bromobenzene (10 mmol/kg). As results of this experiment, the levels of liver and kidney functional markers, lipid peroxidation, and cytokines (TNF-α and IL-1β) presented an increase and there was a decrease in anti-oxidant activity in the bromobenzene-treated group of mice. Pre-treatment with withaferin A not only significantly decreased the levels of liver and kidney functional markers and cytokines but also reduced oxidative stress, as evidenced by improved anti-oxidant status. In addition, the mitochondrial dysfunction shown through the decrease in the activities of mitochondrial enzymes and imbalance in the Bax/Bcl-2 expression in the livers and kidneys of bromobenzene-treated mice was effectively prevented by pre-administration of withaferin A. These results validated our conviction that bromobenzene caused liver and kidney damage via mitochondrial pathway and withaferin A provided significant protection against it. Thus, withaferin A may have possible usage in clinical liver and kidney diseases in which oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction may be existent.  相似文献

BackgroundWithaferin A is a functional ingredient of a traditional medicinal plant, Withania somnifera, which has been broadly used in India for protecting against chronic diseases. This bioactive steroidal lactone possesses multiple functions such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, and immunomodulation. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is one of the major health problems worldwide with the high complication, morbidity, and mortality rates. The detailed effects and underlying mechanisms of withaferin A on CKD progression still remain to be clarified.PurposeWe aimed to investigate whether withaferin A treatment ameliorates the development of renal fibrosis and its related mechanisms in a CKD mouse model.MethodsA mouse model of unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO) was used to mimic the progression of CKD. Male adult C57BL/6J mice were orally administered with 3 mg/kg/day withaferin A for 14 consecutive days after UUO surgery. Candesartan (5 mg/kg/day) was used as a positive control.ResultsBoth Withaferin A and candesartan treatments significantly ameliorated the histopathological changes and collagen deposition in the UUO kidneys. Withaferin A could significantly reverse the increases in the protein levels of pro-fibrotic factors (fibronectin, transforming growth factor-β, and α-smooth muscle actin), inflammatory signaling molecules (phosphorylated nuclear factor-κB-p65, interleukin-1β, and cyclooxygenase-2), and cleaved caspase-3, apoptosis, and infiltration of neutrophils in the UUO kidneys. The protein levels of endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress-associated molecules (GRP78, GRP94, ATF4, CHOP, phosphorylated eIF2α, and cleaved caspase 12) were increased in the kidneys of UUO mice, which could be significantly reversed by withaferin A treatment.ConclusionWithaferin A protects against the CKD progression that is, at least in part, associated with the moderation of ER stress-related apoptosis, inflammation, and fibrosis in the kidneys of CKD. Withaferin A may serve as a potential therapeutic agent for the development of CKD.  相似文献

The water-soluble vitamin E derivative alpha-TMG is an excellent radical scavenger. A dose of 600 mg/kg TMG significantly reduced radiation clastogenicity in mouse bone marrow when administered after irradiation. The present study was aimed at investigating the radioprotective effect of postirradiation treatment with alpha-TMG against a range of whole-body lethal (8.5-12 Gy) and sublethal (1-5 Gy) doses of radiation in adult Swiss albino mice. Protection against lethal irradiation was evaluated from 30-day mouse survival and against sublethal doses was assessed from micronuclei and chromosomal aberrations in the bone marrow 24 h after irradiation. An intraperitoneal injection of 600 mg/kg TMG within 10 min of lethal irradiation increased survival, giving a dose modification factor (DMF) of 1.09. TMG at doses of 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg significantly reduced the percentage of aberrant metaphases, the different types of aberrations, and the number of micronucleated erythrocytes. DMFs of 1.22 and 1.48 for percentage aberrant metaphases and 1.6 and 1.98 for micronuclei were obtained for 400 mg/kg and 600 mg/kg TMG, respectively. No drug toxicity was observed at these doses. The effectiveness of TMG when administered postirradiation suggests its possible utility for protection against unplanned radiation exposures.  相似文献

The use of local anesthetics, such as lidocaine, has been proposed in the treatment of distal ulcerative colitis. Trimebutine maleate (TMB) displays a local anesthetic activity higher than that of lidocaine in rabbit corneal reflex. TMB and nor-TMB its main metabolite in human show similar affinity to that of bupivacaine toward sodium channel labeled by [3H]batrachotoxin and block sodium currents in sensory neurons from rat dorsal root ganglia. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of TMB and nor-TMB in comparison to lidocaine and bupivacaine in a rat model of acute colonic inflammation induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid (TNBS). A single intracolonic instillation of TNBS (50 mg/kg dissolved in ethanol 30%) led to early plasma extravasation then macroscopic damage (hyperemia and necrosis), increased colonic weight and tissular MPO, a marker of neutrophilic infiltration. Local administration of TMB at dose of 3 to 60 mg/kg, 30 min before, 24 and 48 h after colitis induction, significantly reduced the severity of colitis. Nor-TMB (1, 3, 10, 30 mg/kg) as well as lidocaine (1, 3, 10 mg/kg) dose-dependently reduced colitis while bupivacaine at 10 mg/kg did not affect it significantly. In contrast systemic administration of TMB, nor-TMB and lidocaine at 10 mg/kg had no significant effect. Furthermore, local administration of TMB (30 mg/kg) and lidocaine (10 mg/kg) significantly reduced plasmatic extravasation. In conclusion, intracolonic treatment with TMB and nor-TMB improved acute experimental TNBS-induced colitis in rat and these effects could be explained by their local anesthetic activity.  相似文献

The in vivo antitumour activity of the natural photosensitizer hypericin was evaluated. C3H/DiSn mice were inoculated with fibrosarcoma G5:1:13 cells. When the tumour reached a volume of 40-80mm3 the mice were intraperitoneally injected with hypericin, either in a single dose (5mg/kg; 1 or 6h before laser irradiation) or two fractionated doses (2.5 mg/kg; 6 and 1 h before irradiation with laser light; 532 nm, 70mW/cm2, 168 J/cm2). All tumours in control groups treated with hypericin alone as well as those irradiated with laser light alone had similar growth rates and none of these tumours regressed spontaneously. Complete remission of tumour in photodynamic therapy (PDT)-treated groups was similar (14-17% single dose vs. 33% fractionated dose), but the fractionated schedule of hypericin dosing was found to be more efficient than the single dose, measured by survival assay (p < 0.05). Our experimental model showed that fractionated administration of hypericin can produce a better therapeutic response than single administration.  相似文献

To study the late effects of early postnatal treatment with N-ethyl-N-nitrosourea (ENU) preceded by X irradiation to the head, 226 neonatal CD rats were divided into six groups which received the following treatment: (1) 500-rad X irradiation to the head on the third postnatal day (pnd); (2) injection ip with 30 mg/kg ENU on the fourth pnd; (3) injection ip with 30 mg/kg ENU on the seventh pnd; (4) a combination of 500-rad X irradiation to the head on the third pnd, followed by ip 30 mg/kg ENU on the fourth pnd; (5) a combination of 500-rad X irradiation to the head on the third pnd, followed by ip 30 mg/kg ENU on the seventh pnd; and (6) untreated controls. The results indicate that (1) X irradiation to the head alone significantly extended the life span of females compared to that of control females, and did not affect survival of males; (2) X irradiation did not influence the latent period or mortality from neurogenic tumors when ENU was given 1 or 3 days afterward; (3) ENU itself was a factor in shortening latent periods for mammary tumors; (4) X irradiation alone did not increase the incidence of mammary tumors, and revealed no protective effect on the ENU-induced mammary carcinogenesis; (5) X irradiation increased the prevalence of pituitary tumors in the females; (6) no enhancement of pituitary tumors by ENU was observed: and (7) there was a statistically significant association of pituitary and mammary tumors in females.  相似文献

Leaves of Withania somnifera contained more withaferin A and withanolide A than roots indicating that these compounds mainly accumulate in leaves. With an increase in age of the plant, withaferin A was enhanced with a corresponding decrease in withanolide A. Hairy root cultures were induced from leaf explants using Agrobacterium rhizogenes and the transgenic nature of hairy roots was confirmed by partial isolation and sequencing of rolB gene, which could not be amplified in untransformed plant parts. In hairy roots, withaferin A accumulated at 2, 3 and 4% but not at 6% sucrose, the highest amount being 1733 microg/g dry weight at 4% level. High and equal amounts of withaferin A and withanolide A accumulated (890 and 886 microg/g dry tissue respectively) only at 3% sucrose. Increasing concentrations of glucose enhanced withaferin A and it peaked at 5% level (3866 microg/g dry tissue). This amount is 2842 and 34% higher compared to untransformed roots and leaves (collected from 210-day-old plants) respectively. Withanolide A was detected at 5% glucose but not at other concentrations. While chitosan and nitric oxide increased withaferin A, jasmonic acid decreased it. Acetyl salicylic acid stimulated accumulation of both withaferin A and withanolide A at higher concentrations. Triadimefon, a fungicide, enhanced withaferin A by 1626 and 3061% (not detected earlier) compared to hairy and intact roots respectively.  相似文献

Histomorphological changes in murine fibrosarcoma after photodynamic therapy (PDT) based on the natural photosensitizer hypericin were evaluated. C3H/DiSn mice were inoculated with fibrosarcoma G5:1:13 cells. When the tumour reached a volume of 40-80 mm(3) the mice were intraperitoneally injected with hypericin, either in a single dose (5 mg/kg; 1 or 6 h before laser irradiation) or two fractionated doses (2.5 mg/kg; 6 and 1 h before irradiation with laser light; 532 nm, 70 mW/cm(2), 168 J/cm(2)). All groups of PDT-treated animals with single and fractionated hypericin dosing presented primary vascular reactions including vascular dilatation, congestion, thrombosis and oedema. Two hours after PDT there were necrotic changes with small, rather focal appearance. One day after therapy the necrotic areas were enhanced, often affecting a complete superficial layer of tumour tissue. Necrotic areas were accompanied with inflammation and haemorrhages.  相似文献

Although WR-2721, S-2-(3-aminopropylamino)ethylphosphorothioic acid, is an effective radioprotector, its use is limited by its toxicity. Combining WR-2721 with other agents might decrease its toxicity and/or increase its effectiveness. The effect of selenium (Se) pretreatment on the acute toxicity and radioprotective effect of WR-2721 was studied in male CD2F1 mice. Injection of 1.6mg/kg Se 24 hr before WR-2721 (800-1200 mg/kg, IP) decreased the lethality of WR-2721 significantly. Lower doses of Se were also effective, but simultaneous administration was not effective. Se injection alone (1.6 mg/kg) 24 hr before cobalt-60 irradiation increased the survival (dose reduction factor, DRF = 1.1) significantly. A synergistic effect on post-irradiation survival was observed when Se was injected 24 hr before WR-2721 (200-600 mg/ kg IP before irradiation). For example, after exposure to 22 Gy (1 Gy/min), 30-day survival was 100% when mice were treated with both Se and 600mg/kg WR-2721, and was 13% with WR-2721 alone. The DRF after 400 mg/kg WR-2721 was 2.6 with Se compared to 2.2 without Se pretreatment. Alkaline phosphatase activity in bone marrow cells and serum was significantly depressed after treatment with 1.6 mg/kg Se, suggesting that a retardation of conversion of WR-2721 to its active free sulfhydryl form through the action of alkaline phosphatase might be partly responsible for the effects of Se. Other possible mechanisms related to the antioxidant properties of Se are under investigation.  相似文献

Radioprotective property of Moringa oleifera leaves was investigated in healthy adult Swiss albino mice. Animals were injected (ip) with 150 mg/kg body weight of 50% methanolic extract (ME) of M. oleifera leaves, as a single dose, or in 5 daily fractions of 30 mg/kg each, and exposed to whole body gamma irradiation (RT, 4 Gy) 1 hr later. Five animals from each group were sacrificed at 1, 2 and 7 days after treatment. Bone marrow protection was studied by scoring aberrations in metaphase chromosomes and micronucleus induction in polychromatic erythrocytes and normochromatic erythrocytes. Pretreatment with a single dose of 150 mg/kg ME significantly reduced the percent aberrant cells to 2/3rd that of RT alone group on day 1 and brought the values to normal range by day 7 post-irradiation. A similar effect was also seen for the micronucleated cells. Fractionated administration of ME (30 mg/kg x 5) gave a higher protection than that given by the same dose administered as a single treatment. ME also inhibited the Fenton reaction-generated free radical activity in vitro in a concentration dependent manner. These results demonstrate that pretreatment with the methanolic leaf extract of M. oleifera confers significant radiation protection to the bone marrow chromosomes in mice and this may lead to the higher 30 day survival after lethal whole body irradiation.  相似文献

The protective effects of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydroneopterin (NH4) against radiation injury in mice were studied. (C57BL/6xA/J)F1 (B6A) mice received a single whole-body irradiation dose of 200, 400, 700 or 800 cGy of X-rays. NH4 (30 mg/kg body weight) or phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was injected intraperitoneally into irradiated mice 10 min before and after the irradiation and again after 6 h. All mice which received the 800 cGy radiation+PBS died between 8 and 11 days after the treatment. In contrast, those which also received NH4 demonstrated a significantly prolonged survival time and 40% lived more than 5 months. Total numbers of thymocytes and spleen cells on day 5 post-irradiation were dramatically reduced in line with the radiation dose. The survival was significantly enhanced by NH4 in treated mice. The proliferation of spleen cells in mice stimulated by concanavalin A (Con A) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was also greater in NH4 treated mice. The immune response of survivors 5 months after 800 cGy+NH4 treatments, against Con A, LPS, allogenic mouse, and sheep red blood cells had essentially recovered to the levels of normal mice. These results indicate that NH4 had an important role in modifying radiation injury.  相似文献

The radioprotective effect of 5-aminosalicylic acid (5ASA) was investigated in mouse bone marrow. The present study was aimed at investigating the radioprotective effect of pre-irradiation treatment with 5ASA against a range of whole-body lethal (8-11 Gy) and sublethal (1-4 Gy) doses of gamma-radiation (RT) in adult Swiss albino mice. Protection against lethal irradiation was evaluated from 30-day mouse survival and against sublethal doses was assessed from chromosomal aberrations in the bone marrow 24 h after irradiation. An intraperitoneal injection of 5ASA at a dose of 25mg/kg body weight (b. wt.) 30 min before lethal RT increased survival, giving a dose modification factor (DMF) of 1.08. Injection of 5ASA (25 mg/kg b. wt.) 60 or 30 min before or within 15 min after 3 Gy whole body RT resulted in a significant decrease in the radiation-induced aberrant metaphases, at 24 h post-irradiation. Maximum effect was seen when the drug was administered 30 min before irradiation. 5ASA (25 mg/kg b. wt.) significantly reduced the number of aberrant metaphases and the different types of aberrations at all the radiation doses (1-4 Gy) tested, giving a DMFs of 1.43 for number of aberrant metaphases. 5ASA pretreatment also significantly enhanced the endogenous spleen colonies in mouse exposed to 11 Gy RT. Pretreatment with 5ASA, protected plasmid DNA (pGEM-7Zf) against breakage induced by RT and Fenton reactants. Using nanosecond pulse radiolysis technique, the bimolecular rate constant of the reaction of 5ASA with hydroxyl radical was found to be 6.7x10(9)M(-1)s(-1). The p53 and p21 protein levels of bone marrow and spleen were evaluated to identify the specific molecular mechanisms. Both p53 and p21 increased 24h after 6 Gy irradiation, while treatment with 5ASA inhibited this RT-induced increase. Therefore, the present data suggest that 5ASA pretreatment decreases death caused by RT-induced gastrointestinal and hemopoeitic syndromes. The proposed mechanism of radioprotection by 5ASA is through the inhibition of damage to DNA, lipids, and proteins; and prevention of RT-induced increased expression of p53 and p21.  相似文献

A single intraperitoneal injection of DL-methionine (500 mg/kg body wt.) to adult male Wistar rats was shown to significantly induce all the components of the hepatic microsomal mixed function oxidase system such as NADPH cytochrome C reductase activity, cytochromes P-450 and b5, as well as activities of drug metabolizing enzymes such as aminopyrine demethylase and uridine 5′ -diphosphate-glucuronosyltransferase. Combined administration of nicotinamide (250 mg/kg body wt.) and DL-methionine (500 mg/kg body wt.) was shown to bring about an additional increase (25-30%) in the activities of these enzymes as compared to their induction on independent administration of the two endobiotics. In rats bearing Yoshida sarcoma (ascites) tumour as well as in normal rats injected with serum from tumour bearing animals, the decreased activities of hepatic mixed function oxidases could be restored to their normal levels by administration of DL-methionine (500 mg/kg body wt.) to these rats. Whereas actinomycin D (1 mg/kg body wt.) had no effect on the increased incorporation of [14C] labelled leucine into microsomal proteins following administration of nicotinamide, the enhanced incorporation of the label following DL-methionine administration was completely inhibited by the same dose of actinomycin D. Administration of cycloheximide (0·5 mg/kg body wt.) to rats could completely inhibit the increased incorporation of [14C] leucine into hepatic microsomal proteins following independent administration of nicotinamide and DL-methionine. Similar inhibitory pattern with actinomycin D and cycloheximide was also demonstrated in case of induction of NADPH cytochromeC reductase activity by both these endobiotics.  相似文献

We investigated the effects of red pepper (Capsicum annuum Lin.) extracts (capsicum extract) and its main pungent capsaicin on T helper 1 (Th1) and 2 (Th2) cytokine production in cultured murine Peyer's patch (PP) cells in vitro and ex vivo. Direct administration of capsicum extract (1 and 10 mug/ml) and capsaicin (3 and 30 muM) resulted in suppression of interleukin (IL)-2, interferon (IFN)-gamma, IL-4 and IL-5 production. In an ex vivo experiment using PP cells removed from the mice after oral administration of capsicum extract (10 mg/kg/day for 4 consecutive days), IL-2, IFN-gamma and IL-5 increased in response to concanavalin A (Con A). Oral administration of 3 mg/kg/day capsaicin, one active constituent of the extract, also enhanced IL-2, INF-gamma and IL-4 production in response to Con A stimulation but did not influence the production of IL-5. Orally administered capsazepine (3 mg/kg/day), a selective transient receptor potential vanilloid 1 (TRPV1) antagonist, slightly enhanced IL-2 production also irrespective of Con A stimulation. The capsaicin-induced enhancement of both IL-2 and IFN-gamma production was not reduced by oral administration of capsazepine (3 mg/kg/day), suggesting a TRPV1 receptor-independent mechanism. Flow cytometric analysis revealed that the population of CD3(+) cells in the PP cells was significantly reduced while CD19(+) cells increased after oral administration of capsicum extract (1 and 10 mg/kg/day) and capsaicin (0.3 and 3 mg/kg/day). Capsazepine (3 mg/kg/day) weakly but significantly reversed these effects. Orally administered capsicum extract and capsaicin did not change the T cell subset (CD4(+) and CD8(+)), Th1 (IFN-gamma(+)) and T2 (IL-4(+)) ratio. These findings indicate that capsicum extract and capsaicin modulate T cell-immune responses, and their immunomodulatory effects on murine PP cells are partly due to both TRPV1-dependent and -independent pathway.  相似文献

1. The antinociceptive effect in the mole-rat of morphine (1, 10, 20 or 30 mg/kg) and nefopam (10 or 20 mg/kg) was studied. 2. In the hotplate test, morphine had no analgesic effect. A reduced response latency after morphine (10 and 20 mg/kg) could possibly be explained by hyperactivity and excited behaviour. 3. After morphine (10, 20 and 30 mg/kg) most of the animals died after fighting when kept in colony cages. Aggressive behaviour and death was prevented by naloxone, or by keeping the animals in single cages. 4. Nefopam (20 mg/kg) significantly increased the latency for the nociceptive response. 5. It was concluded that in the mole-rat, opioid systems in the CNS may not be involved in the regulation of nociception, but in the regulation of agonistic and motor behaviour.  相似文献

Diethyldithiocarbamate (DDC) has been suggested to have both radiosensitizing (due to superoxide dismutase (SOD) inhibition) and radioprotective properties. We have studied the activity of SOD up to 24 h after intratumoral administration of 50, 100, 150, and 300 mg/kg DDC in 3-methylcholanthrene-induced tumors in BALB/c mice. Maximal inhibition of SOD (8% of control) was obtained 1 h after administration of 100 mg/kg DDC. Tumor response to DDC and X irradiation was assessed using a tumor growth-delay assay, after 11 Gy 100-kVp X rays given up to 24 h after DDC administration. Radiation-induced tumor growth delay (7.11 +/- 1.76 days) was enhanced only when tumors were irradiated 2-4 h after 50 mg/kg DDC. When higher doses of DDC were used, tumor cure was noted when DDC was injected 1-6 h before irradiation. We suggest our findings are consistent with radiosensitization being due to SOD inhibition, but that if insufficient time is allowed between DDC injection and irradiation, the sensitization is masked by a radioprotective effect. We believe that further investigations as to the therapeutic potential of DDC in human patients with cancer are warranted.  相似文献

Summary The host cellular response to IP injection of mitomycin C was studied in C3H/HeN mice. As assessed by in vitro cytolysis assay using 125I-iododeoxyuridine-labelled tumour target cells, mitomycin C-induced peritoneal macrophages showed the maximum tumouricidal activity 4 days after the IP injection. The tumouricidal activity was dependent on the dose of mitomycin C injected and it was detectable against syngeneic, allogeneic and xenogeneic tumour target cells. In addition, these tumouricidal macrophages were found to be augmented in functions of both incorporation of 2-deoxy-D-glucose and phagocytosis of sheep red blood cells. Among the other anti-cancer drugs, which were used at a dose of three-fifths of LD50, only adriamycin (7.5 mg/kg) was capable of inducing activated macrophages as much as mitomycin C (3 mg/kg). Cyclophosphamide (225 mg/kg), methotrexate (60 mg/kg) and vincristin (1.5 mg/kg) were able to augment incorporation of 2-deoxy-D-glucose and phagocytosis of sheep red blood cells, but not tumouricidal actvity. Differential cytolysis assay was performed for two cell lines of P 388 tumour target cells, the mitomycin C-sensitive original cell line and the mitomycin C-resistant subline, demonstrating no significant difference in macro-phage-mediated tumour cell lysis between these cell lines. Based on these results, it was concluded that mitomycin C, when injected IP induced activated macrophages in the peritoneal cavity. A better understanding of the effect of anti-cancer drugs on macrophage tumouricidal activity may be useful in designing more effective local chemotherapy for malignant peritoneal effusions.  相似文献

Interleukin 1 has been shown to provide protection against the toxic effects of cyclophosphamide given in combination with localized irradiation of the lung. A single dose of 15 micrograms/kg interleukin 1 was given 24 h before cyclophosphamide (25-125 mg/kg) which was followed 1 day later by five daily exposures of 4.5 or 5.0 Gy, localized to the lung. Interleukin 1 significantly reduced early measurements of breathing rate for mice treated with high cyclophosphamide doses and irradiation, and at cyclophosphamide doses above 50 mg/kg, there was a significant reduction in the lethality from the combined treatment. At lower levels of cyclophosphamide, however, there seemed to be no effect.  相似文献
