Seven oleanane-type saponins were isolated from the leaves and stems of Oreopanax guatemalensis, together with ten known saponins of lupane and oleanane types. The new saponins were respectively characterized as 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl echinocystic acid 28-O-[alpha- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl 3beta-hydroxy olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta- D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]3beta-hydroxy olean-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]3beta, 23 dihydroxy olean-18-en-28-oic acid 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-6-O-acetyl glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2 )-]beta-D-glucopyranosyl]ester, 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl]hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-]beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester and 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl] hederagenin 28-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-[alpha-L-arabinofuranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-D-glucopyranosyl] ester. The structures were determined by spectral analyses. The NMR assignments were made by means of HOHAHA, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC spectra and NOE difference studies.  相似文献

From the fermentation broth of an unidentified Phomopsis sp. (strain HKI0458) isolated from the mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus, four A-seco-oleane-type triterpenes, namely 3,4-seco-olean-11,13-dien-4,15alpha, 22beta,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (1), 3,4-seco-olean-11,13-dien-4,7beta,22beta,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (2), 3,4-seco- olean-13-en-4,7,15,22,24-pentaol-3-oic acid (3), and 3,4-seco-olean-13-en-4,15,22,24-tetraol-3-oic acid (4) were obtained. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic (UV, IR, FABMS, and 2D NMR) data analyses.  相似文献

Two new saikosaponins have been identified in the butanolic fraction of the ethanol extract of the roots of Bupleurum spinosum: 3beta,16alpha,23,28-tetrahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-dien- 30-oic acid 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside, and 3beta,16alpha,23,28,30-pentahydroxyoleana-11,13(18)-diene 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside. 3Beta,16beta,23-trihydroxy-13,28-epoxyolean-11-ene 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 --> 3)-beta-D-fucopyranoside was also isolated, and this structure agreed with the one proposed for bupleuroside I, but their spectroscopic data have not been described until now. From the same fraction of the roots of Bupleurum gibraltaricum, the known compound buddlejasaponin IV has been isolated as the predominant component (90%). Structures were elucidated using spectroscopic analysis, specially 2D-NMR experiments.  相似文献

Seven triterpenoids, i.e., 3beta-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-19beta-hydroxyurs-12,20(30)-dien-28-oic acid (1), 3beta-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-urs-11,13(18)-dien-28-oic acid beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 2alpha,3alpha,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid 28-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), 3beta-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-urs-12,19(20)-dien-28-oic acid (4), 3beta-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-urs-12,19(29)-dien-28-oic acid (5), 3beta-[(alpha-L-arabinopyranosyl)oxy]-19alpha-hydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid (6), 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxy-28-norurs-12,17,19(20),21-tetraen-23-oic cid (7), together with three known ones (8-10), were isolated from the roots of Sanguisorba officinalis. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic and chemical methods. Compounds 7 and 10 showed marginal inhibition activity against the growth of tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Nine triterpene saponins (1-9) were isolated from leaves and stems of Silphium radula Nutt. (Asteraceae). Their structures were determined by extensive 1D ((13)C, (1)H, DEPT, TOCSY) and 2D NMR (NOESY, HSQC, HMBC) and ESI-MS studies. The compounds were identified as 3beta,6beta,16beta-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23-al-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (1), urs-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta-triol-3-O-beta-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (2), 3beta,6beta,16beta-trihydroxyolean-12-en-23-oic acid-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3), urs-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (5), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta,23-pentaol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta-triol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (7), olean-12-ene-3beta,6beta,16beta,23-tetraol-3-O-beta-glucopyranosyl-16-O-alpha-arabinopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside (8), 3beta,6beta,16beta,21beta-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-23-al-3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (9). The presence of a 6beta-hydroxyl function was not common in the oleanene or ursene class and the aglycones of these compounds were not found previously in the literature. Moreover, the cytotoxic activities of the isolated compounds were tested against human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231. Results showed that compound 2 decreased cell proliferation in a statistically significant manner at 25 microg/ml.  相似文献

Three saponins, named minutoside A (1), minutoside B (2), minutoside C (3), and two known sapogenins, alliogenin and neoagigenin, were isolated from the bulbs of Allium minutiflorum Regel. Elucidation of their structure was carried out by comprehensive spectroscopic analyses, including 2D NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The structures of the new compounds were identified as (25R)-furost-2alpha,3beta,6beta,22alpha,26-pentaol 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl] 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), (25S)-spirostan-2alpha,3beta,6beta-triol 3-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (2), and (25R)-furost-2alpha,3beta,5alpha,6beta,22alpha,26-esaol 3-O-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl] 26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3). The isolated compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activity. All the novel saponins showed a significant antifungal activity depending on their concentration and with the following rank: minutoside B>minutoside C>minutoside A. No appreciable antibacterial activity was recorded. The possible role of these saponins in plant-microbe interactions is discussed.  相似文献

Four oleanane-type triterpenes, 3alpha,21beta,22alpha-trihydroxy-11,13(18)-oleanadien-28-oic acid (1), 3-epi-papyriogenin C (2), 21-O-acetyl-21-hydroxy-3-oxo-11,13(18)-oleanadien-28-oic acid (3) and 3beta-hydroxy-21-oxo-11,13(18)-oleanadien-28-oic acid methyl ester (4), together with four known triterpenes, were isolated from Tetrapanax papyriferus (Hook) K. Koch. Papyriogenin A (8) exhibited anti-HIV activity and low cytotoxicity in acutely infected H9 lymphocytes. From the aerial parts of Solenostemma argel, four new acylated phenolic glycosides sinapyl alcohol 9-O-feruloyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin I (1), sinapyl alcohol 9-O-caffeoyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin II (2), sinapyl alcohol 9-O-feruloyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin III (3) and sinapyl alcohol 9-O-caffeoyl-4-O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-glucopyranoside, solargin IV (4) have been isolated. Two new compounds with tigliane and cycloartane skeletons: 4,12-dideoxy(4alpha)phorbol-13-hexadecanoate (1) and 24-methylenecycloartane-3,28-diol (2), respectively, in addition of four known diterpenoids and 13 triterpenoids: 3-benzoyloxy-5,15-diacetoxy-9,14-dioxojatropha-6(17),11-diene (4), ent-abieta-8(14),13(15)-dien-16,12-olide (5), ent-8alpha,14alpha-epoxyabieta-11,13(15)-dien-16,12-olide (6), ent-3-hydroxyatis-16(17)-ene-2,14-dione (7), 3beta-hydroxytaraxer-14-en-28-oic acid (8), beta-sitosteryl-3beta-glucopyranoside-6'-O-palmitate (9), multiflorenyl acetate (10), multiflorenyl palmitate (11), peplusol (12), 24-methylenecycloartanol (3), lanosterol (13), euferol (14), butyrospermol (15), cycloartenol (16), obtusifoliol (17), cycloeucalenol (18) and beta-sitosterol (19), were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia guyoniana. Their structures were established on the basis of physical and spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D homo- and heteronuclear NMR experiments (COSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY) and by comparison with the literature data.  相似文献

From the fruiting bodies of Ascomycetes Tuber indicum, a new steroidal glucoside with polyhydroxy ergosterol nucleus, tuberoside (2), has been isolated along with additional four known ergosterol derivatives, (22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-3beta, 5alpha, 6beta-triol (1), 5alpha, 8alpha-epidioxy-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-6, 22-dien-3beta-ol (3), (22E, 24R)-ergosta-5, 22-dien-3beta-ol (4), and (22E, 24R)-ergosta-4, 6, 8(14), 22-tetraen-3-one (5). The structure of new compound was established as 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(22E, 24R)-ergosta-7, 22-dien-5alpha, 6beta-diol (2) on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic means ((1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, MS, and IR). This is the first example of isolation of a polyhydroxylated ergosterol glucoside from higher fungi in nature.  相似文献

Seven steroidal glycosides, along with one known glycoside, were isolated from the rhizomes of Ruscus hypophyllum (Liliaceae). Ergosterimide (1), a natural Diels-Alder adduct of ergosteroid and maleimide, was characterized from the culture extract of Aspergillus niger EN-13, an endophytic fungus isolated from the marine brown alga Colpomenia sinuosa. In addition, four known steroids including (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3beta-ol (2), (22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3), (22E,24R)-5alpha,8alpha-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol (4), and (22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-3beta,5alpha,6beta-triol (5) were also isolated and identified. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by extensive analysis of 1D and 2D NMR and IR spectra and MS data. The plausible biosynthetic pathway of 1 was also discussed. To the best of our knowledge, 1 is the first natural Diels-Alder adduct of steroid and maleimide reported so far.  相似文献

The methanol extract of the leaves of Buddleja asiatica Lour. (Loganiaceae) showed antioxidant activity toward the well known in vitro antioxidant tests such as total antioxidant capacity by the phosphomolybdenum method, free radical scavenging activity by the 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl scavenging assay (DPPH assay) and hydrogen peroxide scavenging methods. Due to the high scavenging activity of the n-butanol successive fraction toward DPPH and H2O2 (SC50 = 11.99 and 18.54 microg/ml, respectively), this extract was subjected to chromatographic separation and isolation. Four non-phenolic compounds were isolated and identified on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical analyses: 1-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-2-methoxy-3-(2-hydroxy-triaconta-3,12-dienoate)-glycerol (1), 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-olean-11,13(18)-diene-3 beta,23,28-triol (2), 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-fucopyranosyl-olean-11,13(18)-diene-3,23,28-triol (3), and 3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->2)]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosyl-acid-olean-11,13(18)-diene-3 beta,23,28-triol (4). The four compounds were evaluated as antioxidant agents using the three antioxidant bioassay tests.  相似文献

The saponin fraction from the ethanolic extracts of the root of Ilex pubescens Hook. et Arn. (Ilexaceae) was found to exhibit potent anti-inflammatory effects on carrageenan-induced paw edema in rats. Two novel triterpene saponins, pubescenosides C and D (1 and 2, resp.), together with five known saponins were isolated from this saponin fraction. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated as (20beta)-3-O-[beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]ursa-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, and (20beta)-3-O-[alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl]ursa- 12,18-dien-28-oic acid 28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester, respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic data. Five known saponins isolated from the saponin fraction were identified as ilexsaponin B(1), B(2), B(3), A(1), and chikusetsusaponin IV(a).  相似文献

Two new megastigmane glycosides (1 and 2) and two new flavone glycosides (3 and 4) were isolated from the methanol extract of the whole plant of Caralluma negevensis Zohary (Asclepiadaceae). The structures of the isolated compounds were characterized as (9R)-2beta,9-dihydroxymegastigma-4,7-dien-3-one-9-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1), 2beta,9-dihydroxymegastigma-4-en-3-one 9-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), luteolin 3'-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside-4'-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (3), and luteolin 3',4'-di-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (4). A new acylated flavone glucoside, 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-protocatechuoyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (1), and a new phenol glucoside, 3,5-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 3-O-beta-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from Veronica thymoides subsp. pseudocinerea together with seven known flavone, phenol and lignan glycosides; 3'-hydroxyscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-trans-feruloyl)-beta-glucopyranoside (2), 3'-hydroxy, 6-O-methylscutellarein 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (3), luteolin 7-O-beta-glucopyranoside (4), isoscutellarein 7-O-(6'-O-acetyl)-beta-allopyranosyl (1' --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (5), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol 8-O-beta-glucopyranoside (7), benzyl alcohol 7-O-beta-xylopyranosyl (1" --> 2')-beta-glucopyranoside (8), and (+)-syringaresinol 4'-O-beta-glucopyranoside (9). Compounds 2, 3 and 7-9 were reported for the first time in the genus Veronica. The structures of the isolates were determined by means of spectroscopic (UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, HR ESI-MS) methods. Isolated compounds (1-7) exhibited potent radical scavenging activity against the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical.  相似文献

From the whole plant of Salvia aegyptiaca, 6-methylcryptoacetalide, 6-methyl-epicryptoacetalide and 6-methylcryptotanshinone have been isolated and characterized, mainly by spectroscopic means. Vernoguinoside, 16beta,22R;21,23S-diepoxy-3beta-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-21S,24-dihydroxy-5alpha-stigmasta-8,14-dien-28-one (1), a new stigmastane derivative, 16beta,22R;21,23S-diepoxy-21S,24-dihydroxy-5alpha-stigmasta-8,14-diene-3,28-dione (2) and two new sucrose esters, 1',3,3',4',6'-pentakis-O-(3-methylbutanoyl)-beta-D-fructofuranosyl alpha-D-glucopyranoside (3) and 1',2,3',6,6'-pentakis-O-(3-methylbutanoyl)-beta-D-fructofuranosyl alpha-D-glucopyranoside (4), have been isolated from the stem bark of Vernonia guineensis. From the aerial parts of Veronica turrilliana two phenylethanoid glycosides, turrilliosides A and B and a steroidal saponin, turrillianoside were isolated and their structures elucidated as beta-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-4-O-E-caffeoyl-O-[beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-glucopyranoside, beta-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)ethyl-4-O-E-caffeoyl-[6-O-E-feruloyl-beta-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-glucopyranoside and (23S,25S)-12beta,23-dihydroxyspirost-5-en-3beta-yl O-alpha-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-glucopyranoside, respectively. Furthermore, eight known glucosides are reported namely, catalpol, catalposide, verproside, amphicoside, isovanilloylcatalpol, aucubin, arbutin, and 6-O-E-caffeoylarbutin, the latter two for the first time in the genus Veronica. The two phenylethanoid glycosides were found to be potent DPPH radical scavengers. All of the tested compounds were inactive against the representative species of fungi and bacteria.  相似文献
