More than 300 groundnut (peanut) samples collected from different regions of Israel were examined by ELISA for aflatoxin contamination. Samples were designated for export, local consumption or for sowing. None of the samples were contaminated with the toxin. However, when kernels were kept at high humidity (RH?99%), aflatoxin could be frequently detected seven days after incubation and the toxin was not uniformly distributed among kernels.Aspergillus niger, A flavus, Penicillium citrinum andP pinophilum were the dominant fungi and no differences were observed among cultivars. Almost half of the commercial samples examined were devoid ofA flavus. Other fungi identified wereA tamaril, A amstelodami, P rubrum, Rhizoctonia solani, Macrophomina phaseolina, Rhizopus spp., Sclerotium rolfsll, Fusarium andAlternaria spp; the two last ones comprising a group of low incidence. Although groundnut samples that containA flavus—infected kernels are moderately common, the local climate and agrotechniques In use in Israel are not conducive to aflatoxin accumulation. Nevertheless infected kernels may become a threat to health if stored under inadequate conditions.  相似文献

Forty-eight durum wheat samples from 5 locations in Austria were examined forFusarium infection andFusarium toxin content.F.gramlnearum andF.avenaceum were by far the prevailingFusarium species In durum wheat kernels, followed byEpoae, F.culmorum, andF.equlsetl. Ion-paired HPLC analyses of the samples showed moniliformin contents of kernels up to 0.88 mg/kg. All moniliformin contaminated samples also contained high levels of deoxynivalenol (up to 8.2 mg/kg) and lower levels of zearalenone (<0.33 mg/kg). The levels of zearalenone in naturally contaminated durum wheat samples did not correspond to the high yields of zearalenone found in cultures of the fusaria isolated from the durum wheat kernels. These conflicting results as well as some toxicologlcal aspects of the carry over ofFusarium toxins from durum wheat kernels into pasta are discussed.  相似文献

Environmental mycobacteria in Korea. I. Distribution of the organisms   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
Environmental mycobacteria in Korea have been investigated by examining 54 soil, 111 house dust, 63 well water, and 98 sewage samples collected from 123 randomly selected areas in Korea during the fourth nationwide tuberculosis prevalence survey in 1980. A variety of mycobacteria were isolated from 76% of soil, 67% of sewage, 43% of well water, and 7% of house dust samples. Some samples yielded more than one species; thus 56 strains were obtained from soil, 107 strains from sewage, 48 strains from well water and 8 strains from house dust. Mycobacterium fortuitum was the most common species of environmental mycobacteria in Korea and the species was distributed equally in all types of samples tested. The M. terrae complex was also one of the common species of environmental mycobacteria and it seemed to be more abundant in water samples than in soil. Scotochromogenic slow growers M. scrofulaceum and M. gordonae were common microbes in soil and water samples, although the latter was more frequently detected in water samples. Scotochromogenic rapid growers M. flavescens and M.phlei, and photochromogenic rapid grower M. vaccae were isolated more frequently from sewage or water samples than from soil. Nonphotochromogenic rapid growers M. chelonei (chelonae) and M. smegmatis were isolated mostly from sewage and the former was rarely found in soil and well water samples. The clinically important species M. avium-intracellulare complex was found less frequently in all types of test samples.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown that Menhaden fish meal, a common ingredient of animal feeds, is frequently contaminated with salmonellae. Animals that eat contaminated feed may become infected. If they, in turn, are eaten by humans, they may be a means by which salmonellae are introduced into the human population. Epidemiological studies of the fish-meal industry were carried out to determine the sources of salmonellae in fish meal and the factors affecting the persistence and survival of salmonellae during the processing of fish meal. Examination of 190 fish immediately after they came from the Gulf of Mexico revealed no salmonellae, but salmonellae were frequently isolated from samples of fish taken from the boats when they arrived at the plants. Salmonellae were also frequently isolated from dockside water at each of the plants. Approximately 50% of the samples taken in the raw fish processing areas were contaminated with salmonellae. The percentage of samples yielding salmonellae decreased progressively through the various sequences of processing, but more than 15% of the samples taken from the finished products were also positive. Salmonellae were isolated from the raw area of the plant most frequently while the plant was operating and less frequently when the plant was idle, whereas in the processing area of the plant the reverse was true. Salmonellae appeared to survive and multiply in the processing area of the plant while the plant was idle, which resulted in contamination of the first portion of each day's production. Salmonellae in the processed fish meal were reduced to nondetectable levels by reprocessing the first 45 min of each day's production.  相似文献

A broad variety of fungi (84 species belonging to 36 genera) were identified with more taxa infesting peanut seed samples from two tropical countries (29 genera and 61 species) compared to those found in desiccated coconuts (20 genera and55 species) on both DRBC and DG18 media. This may be due to the higher moisture levels in peanuts (5.07–7.97%) compared with coconuts (1.5–4.17%). More taxa and propagules were recovered on DG18 in both cases. The dominant fungi from both substrates on both isolation media were Aspergillus andPenicillium, with other fungi from only one substrate/medium. The aflatoxigenic species (A. flavus) dominated Kenyan samples more so than Ugandan samples on both substrates. However only71.5% and 87% of the peanut kernels, on DRBC and DG18, respectively, were found to be infested with fungi. The aflatoxigenic species (A. flavus/parasiticus)were found in 75% of the samples, however only 15.75% and 13%of the kernels analyzed were infested. The most frequently isolated species from peanuts were A. niger followed by A. flavus and M. phaseolina. E. repens, E. amstelodami,E. rubrum and E. chevalieri dominated peanut seeds on DG18, and R. stolonifer, A. parasiticus,F. solani, L. theobromae and P. chrysogenumon DRBC. The mean count of fungal propagules in coconut samples were approximately 0.7× 103 and 0.8× 103on DRBC and DG18, respectively, with a high proportion of those propagules recorded for the aflatoxigenic species (about 0.17×103 and 0.25× 103 colonies/g). The mycobiota of desiccated coconut was dominated by A. niger, A. flavusand P. chrysogenum. Also A. ochraceu,P. waksmanii, Paecilomyces variotii,P. islandicum and R. mucilaginosa were more frequent on DRBC, while, species of Cladosporium,Chrysosporium and Eurotium were more frequent on DG18. Enzyme indices (or the activities) for each specific strain, when determined after 5 and 8 days of incubation, proved to be similar. A recommendation is given. The proteolytic and lipolytic potentialities of the most commonly encountered species from both peanuts and coconuts were studied. The most interesting observation is that most of the positive isolates, in both commodities had high enzymic activity compared to those reported earlier for isolates of the same species. Such capabilities suggest that these commodities are expected to deteriorate, since climatic conditions in tropical areas favour fungal proliferation. Emphasis on the proper harvesting, drying, handling, transportation and/or storage; and also education of the populace, especially those are dealing with these foods, should be taken into consideration by the relevant authorities. The contaminated foods constitute a health hazard for human consumption. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Maize ears naturally infected withF. graminearum (6 samples) andF. crookwellense (6 samples) were collected in 1990 and 1991. All samples exhibited symptoms of severe ear rot with high percentage ofFusarium damaged kernels. Thousand kernels weight ranged 108.5 – 235.0g and was significantly lower than in control, not infested kernels (330g). All ears were contaminated withFusarium toxins but DON and NIV were the most frequently analyzed metabolites. Distribution of trichothecene mycotoxins in different parts of ear as well as toxicity of extracts toArtemia salina is reported in this paper.  相似文献

The luncheon meat samples analyzed, which were produced locally by the two main luncheon meat producing companies in Egypt were relatively highly contaminated either by moulds and yeasts in general, aflatoxigenic species and aflatoxin residues in particular. The most frequently encountered fungi from the samples were yeasts, Aspergillus niger, A. flavus, Penicillium chrysogenum, Rhizopus stolonifer, Mucor circinelloides. Less common were Cladosporium sphaerospermum, Alternaria alternata, Mycosphaerella tassiana, P. aurantiogriseum and P. oxalicum. The most important aflatoxigenic species, A. flavus, was isolated frequently. It was 10% of the total fungal isolates from both samples of the two companies. Seven luncheon meat samples out of 50 analyzed were positive for aflatoxin B1 or B1 and G1, while all samples were negative for aflatoxins B2, G2, M1 and M2. Aflatoxin B1 was detected only in 4 and 3 samples out of 25 analyzed from each of company A and B, respectively. The highest detectable level, 11.1 ppb, was recorded in a sample from company B and the least, 0.5 ppb, in a sample from company A. Aflatoxin G1, at concentration of 3.2 ppb, was detected in only one sample of the aflatoxin B1 – contaminated 3 samples of company B: this sample also had the highest level of aflatoxin B1. Some luncheon meat samples had higher numbers of aflatoxigenic A. flavus than others, however these samples were negative for aflatoxins. The hazardous potential of such contamination will be discussed. This revised version was published online in June 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

THE INCIDENCE OF CERTAIN SEED-BORNE DISEASES IN COMMERCIAL SEED SAMPLES   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The incidence of ergot, Claviceps purpurea (Fr.) Tul., in commercial cereal seed samples submitted to the Official Seed Testing Station from 1918 to 1957 has been examined.
Rye samples were more frequently contaminated than wheat or barley and no cereal ergots were recorded in oats.
A relatively high proportion of ergot-contaminated rye samples occurred every 8–10 years. This appeared to be associated with high relative humidity and low maximum temperature during June. Similar trends were found for wheat and barley.
No varietal differences in susceptibility to ergot contamination were found for rye or barley, but there was some evidence that spring wheat varieties were more frequently contaminated than winter ones.  相似文献

Corn (Zea mays) is the main cereal produced in and exported from Argentina. The risk of contamination by mycotoxins is related to the mycoflora associated with the corn kernels. This paper reports on the identification of internal and external mycoflora of corn kernels harvested in the main production area in Argentina in 1990. A mycological survey was carried out on 178 corn samples, from five locations in that area and the isolation frequency and relative density of the prevalent fungal genera compared. GenusFusarium was the most prevalent component of the internal seedborne mycoflora in the five locations.Penicillium was prevalent in all locations, taking into account the frequency. However, this genus was predominant only in two locations, when the relative density was considered. The predominantFusarium wasF. moniliforme and the most frequently isolated species ofAlternaria, Aspergillus andPenicillium wereA. alternata, A. flavus andP. decumbens, respectively.Diplodia species were not isolated from any of the samples.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to provide current data on Staphylococcus species from the vaginas of clinically normal captive lion tamarins and to determine the antimicrobial susceptibility of these isolates. Samples were collected from 25 adult lion tamarins, processed to isolate Staphylococcus species, and tested for susceptibility to penicillin G, gentamicin, chloramphenicol, tetracycline, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole, streptomycin, ampicillin, and rifampicin. Isolates with the typical characteristics of the genus Staphylococcus were recovered from all 25 samples. Coagulase-negative species were the most common (68% of the isolates), and the most frequently isolated species (10 samples) was S. simulans. Other coagulase-negative species, including S. saprophyticus (n=5), S. epidermidis (n=1), and S. arlettae (n=1), were also recovered. Coagulase-positive Staphylococci were obtained from eight animals (six of from the S. aureus species and two from S. intermedius). Resistance to antibiotics was frequently observed, and 88% of the isolates (23 samples) showed resistance to at least one drug. Resistance to penicillin G was a common finding, and the most active antimicrobial agents were chloramphenicol and gentamicin. Coagulase-positive strains were more frequently resistant to antibiotics (79.7%, average=6.4 drugs) than coagulase-negative strains (38.2%, average=3.0 drugs). The high frequency of resistance observed in those isolates is surprising and very alarming. A detailed history of the use of antimicrobial drugs in these subjects did not reveal any previous exposure to any of the tested antibiotics that could justify the observed resistance rate.  相似文献

Four thousand six hundred forty– five quarter milk samples from 1179 cows from 20 commercial dairy herds were examined in order to determine the prevalence of bacterial species. A total of 859 isolates from 839 (18.1%) culture positive samples could be assigned to 34 different species and subspecies. Diagnostics of staphylococcal species was based on conventional procedures able to differentiate between all 36 species and subspecies presently acknowledged. Staphylococcus aureus was found in 10.2% of the samples and was the most common species isolated. Streptococcus dysgalactiae (1.6%) and Streptococcus uberis (1.4%) were the second and third most common species isolated. Seventeen different coagulase negative staphylococcal species (CNS) were found in 4.1% of the samples. The most frequently isolated CNS were S. epidermidis (1.3%), S. chromogenes (1.0%) and S. simulans (0.7%). Isolates of S. aureus were phage typed, and isolates of S. epidermidis were investigated by phage typing, antibiogram typing, and biotyping. A total of 378 (79.9%) isolates of S. aureus could be typed by phages, assigning them to 18 different phage types. However, 6 phage types accounted for 92.1% of the typable isolates. One to 2 phage types predominated within each herd. Eleven (18%) isolates of S. epidermidis could be typed by phages, assigning the isolates to 3 different types. Biotyping of S. epidermidis produced a total of 8 different types, the most common accounting for 29.5% of the isolates. A total of 6 different antibiogram types were observed among all isolates of S. epidermidis. Resistance towards penicillin (36.1%), tetracycline (9.8%) and streptomycin (9.8%), were recorded in the isolates of S. epidermidis. However, 35 (57.4%) of the isolates were susceptible to all 12 antibiotics tested.  相似文献

Maize kernel samples were collected in 1996 from smallholder farm storages in the districts of Bomet, Bungoma, Kakamega, Kericho, Kisii, Nandi, Siaya, Trans Nzoia, and Vihiga in the tropical highlands of western Kenya. Two-thirds of the samples were good-quality maize, and one-third were poor-quality maize with a high incidence of visibly diseased kernels. One hundred fifty-three maize samples were assessed for Fusarium infection by culturing kernels on a selective medium. The isolates obtained were identified to the species level based on morphology and on formation of the sexual stage in Gibberella fujikuroi mating population tests. Fusarium moniliforme (G. fujikuroi mating population A) was isolated most frequently, but F. subglutinans (G. fujikuroi mating population E), F. graminearum, F. oxysporum, F. solani, and other Fusarium species were also isolated. The high incidence of kernel infection with the fumonisin-producing species F. moniliforme indicated a potential for fumonisin contamination of Kenyan maize. However, analysis of 197 maize kernel samples by high-performance liquid chromatography found little fumonisin B1 in most of the samples. Forty-seven percent of the samples contained fumonisin B1 at levels above the detection limit (100 ng/g), but only 5% were above 1,000 ng/g, a proposed level of concern for human consumption. The four most-contaminated samples, with fumonisin B1 levels ranging from 3,600 to 11,600 ng/g, were from poor-quality maize collected in the Kisii district. Many samples with a high incidence of visibly diseased kernels contained little or no fumonisin B1, despite the presence of F. moniliforme. This result may be attributable to the inability of F. moniliforme isolates present in Kenyan maize to produce fumonisins, to the presence of other ear rot fungi, and/or to environmental conditions unfavorable for fumonisin production.  相似文献

Samples were obtained from 65 unmedicated adult dogs, processed for isolation of Staphylococcus species and tested for susceptibility to penicillin G, gentamicin, oxacillin, tetracycline, trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole, streptomycin, ampicillin and rifampin. Forty-four isolates were obtained, which represents 67.7% of samples. Coagulase-negative species were most commonly found, and the most frequently isolated staphylococcus species were Staph. epidermidis and Staph. aureus. Other species, such as Staph. simulans, Staph. haemolyticus, Staph. saprophyticus and Staph. intermedius were also isolated. Resistance to antibiotics was frequently observed, with 90.9% of the isolates showing resistance to at least one drug. The most active antimicrobial agents against staphylococci isolated from otitis externa of dogs were rifampin and oxacillin. Multidrug resistance was a common finding, and one strain of Staph. haemolyticus species, was resistant to all tested antimicrobial agents. Resistance to three or more different drugs was a common finding, observed in 16 strains (36.4%) of both coagulase-positive and coagulase-negative staphylococci. This study highlights the emergence of cases of otitis externa determined by coagulase-negative staphylococcus strains and once more emphasizes the need for bacterial culture with species identification and susceptibility testing of swab specimens from the ear canal in order to choose appropriate antimicrobial agents.  相似文献

A wide range of moulds representing several genera and species, was recorded in this study from 5 seed samples of each almond, cashew nut, chestnut, hazelnut, pistachio nut and walnut collected from different markets in Ar' Ar, Saudi Arabia. The total counts of fungi were widely fluctuated between 1960–7704 and 1948–7434 colonies/g dry seeds on glucose-Czapek's and glycerol agar media at 28°C, respectively, and represented twenty genera, 53 species and 2 varieties of fungi. The prevalent fungi on the 2 agar media wereAspergillus flavus, A. niger andPenicillium chrysogenum. On glucose-Czapek's agar,Rhizopus stolonifer andAspergillus flavus var.columnaris were isolated from all 6 kinds of nut,A. parasiticus from 5 kinds andA. fumigatus from 4 kinds with high frequencies.Eurotium species were completely absent on glucose-Czapek's agar but they were isolated in high frequency from all kinds of nut on glycerol agar medium. The different nut samples were analyzed by thin layer chromatography for the presence of aflatoxins B1, B2, G1 & G2, citrinin, ochratoxins, patulin, sterigmatocystin, diacetoxyscirpenol, T-2 toxin and zearalenone. Aflatoxins B1 & G1 were detected in 3 out of the 5 samples tested of chestnut at concentrations ranging between 20 to 60 µg/kg. All other samples of almond, cashew nut, hazelnut, pistachio nut, and walnut that were analyzed were mycotoxin free.  相似文献

This study addresses the relationship between the ochratoxigenic strains of Penicillium verrucosum and ochratoxin A (OTA) contents in organically cultivated grain. It included 37 combined, non-dried grain samples from farmers with no drying facilities as well as 19 non-dried and 22 dried samples from six farms with on-farm drying facilities (Case studies 1–6). The study focused on the ancient wheat type spelt but also included samples of wheat, rye, barley, oats, triticale, emmer, and einkorn. All 78 samples were analysed for moisture content (MC) and occurrence of P. verrucosum. The latter was assessed by plating non-disinfected kernels on DYSG agar and counting those contaminated by the fungus. Fifty-five samples were analysed for OTA. Most of the combine harvested samples (82%) were contaminated with P. verrucosum prior to drying. This was ascribed to difficult harvest conditions and many samples of spelt, which was significantly more contaminated by P. verrucosum than oats, wheat and barley. Though not statistically significant, the results also indicated that spelt was more contaminated than rye, which is usually regarded the most sensitive small grain cereal. No correlation was found between number of kernels contaminated by P. verrucosum and OTA content. Despite many non-dried samples being contaminated by P. verrucosum, only two exceeded the EU maximum limit for grain (5 ng OTA g–1), both being spring spelt with 18 and 92 ng g–1, respectively. The problems were most likely correlated to a late harvest and high MC of the grain. The case studies showed exceedings of the maximum limit in a batch of dried oats and spring wheat, respectively, probably to be explained by insufficient drying of late harvested grain with high MC. Furthermore, our results clearly indicate that OTA is not produced in significant amounts in samples with MCs below 17%. All dried samples with MCs above 18% exceeded the 5 ng OTA g–1 limit in grain. However, no correlation between MC and the amount of OTA produced was found.  相似文献

A cross-sectional multicenter survey of Italian hotels was conducted to investigate Legionella spp. contamination of hot water. Chemical parameters (hardness, free chlorine concentration, and trace element concentrations), water systems, and building characteristics were evaluated to study risk factors for colonization. The hot water systems of Italian hotels were strongly colonized by Legionella; 75% of the buildings examined and 60% of the water samples were contaminated, mainly at levels of > or =10(3) CFU liter(-1), and Legionella pneumophila was the most frequently isolated species (87%). L. pneumophila serogroup 1 was isolated from 45.8% of the contaminated sites and from 32.5% of the hotels examined. When a multivariate logistic model was used, only hotel age was associated with contamination, but the risk factors differed depending on the contaminating species and serogroup. Soft water with higher chlorine levels and higher temperatures were associated with L. pneumophila serogroup 1 colonization, whereas the opposite was observed for serogroups 2 to 14. In conclusion, Italian hotels, particularly those located in old buildings, represent a major source of risk for Legionnaires' disease due to the high frequency of Legionella contamination, high germ concentration, and major L. pneumophila serogroup 1 colonization. The possible role of chlorine in favoring the survival of Legionella species is discussed.  相似文献

Potentially ochratoxigenic Aspergillus and Penicillium species were identified and the natural occurrence of ochratoxin A (OTA) in corn kernels was evaluated. Likewise, the capacity to produce OTA by Aspergillus section Nigri and Circumdati was investigated. A total of 50 corn samples for human consumption was collected in the south of Córdoba Province. The surface-disinfected method for mycobiota determination was used. The OTA detection was performed by HPLC. OTA production was tested in strains belonging to section Nigri and Circumdati. Statistical analysis demonstrated that the specie A. flavus was isolated in higher frequency (p<0.01) from corn kernels in DRBC and DG18 media. The percentage of corn kernels contaminated by A. niger var. niger was similar in DRBC and DG18 media. The frequency of grains contaminated by A. flavus and A. niger var. awamori was higher than A. niger var. niger and A. japonicus var. japonicus (p<0.01) in DG18 media. The other potentially ochratoxigenic species, A. ochraceus, was isolated between 5% and 10% of the corn kernels in DG18 and DRBC media, respectively. The OTA producing species P. verrucosum was not isolated. All samples of corn were OTA negative (<1 ng g−1). Thirty strains (25%) of the black Aspergillus were OTA producers. From four strains of A. ochraceus isolated, only one produced OTA. Due to the storage variable conditions could not be adequate in this substrate, the presence of ochratoxigenic strains of section Nigri and OTA needs to be evaluated for a longer time to establish the toxicological risk for human beings. The contamination of stored corn kernels with A. flavus and Aspergillus section Nigri was significant.  相似文献

Microbiological quality of walnut kernels and apple juice concentrate   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
In the present study, we have evaluated the microbiological quality of walnut kernels and pasteurized apple juice concentrate and the application of PCR for quality control of these important horticultural products. PCR assays for the detection of Bacillus cereus, Salmonella, Escherichia coli and E. coli O157:H7 were standardized using minimum time for each step of the reaction. The protocols were effective for their detection in these products after pre-enrichment for 6–12 h. 2, 68 and 30% of the samples of walnut kernels were respectively found satisfactory, acceptable and unsatisfactory on the basis of their viable count. Only 15% of the samples of pasteurized apple juice concentrate were found to possess the desired viable count of less than 100 c.f.u./ml. The predominant contaminants of walnut kernels were found to be the species of Bacillus, Klebsiella, Enterobacter and Staphylococcus. Samples of apple juice concentrate were predominantly found contaminated with species of Bacillus, Staphylococcus and Micrococcus. However, B. cereus, Salmonella and E. coli were also isolated from some of the samples of walnut kernels. Bacillus cereus was also obtained from some of the samples of pasteurized apple juice concentrate in high numbers. Among the moulds Penicillium, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Rhizopus and Mucor were isolated from these products.  相似文献

Ecological and enzymatic studies on fungi associated with biscuits in Egypt   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Some 43 species and four varieties belonging to nineteen genera were collected from 30 samples of six types of biscuit on 30% sucrose and 1% starch Czapek-Dox agars at 28°C. The most contaminated samples were chocolate wafers with 327 and 195 colonies g−1, 12 and 8 genara and 18 and 13 species on the media, respectively. Samples of wafers without jam and jam wafers were less contaminated with fungi. The most frequently isolated fungi on the two media were Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus alutaceus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, A. sydowii, Cladosporium cladosporioides, C. herbarum, Penicillium chrysogenum, P. janczewskii and yeasts (Saccharomyces spp.). The osmophiles, Eurotium amstelodami and E. repens, were infrequently isolated from chocolates and jam-wafer biscuits. All 69 isolates tested produced invertase and could produce 90%, respectively, amylase, caseinase, and catalase.  相似文献

Surveys of corn (infected plants and commercial kernels) forFusarium species and their mycotoxins were carried out on samples collected all over Italy and from some European and mediterranean countries.Investigations on samples of corn stalk and ear rot standing in the field, mainly collected in southern Italy, proved to be contaminated with zearalenone (ZON), zearalenols (ZOL), and deoxynivalenol (DON). TheFusarium species most frequently isolated, and their recorded toxigenic capability (in parentheses), were:F. moniliforme;F. culmorum (ZON, ZOL, DON, 3AcDON);F. equiseti (ZON, ZOL); andF. proliferatum (MF). Along with these species,F. graminearum group 2 (ZON, DON and/or 3AcDON or 15AcDON);F. chlamydosporum;F. acuminatum (type-A trichothecene derivatives); andF. semitectum were often found to be associated.F. heterosporum (ZON, ZOL);F. solani;F. crookwellense (ZON, ZOL, FUS, NIV);F. oxysporum (MF);F. avenaceum (MF);F. sporotrichioides (T-2 toxin and derivatives); andF. poae (DAS, MAS) were occasionally isolated.  相似文献
