人参皂甙Re提取方法的研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
采用反相高效液相色谱法,测定不同煎煮时间人参药材中人参皂甙Re的含量。结果表明:建立了提取人参皂甙Re的HPLC法,该法简便、快速、稳定、可靠;随着煎煮时间延长,人参皂甙Re的含量显著下降,人参皂甙Re不宜用传统的煎煮法提取。  相似文献

采用TLC和HPLC方法分析比较西洋参(Panax quinquefolium L.)、人参(P.ginseng C.A.Mey.)及其加工品红参(red ginseng),以及不同规格的西洋参中人参皂甙的含量。结果表明,西洋参中人参皂甙总量及人参二醇型皂甙的含量明显高于人参及红参,且含有1种人参及红参中未发现的未知人参皂甙Rx,但不含人参及红参中含有的Rf;人参中人参二醇型皂甙的含量高于人参三醇  相似文献

地肤子为藜科植物地肤〔Kochiascoparia (L .)Schrad .〕的干燥成熟果实 ,始载于《神农本草经》 ,具有“治膀胱热、利小便、益精气”等功效 ,久服能“耳聪目明、轻身、耐老”。药理研究表明地肤子中所含的三萜皂甙类成分为其主要活性成分 ,具有抗炎、抗过敏和抗搔痒等作用[1 ,2 ] 。地肤子为一年生草本 ,一般于 4月上、中旬栽种 ,花期为 7- 9月 ,果期为 8- 10月[3] ,传统经验是在秋季果实成熟时采收 ,但何时采收其有效成分含量最高 ,这方面尚未见研究和报道。因此 ,本文分别采用高效液相色谱法和比色法检测不同采收期…  相似文献

本文采用MPG-ODS色谱柱,以醋酸铵作HPLC流动相的改性荆在15 min以内较好地分离出单体皂甙Rg_2、Rb_1、Rc、Rd、Rg_1、Re等,首次比较了化学上醇提取方法和食用时水提取方法对单体皂甙及总皂甙提取效果的不同,结果表明,食用水对Rg组类皂甙的提取量高于Rb组,这将为人参的药理学研究及临床食用提供科学依据。  相似文献

From the rhizome of Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer var. angustifolius (Burk.) Cheng et Chu collected in Yunnan, 10 triterpenoid saponins were isolated with SiO2 chromatograph and reversed phase chromatograph. The saponins were identified as ginsenoside Ro (1), Rd (7), Rg1 (8), Rhl (9), notoginsenoside R1 (6), chikusetsusaponin Ⅳ(4), Ⅳa(2), zingibroside R1(3), oleanolic acid 28-β-D-glucoside (10) and oleanolic acid 3-β-D-glucuronoside (5) respectively, by means of 13C-NMR, MS of acetate, and chemical methods, as well as compared with authentic samples. Among the rest, (5), a prosaponin of ginsenoside Ro (1) was firstly isolation from species of genus Panax. The fact that saponin constituents of rhizome of var. angustifolius was similar to P. japonicus and var. major, further supported the view that three taxes belonged to a variational limit of one species.  相似文献

A new HPLC-APCI/MS method for the identification of ginsenosides has been developed. The analyses were performed on a reversed-phase C18 column using a binary eluent (acetonitrile and water) under gradient conditions. Although APCI is a high-temperature evaporative process, HPLC-APCI/MS could effectively identify thermo-labile ginsenosides. The [M-H]- ions and the thermal degradation ions of ginsenosides could be clearly observed under negative and positive ion conditions, respectively, and these were used to identify the molecular masses, the aglycone structures and the sugar groups of ginsenosides. APCI/MS can provide more explicit information than ESI/MS for identifying and distinguishing ginsenosides. Using the HPLC-APCI/MS method, 35 ginsenosides were identified in Panax ginseng.  相似文献

就植物激素IAA、IBA、NAA、2,4-D对人参(Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)毛状根生长及皂甙含量的影响进行了研究。结果表明,4种生长素在适宜的浓度下均可不同程度地促进人参毛状根的生长以及皂甙的积累,同时能影响单体皂甙的分布。NAA和IBA能显著促进毛状根的生长,其中0.500mg/L IBA能显著促进毛状根生长和总皂甙的积累。细胞分裂素6-BA在较低浓度时虽然对生长无明显的促进作用,但对皂甙积累有利,同时显著促进单体皂甙Rb1的积累,增大Rb1在总甙中所占的比例。  相似文献

From the rhizome of Panax japonicus C. A. Meyer var major (Burk.) Wu et Feng, collected in Qinling Mountain (Shaanxi), seven saponins were isolated. By means of 13C NMR, FAB-MS and comparison with authentic samples, six of them were identified with chikusetsusaponin Ⅴ (=ginsenoside Ro), Ⅳa, oleanolic acid 28-O-β-D-glucoside, ginsenoside Re, Rg2 and notoginsenoside R2. Another saponin was proved to be chikusetsusaponin Ⅳa methylester, and its structure was elucidated to be oleanolic acid (3-O-β-D-glucorunopyranosyl-methylate)-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside. A comparison of sapoinin constituents of this variety collected in Qinling Mountain (Shaanxi) and Hengduan Mountains (Yunnan) was provided. As a common characteristic of both rhizome, it has been proved that the saponins of oleanane type were main constituents and the saponins of dammarane type were minor constituents. But some differences also has been found in both materials (Tab. 1). From the relationship between the biosynthesis pathway of triterpenoids and plant phytogenetics, this is a phenomenon of chemical polymorphism in a variety, which followed in the train of geographical distribution, ledto appearance of a che- mical evolution in the process of evolution and of spread of this variety.  相似文献

The aim of the work was to study the growth characteristics of cultured cells of Panax japonicus var. repens, an endemic plant of the Primorski Krai of Russia, grown in laboratory bioreactors and to determine the content of basic ginsenosides under these conditions. An increase of the inoculum size of the culture produced higher biomass accumulation and economic coefficient but slightly reduced the specific growth rate. An increase in the auxin concentration in a medium by adding 2,4-D practically did not affect growth characteristics of the culture but significantly reduced the size of cell aggregates. In all treatments tested, all major ginsenosides (Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rd, Rf, Rg1, and Re) were found in the culture. The total ginsenoside content was 2–3% per biomass dry weight. Meantime, ginsenosides of the Rg-series with protopanaxatriol as aglycone prevailed (70% of the total ginsenoside content). The culture conditions considerably affected the ratio of individual ginsenosides. In 2,4-D-containing medium, the preferential synthesis of Re ginsenoside was observed while both Rg1 and Re were synthesized in other treatments.  相似文献

为探究人与大鼠肠道菌群对三七水煎液中三醇型人参皂苷Rg1、Re及二醇型人参皂苷Rb1、Rd体外代谢的差异性及发现其代谢产物原人参二醇PPD与原人参三醇PPT,实验利用UPLC方法测定三七水煎液分别与人、大鼠肠道菌群在厌氧条件下共培养24h后的孵育液中4种皂苷的含量及代谢产物PPD与PPT的含量。结果表明三七中含有三醇型人参皂苷Rg19.4500mg/g、Re1.8872mg/g,二醇型人参皂苷Rb18.5816mg/g、Rd1.9456mg/g。与人源肠道菌共培养后,三七中含有的二醇型、三醇型人参皂苷含量显著降低,重要的是,在培养液中检测到代谢产物PPD和PPT的存在,含量分别为0.2136mg/g及0.0344mg/g,与大鼠肠道菌共培养后,三七中含有的二醇型皂苷含量有轻微降低,而三醇型皂苷含量未见明显变化,但有少量PPT(0.0184mg/g)的生成。由此可见:在体外条件下,三七水煎液中人参皂苷会被人肠道菌群降解生成代谢产物PPD和PPT,而大鼠肠道菌群的降解产物却仅有PPT生成,二者存在种属差异。  相似文献

为了测定西洋参总皂苷及单体皂苷是否有降脂活性,通过体外实验分别测定脂肪分解活性、小肠刷状缘膜小囊吸收脂肪酸、三油酸甘油酯油酸的释放率。结果表明,西洋参茎叶总皂苷在0.5g/L浓度时,对胰脂肪酶活性的抑制率为90%;人参皂苷Rc,Rb1,Rb2对胰脂肪酶活性均显示很强的抑制作用,在0.5g/L浓度时抑制率分别为100%,96%,97%。西洋参总皂苷和人参皂苷Rc,Rh,Rb2可以通过抑制胰脂肪酶活性起到降脂作用。  相似文献

The contents of ginsenosides in Panax ginseng not only vary in different parts of the root, but also exhibit yearly variation. In this study, an HPLC-MS method was established in order to simultaneously analyse ginsenosides Rb1, Rb2, Rb3, Rc, Rd, Re, Rf, Rg1 and Rg2. The concentration of ginsenosides in the tap root and root fibre were compared and the yearly variations of nine ginsenosides elucidated. The results indicate that the total content of ginsenosides in the main root and the root fibre both attain a maximum level in the fourth year of growth, although the amount in the former is much higher than in the latter. The variation in the content of ginsenosides during a 2-6 year period suggests that cultivated P. Ginseng can be harvested after the fourth year. The current results will provide useful information for the quality control and good agricultural practice farming of ginseng.  相似文献
