It is shown that in the presence of reduced glutathione at low concentrations (1–5 μM) the extent of platelet aggregation with neutrophils increases and the lag period of platelet aggregation induced by tumor cells decreases. At the same time in the presence of reduced glutathione at high concentration (3 mM) the extent of platelet aggregation with neutrophils decreases, and the lag period of platelet aggregation induced by tumor cells increases. It is established that glutathione-dependent regulation of the intercellular contact formation between platelets and neutrophils depends on the ratio of glutathione oxidized and reduced forms: at fixed total glutathione concentration of 5 μM, increase of glutathione redox potential from −175 mV to 0 mV led to reduction in platelet aggregation with neutrophils. Thus, it is shown for the first time, that GSH has priming effect on the platelet aggregation with neutrophils and tumor cells, which may contribute to the regulation of inflammatory diseases and cancer.  相似文献

1. The prior addition of non-aggregating concentrations of the divalent cation ionophore, A-23187, causes human platelets to aggregate in response to a subsequent addition of the 2',3'-dialdehyde and 2',3'-dialcohol derivatives of ADP (oADP and or ADP). Previous studies [Pearce et al. (1978) Eur. J. Biochem. 88, 543--555] have shown that these derivatives act as partial agonists at the platelet ADP receptor inducing only the transition from discoid to globular morphology ('shape change'). A secretion response is also observed on addition of a low concentration of ionophore A-23187 prior to orADP. These responses are not observed if ionophore A-23187 is added prior to the 2',3'-dialdehyde and 2',3'-dialcohol derivatives of ATP (oATP and or ATP) and are markedly inhibited by prior addition of the ADP antagonist, adenosine 5'-[beta, gamma-methylene]triphosphate. 2. The aggregation response to oADP in the presence of ionophore A-23187 is reduced but not eliminated by addition of 3 mM EGTA when studies are performed in heparinised platelet-rich plasma. Additions of 3 mM EGTA in citrated platelet-rich plasma, or of 4 mM EDTA in either system completely inhibits this response. Inhibitors which are reported to elevate the intracellular concentration of adenosine 3':5'-monophosphate (cyclic AMP) or to prevent Ca2+ movement also inhibit the aggregation response to oADP which is observed in the presence of ionophore A-23187. 3. Prior addition of inhibitors of adenylate cyclase fails to cause an aggregation response to subsequent addition of oADP or orADP. Certain of these inhibitors enhance and prolong the shape change response to oADP or orADP but only at concentrations an order of magnitude in excess of those required to antagonise inhibition by agents such as prostaglandin E1, which act by increasing the concentration of cyclic AMP. 4. The concentration of prostaglandin E1, adenosine or papaverine required to inhibit shape change induced by oADP is one to two orders of magnitude lower than that required to inhibit shape change induced by ADP. 5. Prior addition of oADP decreases the lag phase in the response of human platelets to arachidonate while also increasing the concentration required to observe half-maximal response, and causing a decrease in the extent of the response. Prior addition of oATP also diminishes the extent of this response and increases the concentration of arachidonate required but has no effect on the lag phase. 6. The data suggest that oADP and orADP are capable only of acting as partial agonists at the ADP receptor because of a defective ability to increase cytosolic Ca2+ concentration. The defect is rectified by the presence of low concentrations of ionophore A-23187, which promotes mobilisation of Ca2+ from an intracellular store. The results do not appear consistent with the thesis that a decrease in platelet cyclic AMP is an initiating event in aggregation induced by ADP, but do support a model which implicates cyclic AMP in depletion of cytosolic Ca2+.  相似文献

S-(1,2-Dicarboxyethyl)glutathione (DCE-GS) found in animal tissues or baker's yeast showed strong inhibitory effects on blood coagulation and platelet aggregation. The inhibitory effect of blood coagulation was almost the same as those of EDTA, oxalate, and citrate. DCE-GS did not show chelating activity. As for ADP- or thrombin-induced platelet aggregations, DCE-GS exerted a potent effect on the secondary aggregation, while it was less active in the primary aggregation. DCE-GS gave a distinct lag period in the time course of the secondary aggregation induced by collagen and inhibited most strongly the aggregation induced by arachidonic acid compared with those elicited by ADP, thrombin, and collagen. The peptide, however, did not inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate. Although both DCE-GS and EDTA inhibited the platelet aggregation which was triggered by ADP, their inhibitory manners were entirely different.  相似文献

The inhibition of human platelet aggregation produced by PGF2 alpha is not specific for thromboxane A2 mimetics. Aggregation waves induced by PAF and thrombin are also inhibited by PGF2 alpha (8 microM); ADP is unaffected. These effects are still seen in platelets from aspirin-treated donors and platelets desensitized to thromboxane-like agonists (e.g. 11,9-epoxymethano PGH2). In contrast the thromboxane receptor antagonist EP 045 (up to 20 microM) had no effect on primary aggregation induced by PAF, thrombin and ADP. We have previously shown that EP 045 (IC50 = 0.5 microM), but not PGF2 alpha (28 microM), displaces the specific binding of [3H] 9,11-epoxymethano PGH2 to washed human platelets. PGF2 alpha produces small increases in cAMP levels, and both this effect and the anti-aggregation are diminished by the adenyl cyclase inhibitor SQ 22536. The rise in cAMP induced by PGF2 alpha is inhibited to a greater extent by the presence of ADP than by thrombin, PAF or a thromboxane mimetic. The ability of aggregating agents to inhibit this increase correlates inversely with their sensitivity to inhibition by PGF2 alpha. We suggest that the very weak effect of PGF2 alpha on cyclic AMP production is sufficient to account for its inhibitory activity, and it is unlikely to be a competitive antagonist at the platelet thromboxane receptor as suggested by others.  相似文献

To quantitate calcium movements and membrane potential changes in stimulated neutrophils, we have measured net fluxes of Ca2+ and of the lipophilic cation tetraphenyl phosphonium by a very sensitive ion- selective electrode system. Activation of neutrophils by 3 X 10(-8) M phorbol 12-myristate, 13-acetate induces a release of approximately 20% of total cell calcium, with an initial lag period of less than 10 s. The Ca2+ outflux is markedly reduced in ATP-depleted cells and in the presence of a calmodulin inhibitor, thereby suggesting that it occurs by activation of the ATP-driven Ca2+ pump of the neutrophil plasmalemma. Activation of neutrophils also induces a transiently increased exchange of medium 45Ca with cell calcium, which is measurable a few seconds after cell exposure to the stimulant and peaks at approximately 40 s. Stimulation of neutrophils after attainment of steady-state accumulation of tetraphenyl phosphonium (resting potential of -67 mV) results in a marked depolarization, with a lag period of approximately 60 s. The rate and extent of depolarization are reduced by 40 and 65%, respectively, in a low Na+ medium but are not modified by an inhibitor of anion exchange across membranes. A high-K+ medium depolarizes neutrophils without either modifying their resting oxidative metabolism or impairing stimulability by the phorbol ester. Phorbol 12-myristate, which also exhibits no effect on the oxidative metabolism of neutrophils, does not induce Ca2+ extrusion and membrane potential changes. The causal relationship between Ca2+ mobilization, membrane potential changes and activation of neutrophil functions is discussed.  相似文献

The effect of reduced glutathione (GSH) was studied on exocytosis triggered by 4-hydroxynonenal in HL-60 cells induced to differentiate towards the granulocytic cell line by dimethylsulfoxide; we measured beta-glucuronidase secretion from cells incubated at 37 degrees C in the presence of 5 mM GSH. GSH addition to the cell suspensions failed to induce any significant change of the exocytosis stimulated by HNE concentrations between 10(-8) and 10(-6) M. In contrast however, 5 mM GSH was able to fully prevent the release of lactate dehydrogenase observed in the presence of 50 microM HNE, a concentration much higher than that able to stimulate the exocytotic secretion. As the activation of phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PLC) has been shown to play a major role in HNE-induced exocytosis, we studied the GSH effect on the breakdown of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate added to plasma membranes isolated from rat neutrophils and incubated in the presence of increasing concentrations of the aldehyde. In neutrophil membranes HNE induced a significant increase of PLC activity when used in the same concentrations as those able to stimulate beta-glucuronidase secretion in DMSO-differentiated HL-60 cells; the presence of 5 mM GSH failed to prevent its action. Our results suggest that these low aldehyde concentrations, which have actually been found in exudates, may increase tissue damage in inflammation through the release of lytic enzymes by neutrophils; it seems unlikely that their effects could be influenced by the levels of -SH groups present in the exudate and by its protein concentration.  相似文献

Conflicting results have been reported regarding the effect of thiopental on aggregation and cytosolic calcium levels in platelets. The present study attempted to clarify these phenomena. Using platelet-rich plasma or washed suspensions, platelet aggregation, thromboxane (TX) B2 formation, arachidonic acid (AA) release, and cytosolic free calcium concentrations ([Ca2+]i) were measured in the presence or absence of thiopental (30-300 microM). Platelet activation was induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP, 0.5-15 microM), epinephrine (0.1-20 microM) arachidonic acid (0.5-1.5 mM), or (+)-9,11-epithia-11,12-methano-TXA2 (STA2, 30-500 nM). Measurements of primary aggregation were performed in the presence of indomethacin (10 microM). Low concentrations of ADP and epinephrine, which did not induce secondary aggregation in a control study, induced strong secondary aggregation in the presence of thiopental (> or = 100 microM). Thiopental (> or = 100 microM) also increased the TXB2 formation induced by ADP and epinephrine. Thiopental (300 microM) increased ADP- and epinephrine-induced 3H-AA release. Thiopental (300 microM) also augmented the ADP- and epinephrine-induced increases in [Ca2+]i in the presence of indomethacin. Thiopental appears to enhance ADP- and epinephrine-induced secondary platelet aggregation by increasing AA release during primary aggregation, possibly by the activation of phospholipase A2.  相似文献

Platelets rapidly convert 1,2-didecanoyl-sn-glycerol into its corresponding phosphatidic acid and lysophosphatidic acid derivatives, thereby providing a means of introducing these two compounds into platelets. 1-Decanoyl-2-lyso-3-sn-phosphatidic acid, when added directly to platelets, induced platelet aggregation and raised intracellular Ca2+ levels at concentrations of 0.3 microM upwards, but was without effect when formed intracellularly from 1,2-didecanoylglycerol at an estimated concentration of approx. 47 microM. This indicates that the site of platelet activation by lysophosphatidic acid is extracellular. A concentration of thrombin (0.2 unit/ml), which produced maximal platelet aggregation, caused an estimated intracellular formation of 20 microM-lysophosphatidic acid in the presence of 2 mM-Ca2+; however, there was no detectable release of lysophosphatidic acid into the bathing medium. Lysophosphatidic acid, therefore, may not be an intracellular second messenger involved in platelet aggregation by thrombin.  相似文献

Sanguinarine has been shown to inhibit proliferation of several types of human cancer cell including multidrug-resistant cells, whereas it has minimal cytotoxicity against normal cells such as neutrophils and keratinocytes. By analyzing the antiproliferative activity of sanguinarine in relation to its effects on mitosis and microtubule assembly, we found that it inhibits cancer cell proliferation by a novel mechanism. It inhibited HeLa cell proliferation with a half-maximal inhibitory concentration of 1.6 +/- 0.1 microM. In its lower effective inhibitory concentration range, sanguinarine depolymerized microtubules of both interphase and mitotic cells and perturbed chromosome organization in mitotic HeLa cells. At concentrations of 2 microM, it induced bundling of interphase microtubules and formation of granular tubulin aggregates. A brief exposure of HeLa cells to sanguinarine caused irreversible depolymerization of the microtubules, inhibited cell proliferation, and induced cell death. However, in contrast with several other microtubule-depolymerizing agents, sanguinarine did not arrest cell cycle progression at mitosis. In vitro, low concentrations of sanguinarine inhibited microtubule assembly. At higher concentrations (> 40 microM), it altered polymer morphology. Further, it induced aggregation of tubulin in the presence of microtubule-associated proteins. The binding of sanguinarine to tubulin induces conformational changes in tubulin. Together, the results suggest that sanguinarine inhibits cell proliferation at least in part by perturbing microtubule assembly dynamics.  相似文献

Previous studies have shown that adenosine agonists acting at A-2 receptors inhibit platelet aggregation. Since an increase in cytosolic Ca2+ concentration (delta [Ca2+]i) is closely associated with the time frame of platelet aggregation, we have examined the effect of adenosine receptor function on induced increases of [Ca2+]i by a potent platelet activator, platelet activating factor (PAF). We loaded washed platelets with Fura-2, then induced increases in [Ca2+]i with various concentrations of PAF, and then determined EC50 values (PAF concentration at half-maximal response) and values for maximal response of delta[Ca2+]i (max-delta[Ca2+]i). The EC50 for PAF-delta[Ca2+]i was 112 +/- 37 (SD) pM and the max-delta[Ca2+]i was 284 +/- 138 (SD) nM. Our results show that PAF-delta[Ca2+]i was inhibited in a non-competitive manner by the adenosine receptor agonist cyclohexyladenosine (CHA) with an IC50 of 14.9 microM. This inhibition was partially reversed by theophylline, an adenosine receptor antagonist, with an IC50 of 19 microM. Based on the results of these studies together with evidence from other research groups that platelets do not possess A-1 receptors, our results suggest that CHA inhibited PAF-delta[Ca2+]i in platelets through an activation of A-2 receptors.  相似文献

Human neutrophils, when exposed to soluble stimuli, aggregate, release oxygenated products of arachidonic acid and generate active oxygen species. Sphingolipid-derived products such as sphingosine and lysosphingolipids have been shown to exert selective actions on a variety of cell types, including neutrophils. Therefore, to determine the structural basis for selective inhibition of neutrophil responses by naturally occurring sphingolipids, seven compounds were prepared by total organic synthesis, and their impact on neutrophils in suspension has been studied. The compounds synthesized included sphingosine, psychosine, lactosyl lysosphingolipid, globotriaosyl (Gb3) lysosphingolipid, galactosyl cerebroside, lactosyl ceramide and Gb3 ceramide. The neutrophil responses studied were aggregation, leukotriene generation and superoxide anion production. When exposed to non-cytotoxic levels of the synthetic compounds, as monitored by exclusion of Trypan Blue, none of the synthetic sphingolipids inhibited A23187-induced aggregation of neutrophils. Only lactosyl lysosphingolipid, at a concentration of 1 microM, significantly inhibited aggregation induced by fMetLeuPhe; the other compounds in this series including sphingosine were without effect at equal molar concentrations (1 microM). Aggregation induced by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) (0.1 microM) was significantly blocked by only two of the synthetic sphingolipids (1 microM). At concentrations below 1 microM, these inhibitory actions were not evident, nor was it possible to assign a structure-activity relationship for this series of compounds. None of the synthetic sphingolipids effectively inhibited the generation of superoxide anions induced by PMA. In addition, neither synthetic sphingosine nor psychosine affected either the formation or metabolism of leukotriene B4. Taken together, the results provide further evidence that sphingolipids, when added to intact cells, are not potent selective inhibitors of functional responses of human neutrophils.  相似文献

In this article, the effects of allicin, a biological active compound of garlic, on HL60 and U937 cell lines were examined. Allicin induced growth inhibition and elicited apoptotic events such as blebbing, mitochondrial membrane depolarization, cytochrome c release into the cytosol, activation of caspase 9 and caspase 3 and DNA fragmentation. Pretreatment of HL60 cells with cyclosporine A, an inhibitor of the mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP), inhibited allicin-treated cell death. HL60 cell survival after 1 h pretreatment with cyclosporine A, followed by 16 h in presence of allicin (5 microM) was approximately 80% compared to allicin treatment alone (approximately 50%). Also N-acetyl cysteine, a reduced glutathione (GSH) precursor, prevented cell death. The effects of cyclosporine A and N-acetyl cysteine suggest the involvement of mPTP and intracellular GSH level in the cytotoxicity. Indeed, allicin depleted GSH in the cytosol and mitochondria, and buthionine sulfoximine, a specific inhibitor of GSH synthesis, significantly augmented allicin-induced apoptosis. In HL60 cells treated with allicin (5 microM, 30 min) the redox state for 2GSH/oxidized glutathione shifted from EGSH -240 to -170 mV. The same shift was observed in U937 cells treated with allicin at a higher concentration for a longer period of incubation (20 microM, 2 h). The apoptotic events induced by various concentrations of allicin correlate to intracellular GSH levels in the two cell types tested (HL60: 3.7 nmol/10(6) cells; U937: 7.7 nmol/10(6) cells). The emerging mechanistic basis for the antiproliferative function of allicin, therefore, involves the activation of the mitochondrial apoptotic pathway by GSH depletion and by changes in the intracellular redox status.  相似文献

The Mutatect system is a mouse tumor line in which mutations at the hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase (Hprt) locus can be readily detected both in vitro and in vivo. We have previously shown that the nitric oxide-generating drugs, glyceryl trinitrate (GTN) and sodium nitroprusside (SNP), can induce mutations that are readily detected in these cells. In the present report, we have tested the effect of glutathione depletion by buthionine sulfoximine (BSO) on cytotoxicity and mutagenicity by these two drugs. Exposure for 24 h to either drug (123 microM GTN; 500 microM SNP) induced mutations with relatively little cytotoxicity. Pretreatment with 50 microM BSO for 24 h, and then removal at the time of GTN or SNP addition, enhanced cytotoxicity to a modest extent. However, mutagenicity induced by both GTN and SNP was largely abolished. BSO did not affect nitrite accumulation in the medium over a 24-h period, indicating no inhibition of bioactivation of GTN or SNP. Maintaining BSO in the medium for 24 h prior and throughout the period of exposure to GTN or SNP produced a similar effect on mutations. N-Acetylcysteine and oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylate, drugs that are used to increase intracellular glutathione, also blocked mutations. We postulate that a product of the reaction between nitric oxide and intracellular glutathione, such as GSNO or some species derived from it, is promutagenic.  相似文献

Tumor cell induced platelet aggregation was shown to be inhibited in a dose dependent manner by preincubation of human platelets with antibodies to platelet glycoprotein Ib and the IIb/IIIa complex. Combination of antibody to Ib and antibody to the IIb/IIIa complex at concentrations which produced half maximal inhibition of platelet aggregation alone caused complete inhibition of tumor cell induced platelet aggregation. Antibodies to platelet glycoproteins Ib and the IIb/IIIa complex also inhibited platelet synthesis of thromboxane A2, but not synthesis of 12-hydroxyeicosatrienoic acid. Inhibition of tumor cell induced platelet aggregation with antibodies against platelet glycoproteins suggests a role for these glycoproteins in tumor cell-platelet interactions and possibly platelet facilitated tumor cell metastasis.  相似文献

Cisplatin (cis-diamminedichloroplatinum II, CDDP) is one of the most widely used chemotherapy drugs. Unfortunately, it induces serious side effects such as haematological toxicity. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of CDDP on the first step in blood platelet activation-platelet adhesion, induced by thrombin or adenosine diphosphate (ADP), to collagen and fibrinogen. The action of cisplatin was compared with the action of cisplatin glutathione complex (GS-Pt) on platelet adhesion and on free radical generation measured by chemiluminescence. Pretreatment of blood platelets with cisplatin (0.1-20 microM) caused a dose- and time-dependent reduction of platelet adhesion to collagen and fibrinogen (p <0.05). The GS-Pt complex (20 microM, 30 min) had a stronger inhibitory effect on this process. Moreover, the complex (R2 = 0.992; p <0.05) also stimulated the chemiluminescence of blood platelets to a greater extent than CDDP alone (R2 = 0.999; p <0.01). The results suggest that inhibition of platelet adhesion in the presence of cisplatin and its complex with glutathione correlates with the generation of reactive oxygen species in these cells.  相似文献

The effect of cadmium (Cd), a significant environmental contaminant, on the expression of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH), has been investigated. G6PDH is the key rate-limiting enzyme in the pentose pathway and the expression of its gene has been shown to be redox-sensitive. We show that incubation of primary rat hepatocytes with Cd induces oxidative stress in a time- and concentration-dependent manner as measured by increases in the cytotoxic parameters, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and lipid peroxidation (LPO). Significant increases in LDH leakage and LPO can be measured after 12 and 24 h, respectively, in the presence of 4 microM cadmium chloride. However, prior to significant increases in cytotoxic parameters, and within only 6 h of Cd treatment, significant decreases in reduced glutathione and increases in the expression of G6PDH as measured by mRNA levels and enzyme activity are observed. The signal protein MAP kinase (MAPK) is also induced by Cd within 6 h. Blocking the Cd induction of MAPK using the antioxidant N-acetyl cysteine (10 mM) or Trolox (0.5 mM) or the MEK specific inhibitor PD098059 (20 microM) also blocks the Cd induction of G6PDH suggesting that MAPK is a signal protein involved in the redox regulation of this gene.  相似文献

The antiplatelet activities of Curcuma longa L. rhizome-derived materials were measured using a platelet aggregometer and compared with those of aspirin as antiplatelet agent. The active constituent from the rhizome of Curcuma longa L. was isolated and characterized as ar-turmerone by various spectral analyses. At 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) value, ar-turmerone was effective in inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by collagen (IC50, 14.4 microM) and arachidonic acid (IC50, 43.6 microM). However, ar-turmerone had no effect on platelet activating factor or thrombin induced platelet aggregation. In comparison, ar-turmerone was significantly more potent platelet inhibitor than aspirin against platelet aggregation induced by collagen. These results suggested that ar-turmerone could be useful as a lead compound for inhibiting platelet aggregation induced by collagen and arachidonic acid.  相似文献

Anti-platelet effects of fenflumizole, a new cyclo-oxygenase inhibitor, were studied in man ex vivo. Fenflumizole was given to male volunteers at the oral doses of 25, 50 or 100 mg per day, each dose for a period of seven days. The formation of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) during whole blood clotting, platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid and ADP, the formation of TXB2 during aggregation as well as serum concentration of fenflumizole were measured repeatedly during drug administration and for a fortnight after drug discontinuation. TXB2 formation during whole blood clotting was decreased dose-dependently by fenflumizole. The degree of inhibition of TXB2 formation was proportional to fenflumizole concentration in serum within each individual. The lag phase of platelet aggregation induced by arachidonic acid was prolonged and the formation of TXB2 during aggregation decreased by fenflumizole. No total inhibition of either TXB2 synthesis or platelet aggregation was caused by the fenflumizole doses used. The results show that the degree of inhibition of platelet thromboxane forming capacity by repeated doses of fenflumizole is closely related to the concentration of the drug in blood. Platelet aggregation however is less sensitive to changes in fenflumizole levels and cannot be assessed solely on the basis of cyclo-oxygenase activity.  相似文献

Bryostatin-7 induces aggregation of human platelets and the phosphorylation of specific platelet proteins. Both the rate and extent of aggregation are similar to that induced by the tumor promoter phorbol ester 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA); however, the rate of response is markedly reduced compared to that induced by thrombin. The addition of bryostatin-7 to 32P-labeled platelets results in a time-dependent incorporation of 32P into proteins of 20, 47 and 250 kDa; proteins of similar molecular mass are phosphorylated in response to the addition of thrombin or PMA. The time courses and dose responses of the phosphorylations induced by bryostatin-7 are similar to those found with PMA. In addition, bryostatin-7 increases the level of 32P incorporation into platelet polyphosphoinositides, which also occurs in response to PMA. These results suggest that, in intact human platelets, bryostatin-7 mimics the phorbol ester tumor promoter by directly activating protein kinase C.  相似文献

EL-4 tumor cells were assayed in vitro for their ability to aggregate two kinds of platelets. An inhibition study showed that the EL-4 tumor cell can induce platelet aggregation by at least two different mechanisms. One, mediated by thrombin, was dominant with rabbit platelets because hirudin, which specifically inhibits thrombin, considerably suppressed the rabbit platelet aggregation induced by EL-4 tumor cells. In contrast, EL-4 cells induced the aggregation of human platelets even in citrated PRP. It is the apyrase-sensitive pathway that is believed to work in human platelets. The human platelet responses to EL-4 tumor cells clearly differed from those of rabbit platelets in terms of inhibition by hirudin and apyrase and of reactivity in citrated PRP. Both phospholipase A2 and dibutyryl cAMP strongly inhibited EL-4 tumor cell-induced platelet aggregation in both rabbit and human platelets. These two compounds may block a vital step in platelet aggregation that is elicited by the EL-4 tumor cells. Our results show that human platelet response to tumor cells is not necessarily deducible from experimental data obtained with animal platelets.  相似文献
