Plants can avoid freezing damage by preventing extracellular ice formation below the equilibrium freezing temperature (supercooling). We used Olea europaea cultivars to assess which traits contribute to avoid ice nucleation at sub‐zero temperatures. Seasonal leaf water relations, non‐structural carbohydrates, nitrogen and tissue damage and ice nucleation temperatures in different plant parts were determined in five cultivars growing in the Patagonian cold desert. Ice seeding in roots occurred at higher temperatures than in stems and leaves. Leaves of cold acclimated cultivars supercooled down to ?13 °C, substantially lower than the minimum air temperatures observed in the study site. During winter, leaf ice nucleation and leaf freezing damage (LT50) occurred at similar temperatures, typical of plant tissues that supercool. Higher leaf density and cell wall rigidity were observed during winter, consistent with a substantial acclimation to sub‐zero temperatures. Larger supercooling capacity and lower LT50 were observed in cold‐acclimated cultivars with higher osmotically active solute content, higher tissue elastic adjustments and lower apoplastic water. Irreversible leaf damage was only observed in laboratory experiments at very low temperatures, but not in the field. A comparative analysis of closely related plants avoids phylogenetic independence bias in a comparative study of adaptations to survive low temperatures.  相似文献

Carrot psyllid, Trioza apicalis, is a serious pest of carrot in Northern Europe, as it can significantly damage young carrot seedlings in a period as short as 3 days. This study was conducted to investigate effects of carrot psyllid feeding at different plant growth stages on carrot yield and to assess changes in content of sugars, phenolics and related compounds in carrot roots resulting from the psyllid feeding. In addition, reflectance of carrot leaves was measured to assess the intensity of discolouration in damaged leaves. Results showed that carrot yield was significantly reduced by a 3‐day carrot psyllid feeding period when the seedlings were exposed to psyllids at 1‐ or 2‐leaf stage. However, at 4‐leaf stage feeding by one carrot psyllid did not reduce yield. Sucrose concentration in the damaged roots was significantly decreased, whereas concentrations of some phenolic compounds were significantly increased. The reflectance of leaves of damaged carrots differed significantly from those of undamaged control leaves. These observations indicate that carrot psyllid damage has potential to lower not only the carrot yield, but also the carrot crop quality. No phytoplasma was detected in the carrots exposed to psyllids, but recently, T. apicalis has been associated with ‘Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum’. The role of carrot psyllid feeding and the psyllid‐associated bacterium in the damage formation are discussed.  相似文献

Rapid ?ōhi?a Death (ROD), caused by the fungal pathogen Ceratocystis, is killing large numbers of ?ōhi?a trees (Metrosideros polymorpha) in Hawai?i. ?ōhi?a are a dominant tree in Hawaiian forests, have a range that goes from arid to wet forest climates, and are important for endangered species habitat and ecosystem function. To test whether actively planting ?ōhi?a seedlings is a viable restoration strategy in areas with high ROD mortality, we planted ?ōhi?a in a ROD‐affected forest and crossed this with weeding and fencing treatments to compare ROD mortality to other stressors. We also tested for viable Ceratocystis spores in soils around planting areas. We found that seedlings were more likely to die in unweeded and unfenced treatments than controls. Although viable Ceratocystis spores were found in soil, none of the 41 dead seedlings tested positive for Ceratocystis. This indicates that competition from exotic plants and exotic feral ungulate damage are more likely to kill seedlings than ROD within the first year after planting.  相似文献

Fast growth and early development in barley are used in breeding programmes to improve the water use efficiency and transpiration efficiency of this crop in Mediterranean conditions. Here, we examine the use of several simple traits based on the structure and stable isotope composition of seedling leaves to assess differences in early vigour, phenology and grain yield, and also the interaction with low temperatures in barley. A set of 260 F8 lines of two-row barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) derived from the cross of Tadmor and WI 2291 were cultivated in two locations in northwest Syria. Total chlorophyll content on an area basis (SPAD) and specific leaf dry weight (SLDW) were measured in recently fully expanded intact leaves of seedlings. Total leaf area and total dry weight per seedling were evaluated in the same seedlings. The stable isotope compositions of carbon and nitrogen (δ13C and δ15N, respectively) were analyzed in the same leaves on a subset of 75 genotypes. Number of days from planting to heading and grain yield were recorded at both sites. The grain yield measured at both locations was positively correlated with the SPAD value of seedlings, but showed no relationship with SLDW. Days to heading was negatively correlated with SPAD values. Regarding early vigour, a negative relationship between the SLDW and the total leaf area of seedlings was observed. However, no relationship between the δ13C of seedlings and early vigour was observed, except when only the genotypes most resistant to low temperatures (i.e. showing the highest SPAD values) were considered. This subset of genotypes showed negative relationships between δ13C and either total leaf area or total dry weight. In addition, δ15N was negatively correlated with SPAD only within the high-SPAD genotypes. This suggests that within the genotypes resistant to low temperatures, those with higher chlorophyll content assimilate more nitrogen from nitrate.  相似文献

Leaves and branches of mature trees, lianas, and gap species were warmed in an Amazonian forest for 4 mo to observe the effect of warming on photosynthesis, stomatal conductance, and transpiration. Electric resistance heaters increased air temperatures near the leaves by approximately 2°C. Sunlit leaf temperatures increased by 2–3°C on average, but during some periods leaf temperatures increased by >5°C. Maximum photosynthesis (Amax) decreased significantly in the warmed leaves vs. the control leaves over the 13‐wk study period with an average decrease in Amax of 1.4 μmol/m2s (19% decrease from a mean Amax of 7.2 μmol/m2s) when measured at 30°C and there were no signs of acclimation to higher temperatures within existing leaves. The decline in Amax was likely due to irreversible temperature damage caused by very high leaf temperatures and not due to Ci limitation of carboxylation. Warming had a larger negative impact on Amax in canopy level tree species than other tested functional groups such as lianas or gap species. Transpiration did not significantly increase in the warmed leaves compared with the control group. This study indicates that increased temperatures due to global warming could potentially decrease future tropical forest carbon uptake by a significant amount. Upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) was grown at both ambient (350 μmol mol?1) and elevated (700 μmol mol?1) CO2 in either the presence or absence of the root hemi‐parasitic angiosperm Striga hermonthica (Del) Benth. Elevated CO2 alleviated the impact of the parasite on host growth: biomass of infected rice grown at ambient CO2 was 35% that of uninfected, control plants, while at elevated CO2, biomass of infected plants was 73% that of controls. This amelioration occurred despite the fact that O. sativa grown at elevated CO2 supported both greater numbers and a higher biomass of parasites per host than plants grown at ambient CO2. The impact of infection on host leaf area, leaf mass, root mass and reproductive tissue mass was significantly lower in plants grown at elevated as compared with ambient CO2. There were significant CO2 and Striga effects on photosynthetic metabolism and instantaneous water‐use efficiency of O. sativa. The response of photosynthesis to internal [CO2] (A/Ci curves) indicated that, at 45 days after sowing (DAS), prior to emergence of the parasites, uninfected plants grown at elevated CO2 had significantly lower CO2 saturated rates of photosynthesis, carboxylation efficiencies and ribulose‐1,5‐bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (Rubisco; EC 4.1.1.39) contents than uninfected, ambient CO2‐grown O. sativa. In contrast, infection with S. hermonthica prevented down‐regulation of photosynthesis in O. sativa grown at elevated CO2, but had no impact on photosynthesis of hosts grown at ambient CO2. At 76 DAS (after parasites had emerged), however, infected plants grown at both elevated and ambient CO2 had lower carboxylation efficiencies and Rubisco contents than uninfected O. sativa grown at ambient CO2. The reductions in carboxylation efficiency (and Rubisco content) were accompanied by similar reductions in nitrogen concentration of O. sativa leaves, both before and after parasite emergence. There were no significant CO2 or infection effects on the concentrations of soluble sugars in leaves of O. sativa, but starch concentration was significantly lower in infected plants at both CO2 concentrations. These results demonstrate that elevated CO2 concentrations can alleviate the impact of infection with Striga on the growth of C3 hosts such as rice and also that infection can delay the onset of photosynthetic down‐regulation in rice grown at elevated CO2.  相似文献

Responses of Quercus ilex L. seedlings from three different localities in Italy to experimentally imposed drought stress were analysed. Predawn (Ψpd) and midday (Ψm) leaf water potential of stressed seedlings decreased on an average until −4.0 and −4.2 MPa, respectively, in the severe water stress. At the end of the severe water stress the relative water content (RWC) was 72.5 – 83.6 % and the photosynthetic rates (PN) near zero. The critical threshold value of Ψpd for complete stomatal closure was from −4.0 to −4.5 MPa. The leaf damage after the severe water stress was significantly greater in seedlings originated from the acorns of climax area (45 % total leaf injured area and 40 % fallen leaves) than in the other seedlings (on an average 20.5 % total leaf injured area and 21 % fallen leaves). This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

Xylella fastidiosa is a xylem‐limited bacterial plant pathogen that causes bacterial leaf scorch in its hosts. Our previous work showed that water stress enhances leaf scorch symptom severity and progression along the stem of a liana, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, infected by X. fastidiosa. This paper explores the photosynthetic gas exchange responses of P. quinquefolia, with the aim to elucidate mechanisms behind disease expression and its interaction with water stress. We used a 2 × 2‐complete factorial design, repeated over two growing seasons, with high and low soil moisture levels and infected and non‐infected plants. In both years, low soil moisture levels reduced leaf water potentials, net photosynthesis and stomatal conductance at all leaf positions, while X. fastidiosa‐infection reduced these parameters at basally located leaves only. Intercellular CO2 concentrations were reduced in apical leaves, but increased at the most basal leaf location, implicating a non‐stomatal reduction of photosynthesis in leaves showing the greatest disease development. This result was supported by measured reductions in photosynthetic rates of basal leaves at high CO2 concentrations, where stomatal limitation was eliminated. Repeated measurements over the summer of 2000 showed that the effects of water stress and infection were progressive over time, reaching their greatest extent in September. By reducing stomatal conductances at moderate levels of water stress, P. quinquefolia maintained relatively high leaf water potentials and delayed the onset of photosynthetic damage due to pathogen and drought‐induced water stress. In addition, chlorophyll fluorescence measurements showed that P. quinquefolia has an efficient means of dissipating excess light energy that protects the photosynthetic machinery of leaves from irreversible photoinhibitory damage that may occur during stress‐induced stomatal limitation of photosynthesis. However, severe stress induced by disease and drought eventually led to non‐stomatal decreases in photosynthesis associated with leaf senescence.  相似文献

The Neotropical ant Pseudomyrmex triplarinus is involved in an obligate and complex symbiotic association with Triplaris americana trees. The ants inhabit trunk and branch domatia and respond aggressively to foreign invaders. Their degree of host specificity and basis for recognition of host trees has not been studied. We determined that, in contrast to T. americana seedlings, heterospecific seedlings set around the host trees suffered continuous pruning. Ants also removed 80–100 percent of heterospecific leaves attached to the trunk in contrast to only 10–30 percent of conspecific leaves. True species specificity was demonstrated by the selective removal of leaves from Triplaris poeppigiana pinned to host trees. This selectivity was also observed in a matrix‐independent bioassay using leaf cuticular extracts on glass microfiber strips. Strips treated with leaf wax extracts from host trees and pinned to the trunk of host trees received only 42 percent of the number of ant visits recorded on solvent‐treated controls by the end of the experiment. Strips treated with extracts of a related species, T. poeppigiana, received 64 percent of the number of ant visits compared with solvent‐treated controls. These experiments also suggest that P. triplarinus recognizes surface chemicals of their host tree, independent of the texture or architecture of the carrier material; although these factors may still play some role in recognition. This is the first study that we are aware of to investigate the mechanism of host discrimination related to pruning behavior. Overwintered adult carrot psyllids [Trioza apicalis Förster (Homoptera: Psylloidea: Triozidae)] damage carrot [(Daucus carota ssp. sativum L.) (Apiaceae)] seedlings by phloem feeding on the leaves. The aim of this study was to investigate the carrot root and shoot growth in relation to carrot psyllid density during early growth stages. One, two, or three carrot psyllids were allowed to feed on carrot seedlings for 3 days. Leaf damage was measured at the 8‐leaf stage, and root, leaf fresh weight, and number of true leaves were measured at harvest. Both the age of the carrot seedling at infestation and the psyllid density had a significant effect on leaf damage at the 8‐leaf stage: seedlings damaged at the cotyledon stage exhibited more leaf damage than seedlings damaged at the 1‐leaf stage. A higher psyllid density significantly reduced the carrot root weight at harvest. The significant interaction of psyllid density with seedling age indicates that differently aged carrot seedlings responded differently to feeding: one psyllid feeding for 3 days at the cotyledon stage caused a significant yield loss, whereas three psyllids were needed to cause the same impact at the 1‐leaf stage. Carrot leaf weight at harvest was not reduced by carrot psyllid feeding: leaves recovered from the damage but roots did not. Our results confirm the farmers’ observations that a trap replacement period of 1 week for carrot psyllid monitoring is too long, especially at the cotyledon stage. Severe leaf discolouration on damaged carrots was observed at harvest. The possible reasons for this discolouration, such as toxin excreted in psyllid saliva or plant pathogenic mycoplasma infection, are discussed.  相似文献

The present study evaluated the effectiveness of an aphid‐rearing method devised by Milner in 1981 using Acyrthosiphon pisum and its host plant Vicia faba. In the “agar‐leaf method,” excised leaves of V. faba were attached to the surface of 1% agar gel containing nutrient solution, and test aphids were transferred onto the leaves. Excised leaves grew in size and weight on the agar medium. Fecundity, longevity, body size and developmental time to adulthood were compared between aphids reared using the agar‐leaf method vs. those reared on V. faba seedlings under the same conditions. No significant difference was detected between the two treatments for any of the four parameters, suggesting that the aphids grew and reproduced on excised leaves as successfully as on V. faba seedlings. This method was also useful for inducing males and oviparous females at lower temperature and in short days. Therefore, the present study confirms the effectiveness of using excised leaves on agar and suggests that this method could be applied to the rearing of other aphids, phytophagous mites, leaf miners and leaf‐gall formers.  相似文献

Most Hawaiian forests lack resiliency following disturbance due to the presence of non‐native and invasive plant and animal species. The montane wet forest within Hakalau Forest National Wildlife Refuge on Hawai'i island has a long history of ungulate disturbance but portions of the refuge were fenced and most ungulates excluded by the early 1990s. We examined patterns of regeneration within two 100 ha study sites in this forest following the removal of ungulates and in the absence of invasive woody tree species to determine, in part, if passive restoration techniques can be successful under these conditions. We characterized growth, mortality, and basal area (BA) changes for approximately 7,100 marked individuals of all native tree species present in two surveys over a 17–18‐year period within two hundred 30 m diameter forest plots. Considerable recruitment within plots of new trees of all species significantly changed size class distributions and erased deficits in small‐sized trees observed during the first survey, particularly for the codominant canopy tree, koa (Acacia koa). Overall, growth of established dominant 'ōhi'a trees (Metrosideros polymorpha) and recruitment of mid‐canopy trees contributed to increases in BA while high levels of mortality for large A. koa trees contributed to decreased BA. This resulted in a slight increase in BA between the two surveys (+1.9%). This study demonstrates that fencing and ungulate removal may have rescued the A. koa population by facilitating the first real pulse in recruitment in over a century, and that passive restoration can be a successful management strategy in this forest.  相似文献

Gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence techniques were used to evaluate the acclimation capacity of the schlerophyll shrub Heteromeles arbutifolia M. Roem. to the multiple co-occurring summer stresses of the California chaparral. We examined the influence of water, heat and high light stresses on the carbon gain and survival of sun and shade seedlings via a factorial experiment involving a slow drying cycle applied to plants grown outdoors during the summer. The photochemical efficiency of PSII exhibited a diurnal, transient decrease (δF/Fm′) and a chronic decrease or photoinhibition (Fv/Fm) in plants exposed to full sunlight. Water stress enhanced both transient decreases of δF/Fm’and photoinhibition. Effects of decreased δF/Fm’and Fv/Fm on carbon gain were observed only in well-watered plants since in water-stressed plants they were overidden by stomatal closure. Reductions in photochemical efficiency and stomatal conductance were observed in all plants exposed to full sunlight, even in those that were well-watered. This suggested that H. arbutifolia sacrificed carbon gain for water conservation and photoprotection (both structurally via shoot architecture and physiologically via down-regulation) and that this response was triggered by a hot and dry atmosphere together with high PFD, before severe water, heat or high PFD stresses occur. We found fast adaptive adjustments of the thermal stability of PSII (diurnal changes) and a superimposed long-term acclimation (days to weeks) to high leaf temperatures. Water stress enhanced resistance of PSII to high temperatures both in the dark and over a wide range of PFD. Low PFD protected photochemical activity against inactivation by heat while high PFD exacerbated damage of PSII by heat. The greater interception of radiation by horizontally restrained leaves relative to the steep leaves of sun-acclimated plants caused photoinhibition and increased leaf temperature. When transpirational cooling was decreased by water stress, leaf temperature surpassed the limits of chloroplast thermostability. The remarkable acclimation of water-stressed plants to high leaf temperatures proved insufficient for the semi-natural environmental conditions of the experiment. Summer stresses characteristic of Mediterranean-type climates (high leaf temperatures in particular) are a potential limiting factor for seedling survival in H. arbutifolia, especially for shade seedlings lacking the crucial structural photoprotection provided by steep leaf angles.  相似文献

The hexaploid wheat (Triticum aestivum) adult plant resistance gene, Lr34/Yr18/Sr57/Pm38/Ltn1, provides broad‐spectrum resistance to wheat leaf rust (Lr34), stripe rust (Yr18), stem rust (Sr57) and powdery mildew (Pm38) pathogens, and has remained effective in wheat crops for many decades. The partial resistance provided by this gene is only apparent in adult plants and not effective in field‐grown seedlings. Lr34 also causes leaf tip necrosis (Ltn1) in mature adult plant leaves when grown under field conditions. This D genome‐encoded bread wheat gene was transferred to tetraploid durum wheat (T. turgidum) cultivar Stewart by transformation. Transgenic durum lines were produced with elevated gene expression levels when compared with the endogenous hexaploid gene. Unlike nontransgenic hexaploid and durum control lines, these transgenic plants showed robust seedling resistance to pathogens causing wheat leaf rust, stripe rust and powdery mildew disease. The effectiveness of seedling resistance against each pathogen correlated with the level of transgene expression. No evidence of accelerated leaf necrosis or up‐regulation of senescence gene markers was apparent in these seedlings, suggesting senescence is not required for Lr34 resistance, although leaf tip necrosis occurred in mature plant flag leaves. Several abiotic stress‐response genes were up‐regulated in these seedlings in the absence of rust infection as previously observed in adult plant flag leaves of hexaploid wheat. Increasing day length significantly increased Lr34 seedling resistance. These data demonstrate that expression of a highly durable, broad‐spectrum adult plant resistance gene can be modified to provide seedling resistance in durum wheat.  相似文献

  • The performance of seedlings is crucial for the survival and persistence of plant populations. Although drought frequently occurs in floodplains and can cause seedling mortality, studies on the effects of drought on seedlings of floodplain grasslands are scarce. We tested the hypotheses that drought reduces aboveground biomass, total biomass, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area and specific leaf area (SLA), and increases root biomass and root‐mass fraction (RMF) and that seedlings from species of wet floodplain grasslands are more affected by drought than species of dry grasslands.
  • In a greenhouse study, we exposed seedlings of three confamilial pairs of species (Pimpinella saxifraga, Selinum carvifolia, Veronica teucrium, Veronica maritima, Sanguisorba minor, Sanguisorba officinalis) to increasing drought treatments. Within each plant family, one species is characteristic of wet and one of dry floodplain grasslands, confamilial in order to avoid phylogenetic bias of the results.
  • In accordance with our hypotheses, drought conditions reduced aboveground biomass, total biomass, plant height, number of leaves and leaf area. Contrary to our hypotheses, drought conditions increased SLA and decreased root biomass and RMF of seedlings. Beyond the effects of the families, the results were species‐specific (V. maritima being the most sensitive species) and habitat‐specific. Species indicative of wet floodplain grasslands appear to be more sensitive to drought than species indicative of dry grasslands.
  • Because of species‐ and habitat‐specific responses to reduced water availability, future drought periods due to climate change may severely affect some species from dry and wet habitats, while others may be unaffected.

The amount of trichomes on the leaves of Metrosideros polymorpha varies enormously, ranging from 0 to ca 150 g/m2 across environmental gradients on the island of Hawaii. Pubescent individuals are abundant in dry areas or on young lava flows, whereas glabrous individuals are abundant in wet areas or on developed soils. To understand the adaptive advantages of pubescent individuals in arid environments, we addressed the following questions: (1) whether leaf trichomes increase the boundary layer resistance to gas diffusion, which in turn reduces the transpiration rate and increases water‐use efficiency (WUE); and (2) whether pubescent individuals have other associated leaf and shoot traits that have adaptive significance in arid environments. We made detailed ecophysiological measurements on M. polymorpha in three populations in habitats that varied in aridity. We found a large allocation of leaf mass to trichomes, up to 33 percent at the arid site, but our analyses showed that trichomes had small effects (1–9%) on gas exchange and negligible effects on WUE, suggesting the trichomes may have roles beyond increasing WUE. However, pubescent individuals did have higher Rubisco amount and a lower leaf‐to‐ sapwood area ratio, which are considered adaptive in arid environments. These results suggest that pubescent individuals of M. polymorpha are indeed adapted to arid environments with changes in a suite of traits. The adaptive significance of the enormous variation in amounts of trichomes remains unclear and may be related to functions other than increasing boundary layer resistance.  相似文献

Tropical monodominant forests in which one tree species dominates the canopy occur in all three major tropical regions, but few studies have focused on the mechanisms responsible for dominance. This study tests the hypothesis that relative to other species in the community, dominant species are well defended and escape herbivore and pathogen damage. We surveyed the rate of damage on young expanding leaves of seedlings and saplings belonging to eight species within both monodominant Gilbertiodendron dewevrei forests and adjacent mixed–species forests in eastern Congo. Results showed that escape from herbivore and pathogen damage is not a mechanism by which Gilbertiodendron achieves dominance, as it suffered the highest damage level of any species surveyed. Similarly, other sub–dominant common species also suffered high rates of damage. These results are discussed in relation to the phenolic, fiber, and nitrogen content of leaves, and in the context of current theories pertaining to plant–herbivore interactions.  相似文献

Leaf phenology dictates the time available for carbon assimilation, transpiration and nutrient uptake in plants. Understanding the environmental cues that control phenology is therefore vital for predicting climate‐related changes to plant and ecosystem function. In contrast to temperate systems, and to a lesser degree, tropical forest systems, the cues initiating leaf drop in tropical savannas are poorly studied. We investigated the cues for leaf fall in a tropical monodominant arid savanna species, Colophospermum mopane, using an irrigation experiment. We tracked soil moisture, solar radiation, air temperature, leaf water status, leaf health and leaf carbon balance through the dry season in both irrigated and control plants. Water was the primary cue driving leaf loss of C. mopane rather than temperature or light. Trees watered throughout the dry season retained their canopies. These leaves remained functional and continued photosynthesis throughout the dry season. Leaf carbon acquisition rates did not decline with leaf age but were affected by soil moisture availability and temperature. Leaf loss did not occur when leaf carbon gain was zero, or when a particular leaf carbon threshold was reached. Colophospermum mopane is facultatively deciduous as water availability determines leaf drop in this widespread arid savanna species. Obligate deciduosity is not the only successful strategy in climates with a long dry season.  相似文献

Summary Sun leaves of Metrosideros polymorpha were collected in 51 sites on 9 lava flows that represented gradients of elevation, precipitation, substrate age, and substrate texture on Mauna Loa volcano, Hawai'i. Leaf mass per unit leaf area increased with increasing elevation on all flows, while foliar nitrogen concentration decreased with increasing elevation and increased with increasing substrate age. Foliar 13C became less negative with increasing elevation on the wet east-side lava flows, but not the dry northwest-side flows; it did not reflect patterns of precipitation or presumed water availability. 13C was very strongly correlated with leaf mass per area across all of the sites. Limited gas-exchange information suggested that calculated ci/ca did not decrease with elevation in association with less-negative 13C, and photosynthesis per unit of nitrogen was significantly reduced in high-elevation plants. These results are consistent with a substantial internal resistance to CO2 diffusion in the thick Metrosideros polymorpha leaves in high elevation sites.Published as a contribution to the International Union for Biological Sciences Tropical Mountain Ecosystems Program, and as Carnegie Institution of Washington Department of Plant Biology Publication Number 1065  相似文献
